I highly recommend McGrath Acura dealership in Morton Grove IL! Our salesman Leo was very professional, straightforward, and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and was a great help from the beginning to the end of the sale process. The manager, Daniel was also very helpful and fun to deal with. We had very pleasant experience with everyone involved. I am thrilled with my new Acura RDX!!! Thank you all!

Hello, I had a great sales experience over the weekend. I recommend them, consider buying an Acura! Thomas made the visit uncomplicated, actually his information on the cars I was interested in helped my decision. He should be awarded- very competent and friendly! I decided to buy the used Acura RDX, the price was within my reach and the long history of how well it’s made, has now made me an Acura car owner!. Then I was given a loaner vehicle while they updated & finalized the inspection on the car I decided on - they stand by their decision to inspect the used cars they sell. The pictures are the loaner car and the Hyundai that brought me in to Acura. Plus information on the Certified cars and the inspection they do on those types. There is just one thing that could have improved my sales experience - having the Hyundai available for me to test drive. I almost left Acura because it wasn’t available. It was posted on line to buy but it was still being inspected when I arrived.

Lies and dirty sales tricks don't buy here! That's not the case I was called and told the numbers we agreed upon where approved and dragged in the perspective buyers with EXCELLENT credit who your finance department tried to hit with 5.9% why did Sara call me and have us come down? Just more evidence of the lies that go on at your store.

I had an excellent experience working with Keisha is Service. My family has purchased 4 vehicles from McGrath Acura in Morton Grove and have never been disappointed. I brought in my Jeep which for an oil change and there were some complications . Keisha did an excellent job communicating with the Tecs/Mechanics and myself to make sure he job got done the right way. She contacted me so many times it almost seemed like it was too much! I appreciate the concern and time she took to make sure everything was right. I would highly recommend anyone coming in for Service to ask for Keisha.

Alex is a wonderful sales person, was patient with me and my needs to find the perfect car, we looked around for an hour. Could not find what I need but will be back to buy a car from him. I recommend this place to others from my last experience.
