Unfortunately a good situation turned bad. The salesperson Eddie assured us that our old car payment would not be taken out of our account. Now because of his negligence the old car payment came out and now I have to wait 3 weeks for me to get my money back. This was not my mistake because we were proactive in asking if this situation would occur. If the salesperson had said there might be an issue we might not have moved forward. I feel lied to and now I am out a lot of money. I asked to speak to his manager, and of course he puts me on hold and then hangs up. What makes matters worse, no call back. Very disappointed. I would think twice before putting faith into Eddie from Cerritos. Bad representation of a good brand.

What a wonderful experience at this car dealership! Aaron Soto was the best car dealer that we have ever dealt with. He was so patient and worked so hard to get us the car we wanted for our budget. Even though this dealership is over an hour away from my home, I would go back to this dealership and to Aaron Soto based on their help and this experience.

I came in have the oil changed on my daughter’s Jetta. The service advisor i worked with, Tyler Shepherd mentioned to me that this Jetta was in need of a few additional maintenance items. Not super expensive but very necessary and something that could be easily done within the scope of the other items scheduled. I was super appreciative of Tyler’s efforts. It saved me one additional appointment which ultimately saves us a ton of time. Every time i come into have service I will be looking for Tyler to work with! Very very helpful!
