We worked with several different people when purchasing our new Kia Sorento and we were pleased with everyone we worked with. Byron in financing explain our options in an easy to understand manner. I want to share my experience with you, I went to that place thinking that it's the most trusted and qualified place to fix my car. But the truth wasn't even close they took advantage of me and my car. my car stayed there 21 day, although they didn't fix it. charged me a lot of money due to unnecessary repairs, gave me a biased answers. Told me that they fixed it, I paid and I drove it for 10 mins and It broke down in the middle of the road. Asked for a refund and they refused to refund me any, the manager is very rude and has an attitude. Result is I wasted my money and time :(Although I am so disappointed and frustrated from the whole experience, but for credibility I have to mention that Drew is a great person, he is the only person who truly care about my safety and my matter.

I am from out of state and came to this dealer to get an oil change. Travis was very personable and friendly during the whole process. He alerted me to a special I had for my car that I was not aware of. I decided not to take advantage of it at that time, but appreciated the fact that he even TOLD me about it. My car was taken in quickly...and the time waiting for the work to be completed seemed to fly by faster than I realized. The price was "right"...and things were done as I had requested (I had thrown in a few special requests that were not forgotten about). Next time I am in this area and need an oil change or work done on my Optima, I will return.

I will no longer refer anyone to this dealership. I have heard of too many people getting taken advantage of at this dealership as well. Once they get you into the room with the finance department they don't let you leave. They keep you there for hours until you break down and give in. These people are a bunch of crooks!

The experience was wonderful. My husband hates looking for different vehicles but after our experience at Pat McGrath he was already talking about going back to get our next vehicle. We went to test drive a used Kia and ended up getting a new Kia at a great price. I would recommend them to all my relatives, friends and neighbors. We felt like we had time to make choses and not feel rushed and not pushed into anything we didn't want or need.

My car is unsafe to drive because it stalls when driving but the service department can't figure out why. Kia corporate won't help either, they insist the car is safe and can be used while I wait 6 weeks for a specialist to come to town to look at my car. Very disappointing at lack of concern for my safety and the safety of my children.

I scheduled a test drive of a Kia Optima and was linked up with salesman Ed Knebel. Ed is the kind of salesman I prefer in looking for cars. I don't deal on cars often at all, but when I do I absolutely hate the whole experience (not the people, just the process)! After the entire process of buying the Optima we test drove Ed has changed my perception of the process. His personality was the contributing factor for this. He was not the overbearing salesman! Ed took the time to listen to what we wanted and presented us with the different options and pulled up a car to test drive that we bought 1 1/2 weeks later.

Ed was wonderful. I felt like he listened to me, was honest, and he helped me choose a car I was happy with. I was looking for a payment within a certain range and he was very helpful in that regard. I felt like I got a great price for my trade in and the KIA was a good deal for a high quality vehicle. Everyone was nice and welcoming. I was there at the the very end of the day and everyone was very patient and stayed late to help me. We made a deal and then I went to the finance department. I don't necessarily want to name anyone as the person who worked with me was very nice and I appreciated his help in getting me financing. HOWEVER, he explained the warrenty that would be provided to me by McGrath (60/100,000 miles) and I was very excited to hear that this was "provided by McGrath" as part of my purchase. The cost was 40-50 per month more than Ed had told me. I thought it was because I chose Gap coverage. I was stressed about it but I know this coverage is important and it was explained to me well. The Finance person had all the papers and very quickly pointed out the places I should sign, initial, sign, initial here and there. I did so and should have had him go over the contact with me. When I recieved the contract in the mail the following week I was suprised to see I spent over $4000.00 on this insurance I thought was "provided" as part of the purchase. I was never told this was costing me $4000.00 in addition to the Gap coverage. I would not have made this choice had I understood the additional cost as the manufacturer provided a power train warranty. I called the finance department to ask about it and was told that it had been explained to me. I guess since I am a professional woman I feel like I "get" things that are explained to me and NEVER was I told this was costing me extra. Granted, I understand I should have asked him to slow down and explain what he was telling me to sign. I was too trusting and I guess I feel "had". Despite how fantastic Ed did at his job, I am not sure I will purchase a car at KIA in the future. I feel like I was duped in the financial department. Lesson learned. I do like my new car though and Ed Knebel is definately an asset to your company.

