I had a wonderful time at Bernardi Hyundai. Douvante was very helpful when it came down to looking at cars that were in my price range. He was very knowledgeable about the cars and answered all the questions and concerns that I had. He was very friendly and personable and made me enjoy the car shopping process. Peter broke down everything when it came down to the finance portion. He explained to me the warranties, exactly what I would be paying, and questions I had. He made the most stressful part of buying a car easy and stress free. The two of them together made this experience very fun and exciting. I could tell they were both kind and only wanted to help me for the right reason. I would not hesitate to refer them to anyone that asked or even purchase my next car from them. I can't say enough good thing about them!

Never felt that my needs were not being met in order to sell. Price was presented directly and right of the bat, so to speak. No haggling, which I wasn't looking forward to. That was honestly the best part of the whole experience, not to mention the staff is pretty awesome also.

Picked up a 2016 Genesis on Friday, August 5th from Bernardi Hyundai and I have to say it was by far the best car-buying experience I have ever had. My sales person, Jeff Sweeney went above and beyond what any other salesperson would have done. He knowledge of the Genesis and the Hyundai brand was remarkable. Jeff was able to relate the vehicles benefits, in laymens terms.to meet our needs. Jeff and his mangers, Cam, Peter and Stephen, were not pushy or made us feel pressured in any way. We had a very pleasant, courteous and speedy experience. It was a nice surprise to obtain what we desired without the headache. I highly recommend Bernardi Hyundai, but more importantly, recommend Jeff Sweeney.

I was very pleased with my experience at Bernardi Hyundai. The thing that impressed me the most was that there was NO sales pressure, I told them what I was looking for and they accommodated my needs. I will not do business with a dealer that pressures a customer so I was very happy with that. I dealt with Douvonte Tavares and Peter Brandao. They were very helpful, professional, and went above and beyond, even cancelling my license plates for me from a previous lease with another company. I will recommend Bernardi to friends and family. I am very happy with my Sonata.

I leveled with Courtney . There was minimal pressure with sales manager . In the end I felt good about the deal I received . The only thing that tweaked me was in the finance office. The insurances. Be up front,deal is made, found a way to squeeze out a little more?

After days of research, I came across Bernardi Hyundai and was blown away by the deals and warranties offered on their website. When I arrived at the dealership, I was immediately greeted and treated like family, rather than a quick sale. I had the pleasure of dealing with Kennedy Goncalves, who did everything in his power to make me feel right at home; no sugar-coating, no hidden fees, no trying to up-sell me anything, just a straight shooter with fantastic customer service skills. After browsing through a few cars, I had decided on a new car, already signed some paperwork, but at the last minute decided I'd rather go with a certified pre-owned Elantra Kennedy had shown me. Not only did he not mind re-doing all of the paperwork, he actually offered encouragement and laughter, understandably noticing how stressed out I was over the decision. This dealership treats you like one of their own and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a vehicle.

After visiting two other Hyundai dealerships, we were so impressed with Bernardi Hyundai. My wife had already had a great service experience there with my 2012 Sonata. We went in knowing we wanted a 2016 Sonata Hybrid with the ultimate package. We called first and found out details on the phone with a very helpful representative named Chad Richmond. In addition Steve Smith, the sales manager and Peter in finance will very helpful in making this a reality. We also lucked out with a superb product Specialist. Definitely ask for Courtney Pretorius when you visit Bernardi. Courtney made the process extremely manageable. She was so very helpful setting up Blue Link, going through all the new bells and whistles on this new amazing car. She introduced us to the service manager who was very helpful as well. And a week later she called me personally to make sure everything was going well with the car. Bernardi made something that you dread into an extremely positive experience. Thank you!

Buying the car was painless and exciting. Of the negotiating part can be a little difficult at times, but compared to any other dealership I or my family has dealt with, this was completely acceptable. I got exactly what I wanted for my car and didn't pay any more than I desired to pay. I am thoroughly content with my purchase and would recommend the dealership to friends and family. I came looking to see what it would cost me to buy new, I knew what car I wanted and was sold on it already. I spent 30 minutes reviewing the car/test driving and then went through price negotiation for four more hours after I entered the dealership. I did not appreciate this, I tried to leave multiple times to mull it over until the next day and come back but was asked multiple times not to leave. We were offered water but not eating in many hours made the process less than pleasant. I would recommend that you appreciate when someone needs some time to think. I ended up buying the car that day because of the deal I was offered (which I am incredibly pleased with) but also ended up having to wait another two+ hours for the paperwork to be complete. The process was long and I felt like it could have been expedited. There should be a balance of haggling with respecting the wishes of the client. Peter Brandao was the reason I felt good with my purchase, I did not feel like he was pushing me, I felt respected, I felt like he was not trying to influence my decisions in any way. I believe that he was what put me at ease with the whole process and would highly recommend this dealership specifically to work with him. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle a few days later Colson was very kind, spent the right amount of time reviewing all of the important information and features with me. It was a very pleasant experience.

Jeffery welcomed me professionally and with a smile. He provided me with a free breakfast a Jimbo,s diner while the noise in my drivers side radio speaker was diagnosed. A future visit to replace the defective speaker was made while they ordered a replacementMy second visit to replace the speaker went on schedule, again with professionalism and with friendliness.I also had the chance to meet the other sales and service employees while waiting for my new Sonata to be serviced - all being friendly and willing to answer questions that I had. upset that the floor mats were not included with the car. I should've been informed of this prior to purchasing the vehicle and not the day I went to pick up the car and had to ask "where are the floor mats". And then being told they weren't included and that I could purchase them for $120!! That's ridiculous. I had been told prior to purchasing, I definitely would have demanded that floor mats be included and if they refused to include them (for $120) I would've walked way. I'm still upset about that, every time I get in the car. I spend that much $ on a new car and they can't include floor mats?!!

Very happy with the experience of meeting the staff of Bernardi in Brockton. There was no pressure what so ever as to buying or leasing a vehicle. The sales associate, Jeffrey Sweeney,was more than ever a gentleman, as a sales preson. He answered all questions with knowledge about the Sonata. I hope you will pardon my lack of name memory as I remeber Mr Sweeney's name but not any of the others. I met personnel from finance, sales management staff & the service dept. All answered any questions that we had & I also had the occasion to have breakfast later in the week at Jimbo's & was satisfied with the experience.I wish you all well, & now off to drive the Sonata. My experience with 4 cylinder vehicles is over 30 years ago, this car can move. VERY happy with our decision. I did not place an entry on "QUALITY OF WORK" as we did not have any service done on the car. The PREP was more than satisfactory but I did not equate that with any service work on vehicle such as a LUBE, oil & filter CHANGE.

From the moment I saw the car I wanted till I drove off the lot with it felt like no time at all. Lovina Okereke was very friendly since she approached us in the parking lot. I went to trade my car to purchase another Sonata. Then I saw a new vehicle on the show room floor which was a re-style 2016 Tucson Eco.SUV. The car looks great. I purchase this car. It suited all of my basic needs.It had AWD, driver's powerseat, back up camera and turbocharge, high seating, and after buying it. I began to drive it I am getting 27-29 in city and over 35 miles on the highway. I was pleasantly surprise of the higher mileage than what the sticker stated on the window .I was the first one to purchase and take delivery of this car from the dealer. I was not really in the market for a new car, but my credit union pre-approved me for a loan. I actually work down the street from Bernandi Hyundai and never really noticed it. When my credit union suggested I work with Bernandi Hyundai to get a car I had HUGE reservations. Next thing I know I am driving off the lot in a 2014 Hyundai Sonata. The dealership was fast, friendly, and 100% went out of their way to get me the car I needed and wanted. Looking forward to bringing my car there for service going forward.

I went to at least 5 different car dealers who lied to me about price on the phone to get me in the door only to find out that wasn't the real price. Then I called Bernardi. They told me the truth on the phone and when I went in the price they told me on the phone was REAL!. Mohamed was my salesman and he was awesome. Very friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating. I can't say enough good things about him or the rest of the staff. They were all Great! I would recommend Bernardi to anyone who is looking for a great deal on a car that is REAL along with great people to work with.

After an exhausting week of negotiations with another dealership, my husband and I walked out for the second time, frustrated and dismayed. On our way home, I spied Bernardi from the highway, and suggested we switch gears and try a Hyundai Sonata. Best decision ever. Their business model and sales approach were a breath of fresh air. Rick, our product specialist, was an informative and accommodating straight shooter, and within the hour he and his GM Khann were shaking our hands, sealing the deal. Throughout the week I heard from them both about the status of our vehicle, and on Thursday when it arrived, we had the pleasure of meeting their business manager, Joune, who walked us through the formalities of paperwork with the same class, professionalism, and warm customer-centric approach as his team mates. Rick wrapped it all up with a tour of the vehicle's options, set my Bluetooth, and walked me through what a typical maintenance visit to Bernardi would be like; even setting my first appointment with smiling Ivan. I cannot say enough about this group. Top to bottom, they took a typically tedious experience and turned it into a hassle-free and happy occasion. Thank you Khann, Rick and Joune. Oh, and the car is pretty cool too!

That morning, my wife and son dreaded going with me to purchase my next car. She said that the experience was going to be long, overwhelming, and would give her a headache for sure. She even packed a lunch for her and my son because she said we were going to be there forever. Little did she know, our experience was very simple, quick, fun, we received a great deal, was placed in a beautiful sonata, which she adores and she didn't leave with a headache. My mother & I were both looking for new cars. The engine on my previous car had siezed up and I needed to get something right away. We decided to check out Bernardi Hyundai first, since the cars come with a great warranty. I had my heart set on a Veloster, and my mother was interested in an Accent. We test drove the two cars, and I fell in love with the Veloster. We still wanted to check out one more place, and there was absolutely no pressure on us to make a purchase or leave a deposit. Which was a far cry from Hyundai of Plymouth, where the sales guys were insisting on getting us to leave a deposit. We came back to Bernardi the next day and bought the two cars we wanted. My mother wanted a color that they didn't have and they were great and are working to locate it for her. This was on a Sunday afternoon - I was able to sign all the necessary paperwork Tuesday morning and drive off with my Veloster! They even matched the interest rate that AAA pre-approved us for, which seriously helped bring my monthly payments down. The staff is so friendly and never pressured us to buy anything. Our salesperson was Jesse and I cannot recommend him enough. I would suggest anyone interested in buying a Hyundai check out Bernardi for excellent customer service!

I was 99% sure that I was going to purchase a Hyundai Accent after the research that I did prior to going to the dealer. In the past I have owned Sonata's, so I am familiar with the Hyundai product. I met with Kim, who explained in detail how the process takes place. He took me for a good test drive in which I was extremely pleased with how the car handled itself. I took it up on Route 24, and accelerated to 70 mph without any effort. From beginning to end, the entire process was less than 2 hours, and stress free to boot. I am sure I will have a lot of good driving with this car. And recommend the Bernardi Group.

I never new much about Hyundai and I never thought I would even consider driving one. Jesse showed me the Genesis and I loved the new look, but to be honest, after a lifetime of Benzs, Audis, BMWs and a Lexus, I wasn't even considering committing to the Hyundai. Jesse was persistent and got me to test drive a couple of cars and after demonstrating all the bells and whistles, I was hooked. Jesse was great and you have a wonderful product. I love it!

Max Meritil (Sales Mgr) & Jesse Vicente (Sale Associate) are both very professional, knowledgeable, patient & friendly to a car newbie like myself. After the test drive, I did not make any purchase since I want to check out one other car on the market to compare. They both are honestly telling me that I am very welcome to come back for second test drive or any other questions. What a great car sale men I never met in my life. ***Long, but worth the read***I bought my car new at Bernardi and got a good price. What you are about to read is not a fluke, because last time I went for an oil change I asked how much and was told $32, and then charged me $37. It was only $5 but I asked why the difference, the reason was "well we gave you the premium oil change". I didn't ask for it, and if they are taking $5 from me, how much money are they stealing from everyone else? Here was my very next experience: I went in to have a recall taken care of, and said, verbatim "I think the oil drain plug needs to be tightened if you don't mind. I have been busy and haven't gotten a chance." to which Nicholas Tammaro said they'll take care of. I didn't expect a charge, so I was a little surprised when he told me, after my car was done, that it was going to cost me over $30. Now, I understand oil needs to be replaced since it is a DRAIN plug, but I figured if that was the case they would let me know. I was not notified and someone took it upon themselves to give me a FULL oil change. After arguing with the service guy he said, "well this is what you get for not getting oil changes here so next time just tighten the bolt yourself". I asked for a manager, and Nick said "You don't need to talk to a manager, I'll take off the charge" as if to avoid informing the higher-ups. I took it upon myself to call the general manager, who said his name was Brian Jones, and all he could say was "Sorry". I asked, what will make me want to come back since I've just lost faith in getting work done without being charged unnecessary and unauthorized charges. He laughed, yes LAUGHED, at me and just said he can't change the past. He couldn't even say something like this isn't how we treat people and it won't happen again. I got a good price on my new Sonata, but was the few hundred dollars I saved worth this terrible service and apathetic sales manager? AVOID THIS PLACE. Don't make my mistake. I'll certainly be going to another dealer from now on.

We went in to buy a new Elantra on a Thursday night - then came back the next day to pick it up. All we had to do was sign the paperwork.. We changed out minds when we saw the a new 2013 Veloster! They said theyll do whatever to make us happy.!!! Richardson Andre, Max (sales), Steve Paige (financing) and Nick Tammaro, and Nicholas (service) were SO helpful - . They were the best! They waited on us and help us anyway they could. We are VERY HAPPY with Bernadi of Brockton. We went next door to Bernadi Honda and had a fantastic breakfast at Jimbo's diner - great service and great food! We are repeat customers and definitely will be back for our next Hyundai.

The experience I had purchasing my Hyundai at lease-end with Chris Corriveau's help completely obliterates the nightmare I endured at Rt 44 Hyundai when I leased the car. He is thorough, efficient, caring, and very professional. He addressed every question I had and made the extra effort to ensure my satisfaction from beginning to end. After being a 2x prior Clay Nissan owner, I was VERY upset at the POOR customer service I encountered just trying to look at Hyundai models I thought Clay had for 4th July sales! Took 2 so-called 'salesmen' who TRIED to insult my intelligence, especially as a disabled woman, verbally 'force' + told me I would NEVER get features I needed/wanted in my budget. If I did to come back & show them that car AND why was I 'wasting THEIR time' if I wasn't buying the over priced used Azera they were trying to 'unload' so bad I never asked to see (refused to show me anything models I researched)!Went to Bernardi's next day, greeted at door by Mr. Colson, explained poor service, what I specifically wanted to look at or was prepared to walk out again if mistreated. There wasn't the 'typical hard sell', cars were available at online advertised prices, test drove 2 models with Mr. Colson giving full explanation of features. Mr. Miguel & Mr. James fully evaluated my '05 Maxima for trade-in + gave HIGHER value than what Clay 'lamely' offered for it! Mr. Chris in finance made sure of finding loan with anyone except Capital One per my request (prior poor services/rates). I ended up buying a Hyundai Azera that had LESS mileage, cheaper price, fully loaded AND much happier with the color - model that Clay said I could NEVER find! By the time the keys were handed to me, I had everyone that worked hard in making my purchase, laughing at hilarious details of how Clay attempted to lie, cheat & swindle me with rude, double-teaming sales tactics.So glad I drove a little further to Bernardi's in Brockton where they value EVERYONE who visits & deserves to be treated because they' ARE welcome on the premises! Peter was a genuine nice person to work with. He greeted us at the door and we talked about what I was looking for in a new car and a trade for my car. Within 2 hours I was out the door in my new car- price was very reasonable and no hassle on what I wanted for my trade in. Miquel was kind and professional and made the financial choices very easy for me to choose what vehicle I wanted. He gave me the information on two cars I liked and did not pressure me at all to buy the more costly vehicle. Chris in Finance was another well mannered professional as he went over all of the financial issues in a efficient manner. Mike the lot manager was very nice and came right to my office to redo some paperwork from the weekend purchase. I will recommend Peter to my friends who are looking for a car. Excellent experience.

Kim had the level of knowledge where he could answer every question that we had. He went over every detail of the car before we took the test drive and patiently explained how it worked. Had been watching the Bernardi website for a month or so as it was getting to be time to trade my wife's car in for a newer model. The full-page ad that Bernardi ran in the Brockton Enterprise convinced us it was time to see what their new pricing policy was all about. Kim gave us just enough time to look around before introducing himself and assisting us in the choice of a new Sonata. Kim was very professional and was sure to introduce us to all of the car's features before taking out for a test spin. There was no high-pressure, full court press tactics with the new policy, which we certainly appreciate. We've purchased a lot of cars over the years and I rate this dealership and this sales professional at the top of the list.

