Service Department was no help at all. I had a service appointment at 9:00 and was running a bit behind I called them of course no one answered and was sent to a answering machine it was 8:50 I could have been there by 9:15 at the lasted. So now my warranty will expire because they say they are double booked for a oil change. Will definitely find another dealership to work with I guess once they get your 55,000 dollars they really don’t care.

We just bought a vehicle here. Not even 100 miles and not even two weeks later set in garage most of the time we have had it. The tire has a knot and they "Refuse" to replace it. Then try to charge double what the tire is worth to replace it. 87% over retail. Said it was their costs. lol.. So much for the buyers safety, inspection of the vehicle before sale. Not to mention the detailer is not the best. Should've known better then to buy local but the salesman that works there is a friend so figure I give them a try. The salesman did his job as expected just the service inspection is trash. Will not be returning that's about 9 customers total you lost. As a business let it be a lesson learned not to risks customers lives as well as customers learned than to buy there. You risked lives for a buck in this deal. Will be sticking with Mike Castrucci and Kerry where we been going for past 15 years. Should've known better. Good luck to whomever buys here. Be aware!!

My car finally got fixed after a few attempts to figure out the problem. The portable computer that records live data was used and the mechanic was able to determine the problem. My car is now fixed and so far, do good. They were even nice enough to run it through the car wash for me. Thank you!

Very unhappy w Purchase n Quality of the car we got. The Buying Process took much, much longer then any other car we bought. They refused to work any kind of Deal n wouldn't fill up the car which has never happened before. After waiting forever they sent the car to be cleaned n offered too put a Mega $5 of gas in it. This took 45 min n when we got it back it was in the same condition as early n they didn't bother or forgot to put in the gas. We wonder what they were doing during all this time. All the scuffs n dirt were still on/in the car. I husband had to clean it up when wee got it home. Unfortunately we got to get to know the Service Dept because in less then a month it has been back or scheduled to be back over 5 times. All major fixes we couldn't afford to have done if we didn't have a warranty on the car. Why are they selling Up Scale Luxury Cars in this condition. If this is their Quality of Service n Inventory I understand why the car was delivered in the exact condition as prior. Run, don't stop. You'll Thank me!!