I have not bought a car in several years and was hesitant about buying a car on my own because of my credit score. Johnny Eichenberger and the finance department at McGrath Buick GMC Cadillac worked with me, got me a fantastic interest rate and rebates, and I took my brand new Kia Forte home with me :) Johnny was very knowledgeable about the Forte, and is a very pleasant person to do business with. He put me at ease about buying a car on my own. Thanks to Johnny and McGrath Buick GMC Cadillac I have a new car and I will building my credit back up to the great rating I once had. They were also very reassuring that if I had any questions about the car or needed help figuring out any features on it to be sure to call them or bring the car in so they can personally show me. They also had the Bluetooth up and running so I could use the hands-free cell phone before I left the dealership.I love the Kia Forte and find excuses to go somewhere so I can drive it LOL I would definitely recommend a Kia to anyone and the best place to buy it.... McGrath Buick GMC Cadillac. I couldn't have a more pleasant experience buying a new car than with them.

Came in to look at buying a new Kia Optima. Ed Knebel was the first sales person to me. Which is one of the things I hate about car dealerships. (salesmen chasing you around the carlot). I told him what I was looking at online. So he pullled it in the dealership bay and showed the car to me. I took for a test drive.( which was a fully loaded EX) It was a good car and the one I kinda wanted. I told him the price I wanted to pay for it which was way under the MRSP of the car. But I came to by a car cash out the door! So instead playing the price game he went straight to his manger and brought him over. He couldn't meet me with the price I wanted. But he Brought me out a SX optima that had more options then the EX except the navagation unit. I took for a drive and liked it. They was able to sell it to me for the amount I was looking to spend. They said why they could offer me that car for that price was because it was a program car.(if you brought your car in for to be fixed or the dealer would drive it.) The only differance was that it had 107 miles already on it. So I felt comfortable buyingthat one. But I liked the EX one I was looking at but we was $2000 apart from each other.The color of the SX was actual color my wife wanted. I just wish it had the nav in it. But the sell went smooth. It took longer going through the paper work person and extra add on people then the sales person part.The cons so far is that I had to take back to the shop two times less of two weeks. The first time was for the horn. They forgot to pull a tab out in between the contacts when the car came in. The second time the check engine light came on. And they found a wire that wasn't getting a good ground. so they fixed it. Hopefully this will be last time I have to take it back. I bought other cars and trucks for McGrath sister location's and didn't have experenice with them. So I decided to give them one more try.They did send my wife a basket of goodies which was nice. But I would of been happy if they would've gave me accories though. I will be buying a new car for my son this summer for college and one for my daughter next summer. So I hope this car holds up to my exception. If so I be back to buy again. Hope they give a better deal. For buying more in a short amount of time.

We used the KIA web sight to build the car we wanted, with just what we wanted down to the colors. But no-one for 200 miles had the color and options that were on our must list. Then we left our wants with a Salesman at McGrath KIA "Josh Stocker" the Kid worked for 10 days and found just the one, and when pen met paper, the number worked too, the price was were all the guiding web sights said we got a very good price. So with all that said We want to thank Josh Stocker and his manager TJ Thomason. It is not often I wright a 5 digit payment and think I still owe a THANK YOU :o)

I had a monthly payment in mind, and I made it very clear that is where I was comfortable and could go no higher. They kept shooting monthly payments that were 100-150 more than I said I could afford. They also suggested a bi-weekly that when you added it up was way more than I said I could pay. I'm going to guess they figured I would hear just that number and wouldn't be smart enough to multiply it by 2 to figure out my monthly payment. Sales man was nice, but he didn't seem to listen to anything I was telling him I was looking for in a vehicle. I made it very clear exactly what I wanted in a vehicle, and he showed me the exact opposite. I would have rather had him say he didn't have anything at the moment instead of wasting 5 hours of my time on two separate visits, showing me junk cars. I was told they priced based off of NADA, and I did my research on the vehicles and noticed some were overpriced by more than $1,000 and quality was poor. They were not giving me much at all for trade in and were refusing to come down on their price. Complete waste of time and I will never be going back. I don't care for car salesmen in general, but this by far was the worst experience I have ever had.