My experience with Bernardi Hyundai was incredible. I am a first time buyer so I was a little nervous going into the dealership. Those feelings went away the minute I stepped inside the showroom. Everyone inside the building, top to bottom, helped to assist me in picking out the right car for me and made the buying process as easy as possible. I went to a few dealerships before Bernardi Hyundai, but none after. The staff at this location were extremely professional and helpful, which can be rare in the car business. I couldn't be happier with my new car. They have definitely gained a lifelong customer, and I would highly recommend going to see sales managers Miguel Garcia, Joe Dziedzic, Chris Corriveau, and sales consultant Allan Palmer. their prices on their used Highlanders were WAY WAY WAY too high. And their sales rep Colson didnt even bother to get the keys to the different cars we asked about, nor bothered to show us other cars in the similar class as Highlander. and at negotiation time, he even dropped an off color joke to my infant son about 'mommy and daddy gonna drop your college tuition on a car instead'... ummmm, we just left.

I'd been keeping my eyes open for a car for about two years and actively looking for one year. I don't live in the immediate area but I had an appointment across the street and decided to give it a try. I had a wonderful experience and knew on that day that I would purchase my car from there, but I didn't let them know that. Before I was even out of my car, Bob had the door open and was waiting for me. I was shocked and thankful because the weather was terrible. I was treated with kindness and respect as I was told about the Bernardi Family. I'd gone to one dealership and left after standing there for 10 minutes. I just assumed that they had made enough money for the day so I left or, perhaps I was not taken seriously. I just didn't get it. Buying a car is, for most people, the second largest purchase that they will ever make so to be afforded the opportunity to ask all of the questions that I could think of or even research to ask let me know that they were knowledgeable about their inventory and that they were patient enough to wait until I ultimately could make my final decision. I also met the Service guys and they were equally as kind. Price discussions were fair and I feel that I got a very good deal. Was a great experience! No Mas!

After leaving a few other dealerships overwhelmed and disappointed. We came across Bernardi and walked in to ask about a vehicle on the lot. A gentlemen proceeded to introduce himself as Kim Marchesi. we then test drove the vehicle which we did not like. Kim asked how we liked it on a scale of 1 to 10, i said 7. he asked what can i do to make it a 10? I said get me in a new vehicle! And that is exactly what he did!! Kim made the experience so easy and painless!! Looking forward to many more vehicles through Kim!! He even shared is homemade chicken with my family!! (It was delicious) :)

We had a great experience at this dealership . Colson Pierre was our salesman and Miguel Garcia sat in at the negotiation's. There was a small issue with the cleaning of my car seat covers. I called and Miguel Garcia he took care of it that day. Because it was a Friday and Colson was off that day.I dropped it off Saturday morning and they gave me a rental car and picked my car up on that Tuesday. We are extremely satisfied with this dealership and have recommended it already to a person I work with. Who will be coming in soon. After weeks of internet research and many car dealerships I was ready to throw in the towel I no longer wanted a new car. As soon as we walked threw the door of Bernardi Hyundai my mind was changed. Just home from buying a new Elantra and had the best car buying experience of my life (this was the 6th car I have purchased and all other previously purchased vehicles have been Honda's). Kim Marchesi was exceptionally knowledgeable about our vehicle and the auto industry in general (perhaps no surprise given his 38 years of experience). The test drive comparison of the Elantra vs. a Honda Civic was eye-opening and we were able to do both the highway and back roads in a short period of time.Joe Dziedzic, the Sales Manager was friendly, and committed to delivering a great value. He really took the time to go over the financing options and explore which of the many choices would work best for my budget and I really came away with feeling like I got a great deal without ever feeling like I was being "sold". I helped my sister buy a new Hyundai Elantra a couple of weeks ago and was helped by Allan Palmer. He was willing to negotiate and we came to a reasonable agreement with both parties happy. Allen made the usually stressful experience of buying a new car that much more pleasurable and because of that my sister and I would both recommend not only Bernardi Hyundai but Allan Palmer himself. The second phase of the deal involved Chris Corriveau. He wrapped up the financial stuff. Not only did Chris take the time to fully explain things and answer all of our questions but he too was willing to negotiate fairly before everything was finally signed. We left knowing we got the best deal possible. Once again, highly recommended!

We recently had some issues we needed to resolve with our Elantra. Starting with Nick Tammaro in the Service Dept and under the supervision of the General Manager, Derek Viveros, we are extremely satisfied with the outcome. Kim Marchesi is the salesman to see and if financing is needed, Joe Dziedzic will work it out for you. All of these men have been accommodating, knowledgeable and cordial. I preface this review by saying that my wife and I are probably considered "difficult/challenging" customers. We don't like car shopping and we are not car enthusiasts. We are very slow, deliberate, particular and patient in our car buying decisions and are very pragmatic in what we are looking for in a car. We are picky with who we work with. This does not mesh well withmany of the salesmen we have encountered who seem to not hear us when we are very clear up front that "we are not going to buy a car today, but we are interested in looking/asking questions" and put on the "hard sell" or try to press us on the importance of features that we don't want/need.Today we spent about 5 1/2 hours buying an Elantra (which is probably a long time from the dealership perspective) after several other trips the past few months. So why am I so pleased with my experience? At no point in this entire process (other than perhaps by the steady stream of emails/phone calls in between visits to see what our level of interest was) did we feel that we were treated in an impatient or disrespectful manner. We were very clear in our concerns, and I felt that they were heard by the salesman, the manager, and the finance person. I felt that the actual transaction was handled in a very professional, knowledgeable and honest way. I actually left feeling like I was valued as a customer, rather than as a human wallet. I think I would have felt frustrated (with me) had I been in their shoes, but at the time I was weighing "apples against oranges" and they were actually helpful with that process and did not push me in any one particular direction. It was very refreshing to work with a sales group who tried to address my "agenda" more than their own. I would also add that Kim Marchesi was by far the most knowledgeable car salesman I have encountered (about cars).

I went to the dealership with my daughter who was buying a car. I had no intentions of buying a new car at all. The sales consultant, Roger Alexandre, was friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He had the answer to all her questions. He went above and beyond to help her receive the best deal she could. I was so impressed with the service, that I ended up buying a new Sonata. Love the car. I would highly recommend Bernardi Hyundai.

I did rigorous research for a while to find a nice deal for my new car. I tapped into several dealerships near my place (Cambridge, MA) first, but I was disappointed with them since they did not have enough information about the new car that I was looking for and wasted my time a lot by pretending to do and keeping changing their words. So, I decided to expand my research to a wider scope. I was able to get better responses/help from other dealerships, and Bernardi Hyundai topped all the others. I contacted a lot of dealerships to get quotes, and I was able to receive the best quote from Bernardi Hyundai, Justine. More importantly, there was no additional surprise fee to the quote when I actually visited the dealership. Justine was attentive to my questions and efficiently handled our communications/appointment. Kim Marchesi was my sales consultant, and he was superb!!! I had a comfortable and enjoyable test drive with him. When I liked the car, he made efforts to satisfy my needs and concerns during the buying process. I felt he was very genuine, and I didn't sense any kind of pushing, hiding or any other negative thing. He also let me call him any time to ask questions about the car. He gave a thorough explanation for the car's features and has been very nice throughout the whole process. I would strongly recommend him to any one who wants to buy a new car. I wish I had contacted Bernardi Hyundai and Kim/Justine from the beginning. I hope that my review can save other buyers' time and efforts.

We drove over 3.5 hours from Maine to Massachusetts to look at a used vehicle for sale at Bernardi Hyundai because it was priced so much lower than what was being offered by other dealerships in all of New England. Before making the trip, Miguel Garcia recorded a video of the vehicle to demonstrate its features and answer our questions. This was unexpected and was a very good use of technology that assuaged our apprehensions about visiting Bernardi. Once we arrived, Miguel reviewed the details of all the work that had been done to the vehicle before our arrival including a used car safety inspection, oil & filter change, new wiper blades, new air filters, new front brakes, and four-wheel alignment.Then, Marie Concannon accompanied us to test drive it for a very generous amount of time. She answered all of our questions and waited patiently while I inspected the vehicle extensively. Marie always had a warm smile on her face and made the car-buying process very pleasant and satisfying.The only problem that we found with the vehicle was that the front windshield wiper fluid was not dispensing properly, so the dealership fixed it immediately and thoroughly. The staff at Bernardi Hyundai treated us to lunch at the diner next door while we waited for our paperwork to be processed. They also gave us a full tank of fuel and some certificates for free oil changes if were ever back in the Brockton area.Our overall experience was great, and the customer service was above and beyond anything we had ever experienced before at a car dealership. We are very appreciative and grateful!

When I found this 2011 Lexus ES350 at Bernardi I knew I was serious about purchasing it after searching for this car for several months countrywide. The car was competitively priced and Jim was great in helping me to get into this car. Jim also delivered the car to me in New Hampshire and saved me alot of time since the dealership was 80 miles from home. I would go back to Bernardi Hyundai.

From my first correspondence with Justine, regarding a Hyundai Elantra GT Hatchback to the last, she was thorough, timely and had great follow up with emails, phone etc. She was professional and worked in tandem with my father who wanted to be part of the car decision making process and Justine kindly answered his many questions as she did mine.We explained our family situation regarding car needs and wants and why I wanted to lease instead of purchase and once I decided on a vehicle style and model and color, that was it! I am from out of state and no other Hyundai dealer could match what Bernardi offered me to lease. Once I arrived in Brockton , I was introduced to Kim Marchesi and he instantly prepared the vehicle for me to test drive and explained the many wonderful features this car offers. He was even kind enough to hook up the BlueTooth with my cell phone and share with me the various options with the Sirrius Radiio(both new to me). The service provided to accomplish this deal required a few extra steps, since I am from out of state approximately 2 hrs away and I am grateful that the management at Bernardi was willing to work with me.Both my Father and brother drive a Sonata and are very happy with their cars. I actually was still at the looking stage when I went into Bernardi. Test drove a Tucson and after talking with Sean and Chris decided to buy it that night! I traded a 2008 Hyundai Tucson so I am familiar with the car and they made it possible for me to buy a new one with upgrades I currently do not have at an affordable price. Sean was extremely patient throughout the whole process.

This is the second car I have purchased at this dealership within a year. When my wife need a car, I did not delay in going to Bernardi Hyundai. The prior experiance I had at Bernardi Hyundai was so refreshing that it was a no brainer. On this trip Peter was our saleman and he was friendly, forthright and very knowledgeable. He made us feel that he understood how important a purchase of this type is to the average person, and he helped us get it right. I feel we got he best deal possible. It was quick, and seamless, and my wife loves her new car. Part of my great appreciation for Bernadai was one I took my own car back for it's first service appointment. They were great, and their facility is clean, and comfortable.I really like Bernardi Hyundai, buying a car there is not the stressful, pressure packed transaction which I have had at in other car dealerships.

I had a great experience at Bernardi Hyundai in Brockton. Tony Emmi was my Salesperson and he was exceptional. I went in on Memorial Day weekend and test drove 2 different Sonata's. I really liked the Sonata SE in the light blue color. I went back about 2 weeks later to have my Subaru assesed for a trade in. Tony came in on his day off on a rainy Friday just so he could help me and answer any questions. He was extremely knowledgeable about everything in the Sonata. He was also very easy to work with and very friendly. I didn't find him pushy and annoying like I've seen at other dealerships. He made it a fun experience and very comfortable. He provided me with plenty of time to look at the car and answered all my questions. I found the price very reasonable and afforable. Tony was able to provide me with all my options and what the best that would be to meet my needs. I came back the following day with my husband to finalize the sale. Tony made it so easy for me to pick my car up that evening after having it all sparkling clean for me. I went back on 6/12 to get my registration and sticker and Tony spent at least 30 minutes with me afterwards answering any questions I had about my GPS and stereo system. I would highly recommend Bernardi of Brockton as a great dealership. All the people working there are very nice and friendly. The dealership is very clean and comfortable in the waiting area.I am very happy with my experience at Bernardi Hyundai of Brockton. I look forward to working with them for the duration of owning my car.

Iwas not subjected to the usual Hi-Pressure sales approach that are the norm hera abouts. Instead, Mr Palmer showed me several used cars that i was initially interested in and we even test drove a few. Still no pressure. I then asked what new Hi- Mieage cars Hyundai offered. Mr Palmer then went over several hyundai models and explained the city vs hiway mileage figures. I was interested in the Elantra GT as I wanted a rear cargo area for my dog, good mileage and several options the Elantra GT offered. Mr. Palmer set up a unit for me to test drive. needless to say I was impressed as we began to horse trade for a new one. The negotiation was prolonged, but never beligerant, this guy has the patiance of a saint. We finaaly agreed on a final price and the paperwork began. Everyone in this dealership that i had contact with was polite, courteus, respectfull and above all patient. I would gladly reccomend this dealership to any one and would reccomend that they contact Mr. Palmer if they wanted a fair deal.

I did have a pleasant and enjoyable experience with Bernardi Hyundai throughout the entire life cycle of the car buying process. From all of the emails we exchanged, to the numerous customer service phone calls I placed, I would compare the overall customer experience to match that of The Disney Company. For a turnkey buying experience, I would recommend Bernardi Hyundai. Unfortunately, I didn't end up buying my car here because it wasn't in stock. I was probably one of the pickiest customers in the history of customers. Looking back, if my car had been in stock, I would have bought with Bernardi. I worked with a salesman named Tony. Although I felt as if it was difficult to get a word in edge wise (I guess I wasn't asking the right questions...first timer) looking back, Tony was tremendously straight forward and genuine. He went out of his way to be helpful. Considering my lack of prior report with Tony (no phone calls or emails), he was welcoming and I sensed a strong passion in his work. I'm not one for car delaerships and don't like being treated like I'm an uninformed consumer. You couldn't ask for a better dealership to be treated like a human being.Justine Alexander if fantastic and was a pleasure to deal with.Miguel Garcia is excellent as a pre-owned manager and may appear very stern, but warms up quickly.Roger Alexandre my sales person was the best of the best. Friendly, kind, and the big one honest!! He shows a true concern and tries to meet your needs. There was no pressure and he lets the product sell it's self, just like in dealerships of BMW, Mercedes and other high end cars. You actually appreciate being in a car dealership and not some of the other dealerships were it's about moving product and treating people like cattle.I highly recommend this dealership and if you are lucky enough to deal with the staff that I did, your experience will be fantastic.

Thanks to the staff at Bernardi Hyundai, this was the most enjoyable car-buying experience Ive ever had. After month of extensive research, we had decided on the getting the Elantra GT. I exchanged emails with several dealerships regarding the cost of the various trims and numbers for buying versus leasing in order to do an accurate comparison. After several hours with a dealer that appeared to offer a fantastic lease, we left disappointed and frustrated because the too-good-to-be-true offer was a miscommunication. We then went to Bernardi, and struck a deal in less than half an hour. In a way, we were fortunate to have a bad first experience because that gave us a chance to appreciate all of Bernardi Hyundais positive attributes. We found the staff friendly, helpful, honest, knowledgeable, and whose pride at working at a beautiful showroom was obvious. Big contrast with the other dealership. We worked with Justine, Roger, and Miguel, all of whom I would whole heartedly recommend to anyone looking to buy a Hyundai.

