Purchased what was described to my as a “new” vehicle that had only been used for demos. Had about 400 miles on it. Took it to get a service in Pensacola and the GMC guy asked about the previous mechanical issues - I knew nothing about. Apparently the truck had major issues at only 135 miles needing a full clutch overhaul and had to be towed. The salesman at McKenzie told me nothing about this. I paid a new truck price for a truck that had just had major issues. When I called McKenzie after leaving GMC in Pensacola they denied knowing anything about it until I told them I had the info printed out that was in their system. They didn’t seem to care. I should’ve listened when family said not to do business with them. Their deceptive practices and lack of caring at all to make things right will definitely seal the deal that we won’t be do any business with them in the future. - Mike Stanton

Don't ever buy a used vehicle from here, unless you want a lemon!!!! Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I will never purchase another vehicle from this lot again. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!

I've had appointment set up weeks ago in service with a loaner car which was an agreement when I purchased my truck. They rescheduled my appointment with out even calling me. Thank today they called me back and said we need to reschedule again as we don't have a loaner car for you. Poor service
