I had scheduled an appointment for an oil change days ahead with knowledge of them having a shuttle to use. When I arrived the service technician insisted they didn’t have a shuttle and never have. He then asked if I would be waiting until the oil change was complete, “I responded, I suppose I have to if there is no shuttle” I waited two hours over my lunch hour for them to finish my oil change just to find out from another technician that there was indeed a shuttle that I could have used. Unbeknownst to them, I had paid much more for the oil change not being able to work as was planned. At the very least an apology should have been given for my troubles, if not some sort of discount. Neither happened, nor did I ask. Poor customer service.

Came in just looking and wanting to know the different features of the new 2021 F150’s. Jacob and the team at McGrath Ford answered all my questions, showed me multiple trucks and ultimately end up landing in the Sales Manager’s demo who graciously let me take it home. Beyond thrilled with my experience from start to finish. 10/10 would recommend! 🤙

Buying a car is not a fun experience for us! But we bought this car mostly with text and email interactions (due to Covid) so it was a much better experience🙂. When we did go into the dealership we were treated with courtesy and friendliness by everyone we spoke with. We feel very satisfied with the car and the price!

I have had my Ford Cargo Van since Oct 2020. Have had my Van serviced in different states. Customer service has always been wonderful. I pulled into McGrath Ford i3 representatives were taking care of 3 people. I sat in my van waiting a few minutes. When the young man and woman who were closet to me were done they went back to there seats and started paperwork NO acknowledgement that I was even there didn't even look up. I only got acknowledgement when I got out of the van walked the 4 steps it took to there desk and spoke to them. I have never been treated like that from any Ford dealership that I have been to. I found another Ford dealer 23 miles away Lynch Ford in Mt Vernon As soon as they were done with there Customers they came straight to my van. Professional Pleasant What I am used to with Ford service.