Actually I am a Hyundai vehicle owner. I came to the US about less than 2 years ago and after having a horrible experience with another Hyundai dealership (rout 44) that made me leave some poor reviews about them I went to the Bernardi Hyundai completely by accident and leased my first car ( A night blue sonata 2012) from this dealer at that time. It was such a lovely experience that made me go back to them before the lease is over for my Sonata. Marie - my professional dealer who was a very charming lady - offered me a magnificent deal and this time I leased a near full option red Sonata 2013 with the Nav, moon roof , push starter and etc... I love this dealership. They make you think you are the only costumer they have! If you are a Hyundai lover same as me, go to this dealership even if you think you may not effort the price. They won't let you go out with a sad face :)

It was time to replace the 2000 Accord. Went back to Alan who was able to get us into a 2013 Elantra. Nice ride for the money. As usual Allan was professional, straight forward and got us the best deal possible. This is the second time we went back to Bernardi and Allan because of their excellent service and straight forward attitude. We are happy with Allan and Bernardi's service and reputation. When I walked up to Allan Palmer, told him what I was looking for and how much I was willing to spend, I assumed he'd have me test-driving about 10 cars and haggling prices. I was wrong. He pulled up in the EXACT vehicle I wanted; I knew it as soon as I saw it. He knew that I knew and that I didn't want to let on....make sense? I asked him for the price which was about 2 grand more than I wanted to spend but ha, ha(!) Mr. Palmer was NOT dealing with some amateur I thought. My Samsung Galaxy S III would whip up Blue-Book value in seconds. He must've seen the glean in my eye or huge touch-screen cell phone in my pocket; my tapping finger twitching because he attached a dealer-plate and told me to take it for a drive. Waiting for him to hop in, he acquiesced and said he'd meet me back at the dealership. "Wow", I thought. "This guy is good!!" But I'm no dummy and no one separates me from my money without just cause. I'll just take this rather beautiful 4-wheel drive, SUV, 6 cylinder Ford Escape in Champagne color, which comes with remote starter and 6 CD player, for a quick jaunt on the highway, stop at the store real quick, and return looking disappointed. Who knew that a mid-sized, 4-wheel drive SUV was also a scream-machine on the highway?!! Finding nothing at all to complain about there, I pulled off and decided to open the sun-roof because we were experiencing some unexpected beautiful weather; sunny, balmy, xxxx!! I had to remind myself of the anomaly; this is Massachusetts after-all. Upon my return trip to the dealership, I was then overcome by a sense of empowerment from the "tallness" of sitting high up above all the other puny vehicles. Looking down upon them, I envisioned myself "Queen of the Road". But no, I couldn't let Allan see that. In retrospect, I have to laugh. Allan has been doing this for a long time. He knows his stuff which includes complete honesty. A 'CARFAX' report was already printed out and waiting for me back at the dealership. It was the end of the month and Allan was more interested in submitting big numbers (cars sold). This vehicle was a trade-in he explained. Typically, the trade-in vehicle is assessed and in most cases, sent to auction. Some however, are worthwhile to resell subsequent to a little maintenance. Which is the reason, Allan explained, that a Hyuandai dealer was selling a Ford SUV. Well this was unexpected I mused. Dang!! Sadly, I pocketed my Samsung and got down to "brass tacks". "How much Allan?" "I'm paying cash so I can go anywhere and there's lots of places to go". No way can he make this work; there's no way. Between Allan's knack for people-assessing and Sean's innate ability with numbers as well as the many other Bernardi-Hyuandai employees, including the omni-present "Joey D", I drove outta there the next morning (too late in the day for the RMV "runner") with my DIVO CD screaming, "Rainbow in the Dark".That was three weeks ago and as I sit here in the beautiful Bernardi-Hyuandai dealership, equipped with Wi Fi and free lunch having PUMA (ya, I named her Puma...) serviced, at no cost to me, (driver-side strut and sway bar) Allan sees me and, with ready smile and handshake, comes over to say, "Hi". As if I weren't already impressed, he remembers my name! I'm a realist. Of course he could have checked the requisition list at the service desk...Hello? Just the fact that, if he did, I didn't see it leaves me with the sense of security that we all want when purchasing a vehicle. It only comes with dealing with a professional who knows his stuff, has been around for a long time, and would only be affiliated with an organization that will be here long after I'm gone.

After having paid off my used car, I realized it was time to get something else since it was costing me more in gas and insurance than it was worth; I loved it, but money is money. I did my research on Nissan's, Hyundai's, Mazda's, Ford's, and everything that would put my finances back in the positive per month. Kim was an excellent salesman and there was no pressure - just facts and lot's of cars. My only concern was the original price they gave me for my car - but they quickly gave me $500 more than what the last dealer offered me since they wanted me business - it's their job to make profit and my job to pay as little as possible, so no faults to anyone. Hyundai had the best price for what I was interested in (miles per tank in gas, monthly payments, comfort/safety) and Kim made it all work with his manager, Brian. The dealership and Kim were both very transparent and I left feeling good. I later realized my cousin also bought her car at Bernardi and had a similarly positive experience. I'll be honest, a nearby Nissan dealer was high pressure, used many logical fallacies to convince me that the numbers were the best they could do (and even passive-aggressively insulted me when I called them out on it!), and probably turned me off from Nissan all together. Bernardi and the salesman, Kim, treated me much better and I truly believe they would treat everyone that way since they had no idea I spent all morning at other dealerships. All in all, well done Kim and Bernardi. I enjoy my Hyundai Sonata and would recommend Kim to others.

Roger the sales person was excellent and I would recommend him highly, as was Sean in financing.However, the GM, Brian, is not very good at dealing with people. Especially with someone who knows a little about the business. When confronted with questions his only response was "This must not be the car for you" instead of conversing. He wanted us to leave.Also, they sold us a car that they didn't have a title for but didn't tell us until after our second trip back. How do you, as a GM, not know you don't have a title for a car you are selling??? After telling us on Monday that the title was being overnighted, it took until Thursday to get there.On Monday we were told the car would be delivered since we live almost 50 miles away and had made 2 trips already. Another lie!!! They brought the title down to be signed, but no car. Another trip for us.Also, instead of being there at 4:30 in the afternoon on Thursday, when we went to pick up the car, Brian had left already. I guess he didn't want to see if an unhappy customer had their issues resolved. He apparently doesn't care about people being satisfied. As a District Manager, if one of my GM's was this incompetent, his position would be reviewed.I am sorry to say that although the sales person was great, I will never recommend this dealership to anyone, I will do the opposite!!!!!!!

He answered all of my questions honestly and accurately. the process of buying the car went smoothly, without complications, due to Allan's expertise. The sales manager, Joe Dziedzic was very accommodating as well. I would recommend Bernardi to potential buyers.

Roger was such an amazing dealer. He really made us feel at home and we really were able to make an informed decision on our purchase. We were there around 12:30 and by around 1:30 we already knew which car we were getting. We test drove three different cars and he was really patient with us and our decision. He tried giving us as much of a discount as possible and really didn't pressure us into anything so we were really comfortable with our price point and our choice. I would gladly go again to their dealership and I would gladly ask him to help us again. He made my husband's first car purchase really amazing and unforgettable.

Intended on leasing a 2013 Hyundai Azera at Bernardi of Brockton and put down a $1000 "deposit" to hold the car for a day. leased my previous Sonata with them so thought I could deal with them on a good faith verbal basis.Lost temporary faith in the deal for the Azera after seeing a conflicting price on their websiteInformed them I wanted to visit another dealer to confirm the Bernardi deal was good with the intention of coming backThis caused the deal to go nasty in the salesmans view and the deposit now became a "non-refundable purchase and sale agreement" to dissuade me from researching at other dealershipsLeased car at other dealership that day on the basis of this nastiness and attempt to dupe me. The confrontation didn't help either!Trying to recoup the deposit but being met with defiance. Hyundai Motor Finance and Attorney General also called them on my behalf but they met the same defiance and Bernardi are refusing to refund me. Good faith agreement eh? Being a first time car buyer I was a bit apprehensive going to any dealership. I wasn't aware of the environment and overall thought process that went into purchasing or leasing a car. It was all "Greek" to me to pretty much sum how I felt up. But - when I met Allan it didn't just seem like another transaction, it was all about my experience and how I felt. He not only worked with me, but two other family members (who bought cars the same day!), and actually listened to our wants and needs and most of all - budget. I appreciate the hours he spent going over the ins and outs and pretty much just talking to us like normal people. I would highly recommend seeing Allan - you will have a pleasurable experience and also leave happy with your purchase. He's not your average car salesmen - I can promise you that!I would like to add in how thoughtful and kind Miguel was as well. He definitely worked with out budget and made my 2013 Elantra affordable for me. I expected paying a lot more than I walked away with and for that I couldn't be more appreciative. Both Allan and Miguel are true assets to Bernardi.

We were assisted by a very friendly and knowledgeable salesman named Roger. He was really a pleasure to work with and was a big factor in our decision to return to this dealership, which is saying something since we live over 30 minutes away. I know buying a car freaks a lot of people out but i can honestly say that my experience at Bernardi, working with Roger and the team there was really great. Bernardi Hyundai was the first place I stopped to look at cars. Upon arriving I was greeted immediately by Roger. He was very friendly and attentative. He asked what I was looking for and I told him and proceeded to show me the car I wanted. We talked price and negotiated. Never pressured into buying. He was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. I'm glad I chose Bernardi and love my new car. Thanks Roger!

I purchased a vehicle in October 2012. Since purchasing the vehicle I have brought in for service 7 times. I have complained about the same issue since the beginning. Instead of resolving the issue, I received the run around. I have since filed a consumer report and called a lawyer. I have missed hours out of work and the car is not dependable. Even though my sales representative and his manager tried to rectify the problem. Brian refused to help and smiled as I was complaining. He did not care that the vehicle is not dependable and I was constantly bringing it for service since day 1. I had not choice but to escalate the issue and call a lawyer.

How is the car wash coming along? Any new word on when it will be up and running? Should I start bringing in my register receipts for my GENESIS car washes so that Bernardi Hyundai can REIMBURSE me for them? I was promised a free car wash whenever I wished. I haven't been able to take advantage of this service, I was promised at the time of sale for about a year. Please tell me and the other customers when you plan to have the car wash repaired. This is getting ridiculous. What kind of a business are you running? Also, while I am complaining, what about the manual that you promised to get me for the navigation system? I was promised several times that it was on order...by the sales manager...the salesman... and the service manager. Still have not received it. I guess I should not complain...it's only been a year and a month since I purchased the vehicle. If you consider the amount of time it has taken to repair the car wash then I might receive it for Christmas this year.Happy Easter Bernardi. You can be sure that this is the last vehicle I will ever purchase from this dealership. Service obviously means nothing to you.

So glad that I went to Bernardi Hyundai!! I have bought several cars over the years at different dealerships. Not all were bad experiences, but I have to say that this was the best experience by far. I was pleasantly surprised after my visit. We were not "stalked" in the parking lot when we pulled in. We were approached after maybe 10 minutes or so and asked if we needed any help and if we did to just let them know. That was it. Once we found the car that I was interested in we went into the show room and up to the counter and that's when we were introduced to Sales Consultant Kim Marchesi. What a nice guy! He was so knowledgeable and helpful. He asked us what we were looking for in a car and what was important to us. We told him the car we were interested in and how much we wanted to spend a month. He took down our information and said he would be right back, which he was, with the payment plan we had asked for. He took us for a test drive and explained all of the features the car had to offer and how to use them. I walked away feeling informed and good about our decision and purchase. I had never been to this dealership before, but after the experience that we had, I would highly recommend them to my family and friends. My husbands car will be paid off in a couple of years and you can bet that we will be back car shopping at Bernardi Hyundai. Thank you Kim for making this such an easy and pleasant process for us!

I was considering buying a new car but wasn't sure. I stopped by Bernardi as I had heard good things about it from a friend. Roger greeted me immediately and was very nice. I told him I wanted to look at a new Accent. We sat down and talked and he brought me out an Accent that was exactly what I said I wanted. We test drove it and during the test drive he asked if I wanted to consider an Elantra, he said it was a bit bigger and more comfortable for the same price. I said I would consider it, he did not pressure me at all. I test drove the Elantra and I did like it much better. We started running numbers and although it did come a little higher than I orginally wanted to spend, I still felt it was affordable and that it was a really nice car for the money. The financing was a great deal, I qualified for 3.9% and a small down payment. The paper work was a little slow but not too bad. I was able to drive the car home the same day. I am very happy with my new Elantra and I felt very comfortable with the deal I got. They made sales reccommendations but they were nice about it and didn't make me feel pressured. They were all very friendly, employees walking by me all said hello and Joe helped me set up my IPhone when my salesperson was with other customers.

I went to 2 other hyundai dealers before Bernardi and wish I had just started at Bernardi. Chris took the time to help me find the options on a Sonata that worked best for me and my wife. We then sat down to discuse price and after the first price I was given, I told them what I was willing to pay and they came back the very next time and gave me that price. One of the easiest negotiations I have ever had at a dealership. Then I met with the finance manager Joe and was not pressured into anything I did not need. He just made sure I knew what they could do for me and did not pressure me. It was a very relaxed experience. I would recomend anyone in the market for a hyundai to meet with Chris and Joe for a deal.

I would like to start off by saying a great big "Thank You" to my sales consultant Tony Emmi and to Miguel Garcia, who took care of my finances. I am so grateful to have had such dedicated people working on my rather "complicated" case of buying a used car. I had heard from a few people that Bernardi Hyundai was a great place to get a car, with a lot of selection...however living 40 minutes away WITHOUT a car, and having to rely on other people for rides made me want to shop more local. After browsing around, I just had a feeling I had to go check out Bernardi Hyundai. My friend and I went one evening and I was greeted by Tony Emmi, who didn't hesitate to sit me down and find out what I was looking for. I am usually embarrassed and hesitant when I tell people I have horrible credit due to a lot of unexpected life circumstances, but Tony made me feel very comfortable and allowed me to explain my situation. Being only 28 years old, with deceased parents and no family...I can't help but to be nervous when taking a huge plunge into something big, however Tony actually TALKED to me personally about things such as work, interests, life...and not just about cars, deals, money etc. I felt like a person and not just someone buying a car. Tony introduced me to Miguel who made sure I wouldn't worry, that he would get me in a safe and reliable car for my budget. If I didn't like it, he would keep looking. A few days passed and Tony called to let me know that there were some other cars I may be interested in. He always kept in contact with me, and answered any questions I had at any time during the day. Tony was also very honest, and advised me very well so I wouldn't get into something "over-my-head". He had a 2001 Toyota Camry he wanted me to look at. My first thought was 1. I wanted something a little more new and 2. Something with a little less mile-age. But I gave it a try, and I am glad I did. Not only is it in great shape, but I do not have to pay a ridiculous amount of money per month. It is also a toyota, which are known to last longer. I spent quite a few more hours at the dealership, as I had to print lots of income papers and get car insurance, and Tony helped me step by step, even finding me insurance and accompanying me to the insurance agency. He went out of his way, and went above and beyond as a sales consultant. Now that I have had my car for a day, Tony has still made it clear that if I need ANYTHING to just call him. I am very happy I landed at Bernardi Hyundai, and I will happily be sending people Tony and Miguel's way! -Jennifer

My overall custom experience exceeded my expectations, even after the deal was done I had an unexpected issue and Miguel Garcia was not only compassionate, but he worked to make some late minute adjustments which meant a lot to me and my family. If you are reading this I can tell you anyone can sell you a car but they sold me a car and a peace of mind. This whole experience was a team effort while I did not buy a brand new car Brian Jones was also great to work with, Thank You All ...and yes when I for a night time test drive in the middle of the blizzaed to see how the car was in the snow Roger said "no problem" and went to find the car , clean it off, and off we went. They have handle my trip there with impressive manners.I was able to close with the deal end to end within 2 hours. I dealt mostly with Colson who was sincere and sharp. He immediately understood what i wanted and he was able to provide good service both to me and to his company. Bernardi dealership of Brokton is very well organized. From the moment that we me James, we knew it was going to go well. He's a very personable and likeable guy. He honestly reminded me of one of my friends. We had been searching for a few weeks for our first car ever, and stopped by not planning on making a final decision that day but after test driving a Sonata, we knew we had found the car we wanted. We had a few VINs we had looked up previously that were sadly all sold by the time we got there. There was a Sonata that had just come in, but was $1000 higher since it was fresh on the lot. Knowing that the price was my sticking point, James had us try a Toyota Camry. Not a bad car, but it just didn't have the feel we were looking for. We really had our heart set on the Sonata so the Camry just seemed like downgrading even though the price was much better. Not only did James and his boss, Miguel, get a Sonata for us at the price we wanted, but they made the whole process completely painless. James even came in on his day off just to make sure he was the one who gave us the keys when we picked up our new car because he knew how big a deal it was for us. If anyone I know is in the market for a Hyundai, I'm sending them to James.

I was skeptical of the dealer process to begin with so I went into the test drive with some trepidation. Met Allan P, test drove a 2013 Sonata and had the "conversation" about what he could do for us. We explained what we had in mind, he told us what he could do for us and within an hour we signed a lease for a 2013 Sonata.Great car but just as important, Allan was up front, honest and direct. He was really great. No games, no hassles just what I thought should happen at a quality dealership like Bernardi's. Overall it took about 3 hours to test drive, sign initial agreement, finish the paper work the next day and then pick up the car on Tuesday. Can't say enough good things about the experience. Thank you Allan and thank you Bernardi Hyundai!

It was overall just a great buying experience. Everyone I dealt with was very nice and eager to please, but not pushy. They made the buying experience pleasant and not stressful, like other experiences I've had at other dealerships in the past. I would definitely recommend this dealership to any friend/family member, and not hesitate to buy from them again in the future. I just hope that in the future I'm as happy with the service department as I was with the sales department.

Unlike other dealerships, I found the staff at Bernardi Hyundai to be much less aggressive and overbearing. This was a refreshing change. In fact, it is unclear as to how such a tactic at other dealerships can be successful as I found that it actually caused me to seek out Bernardi. I also appreciated the personal service that I felt I received there. I really felt that I was taken care of and I appreciated that.

I was extremely happy with the honesty and straightforwardness of this dealership. I was in the market for a pre-owned car and had been looking for about 10 days before walking into Bernardi Hyundai. I found cars at 2 other large dealerships, that I almost purchased, but because of what I consider unethical sales tactics, I walked out just before signing any paperwork. At these other dealerships I had encountered fast talking salesmen, who seemed to have a hard time giving a direct answer to my questions, and then the killer was that paperwork they presented me with was different than what we had just discussed. Bernardi Hyundai was a totally refreshing experience with their no-nonsense, no-bullsh** approach, not to mention very friendly, professional and highly efficient. I cant say enough to praise this dealership, and particularly my salesman, Allan Palmer. He says what he means and means what he says. Bernardi Hyundai is definitely 2 thumbs up.

