I expected more from the employees. Yes they were present and would answer questions, but they weren't concerned with selling a car or going out of their way to impress upon you to buy it. They're like un enthused, our cars are the best, the fastest I'll be over here sitting at my desk. So I bought my car at another McLaren dealer ship with awesome employees that same day. I think it was because I was dressed casually and pulled up in a rental car, a Kia if I remember correctly. Will never go to Scottsdale McLaren again.

Wish I could rate it negative starts. Was the worst dealership experience ever and rates among one of the worst with another human. We went on a Saturday as we were just cruising and exploring. The second we entered we were greeted with a poor attitude and awful tone. As we were just exploring we would ask questions and they would respond with extremely passive aggressive and snotty remarks that were dehumanizing.

My husband and I had just gotten our McLaren and only been for 1 short ride when a packrat had made a home in it and caused a lot of damage. Izzy and the crew at McLaren Scottsdale were absolutely great! They went above and beyond to get our car repaired and returned to us quickly. They updated me every step of the way and there were no surprises! Really a pleasure working with them.

Service center is great. Ralph is extremely knowledgeable and takes care of their customers at the McLaren HQ level. Always a worry with exotic car dealers / service centers but not McLaren Scottsdale.

The dealership has changed ownership, and the new owner principal is all about taking care of the customer and making it right. Sean LaBonte in the service department is fast responsive, through, accurate, extremely knowledgeable and gives you the most in-depth complete truthful answer. Extremely helpful and go above and beyond for their customers.

The demeanor and service of this dealership matches the superb quality of these amazing cars. They are knowledgeable, professional, and customer focused. Mark took his time to understand my needs and get me into the perfect car. His care was supplemented by the staff in all other areas. The entire staff there is like family - great to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone seeking a great car and great experience.

I have been fortunate to own a couple of nice cars over the years but my experience with Bill was miles above anything else i have experienced. Bill is a true professional and a true car guy. I called the McLaren Scottsdale dealership looking to buy a McLaren i had seen listed on their website. They routed me to Gina who quickly answered all my questions and we started down the road of making the purchase. The car had to be shipped from California, and a few improvements made but all of the details were coordinated with ease! The purchase was a great experience and I recommend them highly!
