My wife and i had a great shopping experience at McKenna Audi. Benjamin was a great, very knowledgeable and personable employee. There were no sales tactics and he was very upfront with us and helpful. It made our car shopping experience a pleasure. We had a great experience and interaction with all of the employees at McKenna Audi. Benjamin even had a bow put on the car to surprise my wife when we went to pick up the car. The staff at McKenna were very friendly and knowledgeable even though I had walked in just before they closed. The salesperson Allen explained all of the different options they had and the availability of the Q5s in their inventory. Niema the sales manager was very professional and gave me a good deal on a plug in hybrid Q5. Carlos, the finance advisor, was very friendly, affable and made sure that all of my questions were answered and my needs were met. Overall, one of the best experiences I have had at any dealership.