I had been looking for a car off and on for a while. I had been checking the Bernardi website for a while, it was easy to use and better than the majority of other sites. The dealership was very nice, clean, great selection of new and used cars, and everyone was very friendly. Allan Palmer was the best sales associate. Great guy, easy to work with, low pressure, and tells you how it is. I traded in my Nissan Altima for a 2011 Hyundai Sonata; I was extremely pleased with the entire experience. While I ended up spending more per month than I had planned on, the car I have is extemely well equipped, low miles, at a great price. The extra few dollars per month are worth it. I will certainly be back in the future. Allan is highly recommended.

My experience started out bad. My sister and I were left in the dealership one evening after trying to purchase a car. We made our presence known at the desk. It took a few awhile before we were called into the office and were told that we had been approved but the payments were so high we knew it was not affordable. We thought we had a deal that was within our price range and were really disappointed and the evening shift was not friendly at all. We told them we would not be able to do this and wanted our trade in back. We were told it would be ready in a few minutes. We waited over an hour and nobody was cluing us in as to what happened. My sister finally asked where our vehicle was and it was then told to us that they could not find the keys. We waited some more and nobody checked on us, offered coffee or anything else. When we finally got our trade in back our inspection sticker had already been removed. We were told to bring it back the next day and one would be put on. This ment another trip. After this happened my sister wrote the dealship and told them about the experience. It was then that Miguel Garcia and Chris Corriveau took over and worked with us to make our dream of owning a newer car come true. I cannot say enough about Chris and Miguel. They are a true asset to your dealership and totally changed my opinion about Bernardi Hyundai of Brockton. If it were not for the both of them working hard for us we probably would have went elsewhere to purchase a car and would never have recommended this dealership. Thanks for turning this around for us and making this a much better experience.

I apologize for being late with this review. My husband had been after me that it was it was time for me to start looking for a car. First, let me tell you that I owned a 2003 Hyundai Elantra with 268,000 miles on it. It was time to replace her, she was a great car, narry a problem, ever except the usual maintenance. Due to past experiences with another dealer I was reluctant to do so as I do not like dealing with car salesmen. We had heard good things about Bernardi of Brockton my daughter had gotten a car from them back in February and was very pleased.So off I went kicking and dragging to Bernardi with a promise from my husband that we would just look to see what was out there.We arrived at Bernardi were we were met by Tony Emmi. I must say that I have to be honest with you, I told Tony that I would rather " clean toilets "then deal with a car salesman. Poor Tony didn't know what to say after that comment but he was patient, helpful , knowledgable and worked with me until I was happy and in a vehicle that I could affordAt first I thought I wanted a new car (SUV) but the price was way out of my range. I knew that I wanted to stay with Hyundai because of my past experience with my Elantra. Tony worked with me and found me a 2011 Santa Fe in my price range which I can afford. I have had my car now for about a week now I love it and can't thank Tony enough for working with me to find a great vehicle.The Bernardi staff are also very helpful. I highly recommend buying a vehicle from Bernardi and especially Toni. Nothing but lies. I went into the dealership to look at a new Hyundai and see what the price would be. It was all lies. Miguel first started off by saying he would sell for $500 over invoice, making it look like they were only making $500 profit. after sitting for two hours, I talked them done well over $3000. It was like pulling teeth. Clearly they are still making money at the $3000 under invoice price, so the $500 over was nothing but a lie. do not fall for it. the invoice price is a scam, it is not the same as the true dealer price which is several thousand dollars lower. Miguel was very high pressure and insisted on a reason for every dollar I tried to negotiate. I didnt feel I owed him an explanation, its the price I wanted to pay. finally after feeling I got to a reasonable price I left a $250 fully refundable deposit (I edited the contract to say fully refundable before signing - and you can and should too - its fully within your power). After this, I went to Clay Hyundai to price match, they immediately went to a lower price - no haggle, no high pressure, no sales tactics, just a good honest sale - you should definitely go to Clay and leave Bernardi in the dust. after going to Clay and getting a better price without the lies, the high pressure and other scamming techniques that Bernardi is good at, I went to bernardi to get my refund, they made it extremely difficult for me to walk away and get my refund, they didnt get that the reason I didnt want to do business with them is because of their dishonesty. Go to Clay - I had to fight and argue for another hour to get my refund back from Bernardi - you dont need this, it took them all of 3 minutes to take the deposit, but over an hour to refund as they tried more scamming techniques to get me to stay and to avoid refunding the money. Dont buy into their scams, they are very good at persuading you into believeing their lies. Worse than any dealership I have ever been to.

My experience with purchasing my third Santa Fe was the best. I have been to other Hyundai dealers and from driving into the parking lot it was a total pleasure this time around. Peter Brandao should be commended for his exceptional customer service and paying attention to the littlest details. Joe Dziedzic also made the negotiation process painless and actually enjoying. I love my new vehichle and the 2013 Sport Turbo is awesome. If you are considering a Hyundai, then you must visit this dealership!

Had been looking for a used SUV for about a month. Went to a couple other dealerships and had no luck. Went to Bernardi to see what they had. Was looking at a Santa Fe and greeted by Tony Emmi in the lot. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. Told me all he knew about the car and other options in my price range in the lot. The 09 Santa Fe was what I was looking for in a car and at a tremendous price.Worked out the deal with Miguel and Tony and am very happy.Tony is a man of his word and he made good on a couple of promises.Thank you for a great experience. Will be sure to tell others and definitely be a return customer. Beautiful looking dealership and spotless. Also had some interaction with the service team and found them to be very knowledgeable and helpful.

We recently purchased a 2013 hyundai sonata. Our salesman Kim was very knowledgeable about this vehicle. He took us on a test drive and showed us every aspect of this vehicle. He worked very hard to get us the best price possible. He continued to follow up with us and was very professional. He came in on his day off to deliver this car to us, and set up everything we needed. We went into the dealership today to pick up our registration and he washed and vacuumed the car himself. I had visited many dealerships prior to purchasing this vehicle and did not receive the professional service that i received from Bernardi. This dealership is outstanding and i would highly recommend Kim as a salesman.

After searching for hours and visiting 6 other Hyundai dealers, I walked into Bernardi and was greeted by Miguel and James. After telling them what I was looking for, they took me to the exact vehicle that I was looking for minus a few bells but both James and Miguel worked with me to get me into a new used Sonata for less than the previous dealers. The biggest compliment and best feeling about the experience was that we felt as though we were taken care of, 100%, right up to delivery and even after. James worked hard to make sure everything was taken care of for us...we literally had to worry about nothing, as he promised. It was truly an unbelievable experience for a change...something other dealerships should model themselves after! Our experience with this dealership was exceptional. From our first phone call with Mr Levy, who was very efficient in finding out if the car I was inquiring about was still available (since we were driving in from Ware, MA). Brian Doyle went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied with EVERY aspect of our deal. He explained everything with exceptional knowledge and patience. He made sure we were comfortable (even giving us a few tokens for the diner) while we were waiting to see the finance manager. He was very sensitive about our feelings for our trade in. I know that sounds silly but I WAS very attached to our old van. And even though I knew we weren't going to get a lot for it, as a "trade in", he was very understanding. So, when Mr. Garcia talked to us about what other dealers were paying for that particular van, we were able to accept the news a lot easier. The entire transaction went quite well. Our time with the finance manage was uneventful - that is all I will say about that. When we returned to pick up my new (to me) car, again, Brian was right "on top" of things! He called me in the am to make sure everything was going as planned and we were able to correct a little problem about the plates - he was able to straighten it all out before I got there! When we arrived he had my new plates in his hand! I just couldn't believe how smooth this was going! My grand-daughters and I had lunch at the diner, while he was busy getting the car ready, putting the new plates on, taking my old ones off and filling my tank - THEN - he programmed my cel phone into the car and VERY patiently explained "bluetooth" to me! I will definitely recommend this dealership to my family and friends, it was well worth the long drive!

Since my last post from January "My wife and I purchased two 2012 Hyundai's recently and have given reviews on the great customer service we received by Dave Molnar. Unfortunately, it goes downhill from there. The service department at Bernardi Hyundai has poor customer service. They make you feel guilty for asking for a car wash. I was told by my salesperson that an oil change at 1000 miles was recommended due to the engine parts moving and creating filings that are best to be removed sooner than later. This sounded like good advice. We live 30 minutes from Bernardi. They had the best deal. My wife drove up to have her oil changed and was told that it was way too soon. My wife explained what her salesperson had said, she was met with the same verbiage. I attempted to make an appointment for my 1000 mile oil change and was met with more of the same. I ended up speaking to the General Manager(Patrick Coffey) of the dealership, who after explaining that they recommended an oil change after 3000 miles, agreed to allow me to have my oil changed at 1000 mile. To me this was too little too late. I believe they need to change their slogan, to Bernardi for Now, and that's it. I was made to feel like ok you purchased your cars, no need to be polite anymore. I am done with them."New PostI have had the two cars purchased from this dealership mixed up. The sirius xm radio information was incorrect. The codes on the paperwork from Bernardi were from other cars that we had not purchased. I dealt with Sirius directly and fixed this. Now our Hyundai Roadside Assistance Cards are mixed up. I have an Elantra and my card says Veloster. I see a problem having to use this. I have e-mailed on two occasions and received word that they are working on it. Really for many weeks, how long does it take. Also I requested no e-mail from them. I continue to receive it. Since they tend to respond to negative reviews in a timely fashion, I have no alternative but to complain about their continued inability to get anything right.Wayne ReidBernardi for now...and thats it

By far the best car buyiong experience I have ever had. Normally, one would equate buying a car like going to the dentist. The friendliness of the staff, the courtesy, service, cleanliness of the facility, (especially the restroom)was non pareil. I will send everyone there when I know of anyone wanting to acquire a vehicle. I am a Bernardi customer for LIFE.

Brian Doyle was the most pleasant and easy to deal with sales representative that I have ever worked with while buying a car. He was very patient with me and literally spent the whole day with me test driving various cars until he made sure that I was happy with the car that I ultimately purchased. He was not pushy or aggressive at all, but rather was very friendly and made me very comfortable throughout the whole buying process. He was very knowledgeable about the features of the car i bought and made sure that he explained everything to me before I drive off the lot. Brian scheduled my first oil change while I was still at the dealership, which was convenient, and he even assisted me at the sales department when I purchased an additional assessory for my vehicle. He also followed up with XM Radio the next day to ensure that my my 3 month membership was activated. Overall, Brian made my sale of my new Hyundai a very pleasant one, by far the best experience at a car dealership that I have ever had.

Brian is an very approachable person, easy to talk to and excellent at answering questions. He listened to my car needs and helped me match them to a vehicle. He knew the dealer inventory and was especially patient explaining all of the various features on the cars I was considering. Once I chose a car, he walked me through the financing issues and everything went off with a hitch. When I returned several days later to have some extra keys made, he sought me out to explain something further that he had just learned about my vehicle, as my car is a 2013 Elantra GT and had only been in the showroom less than 1 week before I purchased it.

I went in for a simple tire rotation and oil change and ended up driving away with a new vechicle. I bought a Sonata 2012 from this dealer and Kim was my sales man. He has been my best experience with sales representative by far. He is not pushing you or pressurizing you to make the deal. He will give you space to think and ponder over and always ready to assist with any issues and questions you might have in purchasing a new car. He will go out and beyond to give you a great car buying experience. I have not yet had to deal with their service section and their dealing, so my comment is only restricted to my buying experience. So far no issues with the car, except for some hiccups where the AC would not blow cool air unless I shut it and restart it again. It happened twice to make me wonder where am I getting it wrong or if this year unprecedented heat got better of the AC? Customer Service at the dealership = AAccessibility to dealer = B+ (if you have your own car), B ( if you do not, but Kim or other will pick you from train st) Speed of processing the sale= B+Car Options = B+

I actually enjoyed the car buying process! Right from the beginning when Kim, the salesman, came over to us, the entire process was relaxing, friendly and pleasant. I had no intention of actually buying a car the day I walked into Bernadi, I was simply doing some research and test drives for when I was ready. However all that changed once Kim took me on a test drive. He answered all my questions in a teachable way, and even answered some I didn't even know to ask. After he rode with me for the initial test drive he then allowed me to drive around with my entire family for a second ride. Once I got back to Bernadi I was pretty sure I found the car I was looking for. The only hurdle left was the "gamesmanship". I would 100% percent recommened this dealership and Kim because there was no back and forth with price negotiating. We told him what we wanted and in 30 seconds he came back with what we wanted and more! The entire process took just over an hour- 2 test drives included! EVERYONE was pleasant, respectful, and great to be around. Never once did I get the creepy car dealership feeling. If you're looking for a no hassle, friendly dealership go to Bernadi! And ask for Kim :) I am very happy with my 2013 Elantra and with Bernadi!

Our experience at Bernardi was wonderful. Dealing with everyone from Tony in sales, to Steve in finance, all the way to Brittany in registrations, the process was stress free. There were considerations made for extenuating circumstances with our trade in that would have been a deal-breaker at another dealership. Bernardi strives to give back to the community and that was shown to me, an employee of the city of Brockton. I love my new Elantra and I am glad that I bought it at Bernardi.

From the moment Peter greeted us, our experience was exceptional. Peter made my family and I feel at home. He treated all of us with the utmost professional and courtesy. From the way he handled the sale, I had a level of trust with him and felt comfortable purchasing my vehicle there. Bernardi did not misrepresent what their on-line sale promoted. I was given a very fair deal on my trade-in and a wonderful deal on my new car purchase. I bought my 2012 Elantra Sept of 2011. I found a much better price than other dealers I had seen. Others had tacked on a charge because the car was in big demand and short supply. Sean was very helpful in finding me the car I wanted and made the process enjoyable. Since then I've been back for scheduled maintenance and even that is a pleasant experience. I very nice showroom and waiting area, even a discount on breakfast at the cafe at their sister dealership next door. This is the 1st new car we've bought in many years. Based on our experience we'll be back ....my wife's turn next time. She's really liking the idea of a Sonata.

I went to another Hyundai dealership the day before and they were disrespectful to us and had the worst experience ever. We then decided to go to Bernardi to look at some cars and I couldnt believe the excellent service we received. They were all kind, courteous, respectful, actually listened to what we were saying, they answered every question we asked and gave us exactly the price we were looking for. I brought my 13 year old nephew with us and there was a bbq for the customers and they made sure he had food, drinks and popsicles. They even let him look and sit in all the cars. They made sure he was happy and entertained while we were purchasing a car which helped us out a lot. I am telling everyone about Bernardi and sending them all there for a new car. This was the first time I bought a brand new car and it was the best experience I ever had. Soooo happy with my purchase and the service I received. This dealership is an hour from my house and I will go back there when I plan on buying another new car.

Richard was very helpful during my visit. He arranged a shuttle drop off for me so that I could get to the train station. Initially I indicated that I would not need a ride back to the dealership however my plans changed and thus needed one. I called Richard and he immediately set up a ride for me that was waiting for me when I got off of the train. It saved me from a 3 mile walk through Brockton. He was informative of the repairs that were going to be done and also let me know what the approximate cost would be.

Went in a week ago looking at a Sonata or an Elantra. Right away I did not feel comfortable since two sales people were fighting over who would help me. Turns out I got the bad end of that deal. Our salesperson had a tough time speaking English. Never introduced himself (still don't even know the guys name). I gave a budget for a monthly payment and was insulted at their first offer. Then a manager was called in. Fairly nice guy at first. Was insulted again by the counter offer. I decided to leave. One more offer was thrown my way, but it was still too far off even with doubling my down payment. I gave it some thought and called back to see what my payment would be with a higher down. Finally an offer I liked. So I go back to the lot to look at the car and do the deal and to my surprise I had been bait and switched. Completely different car. Nothing I wanted for a higher monthly cost. This was the last insult I could handle. Two days later, I tried emailing the manager to see about sacrificing a model year and a feature or two to get me in at the right price. Two days passed, so I tried again - still nothing. I was flat out ignored. Apparently my business was not valued here, so I tried another dealer in the area to see if maybe they would be interested in earning a new customer. Today I called at 11AM and after a few emails back and forth and a short visit after work, I was signing off on a nicer Elantra Limited with all the features for only a fraction more than Bernardi offered. I was fine with the little extra because sometimes you have to pay a premium for the great service I received. I know there are lots of happy Bernardi customers. Perhaps I caught them on a bad day. However, based on this being my worst car buying experience, I would recommend trying at least 3 other area dealers first. To think that one simple reply to an email could have gotten you a sale...If this happened in my line of sales, you could get fired. Oh well. They made my decision that much easier so I guess they helped a little.