We were shopping for an suv and started out with the larger GMC vehicle. We drove 7 or so vehicles and are very very satisfied with our salesman. He answered difficult questions from my difficult spousal unit. We ended up with the color of vehicle my husband liked and all of the options we were looking for. The salesman Ed had such a calming manorism in this stressful situation dealing with a couple who has been married for 30 years and nitpick everything. He must have a psych major. I have a have a special needs 15 year old son that grew too tall for my little 2011 Ford Fiesta... also the fact that he's gone through 3 hip surgeries. We needed something that would be easier for him to get in and out of. I went to my bank and my loan officer gave me a limit of what I could spend. Next I went to the Kia dealership where I was greeted by Jon Kloss who listened to what I needed and what I could afford. Next thing I know where driving a Kia Soul. As soon as my son sat in it he was smiling and giggling! I loved how it drove and so roomy! It had everything on it that I wanted and more! Jon and all the nice folks at Kia worked with me to get this great vehicle and kept me UNDER budget!!! I think these people really care about their customers and believe in what they sell. I came to McGrath looking for a new 2013 Kia from the ad I heard on the radio where you put good people with bad credit in a car. I did not get the 2013 Kia but I did get a 2011 Kia with very low mileage. It's actually the newest car I have ever owned. We had been looking for a new car, specifically a Kia, because our sons in the Milwaukee area had recently purchased 2012 models (one an EX, the other an SX) and they raved about the car's value and quality. We actually visited with the gentleman they dealt with in Milwauke who offered us what we believed to be a very good price on a Limited. However, we have dealt with McGrath on a number of other purchases and wanted to see what they could do before buying. Drew was extremely accommodating and very professional. We really liked the way he and the rest of the KIA team at McGrath were willing to work with us. Drew and his manager were able to be competitive without using hard-sell or pressure tactics. For price I gave a N/A because I don't know anything about prices. Originally I wasn't really planning to get a car on the spot but rather talk and find out more information. But my wife and I had been discussing Kia for some time. I'm/we are very satisified. The Soul seemed to be the one that stood out and it fits me very well.

My experience at McGrath Kia was great. I went to the dealer for the first time, only expecting a test drive and to get a better handle on what my first car would cost; never thinking that I would end up purchasing my first new car by the end of the day. Patrick was very welcoming as we arrived, ready to answer any questions I had. He explained the functions and components of the car very well and was very personable and friendly the entire time. The entire process (looking at the car, test driving, negotiations, and final sales) was easy and comfortable for me. I would definitely recommend friends and family to McGrath Kia if they were looking for a different car. I had a great experience purchasing a new vehicle from Drew Tippie (Sales Consultant)at McGrath Auto. I went to McGrath with the hopes of purchasing a Kia. I talked to Drew and we took several different Kias for test drives. Even after I told him that I had no intention of buying that particular day he still was more than willing to show me more cars and told me to test drive anything that I was interested in. About two hours after a had left I received a phone call and was told I had a preliminary approval. I went in the next day and my approval was confirmed for a Kia Forte and within two hours I drove out of the lot with a new car. The whole process was quick and easy.

Dann Steward was my dealer at McGrath and he was so very helpful on explaining everything that I was interested in a new car. He let me drive several cars and that way, I had a great feel for all the cars that I drove. He made sure that the two dents on the passenger side were fixed. Also he had me talk with Butch and I did have the undercoat and several other jobs done. When I questioned that the treatment for the interior, Dann sent me right in to talk with Butch, who took me over to that shop and was asured that everything was done properly. Before I left, Dann had said that he would program my Bluetooth but he was really busy that day, but another young man {I did not get his name} said he could program it for me so I would not have to wait. I was somewhat dissappointed with the financing as after giving $10,000 dollars on the Kia, my total was $19,441 and the beginning price was $26,514. Also, I was charged $330 for optional paid to Insurance Company or Companies. I know Dann does not have any say in the total price. I do plan to pay the loan as fast as I can so I don't have to pay the total with 2.9%. I had thought it was to be 1.9%.
