I can't say enough nice things about this shop! Ron (mechanic) has been wonderful. Nice to find a shop that is honest and is looking out for the customer and their car.

Stay away from this dealership!!! I wish I could give zero star. The negative reviews are so true and do not be fooled when they reply by saying” they don’t know those buyers or do not have their records on their file”because it is a shady way to lure more victims. I bought a 2012 Hyundai Tucson from them for $7500 and less than a week the car started having transmission and many other problems. When I contacted them with the issues, they refused to take the car back and refund my money instead they said they will fix the issues which they never did. Twice I had to drive an hour to them to fix the issues but the same issues are still there, they never fixed them and still refused to refund my money. I ended up spending lot of money on this worthless car for repairs. I should have listened to my brother when he advised me Never to buy a car from small dealerships as they buy bad cars with bad transmissions, bad engine and so on..from auctions and will hide it from the buyer when they want to resell it . Also, I should have seen the red flags from McKenzie Motors #1 a customer came in to buy a car from them while I was there for paperwork and the check engine light came on while he was test driving the car, he walked in, gave them back the car key told them about the check engine light and walked away fast. #2 they rejected my initial request to take the car to my mechanic to have it checked before purchasing , the owner and the salesman confirmed to me that the car is in great shape and has passed MD inspection, by the way they also owe an auto mechanic shop licensed to do inspection which is questionable how this car has passed MD inspection with all the mechanical issues I experienced less than a week?? I do not recommend anyone to buy a car from this dealership!!! Do not believe any words that will come out from their mouth, in my case it was all lies. Also, do not fall for their 60 day car repair warranty they will use to trick you because when I called the company, lady from customer service basically told me that the coverage do not support any of the repairs i’m having with the car even though the owner reassured me it will. This dealership scammed me and I lost total $10k on this piece of junk but I learnt my lesson, I will Never buy a car from them or any other small dealerships.

I bought a car there in like 2011 or 2012 and it was one of the best cars i ever owned. I just bought a car from them this month and I’m sure it will be the same! I also got a car inspected there about 3 years ago and they were honest about all repairs needed! I worked with Ramsey this time and he is the best!!! He was extremely friendly and informative, he was upfront and honest about everything! I will buy cars from them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a car!!

Excellent customer service and a quality vehicle! Ramsey went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied and got the deal I wanted. Had a minor issue pop up driving it home and I was told to bring it back to have it corrected, no questions asked. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great deal on a used vehicle!!’

Brought a Toyota Corolla back in August. I didn't find them to be legit nor honest. Tried to get me to lie and tell an insurance company I had a drivers license and I have a permit. They promised to render service and do some repair ( cosmetic ) and back out and didn't do as promise. I would never by a vehicle from them again or recommend this dealership . Go next door !

I would highly recommend McKenzie Motors for anyone in the market for a used car. Our son had an accident and my van was considered "totalled". Being on a very tight budget, we were on the hunt for a used, but reliable car. We saw a car on their website and inquired about it. After deciding that this car wasn't for us, they proceeded to show us a car that would fit our family even better--BUT it came with a higher price tag. After talking to the owner, he found us the perfect car and he helped us get it within our budget! The staff is very friendly and they seem to sincerely care about the needs of their customers. They are doing and have done everything possible to make this purchase very easy.