I found the vehicle I wanted online. I contacted the dealership and I received a prompt reply. I met Peter Charlebois and he helped me with NO pressure which was awesome! He was VERY knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. I came back the next day with my son. Peter again was very helpful. I was VERY pleased with the way Peter treated us. Allan and Pat are fantastic in customer relations; friendly, caring and very professional. For years I only went to the Saturn dealership because of their warmth and great customer care. When they closed I was afraid I would have to go back to the usual kind of dealership where the sales people feel put out to help you or nickel and dime you to death. Within 4days from my first visit I bought a car that I am very happy with. It only took 24hours to decide, sign a P&S, and a deposit. Picked up a perfect silver Sonata 2013 with a few options that make it very special. Kim had all the answers I needed. Joe the Sales Manager was honest and straight forward. Then Steve the finance manager finished the paperwork and financial end of it. Upon delivery Kim took the time to explain everything to me so I felt comfortable with my new car. I would recommend Bernardi for life!

This is our second car we've purchased in the last year. We came back the second time due our positive experience the first time. And the second time was just great as the first time. Our salesperson was the same as our first visit, at our request because he was so nice to work with on our first purchase. I visited the service dept for a problem with my 2008 Elantra. Richard Pearson took great care of me and was very professional and attentive as I described the problem with my car. They were able to fix the problem for me and it was under warranty. Everyone there was very friendly and acknowledged me even though I was there for service. We will be purchasing our third Hyundai in the next month from Bernardi. Can't say enough good things about them.

Wonderful experience. I wish I could buy more cars just to do it again. I had previously been to Hyundai of Danvers and Arlington and knew I wanted a Hyundai Elantra GLS, but the service at those locations was sub-par. A friend of mine recommended Bernardi; she had purchased an Elantra Limited in February and loved her experience, the car, and every interaction since then.I walked in and Peter Charlebois was expecting me. I immediately felt very comfortable with him and knew that while his job was to make a sale happen, his priority was making me happy.The building itself was immaculate, comfortable, and welcoming.The selection is enormous, they are the largest Hyundai dealership in New England.The staff were professional and charming. I can not state this enough. The level of professionalism that Peter exhibited throughout the entire day (I was there for about 3 hours or more) was of such a higher caliber than other dealers I'd been to it is barely describable.Anyone considering buying a car of any kind should go here and work with Peter.

My daughter and I visited Bernardi Hyundai recently looking to purchase a new car. After driving around the lot for awhile, we were met by Sean Foley. We told him that were were "just looking". He told us to take our time, and that if we had any questions, please feel free to ask him. There was "no pressure" whatsoever. The dealership was very clean and well organized. We approached Sean with our questions, and he took quite a bit of time answering all of our many questions and concerns in a very profession manner. Sean was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We thanked him and left. Went back to the dealership again approximately a week later. Once again met with Sean, and again Sean answered all of my questions, helped with all my needs, and my affordability with no pressure. He never once tried to sell me a car that was overpriced for me. I ended up buying a 2012 Hyundai Accent Hatchback. Sean Foley and Patrick Coffey made the entire process with Bernardi Hyundai painless. We received first-class service, and would highly recommend this dealership to friends and family.

I drove 30 miles to Bernardi Hyundai because their listed internet price for 2012 Accent GS was 500 below their competitors. But, I wanted it even lower. And I got it. Test drive, price negotiation, financing, free hamburger and a balloon for my daughter, everything for less than two and a half hours. Peter Charlebois is the most professional salesman I have ever worked with; friendly, low pressure and very informative. Financing with Steve Conrad was fast and smooth. We were happy with the price but still wish for my sun roof and miss it. As for the quality of work I can only hope it willmatch the experience so far since the car is new no work has been done I will however keep the faith!

My first new car is the 2012 Hyundai Veloster, and its exactly what I wanted. Peter went far and beyond in allocating this car for me as its in high demand; and with the help of Patrick Coffey it made everything possible. When I arrived to see my new car it was exactly what I wanted all to my specifications. I felt like I was in 1st class care all the way from first coming in to look at a Hyundai Veloster. To sitting down with Peter and telling him what I was looking for, test driving, and explaining all the features to me right before leaving in my new car. Financing my car was too easy with the help of Steve Conrad, he found me the best rate out there. He even beat the rate of my local bank that was really low already, so financing with Steve was the way to go. I would tell anyone looking for a new car to come to Bernardi Hyundai in Brockton, MA. After a poor experience at another Hyundai dealership I was very cautious coming in..But now i understand why there are so many positive reviews of Bernardi Hyundai.Sean and Patrick were both fair and no pressure sales people..But most of all i appreciated the honestly which is increasingly rare to see these days..Would definitely go back again or recommend to a friend.

I went to Bernardi Hyundai to Lease a new Accent and I knew what car I wanted before I got there. They were great at listening to me and setting me up with what I wanted without pressuring me into something different, and there were no hidden charges (the price was exactly what I had researched online). The most amazing thing was that I got there around 11:30am and was able to leave with my new car (with new registration, license plates and inspection sticker) by 2:00pm, amazing service!

This was my first time buying a new car and it couldn't have been any smoother. Sean helped me figure out which car was right for me and made sure I would be happy with everything. He was very friendly and easy to get along with. He made me feel very comfortable which was great because I was a little nervous buying a new car! J.D. later made sure I knew how everything inside the car worked so that I would feel all right driving it on my own. I had great experience working with the Bernardi staff. I visited the dealership on 3 different occasions and never felt pressured or harassed. It had been 7 years since my last new car purchase and I was not looking forward to the piranha frenzy I was about to experience. I gathered my courage and went to the dealership with only limited time. (I had an appointment to pick up my children) I was promptly met by Tom Mcniff. He approached me professionally, politely and in a calm manner. We spoke for about an hour looking at 2 different cars. I asked a million questions. I left the dealership feeling good about the 1st experience. It was good enough to go back a 2nd and a 3rd time. Tom and the Bernardi staff went out of their way to make me and my girls (age 10 & 12) feel comfortable, and safe. They had an age appropriate kid movie on the big flat screen TV, dinner chips to the diner across the parking lot; which made my girls hungry bellies very happy. There was plenty of bottled water and coffee to get us through a few hours of negotiating. There was also free WiFi for the kids electronic devices. We test drove the car and Tom allowed me to take the route I was familiar with. I choose a route I knew would give me a better idea of how the vehicle would perform under the conditions I would be driving in on a daily basis. Tom was knowledgeable in how the vehicle worked and all the functions. When he didnt know, he took out the book and got me the answer I needed. (a man not afraid to ask for directions)

Let me start by saying that I keep my cars for a long time. My trade-in car was a 1996 Camry which I loved. My husband is driving a 2004 Jeep. We decided that it was time to look for something newer to replace the Camry. We did our homework reviewing performance, gas ratings, cost and style. We visited Toyota and tried the new Camry, Honda, Chevy Malibu and Hyundai. When we opened the door at Bernardi Hyundai, J. D. Janes met us as soon as we walked in and he had us from that moment. He was very thorough going over every aspect of the Hyundai experience - from the features of the car itself and finally coming to a price we all felt comfortable with. I have had the Sonata for a week and love it! One neighbor told me that the Sonata is her dream car! My hope is that it will perform as well as my 1996 Camry did for me and I am pretty confident that it will. P.S. the free car wash for life is a very nice feature.

I had gone to another dealership and thought I wanted the car I test drove. The next day, I went to Bernardi and got a model upgrade for only $1,000 more, got the car I wanted, and even walked away with getting the same insurance coverage for cheaper than if I had stayed with my current insurer. Big shout out & thanks to Colson & Gido for going the extra mile for me in all aspects of the sale, love my car!! I also got the highest possible value for my 8yr old on trade, which was a huge bonus!!

I shopped online and visited 3 Hyundai dealers, this was the best by a landslide...well worth the hour drive (one way).Always do your homework...visit hyundaiusa.com and know what rebates and interest rates are offered by the manufacturer. None of the dealers I visited gave me all the incentives until asked for them.

I recently purchased my new Veloster from another local dealership and was less than impressed by their service department. My partner uses Bernardi for service on his Sonata and has been very happy with them. Even though Bernardi is farther away than this other dealer, I gave them a try. From the initial phone call to Jeff, my service appointment with Richard & a gentleman in the detailing department, and a call & order placed with the parts department, my experiences were 5 stars. I owned Nissans for the last 15 years but now see myself a satisfied Hyundai owner for years to come.

I would just like to say this was the easiest car purchase I have ever encountered! I was not made to feel like a feeder fish in a big tank of sharks. The sales associaes were all very professional and friendly, yet casual. It was a very comfortable atomosphere.Kim, my salesman was wonderful. He did not overwhelm me with needless information, he explained and demonstrated all of the wonderful features of the new Hyundai Elantra and told me how the different options would benefit my family and I.The entire process from the time I walked into the dealership to the time I "drove out" of the dealership with my new car was three hours! I was amazed and yet, I am still amazed. I have already taken advantage of my "free car wash" and I felt like family walking into the dealership. I was greeted by name by Kim and Patrick as well as the finance manager. This is a wonderful dealership and I am very happy to recommend them to many more people.

I went there as a first time buyer, but had been researching a lot and knew exactly my conditions and price range. Kim Marchesi was great right from the start: no pretense, no tiring sales talk, just plain honest and straightforward. I've been shopping around elsewhere and more than once I was annoyed with the pressure salespeople give you. I just didn't want to end up buying what they wanted to sell, instead of what I really wanted to buy. Kim Marchesi showed me the product that I asked for and he was confident that it was right for me. He is experienced and trustworthy, so I felt comfortable that I was making the right decision. They worked hard to find good financing options for me. The overall experience was very positive and painless, I am extremely happy with the car and am planning on going there again in the future. They have an impressive inventory available, and if you know what you want you will be sure to find it there. My experience with Bernardi Hyundai was amazing. Patrick, Colson and Steve took me from step 1 of the car buying process all the way to the end. They were as helpful in the "selling" process as they were in the "customer service" process. They cared about me and my new vehicle and making sure I was 100% comfortable every step of the way. I had previously gone to another dealer that was closer to me and felt very rushed and at the bottom of the priority list. At Bernardi, I was treated like a member of the company. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new/used car to go to Bernardi and work with their staff. I purchased my first new car, a 2012 Hyundai Elantra, and could not be happier. This place is great- service is always impeccable. I am never kept waiting longer than necessary. I just went for an oil change and without asking, the employee washed AND vacuumed my car as well as suggested a nearby diner to grab a quick breakfast while I ate! After my car was claimed a total lost, I was in a rush to find a new car. My boyfriend and I stopped in late on a Thursday night just to take a look at the stock. My intentions were to buy new/certified pre-owned, but was informed that with the low average miles I drive, I'd be able to lease a brand new car for less money. Staff kept me well informed and taught be about the business of leasing and why it works for some people. I left the following day with a car I always wanted, but didn't know I could afford. A giant thank-you to Sean and Steve! See you in 48 months!

I recently went to Bernardi to have my vehicle serviced. I was greeted immediately by Richard Pearson, and the experience only got better from there. He was quick and efficient as to getting my vehicle in the shop area. Even when I returned to his desk a few moments later to bring up issues I have been having and previously forgot to mention, he called in the mechanic right away to address these issues in the best way possible. Even while I was waiting in the clean, comfortable waiting area, Richard took the time to come over about mid way through to give me a status update as to when the work should be completed. I could see that he realized my time is valuable, and it was greatly appreciated. I didn't feel pressured to buy, or perform any more services, which I usually feel when I go to other places. My visits at Bernardi have always been positive, and this time it was because of Richard Pearson.

I went to Bernardi Hyundai to have my 2006 Elentra serviced as the "Check Engine" light was on and my local mechanic diagnosed the problem as my catalytic converter. Had a 7:15 am appointment. First off this facility is beautiful, big and very, very clean. The waiting area has a huge TV and there is a variety of beverages available free of charge. Since I had time to kill I asked to see their inventory list. Although I'm not in the market for a new car, my Elentra did have 70,000 miles and I was hoping to get a few more years out of it--as this was my first real issue with my car. The guy that gave me the list introduced me to Allan Palmer who was in bright and early. I explained I wasn't in the market, couldn't afford a car payment but we went out to the lot just to look. Test drove a 2010 Elentra which was in mint condition, which I loved but again wasn't in the market. We to talk to the service person (I think his name was Jeff)who gave me the bad news that I had several issues and told me that in order to proceed with the testing I had to have something done to the tune of $400. To make a long story short, Allan and I talked, told him what I could afford if I had to have a car payment and within a matter of minutes I had myself a 2010 Elentra with a price I could afford. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase this vehicle. This is the first time in all the vehicle purchases I have made that I did not have to "play the game with between the salesman and the Business manager. Allan made it clear he wanted to sell me a car--but did not want to strap me financially and he was true to his word. When I went up at the end of the day to pick up my new car, Allan greeted me as soon as I walked in swapped my car mats, put my license plates on and gave me a 30 tutorial on the car which was great! Gido, the Business Manager was great and I was able to meet Alan Shear the service consultant. Before I left my first oil change appointment was made (which is free) and I also have a free car wash for life--which I plan on taking full advantage of. It was a awesome car buying experience and I can't say enough about Bernardi Hyundai and the guys that I had dealt with. Thanks so much, love my new car and I will be back!!!

I went in for an oil change and had great service from the minute I arrived. Jeff greated me and advised on timing of when the car would be done. I also inquired about a car starter as this wasn't available when I purchased my 2011 Sonata. He was knowledgable about the changes with the starts.I went back to the dealer about two weeks later for a blown tire (unfortaunetly). This happened as I left work and Jeff tried to work with me to get it fixed that night. I was up against traffic and time so wasn't able to make it in that evening. I went first thing in the AM and again, Jeff went out of his way to help by being there first thing in the AM to take my car in so I could get into work. Not only was the car done in less time then quoted but the friendly service is just wonderful.

In trying to decide to either purchase a new Hyundai (my 3rd!) or do the usual service when you have to replace everything, I decided to do the service route and give the new Bernardi a try - WOW! What an experience! I have had over 30 years of car repair experiences, but my experience at Bernardi Hyundai was farby the most awesome, worry-free, friendly, organized, informative, honest experience I have ever had. In comparison to another Hyundai Dealer, even closer to my home, Bernardi is a CLASS ACT! What a great facility!The service consultant, Richard P., was easy to work with, knowledgeable, and worked with me to coordinate any Bernardi service offers (best around), as my repair bill was in the thousands of dollars! He made my experience first rate, got me a rental car because my car was going to out of service for 2 days, communicated with me frequently as to what was happening, found answers to questions that I had asked or items I had inquired about, cleaned up and washed my car, and had it all warmed and waiting for me upon my return and delivery! I can't recall any dealer-service advisor ever making me feel so important and respected like Richard P. did at Bernardi Hyundai! I will make sure that I let all of my colleagues and friends know the 1st Class Service that Bernardi Hyundai delivers.....also, the repairs were so well done and fine tuned that my car drives like a brand new one right off the lot! My fiance and I made our first new car purchase this past week at Bernardi Hyundai in Brockton. I'd always heard bad things about car dealerships but the process really was pleasant here and the service was great.From the moment we walked in, Sean Foley was great to us. He started by getting us complementary coffees and even went to the back room and got us a special flavor (chocolate mocha which was delicious). My fiance and I are young and Sean could have easily thought we weren't serious about purchasing a car, but he gave us his undivided attention right from the start. He had us fill out some forms and then showed us the vehicle we were interested, the Tucson. My fiance and I had already test driven one somewhere else and ended up deciding that we wanted to purchase the car. I had a seen a great price on Bernardi's website for the car and told Sean about it. Some people had warned me it might be a bait and switch or the dealership might claim they had no more in stock, but sure enough the price was correct and we decided to purchase the car. Throughout the whole sale process, Sean kept the conversation very light and friendly (he wasn't strictly all business).Sean went the extra mile for us in a couple ways throughout the process:1. We got to the dealership pretty late in the evening since I work late. The dealership closes at 9, but since we decided to purchase the vehicle Sean stuck around until 11pm when all the paperwork was finally signed.2. My fiance is a teacher and really wanted a special teacher's plate. They didn't have any at the dealership but Sean went to the RMV (in Lowell no less) to get the plate.3. Sean gave me his personal cell phone number in case I had any questions and needed to reach him.4. When we went to go pick up the car a couple days later, Sean gave us a very extensive run down of everything. He walked us through the owner's manual, the quick reference guide, the warranty, and other paperwork. Then he took us out to the Tucson and spent at least a good 30 minutes taking us through all the features of the car. The sale had already been made but he still took the extra time to show us everything which my fiance and I greatly appreciated.Overall, the transaction went smoothly and in a couple years when we have to replace our other car, we'll definitely be checking out Bernardi again.

Please forgive this delayed response. My husband and I met Tony during our initial Hyundai visit, the week before we purchased. Tony was friendly, knowledgeable and patiently spent several hours with us. Most of all, he was not pushy. After previously researching Hyundais online, we went home and discussed it. We made an appointment with Tony the following Saturday with the intent to purchase. The last time we purchased a brand new car, a Caravan, was in 1986. Since then we've purchased used cars and our current vehicle is a 1998 Accord which we intend to keep a little longer. Although unexpected for Tony, we brought our son-in-law along to guide us through the negotiations and financing. Tony handled the situation well, was patient and courteous and kept in touch with Patrick (Manager) during the visit. The visit was a success for us with a low financing rate applied. We did have a time limit due to other plans but we were never rushed, treated fairly and kindly, but most of all, no one was aggressive. We appreciated this approach very much.Needless to say, we love the Santa Fe and look forward to some travelling as we approach the spring and summer. We selected the Brockton site because my husband would pass by it on Route 24 regularly so he was curious to check it out. Although it is a little distance from our Acushnet residence, we were very satisfied with the service so it was worth the trip. A big thank you to all of you!

