Gus was great to work with. 5 stars to him. Had some issues w/ a dealership package I was forced to purchase but that had nothing to do with him. He worked hard to get me a deal that worked for me and the car is great.

I agree with a couple of other more recent reviewers that Alvin seems to make the car buying process a little easier. Knowledgeable, patient and goes that extra mile to get the deal done. Happy with my new 2022 Kia Soul!

Advice: Read the final “Total Financing Amount” on the actual contract. The final sale price with fees on plain white paper IS NOT the actual total amount that will be financed. Read the reviews on the Better Business Bureau they are worse. Reply: first of all my mother passed away from cancer just months before I purchased the vehicle. I had go there the next day to pick up all the sale paperwork and “warranty” due to your negligence to provide a bill of sales. Secondly: I still own the vehicle now a year later. There was no refund, the car remains in my possession. Thanks for the year reminder to get an oil change!