I was trying to do the right thing and bring my brand new 2012 Hyundai Accent on January 5, 2012 for it's 2nd oil change to a certified Hyundai dealer. I know with the Hyundai warranty you have show receipts for all the service work while it is under warranty. So I have been trying to go to different Hyundai dealers near me if they have a coupon or deal on routine service. it all started when I went in for service on Jan 5th, 2012 and was given an attitude from the (Jeffrey Hines) service adviser at the desk. He told me I could not use the coupon I had from their website. He ended up honoring the coupon after I made a stink and said I was going to cancel the appointment. But then this weekend Feb 4th 2012 a month later, my neighbor pointed out to me that my new 2012 Accent was leaking oil and there was an oil stain under my new car. I said no can't be it has to be from another car. I went under the car and noticed that my oil plug bolt was out almost half way. It was dripping a at least 2 drips a minute. I then fixed it and checked the oil and had to put at least a quart of oil in the engine. I might as well have done the oil change myself. I then called Bernardi Hyundai and spoke to a service adviser and asked for the service manager. They gave me his voicemail. I left a message stating what happened and asked for a call back. It has been 4 days and no call back. I called today and asked for the service manager again today and was put into his voicemail again. Why did I bother going to the dealer when I could have just gone to a Vavoline oil change specialist instead for less money. Sorry Bernardi, but you lost me as a customer. Now I won't even go there for sales either. I was looking to replace my wife's car.

This was a fabulous experience and I will go to Bernardi Hyundia when I need a new or used vehicle from now on. Kim Marchesi was so friendly, respectful and full of information about the new car that I chose. When I saw the 2012 Accent H/B I fell in love and Kim worked with Patrick so that I could get the car I had my heart set on. I leased this car and being my first experience was very nervous but they all worked with me to that I could afford it which impressed me. Also Bernardi was the only dealership that actually listed the price of their vehicles on the internet which made me feel like they were probably the most trustworthy dealership and I was proven right. I also was really impressed with the new showroom it was so comfortable. When I picked up my car I was treated like a special person and I appreciated that. I went on a Sunday with a Monday holiday so had to wait til Tuesday to get my car and it was ready early in the morning with a full tank of gas, registered and ready to go. Kim went over everything really well so when I got into the car to drive it I knew what I was doing. So if you want someone to treat you well, work with you so that you can get it go to Bernardi because you will be treated like a king or queen.

I was looking for a used 2010 hyundai elantra and knew exactly what I wanted. I went to several dealerships in RI and test drove 7 before I went to Bernardi Hyundai. I drove from Warwick RI and was greeted by Tony Emmi who was so friendly and he knew everything about the car I wanted to purchase. Tony let me drive 3 cars and was very patient with me. By the end of the day I found the car I wanted and it was in excellent condition, we made a deal and the next day I went up to pick up my new car. Everyone at the dealership was very nice, very friendly and the facility is beautiful. This was my second visit to Bernardi Hyundai for service on my 2008 Hyundai Elantra. I have been VERY pleased with the service department, from the actual work to dealing with the staff. They are very professional and friendly, and do an excellent job explaining everything that needs to be done. I also enjoy the waiting area in the dealership...very modern and LOVE the big screen TV. I plan on returning again and again for scheduled maintenance on my vehicle.

The sales team at Bernardi was excellent. There were communication issues with Omar, who is no longer at the dealership. The service department is very good and treats the customer with is efficiency and respaect. All in all, the buying experience was good. I truly believe that Bernardi Hyundai is trying to be a world-class dealership, and that they are well along the way to being one.

Dealer prices are always higher but the service was great, with an afternoon trip for an engine light issue taking a couple of hours. Got a quick car wash to top the maintenance/repair event off. The dealership has a mini diner with good food, reasonably priced and servers surprised when they were tipped. The waiting time allowed checking out the new digs of both the Honda and Hyundai shops, which appear integrated, with cars outside where you can see them with a stroll.Recommendations for other service, were spot on for some items with other items a stretch (i.e. transmission fluid change or othe flush services). I didn't do more than I came for and didn't feel pressured. Historically, I've owned cars up to 10 years and 210 mi, and never had to do that maintenance so, I'm old school, suspicious and may be stupid in my approach to maintenance.

I'm a loyal Hyundai customer and had been looking for a new car for the better part of a year and came across this dealership online after seeing that they had an amazing price on a new Limited Elantra. I drove down after confirming the online price to test drive the car and was immediately met at the door by Sean. He found a comparable car to the one I saw online, I test drove it and loved it. After some discussion it came out that the online price had been an error (that is being fixed as we speak). Sean was great and worked to get it as close as possible to that price as possible and live up to what they put online--which was significantly less than the fair purchase price of a Elantra Limited. All in all they really were willing to work with me and come as close to the online price even though it was an error and priced extremely low. They obviously value customer service very highly and take their reputation very seriously. i would really recommend asking for Sean when you go in, he spent the better part of 7 hours working with me to get this sale done fairly and was so great through the entire process.

My wife and I purchased two 2012 Hyundai's recently and have given reviews on the great customer service we received by Dave Molnar. Unfortunately, it goes downhill from there. The service department at Bernardi Hyundai has poor customer service. They make you feel guilty for asking for a car wash. I was told by my salesperson that an oil change at 1000 miles was recommended due to the engine parts moving and creating filings that are best to be removed sooner than later. This sounded like good advice. We live 30 minutes from Bernardi. They had the best deal. My wife drove up to have her oil changed and was told that it was way too soon. My wife explained what her salesperson had said, she was met with the same verbiage. I attempted to make an appointment for my 1000 mile oil change and was met with more of the same. I ended up speaking to the General Manager(Patrick Coffey) of the dealership, who after explaining that they recommended an oil change after 3000 miles, agreed to allow me to have my oil changed at 1000 mile. To me this was too little too late. I believe they need to change their slogan, to Bernardi for Now, and that's it. I was made to feel like ok you purchased your cars, no need to be polite anymore. I am done with them.

My experience with Bernardi Hyundai Brockton was for the first oil change for a new car. This appointment was setup at the time of purchase, several months ago.When I came in at the appointed time, the shop was just closing due to a snow storm. The Service Consultant (Jeffrey) was very helpfull in setting me up with a new time frame and giving me a break on my next scheduled service appointment for my inconvenience.When I returned for my oil change, Service Consultant Richard took immediate action to perform the scheduled service and a complimentary car wash. Also a multi point inspection, assured me of the condition of fluids, lights, tires & brakes, as well as pointing out a problem with my license plate quality, which should be replaced.I have only the highest praise for the Service Department in Brockton. I will always mention my experience at this dealership in conversations with friends and at work, as being of the highest quality work and concern for my satisfaction.

Bernardi Hyundai was my second dealer visit and it was like going from night to day.Tom McNiff was the salesman I worked with and he was most pleasant and considerate car salesman I have ever dealt with. While I expected for him to bring over the sales manager to close the deal, it was he who went to the manager for final approval.I am not a haggler and I don't like the process, however I believe I got a fair deal and I wasn't pressed into buying more than I wanted. I don't know if this is the dealership's general sales policy or if it was due to Tom McNiff, but I certainly appreciated the experience and I left with a positive feeling after making the purchase.

I brought my Kia Amanti in because the check engine light was on and the car ran poorly. Richard Pearson took the car in and was able to identify and fix the problem. In addition, during the free multi-point inspection, they found my front brakes were thin. If I had driven much further the pads would have scored the rotors and I would have to replace them. They were able to do the brake job and resurface the rotors saving me over $150.00 if I had to replace the rotors. I highly recommend Bernardi Hyundai and Richard.

Great customer service. We had a hiccup with my deposit, but they were able to fix this promptly. The new car is excellent (and the car of the year for it's type). The sales were not pushy although they certainly wanted me to buy, and they offered me a fair price. Very happy with the experience and I would buy at this dealership again.

Alan's customer service was the best we have ever experienced. He kept us well informed during our car's repair and when they had some trouble figuring out what was wrong he kept on top of things and got our car fixed and back to us asap. He kept us well informed with constant up dates and arranged a loaner car when it was evident that the repairs would take longer than expected.

Went in with a strange smell from my car. I could not give them any more specific information. They checked the car, no problems, no smell. The mechanic who worked on the car came out and spoke with me and I explained the situation to him and he decided to let the car run for a few minutes to get hotter and then the smell emerged and they found the problem right away. I needed to wait 2 days for a part, but the arranged to a rental car which picked me up at the dealership in 5 minutes.

My 1st Service appointment after purchasing a new Genesis. I was greeted promply and curiously upon arrival. The service was for our initial oil change but they also vacumed the interior and washed the car. A very nice experience. 1st time I've everhad a car cleaned inside and out on a routine oil change serice appointment. Was actually even offered lunch on them but had already had lunch. Maybe next time. Excellent

I brought my new R Spec into service and oil change for the first time. Richard Pearson was attentive, courteous and friendly. He took my car in right away and provided me with very nice accomodations while I waited. The dealer has a dealership next door with a 50s style diner, and it easy to have a nice meal while you wait. I plan on taking my car to Bernardi for service even though there are Hyundai dealers closer to my residence.

The trade-in price and new car purchase price were agreed upon, which went well. I was happy with both numbers, however while being offered a series of 5 add-on service plans I found out I wasn't offered the lowest interest rate possible. That was a greatly disappointing discovery on what would have otherwise been a fantastic experience.

I have never had an easier buying experience in my life. Both Peter Higgins and Steve Conrad made my choice of a new 2012 Elantra an easy one. After test driving both the Sonata and the Elantra with Peter I chose the Elantra. I received a fair offer on my trade in and working with sales management and finance was a breeze. When I returned to pick up my car, Steve handled the delivery process very professionally. He answered all my questions and took the time to completely go over all the features of the Elantra and even set up my Blue Tooth for me. The dealership is very clean and I look forward to returning for scheduled service. The first free oil change and the unlimited free car washes are well appreciated. The service from the beginning was exceptional when we first bought our Tucson in August. This has been the second time I went to this dealer and, I have nothing but good things to say about this place. They make you feel welcome, always asking if there is something they can do to help awhile you waiting for the service(even hooked me up with a meal, nice!) Richard Pearson was the employee the help me today, did a great job. Definitely going back. As a matter of fact, going there soon for some service. I recommend this dealer for sure.

I went to this dealership with specifics in mind. I was greeted by Tom and I told him what we were thinking regarding car, price etc. We sat for a moment he took my specifics down and due to the fact that I was interested in the lease advertisement he said "before I waste any of your time" lets have the business office make sure you will qualify for the offer. At first I was a little taken back but it was the best thing he did. We immediately new that we did qualify and now it was just finding the "perfect" car and that was easy. Patrick Coffey the sales manager came over with his first offer and I indicated to him my budget and he made it work. No haggling. No long hours of deal haggling.My experience was great and I would not hesitate to recommend the dealership, Tom or Patrick. Tom is very relaxed and not pushy. He listened and made my experience great. By the way, the day we wanted to pick up our car Tom was off and he delivered it to my home. Where do you get that service these days.

I brought my 2011 Santa Fe in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was greeted by Richard Pearson who was very friendly & courteous. I told Richard that I was using coolant/antifreeze. I told him that I first noticed this in November and brought it in to be checked out. The service dept. found no leaks, topped off the overflow container and told me to bring it back if the problem continues. Richard called me a couple of hours later to tell me that they found a leak but had to order the part and they would have to keep the car overnight. I asked him about a loaner so that I could get home. He told me they only have rentals through Enterprise. I told him I didn't want to pay for a rental. He called me back after speaking with his manager. He told me that his manager authorized a rental at no cost to me. He called me the next day to let me know that my car was ready and to drive the rental to the dealership and he would take care of it. The entire experience was efficient and pleasant; my cost was what I expected. This evening I went to check my credit card and noticed a charge pending from Enterprise. Needless to say I was upset. I called Richard who explained to me that the charge read pending and not posted and that it is Company policy to put it through as a pending charge. It should be removed in a few days. He told me and repeated several times to call him next week if the charge is still on my account and he will take care of it.I am very pleased with the attention that I have received from Richard and Bernardi Hyundai. Allen Palmer was very knowledgeable about the Hyundai car line and helpped me choose the one that was right for me. Patrick Coffey made sure I got my car for the price that worked for me and my car was delivered on time. They even sent me to their Honda store next door. They have a 50's style diner inside. I had lunch and when I was done my car was ready. They even offer free car wash's for life. Bernardi Hyundai was the BEST car buying experience I have ever had.

He reasoned with me to find a price that I felt comfortable with and that I could afford. He was very informative about everything. My husband and I visited Bernardi Hyundai to look at used vehicles upon our arrival we were greeted by J.D. Janes an outstanding sales person. He never once made me feel like he was trying to take advantageof us. He never made us feel pressured in anyway. He was able to answer all of our question about the vehicle, andif he could not answer one he immediately left to find out an answer. He made us feel so comfortable for this reason i would defintely recommend Bernardi Hyundai. Just tonight I ran into a problem with the XM-Sirius radio on myvehicle and I called to speak to J.D. and he took care of the problem right away. He spoke to his managers PatrickCoffey and Charlie Zeltner and there was call placed to XM-Sirius by them on my behalf and within 15 minutes timemy XM radio was back again. I definetly feel that this dealership and staff truly have my best interest in mind.

The first snowstorm of the season left her looking a little sad. Free car washes...what a great perk! I was barely in the door, when Allan Palmer spotted me, and immediatley came over to me to see if I was enjoying my car, and if there was anything else he could assist me with. I mentioned that I was still having difficulty registering with BlueLink. Before I knew it, he reappeared with reinforcements... J.D., he was familiar with the glitch in the program, and had my registration completed in no time.It is such a pleasure to deal with such a terrific group of people.

I bought my new 2011 Hyundai Tucson prior to Bernardi opening at another dealer, however, my Tucson has only been serviced at Bernardi. I live closer to Bernardi, so it's definitely convenient for me, but I am very particular about where I take my vehicles to be serviced, so if I didn't like anything about my first visit, I would have definitely not returned. But...I LOVE this place!! I love how EASY and CONVENIENT everything is by its physical design and layout and the order of operations. Prior to even arriving, you can make an appointment online or on the phone, and not only determine what you should have done, but you also get a price, so there is no surprises (I'm speaking in terms of maintenance work), and they REMIND you to look at the website to print out the service coupons!! When you arrive...you drive right in. There's no parking to deal with at all. Before you get out of your car, your service consultant is right there to greet you, go over your car and what you want/need done, etc. Then you're escorted to a waiting area full of water, coffee, popcorn, a big screen TV, couches, and table and chairs, etc. Those were only the things I happen to notice...I'm sure they had more to offer on their food counter. The entire experience from beginning to end is so EASY!! So, when it was time for my 2nd maintenance service...I definitely returned! As I mentioned above, I called for an appointment, discussed what I needed done, was given a price, and off I went. I can't say enough about the drive-in! I was greeted immediately by Richard, who was very thorough on what I needed done and what they would look at to see if I needed done given my mileage and the last time I was there. Richard is very friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful...as are the other service consultants -- everyone that walks by always smiles and greets you, when they really don't have to! Being a female, taking your car to be serviced can definitely be intimidating, but this place is NOTHING like that! I've never felt taken advantage of at all. Actually, Richard attempted to sell me these "weather proof" mats to protect the inside from the winter elements, however, once he realized that they were more money than some of the other Hyundai models' mats, he was hesitant to even tell me the price, which was a little high, but not unreasonable. He was not pushy at all. Yes, he still recommended them, as they are a good investment in protecting the inside of the vehicle. Anyone with a new car and/or very meticulous people like myself, would naturally want something like that. I had no idea they existed or what they did until Richard brought them to my attention. I didn't purchase them that day, but I felt no pressure or obligation to either. And I do plan on purchasing them in the near future. Meanwhile, I sat in the waiting area, completed some of my own work with a cup of coffee, I noticed one of the staff even showed this older gentleman HOW to use the Keirig machine!, and my car was ready in the estimated time frame, at the estimated cost, with a complimentary car wash and vacuum. I really love my Tucson...the look and the drive, and I truly love the customer service at Bernardi. I constantly refer my friends and family whenever I hear anyone is looking. In fact, my parents just purchased a 2012 Sonata today...and their Sales Consultant, Colson Pierre was fabulous to her and ME -- as both he and Richard are making sure I get a referral bonus! :) Colson & Richard are both awesome consultants in sales and service, respectively. They make sure you have a great experience!

I went to Bernardi for the price Laurie had quoted me on an email. I was greeted by Alan Palmer, who was very friendly.This car was for my daughter, and Alan talked to her about what she liked about the Elantra. We took a test drive and started talking about prices. Within 20 mins. we had settled on a price for the new car and the car I was trading in. I must say, that this was a very friendly, stress free buying experience. I had visited 4 dealerships around me. I live near Lowell, Mass, and drove down to Brockton to buy this car. I only wished I lived closer so I could have the car serviced here. Gido, the finance manager, was very pleasant to deal with also. When we picked up the car, Alan had everything ready to go. He went over the features with my daughter and helped her set up the Bluetooth feature in the car. Much appreciated by my daughter & me. Alan then proceeded to introduce me to the service dept and got the car inspected. We were on our way in about an hour, totally satisfied and very happy with our experience with Alan and everybody we dealt with at Bernardi Hyundai. It was well worth the hour drive to get here and to be treated as well as we were. I would certainly recommend this dealer to anyone interested in a new Hyundai. The car is a perfect fit for my daughter. Alan was a pleasure to deal with and took the time to listen to my daughter in finding out what she wanted. After a terrible experience in service at the dealership I bought my 2011 Hyundai Sonata from in North Attleboro, I decided to call around and locate another Hyundai dealer to maintain my car. I called two other local dealers before contacting Bernardi Hyundai and speaking with Jeff Hines. I explained my situation to Jeff and he could not have been more concerned and helpful. Jeff assured me that if i brought my car to Bernardi I would always be treated well and receive great service. Since that phone call I have gone in to meet with Jeff and brought my car in to receive some minor recall repairs and routine maintanence. My car was serviced very quickly and Jeff explained everything that was being done and also showed me around while the work was being done. I have also had a few repairs done to an older Hyundai that I own and the work was completed quickly and the prices were great. I have no doubt that I will continue to receive great service from Jeff at Bernardi and will not need to find any place else to take my car for service or when it comes time to buy a new Hyundai. I have owned 4 different Hyundai's starting in 1991 when I bought my first one.

My first time at Bernardi Hyundai was when my vehicle stalled out on the highway. ForFrom the second I spoke with Jeffrey on the phone I knew this was the right place to go. He walked me through every little step from getting my car there all the way up until my car was fixed. Jeff understood it was a stressful time dealing with car issues, but he had a smile on his face from the second we met and had the situation totally under control. Above all, this was the greatest customer service I've bet endured. My car needed a transmission which took almost a week and Jeff provided me with a loaner car and just made it seem so easy! All around, great service, care and work performed on vehicle! Wouldn't even think of going anywhere else after that tremendous experience!!!!

My experience at Bernardi Hyundai was fantastic. Kim asked what I was looking for and brought me right to the car I was interested in. A test drive was quickly arranged and upon returning to the dealership, I knew it was the car for me. Kim was very respectful and did not pressure any deal to be had. When I told him what I could afford, and how much I could afford for a monthly payment, he went to see what he could do and was able to find a way to get the deal done. Kim is a fantastic guy and I'm lucky to have had him as my help at Bernardi Hyundai.

Upon entering the dealership I was given the time to look around before a sales representative approached. The sales representative was Kim Marchesi, he was polite and there was no pressure. I told him what I wanted to spend and he worked to meet that price. He delivered the vehicle on time as promised and spent the time with my wife to explain all of the options. He was kind and compassionate to go over the options several times until we understood how they worked. When I returned for a inspection sticker he met me at the service door and made sure the car was taken in immediately. If Mr Marchesi was a example of the service I will recieve at Bernardi Hyundai, there is no reason to shop any place else. This is the 4th Hyundia I have purchased and this is the last Dealer I will shop for. Thank you Kim for a excellent experience.

I was impressed by the professional, courteous and efficient service offered at this dealership. The service is impeccable from start to finish. The employees make a point to be sure your time at the dealership is a pleasant experience. Additionally, the complimentary drinks are a nice perk along with the convenience of a diner next door. I previously had service twice at another dealership before coming to Bernardi and it couldn't begin to compare with Bernardi's service. After having service at Bernardi, I will continue to come here for the positive experience and the fact that the employees go out of their way to make you feel comfortable.

My wife and I decided to buy a used Toyota RAV 4 some weeks before we finally found time to visit dealers. After some frustration with Toyota dealers in our area (south of Boston), we found online a vehicle with the right price and in the right condition at Bernardi Hyundai. In our visits to he dealership we felt like we were approached with respect and honesty--no high pressure tactics, etc.--and as we moved toward purchase we had a strong sense that the sales and finance people were genuinely interested in our comfort and satisfaction. We worked primarily with Kim Marchesi, who is a gem of a salesman.

Most pleasant experience I ever had in purchasing a new vehicle. The salesperson, was knowledgeable and friendly. I didn't feel any pressue to purchase a vehicle. In hindsight, we could have saved ourselves a lot of headache by just going here. We also tried Herb Chambers Hyundai, who did not compare in customer service, efficiency, professionalism, and integrity. Kim Marchesi was fair and honest from the beginning, he worked with us, he didn't waste our time, he gave us a great price, and we walked away hoping to get closer to what we wanted.After wasting a day of empty promises at the Herb Chambers dealership whose pricing managers would not even match the offer (but instead insisted that we must be mistaken or fooled about the offer, that we wouldn't know any better and must have been deceived), we called Kim back and asked if he would still honor his previous offer. He actually lowered it over the phone, and had everything ready for us when we came in. The processing/paperwork still took a while after the agreement, although no one seemed to be dragging their feet, but I can only imagine how long it might have taken at the other place. These guys at Bernardi are clearly working to gain repeating customers.

I bought a 2012 Elantra from Allan Palmer.I knew Allan when he worked at another car brand and when I found out he worked at Bernardi Hyundai I drove 20 miles to deal with him even though I live a mile away from another Hyundai dealer.As far as the dealership goes,it looks like the ones you see on a national Hyundai commercial and wonder why we can't have dealerships like that in Massachusetts.Well now we do.Every person I dealt with was great and the price could not be beat.Give this place a visit and you'll see what I mean.

It was the first time in years I needed to by a car. I used to deal with a small town dealership for years. I knew the family and never had to go anywhere else, so shopping was never an issue. I wanted a Hyundai, as everyone I know that has one or a Kia has nothing but good things to say of them. The fist dealer I went to let me stand around for 15 minutes and never offered help. I walked into the Brockton office and the salesman Allan Palmer walked all the way across the showroom (it's huge) and asked to help me before I was 20 seconds inside the door. He is honest, a regular guy who isn't going to give you a line as is the policy of a lot of high pressure car sales people, and listened to me instead of me having to listen to him. Paul Young, of Paul Young Motors in Scituate, MA was the last one that treated us like that. He's the one I spoke of in opening this note. He has now passed away and the business did as well, after Norwood Cadillac bought it from his wife after his passing, and tried to make a big town business out of a small town dealership who had done wonders for it's community since World War 2. I just picked up the car 24 hours ago, but am very happy with it and your people. Allan is a great asset. Treat him well. If you don't, he'll find someone else and they will benefit by his honesty and kindness and you will loose out. I'm almost 59 years of age, lived in Hanover all my life; a small town 12 miles east of Brockton, and like to think I'm a good judge of character, though I lack in many other ways. I work for the electric co in Brockton, so it was by chance I stumbled into your dealership and Allan. We showed up as a family of four and Kim Marchesi wasted no time in getting us the Hyundai Elantra Touring we wanted to test drive. He let us go out on the road without him, which is exactly how we prefer to test drive cars. He was very polite with the deal and not full of annoying and stressful sales pressure at the end as we have been used to in the past with most other car dealerships. We are very happy with our new car. One of our family friends has since bought a used car from Bernardi after our recommendation.

Ihad the pleasure of meeting with Tony. He was honest and friendly. When I told him what I was looking for, he found what I wanted and walked me through the process of buying a new car. He did not attempt to change my mind or talk me into something that I did not want. When I did buy the car, he spent time with me teaching me about the car and showing me electronics within the car and how they work. One in particular was the bluetooth which is important due to my job and spending much of my time on the phone as well as on the road. He also showed me how to change from regular drive to all wheel drive. Once again, a safety feature that I would not have known how to do except for the fact that he took the time to show me. I would recommend Bernardi Hyundai to anyone and also speak with Tony. I know feel much safer on the road due to a new reliable car and the fact that I am now able to drive much safer with the all wheel drive.

This was my first time at Bernardi Hyundai. Actually, I was on my way to buy a Toyota that day. We stopped to see the Hyundai Sonata and were extremely impressed wtih the value and quality of the car. My salesman, Steve Conrad was very polite, easy to work with and very knowledgable about his product. The customer service from Steve and the team exceeded our expectations. Allen was great, as was the manager Patrick. Allen made sure to go over all of my options and worked with me to be sure I got the best vehicle for my needs. I found the vehicle prices to be very fair, and I am so far very satisfied with my purchase. My girlfriend accompanied me while I was shopping and she now plans to return to Bernardi to purchase her next vehicle. I have also recommended the dealership to her family, and will be sure that they ask for Allen Palmer specifically.

Where do I start...great experience from beginning to end. Peter Charlebois could not have been more helpful, generous with his time and he made sure that my every question was answered. I made an internet price quote request for an Accent SE automatic, Sean Foley responded with a quote, we talked over the phone about the price quote and availability of the model and color. I decided to visit Bernardi, check out their inventory and service department. Sean introduced me to David Molnar, we talked for a few minutes and were off for a test drive. David explained the advantages of the vehicle and the dealership. He was friendly, courteous, professional and very knowledgeable about the Accent with its new features and capabilities. I felt he was up front with what he could do about meeting my purchase price. After a short negotiation we agreed on a price and I walked off with a Hyundai Accent SE, automatic, carpeted floor mats and cargo net. No pressure, no gimmicks, just a good price for a good vehicle. I received a very professional and courteous treatment from everyone at Bernardi. It was the easiest car buying experience I've had. Our first stop was atBernardi to test drive a 2012 Sonata Limited. We were approached by Kim and he was very professional in dealing with my wife and I. After weighing allour options we returned to Bernardi(this was the only Hyundai dealer we visited) a fewdays and worked out a deal with Kim and Steven Cavossa(sales manager). Both werevery professional in their dealings with us and at no time did we feel pressuredto make a deal. We returned the following day to complets the paperwork and wereaided by Steve Conrad (a pleasure to deal with) as Kim was unavailable. All 3 menwere very easy to deal with and I would highly recommend doing business with all3.

I purchased my 2012 Hyundai Sonata SE in July, and three months later, I still love the car and am still very happy with the service I received from Bernardi Hyundai! When I walked onto the lot in July, I did not intend to purchase a vehichle because I did not think I could not afford to at the time. Sean immediately met me on the lot and helped me decide what kind of vehicle would be best for me. We looked at the Elantras and the Sonatas, and he even allowed me to test drive both vehicles. Sean Foley was very personable and friendly, and he really cared about me being able to get the car that I really wanted. I had a certain price point where I was comfortable, and he worked with the sales manager to help me get there. I was very impressed with how important it was to them that I have a great experience and feel valued as a customer. They took care of everything for me and made the whole process very easy; the whole deal was carried out with honesty and integrity. Whenever someone compliments my car, I rave about Bernardi and how awesome everyone is there. I highly recommend Bernardi Hyundai as a dealership and suggest that noone waste their time going to others. I was looking for a new Hyundai Elantra. I went to RT44 Hyundai where I purchased my 2 other cars. I was really unhappy with the service I got from them!! A friend suggested Bernadi Hyundai, so I went to Bernadi Hyundai and was very happy!! I was met by Marc Steinberg and I told him what I was looking for. He showed me the vehicle I wanted. He was very knowledgeable about the Elantra and also set-up my blue tooth to the car. He showed me everything in the car and how to use them. He answered all my questions and if he didn't know the answer he would find out. He did know all the answers to my questions though!! That was the kind of saleman he was, if he didn't know an answer he would have found it out for you. I also was going for leasing a car rather then buying and Marc explained all the pros and cons to me. I do believe leasing is the best for me!! Marc was professional,knowledgeable and honest!! I would suggest that anyone looking for a new car go to Bernadi Hyundai. I would also suggest that anyone looking for a new car get a hyundai cause I believe that hyundais are the best cars!!!

Bernardi was my first stop on a lengthy search for a new car, and I think it says a lot that it also ended up being my last stop as well. Dave took so much care and effort, and put in a good deal of his time working with me to find me the perfect fit, and to get it at the price I needed to be. I went to a handful of other dealerships where I felt neglected or not treated nicely/fairly or that I was just another number to them, and all they cared about was pushing their product. NOT ONCE did I feel that way at Bernardi with Dave. This is now the third vehicle I have purchased over the years and this was, without a doubt, the best experience I could have ever asked for. All the reasons I hate car shopping never occurred with my time with Dave at Bernardi, and I couldn't have left there a happier customer. My mother will be in the need for a vehicle in the somewhat near future, and I know where my first and ONLY stop will be, to see Dave at Bernardi in Brockton!!

My husband and I went to Bernardi Hyundai to look at the Elantra Touring. It had all the features we were looking for to accommodate our 3 big dogs and desire for a fuel efficient vehicle. When we showed up, the sales person was very friendly and helpful. He took us for a test drive and sat us down to talk purchasing. Before we went to test drive the Touring, we researched any specials that were going on both at the Bernardi dealership and with Hyundai nationwide. When we brought up the financing deal we saw advertised on their website ("1.99% Financing"), the salesman said that he would check with the financial manager and get back to me. When he got back to the table, he told us that although with my good credit I would definitely qualify for the financing, they were only offering the deal for the accent. That was the first time they lied to us. Then, we met directly with the financial manager, Omar, to finalize the sale. When we began to discuss financing, he asked me if I cared which bank we go through and asked if I wanted a 36 month loan at 2.99% or 48 month loan at 3.99%. When I asked again about the 1.99% financing, he teased me that "no bank offers a deal that good." When I told him that I thought the deal was associated with Hyundai itself financing the purchase, he informed me that Hyundai did not have its own financing and that all of their financing came from private banks. This was lie number 2. Instead of just walking away, which is what I should have done, I thought I must have remembered wrong and that the financial manager was being honest, but alas, I foolishly made a purchase. When I got home, I looked at their website and found the deal I saw for the ELANTRA TOURING! I immediately called and asked to speak to a manager, who proceeded to tell me that it was my fault because I asked for the 36 month loan at the 1.99% deal was only for a 24 month loan. I was so angry that they had lied to us and worse mocked me when I asked about the deal. After 24 hours of back and forth and me calling the attorney general's office, they agreed to void the original deal and give us the 1.99% financing through Hynundai motor finance. A few weeks after the purchase, I received a phone call from Hyundai to report on my experience purchasing an ACCENT. I thought it was a minor error, but then I received paperwork in the mail informing me of the resale value on my ACCENT (including a VIN number for the car) and separate paperwork regarding my ELANTRA resale value. Since I never actually purchased an ACCENT this really freaked me out, so I called the Hyundai Corporation to find out what was going on. They said indeed in their records from the dealership I had purchased an Elantra Touring and then, purchased an Accent 2 days later. When I informed them that I had never even looked at an accent, let alone purchased one they said it was probably a clerical error and that my name and address had accidentally gotten on someone else's bill of sale. On follow-up, I found out that the Accent I supposed purchased is still on Bernardi's lot and was not sold to anyone. I don't know what kind of scams Bernardi Hyundai is trying to pull, but DO NOT trust them. If you are thinking about buying a car from them, do your research and bring paper proof of any deals applying to your purchase.

After visiting a handful of other Hyundai dealerships in the area, working with Bernardi was a breath of fresh air. I was about ready to give up on buying a Hyundai given my first few trips out. At Bernardi, I first contacted Laurie who was kind enough to answer all of my questions via email and Peter who guided me through the buying process. No pressure or shady tactics at all- they walked through each step with me and I ended up with exactly the car I wanted at the right price on my timeline. When I picked up the car Peter went over all of the car details with me right down to setting up the bluetooth and setting my radio presets. I have never had an easier or more pleasant buying experience.

My husband and I went to Bernardi Hyundai because we heard they have good deals and their customer service was excellent. We found that to be true on all levels. Kim was great to work with, was always pleasant to talk with and found us the car we were looking for and in the color I really wanted. When I went back to pick up my registration and get the car inspected, they did it even though it was just before closing, saving me another trip. The head of the service department was very curteous and had my car done in a very timely manner. Financing a new car proved to be unaffordable due to reduced equity in my 2007 Town Car and I had almost given up the idea of a new car. J.D Janes was able to structure a lease that was affordable and rescue the day. He also spent several hours with my insurance agent and the Registry, enabling me to retain my Korean War veterans plates that I have had for many years.I found J.D. and the people at Beranardi to be very helpful and professional. During my 30 year career with the Gillette Co. as a professional Engineer I dealt with many disciplines, and many people in the Sales Profession. If J.D.Janes worked for me I would have rated him, " superior " as well as the Bernardi Dealership.

I HAD to buy a new car due to a crash I had with my vehicle. I was not looking forward to the sales pitches and rigaramole to buy a new car. I had decided to go thenew dealership in the area, Bernardi Hyundai as had a Hyundai in the past and was pleased with it. I walked onto the lot and this pleasant gentleman came out and introduced himself with an extended hand and big smile. I informed him what I was looking for and he took me to where they were. I wanted a 2011 Hyundai Elantra but wasn't impressed with them. I the saw the 2012 Accent 5 door. I was impresed with the look and price was good as well. The salesman Steve Conrad asked if I would like to test drive it. He went to get the plates and key and i took it for a test drive.I feeli in love with car. There was absolutely no pressure from him. After I drove back to the lot, I said would like to buy that car. We went into showroom to do thepaperwork and again, no pressure. When that was all set I was taken to speak with the finance guy Gido Goncalves. He was very pleasant as well and very informative as to options I could take etc and no pressure. he explained everything in great detail.Once I signed the paper work he brought me back to Steve. I didn't leave with the caras was waiting for check from insurance, this was not a problem for them. When I left the dealership Steve walked me to the door and thanked me for going to Bernardi.Also Patrick the sales manager came to shake my hand for going there as well. When I went to pick up the car it had been washed and filled with gas and Gido the financial guy came out of an office and came over to me and called me by name and shook my hand for finally getting MY car. My overall experience with that sale was like a walk in the park. I am very pleased with every step of the sale and also the gentlemen that assisted me. i would highly recommend the salesagent marie pilet, she was great, she listen to what i wanted in a sonata, she did not try to push me into a more expensive model. she searched the inventory and found me the color i wanted and the exact model. marie and the sales manager were great about giving me a great trade on my vehicle in order to get the deal done. the finance officer, javel sosa, was also great..he got me a great interest rate and made the process painless..everyone was great to deal with...

We were treated well by the entire staff we dealt with which included Jim, the manager, Gido the business manager and the various members of the sales staff that answered our questions on the visits we made during the car buying process. I want to thank Kim especially for the efforts and time devoted to correcting an error made by the insurance company and RMV. He personally went to both locations to make sure the documents were completed correctly and in a timely manner so there would be no delay in our picking up our 2012 Elantra. Waited a month for the color I wanted in an elantra 2012 before I cancelled my deal. I was getting the run around about when the car was coming in. I was told that they had no idea of inventory that was coming in. I contacted other Hyundai dealers who confirmed this was s lie. One dealer even showed me Bernardis incoming inventory. I was very patient but do not tolerate lying!!!!

I am very happy to say that my sales experience a "Bernadi Hyundai", was great. From the sales associate "Bobby Mullin" to the finance dept, I must say that my sales experience was the best I have ever experienced. I would strongly recomend "Bernadi", to anyone. The showroom is the most baeutiful and comfortable I have ever seen.,the free beverage counter and the big screen TV were in particular,a very nice touch. The inventory and selection was also the best I have seen in this region.

I was looking for a Hyundai Sonata to replace my 1998 honda accord and I got a great deal from Mark. He was overly knowledgeable about the car and gave me a great deal!! I LOVE my 2011 Sonata and after reading all the great reviews about Bernardi or Brockton I feel lucky to have gone there first. Omar was also great to work with as well. I will be sure to recommend Mark and Omar to all my friends and family. I just wish that I knew I needed a Hyundai USB cable to play my ipod in before I left the dealership :(

Greg was one of the best people I have dealt with. He really went out of his way to make me a happy customer. I went to the dealership in Auburn and was spoken down upon. Not here. Greg listened to my needs and got me what I wanted. He even helped me out with general life things which shows the type of guy he is

Dealership accepted a deposit on car that was already sold. I drove 110 miles round trip. I asked to be called if any change in availability, which they did not do. I missed work for this. They apologized and tried to sell me another car for $2000 MORE. They offered nothing of substance. I am awaiting results of letter sent to the MA Attorney General and also the owner of the dealership. I will also contact Hyundai directly.

After shopping on and off for a car to replace my 1996 Toyota Camry for several months and visiting many dealers in the Boston area, I finally found a great dealership and a great deal at Bernardi Hyundai in Brockton, MA.After dealing with some less than friendly and less than upfront sales-people at another large dealership in the area that starts with "B" - my experience at Bernardi Hyunda with Marc Steinberg was completely different and a breath of fresh air.Marc was friendly, more than willing to help, and extremely knowledgible about the 2011 Sonata that I was in to look at. After showing me the car and taking a quick test drive, the point of the car buying experience where most dealers lose their shine, Marc continued to exceed my expectations - more than receptive talking trade in value and very helpful in discussing the finer points of the lease I was looking to sign. I walked in on a Sunday afternoon around 2:00 and was out before their 5:00 closing with a deal done.Two days later, I returned to pick up my car and Marc had the car in great shape - washed, gassed up and ready to go. After a walkthrough of all the materials and the car itself, Marc finished up his great service by removing my old plates and getting my on the road quickly.Getting my new car with Marc and Bernardi was a great experience and I highly recommend the dealership (and the new Sonatas) to anyone in the market for a new car.

Bernardi is the most friendly dealership I visited in a long time. This dealership (David Molnar) was very responsive to my need. I asked for a test drive on the Sonata and told David up front I wasn't going to buy today and David had no pressure. I told David I would be back when I was ready to buy. I went back to Bernardi a week later and purchased the the Sonata. The whole team didnt give me the run around and for the first time in my car buying experience we didnt need a sales manager to assist David at the negotation table. Hands down this dealership is the best I have ever dealt with. They go the extra mile. By the way, I love my Sonata. Thanks, David!!!

Wow! All I can say is that after my horrid experience at Route 44 Hyundai I was positive that I would NEVER step foot in a dealership ever again. However, since I was completely in LOVE with the new Hyundai Sonata, I could not resist but stop at another dealership. On my way home from Route 44, I saw Bernardi Hyundai from 24. It was a large beautiful NEW dealership that looked very inviting. I stopped looked around, and was not tackled by sales help! Already a plus! I saw the car that I wanted and went home to talk to my parents. After, I made my father return an hour later to look at the vehicle. This is when I was greeted by Marc! By far the nicest salesman I have ever done business with! Not pushy, not intimidating, simply perfect! Marc is friendly, outgoing and got me into the car of my dreams! If there was ever a second that I was not happy Marc was right there to make sure I was! I truly appreciated it! Gido, the business manager was more than helpful and I appreciate everyones hard work and dedication!I STRONGLY RECOMMEND this dealership if you want to be 100% satisfied!

Bernari Hyundai of Brockton, purchase 2011 Elantra Touring; Due to time constraints almost entire transaction was over the phone, Peter was very professional and precise, I told him what we needed model, color, accessories. He called me back with the exact match, and very competitive price quote. I verified with Consumer Reports dealer invoice cost and did not really have to negotiate. We did not have a trade in. Minor mix-up about price on an accessory was resolved in our favor quickly and in professional manner. Bernadi's people went through a lot of hustle to register new car out of state (in Rhode Island) for us with complicated paper work (tax credit letter from insurance for a totaled vehicle). They actually work as a team, they ask each other for help, and departments work together to support each other for the benefit of a customer. Huge difference from my previous experiences, even in luxury dealerships (Audi). Unbelievable customer service.

I visited several Hyundai dealers in my search for a Genesis before stopping in at Bernardi's. I started my search on the internet and asked several dealers for a price quote to avoid wasting my and their time as well as determining whether the car I wanted was available. Bernardi was the only one to give me a price via email. I was invited down where I was introduced to Gregg Francis, a very bubbly upbeat sales person. Although the color and car I wanted was not available, he worked with me and the sales manager to conclude a very good price on a 2011 fully loaded v-6 Genesis sedan. The car was available for pickup when I wanted it and I have enjoyed it for the the short time that I have owned it. I cannot rave enough about Gregg, the process and dealership. It was the best car purchase I have ever experienced and I was a long time Toyota owner.

I had the pleasure of working with Marc on getting my 2012 Elantra. I currently had an 02 Elantra and loved the car so much, I wanted another one. Understandably the Elantra is the hottest car on the market, I made my way to Bernardi that had the best selection to choose from. I met Marc and he was happy to take me on a test drive of the Elantra and after the initial meeting, I knew I was in good hands. Marc was truly wonderful to work with. Initially I wanted to purchase an elantra but I ended up going into a lease based on my financial situation. Best decision I could have made for myself. Marc was wonderful at explaining how a lease works, etc. The only reason I gave price a ranking of 4 is because there's no real budging on the price. The car is hot right now and there is a very limited amount out there so I understand. In a nutshell, I would highly recommend Marc as your go to sales person. He was friendly, informative, and there was no pressure there. Looking forward to picking up the new car this evening. Highly recommend.

Mr.Palmer treated us very profesionally. He was helplful, friendly, and most importantly he was honest with us throughout the entire process. He made us feel as if the sale was about what was important to us not the dealership. After the sale, he was in constant contact with us to be sure that the paperwork and the registrationwas in place. Buying a new car is always everyone's nightmare. This was a pleasant and professional experience and Alan Palmer was the reason.

Went to Bernardi with 95 thousand miles on my 2008 Elantra. Met by Marc Steinberg and he was very friendly and informative for the options about the the 2012 Limited and GLS Elantra. No presure, no gimmicks - just an honest guy! Finance was easy and thourough. Marc took us through the service center and we met the reps. After the car was prepped and Marc went over every detail including the bluetooh (which I love now!)Bottom line - AEWSOME experence! Give them a 10 and recommend them highly!

I found Bernardi Hyundai to be a beautiful facility, very modern and easily accessible. All the staff were extremely helpful and very professional.My salesman, Greg Francis, made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. He is very knowledgable about the vehicles, and was very accomodating. Greg is an enthusiastic young man, and enjoys assisting customers in finding the right vehicle for them. I can't say enough good things about him. Greg was exceptional.Overall I had a very positive experience, and I would recommend Bernardi Hyundai to others.

This will be my third Hyundai my second Santafe. My husband and I went to only look not buy but we had duch a great experince with all the staff that we ending up buying a new 2011 santafe the night we were just looking. We have not so good experinces with the other Hyundai dealerships around town they will remain name less. Bernardi staff is wonderfull, no pressure to buy and when you do buy they go over the car with you every detail. We even called my sister the night we bought the truck and told her to get down here asap to look and the next day she did and bought a truck also. Loving the free car wash and the service dept is also wonderfull. Greg was a great, Gino was great infact all the staff is great. We keep telling everyone who asks us were we bought it to go there. They have us for life.

I was shopping for new cars in small car segment. I made the decision to go with a new elantra. I must say I had some awful experiences in a few other dealers. Marc greeted me promptly with a warm smile. He was so informative about why I should go with the Elantra. He offered me a test drive and my decision was made. Next day at pick up he was prepared for me. He did an excellent demo of all features. I highly recommend Marc for his skills and his excellent customer service.

I went there on the recommendation of my sister ,She said I had to go there I would love the experience.So I did.The first thing I noticed was that people were smiling .My salesperson is Marc Steinberg, Friendly and knowledgeable , no pressure at all from him or anyone else to buy, When I picked up my truck last night he went thru and showed me everything and how it worked, I am very thankful my sister recommended these people to me .I highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to go and see for yourself .Not only is the staff friendly and knowledgeable,I spent time talking with other customers about our cars etc. I also want to thank Javal Sosa for everything he did,another friendly ,smiling employee ...And i like the free car wash .

From the moment I drove up, even though it was partially still under development since it was a new dealership, everything looked clean and visually appealing. Steven Conrad came outside to greet me and my family before even looking at what vehicle I was interested in. Afterward, we checked out the car I wanted, took it for a spin, and returned to see what kind of deal could be arranged so I could buy the car. Everyone inside the dealership seemed quite friendly and everything inside as well as outside was spotless including all the vehicles displayed. By the end, I felt confident with my purchase and Steven Conrad even offered to help me set up the Bluetooth option for my phone in the future by giving me his cell phone number to reach him faster since I did not want to do it at that time. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I was able to purchase the vehicle I wanted, the 2011 Hyundai Genesis Coupe 2.0T. Everyone, especially Steven Conrad, was able to accommodate my requests and answered all the questions I had relating to the purchase of the car. I am happy with my car, would suggest Bernardi Hyundai of Brockton as a great dealership to buy a car from, and will possibly buy another vehicle from there in the future.-Chad-

I had a pleasant car buying experience at Bernardi. Derrell was great, knowledgeable, and attentive to my requirements for a new vehicle. It came also at a good time, because I had recently been involved in a car accident, of which my car was a total loss. Derrell, Gido, Peter, Dennis, and Lori took good care of me and was in constant communication during the entire process.

The dealership was willing to work with us and we felt that we got a great deal when we left. There was no pressure from our salesman or anyone else there. Both Steve's were easy to work with . I had been to a couple dealerships and I clearly ran across some very pushy people and they basically wouldn't answer my questions. Steve didn't rush me , answered my questions, and when I said needed to look some more handed me his card . He then asked if he could do anything else but then let me leave. Thats exactly why I came back there. My daughter bought a hyundai at RT44 the year previous and as much as I liked her car I would never go back there. This was a whole different experience. Bernadi hyundai is lucky to have salespeople like the Steve's. When I picked up my car they were tremdously helpful. I can't praise them enough. It was a great experience and anyone else I worked with Chris the sales manager was also positive.Helpful , pleasant personalities,and they followed up with everything they said they were going to. I'm very hapy with the car and have already recommended Bernadi to some other people and to contact Steve.

Dealership has just opened at this location, which is very close and convenient to get to from our home. My wife and I had been thinking about buying a new Hyundai, and decided to see what this new-to-the-area dealership was like.We were pleasantly surprised. Everyone we dealt with was not only professional, but very comfortable to work with. Our salesperson was Charlie Harris, but we also spoke with Jim Kemos, Sales Manager and others during our negotiation. We never felt any sales pressure, for which my wife was most appreciative. A vehicle that met my wife's requirements was located at another dealership, and a swap was made for the car she wanted. Overall, this was a relatively fast transaction.Since the dealership is new, I had expected a few glitches, and there were, primarily with attempting to make contact by telephone. The phone attendants were not always familiar with the employee I was trying to reach, or if they did know the person, sometimes finding the correct phone extension was quite a lengthy process. Hope this improves as everyone gets more familiar with the organization and its staff members.

I walked through the doors and straight ahead were (2) receptionists to guide me to where I should go. (nice touch). The salesman was very informative without being pushy. Stephen answered all my questions with the utmost professionalism and gave me time to think. The test drive was enjoyable. (I had planned to purchase a Honda Accord but with the total experience, new facility, friendliness, the perks, the warrenty and of course the price of the Sonata, I never made it to the Honda dealership). After spending several weeks and going to many dealerships, Bernardi stood out. Their proffessionalism and the atmosphere were high above anyone else, miles above some. They weren't pushy, or gimmicky. Just stated what they could do and asked what we needed to get us to buy. It wasn't until our 3rd trip in were we ready to purchase and they experience while no trip to the park was as easy and painless as could be. The manager came over and within a few minutes we had their best offer. Very little haggleing/negoitating. Overall, a terrific experience. We have bought several cars over the course of our marriage (hopefully many more)and this one at Bernardi was to best.

I just bought a new 2011 Hyundai Sonata from Bernardi Hyundai in Brockton. The purchase of this car was a great experience. The new place is a great facility and location. The staff was friendly and professional each time that I went in (4 times total between looking and purchase). My salesman, Al, was great. We went for a test drive and he clearly explained all the features and options that were available with the car. They bargained a great price for my trade in and the purchase of the car. I have never felt that comfortable with a dealership with no pressure to purchase. If anyone is looking for a new car I would highly recommend Bernardi Hyundia.

I gave bernardi Hyundi the top ratings and would recommend this dealership because the brand new building and grounds had a great selection, welcoming atmosphere, and state of the art equipment in their service area. Everything was very clean and it was easy to navigate through the options in the inventory. The personel was friendly and seemed eager to help. This was my first dealership experience as an adult and Bernadi was great!

walked in to dealer with no reasonable expectation of getting a new automobile. Talked to Peter one of the sales managers and he put me with Derrell Cole who sold one to my girlfriend just a few days before. I told them of my situation and after a long time of trying your team to pulled of a remarkable thing for me. I have tried a few other places to get a car and now I'll only recommend Bernardi Hyundai to all of my friends that ask me where I got my car.ThanksWilliam SmithPS. All I can say is Wow! That was the best car buying experience I have ever had. No pressure,super friendly, great deal on a great car, crazy good trade value. The dealership has only been open for a short time, but their recipe for customer service is second to none. If you are in the area, go in and see Peter, who by the way is the sales manager. He never even passed me on to another sales rep. like other dealers would normally do.My Elantra is fantastic even though I have on had it for a day. Every expectation was met.Well done Bernardi.
