2011 3500 HD Chevy PU - Transmission wound not shift into upper gears and check engine lights on.Service committed to and repaired the issue in the time and at the cost they predicted(that cant always happen but it did this time) Over a 1000 mile round trip - the transmission had no issues and the engine codes have not yet returned. I paid a bit more for a complete detail - they made it like new again. They delivered exactly what was promised. I really appreciate how they communicated before during and at the end of the work.This is my 5th time using them for service of this work truck. It was so good I had to write abotu it. I plan to keep going to them.J. Ball

Engine light came on and I took it to the dealer. Teona Boyer was my service rep. She had me bring the car in at my convenience. She had the service department check the problem and informed me right away of the issue.. It was the cat. converter and she had me wait while they replaced it. ( And under warranty as well!) Quick and great service. The car wash was a surprise. I will be back for any additional work. A tip of the hat to Teona for solving my problem in a very professional manner!

Teona Boyer at Chevy McL had me in and out of my morning drop-off for warranty service in under 10 minutes even though I showed up for it 30 minutes early as the doors opened. She parked my car in the right spot (two attempts on my part were fruitless) and went through a quick checklist for my input and information. I was asked if I needed a ride anywhere after drop-off (didn't need it, thanks though!) and was given a time estimate. If it hadn't been for my inability to follow simple parking instructions, I would have been out of there in under 5. Got my call for pick-up early and they held my car until I showed up far later that afternoon. Another 2 minutes of paperwork and Miss Boyer even helped me navigate a coupon book so save me $10 on the spot. I also got to watch their master tech interact with customer service; that was a professional bunch I wouldn't mind working with. Seriously, if you're gonna spend your money on service, do it here. Fast, easy and they seem to care. Good enough for anyone. BTW: Chevy Spark FTW

When I needed an emergency tire repair, John in the service department took care of me like I was family. He was genuinely concerned and took extra time to make sure I was taken care of, even driving me to work down the street when the shuttle was unavailable. Everyone I encountered in the service department was very professional and friendly, and made me feel very comfortable leaving my car in their hands.

order assemble for the Silverado on a Friday, was told it would take 2 days as it was being shipped from Reno, NV The appointment was for Monday 8:00 AM on Monday which was a little soon for the replacement part to arrive, but, on Monday Morning it was their and what a relief. No more scotch tape to hold it together.

Our Chevy would not pass DEQ for tag renewal. We took it to a local mechanic who indicated nothing was wrong with it, took it back through DEQ and it would still not pass. At that point we took it to McLoughlin Chevrolet and started dealing with Maggie Brown. Their first pass they found nothing wrong with it as well but indicated they had had problems with the specific DEQ facility we visited. Maggie said they would not charge me a dime as they did not have to do any work. We took it back through DEQ a third time at another facility and it still did not pass. I took it back to Maggie who indicated she would take the renewal papers and have her tech drive the truck through DEQ to work it out with them, pick up our tags for us and would only charge me for their drive time. Before they went back to DEQ the tech started looking at it closer and found a short in the connector due to wiring from a new alarm system that had been installed. He re-wired the system and then attempted to take it through DEQ for us. Unfortunately they would not take the personal check I had given them and at that time Maggie offered to use her own debit card the next day to pay for it so I wouldn't have to go through DEQ a fourth time. I declined the fabulous offer, picked up the truck the next day and it passed DEQ. She only charged me for the re-wiring, did not even include the drive time it took the tech to take through DEQ. Maggie went above and beyond and was more than willing to do anything and everything to help the customer. She provided the type of customer service I will pay extra money for! It was fabulous working with her, we will go back to that dealership anytime we need service or when its time to purchase our new truck! Thank you Maggie.

I bought my car used here at this dealer and that was a pretty smooth experience and very easy, especially since it was my first car that I bought, and since I bought my car here and live a couple of feet away I use the service department. Its been my third trip to the service department and every time has been amazing. Just today I had probably the best service advisor I have dealt with. She took really good care of me and I was in and out in no time.

This shop has been the absolute worst experience with a mechanic that I have ever had. They destroyed existing parts, installed new parts incorrectly, and lied about work that needed to be done. Their techs are incompetent and their management is condescending and rude. They refuse to pay to get the work they have done incorrectly fixed and expect me to bring my vehicle back to their shop so they can cost me even more money and break more parts. Their service department is literally nothing but a bunch crooks.

Buying from McLoughlin Chevy was a terrific experience. I emailed Ashley, the internet manager, to confirm the car was available, she responded back almost immediately and we set up an appointment. We arrived at the dealership and were immediately greeted by Alex who was super friendly and helpful. We were especially impressed with his knowledge of the purchased Hyundai Genesis which was not only a non-house brand but is not common in the market in general. The vehicle was in exceptional condition and the price was highly competitive. Jacob finalized the paperwork in record time. I have not worked with a better organized dealership and I have worked with many in a lifetime of buying cars. Kudos to the team!!

First time customer and very disappointed with the level of service. Only point in my experience where they were nice was at the end when they were asking/telling me to give them a great review. Same thing happened when I purchased my vehicle here. They basically told me to give them all top ratings. If you have to tell your customers to rate you high at the end of a transaction then there is something drastically wrong.

A little over a year ago I purchased a 2014 Chevrolet Cruz with all the warranties you can imagine. At the time I was told, keep the car for a year, come back in and we can take it back for what you paid (silly me) and with all the warranties we can get you into something else with lower payments. Okay, that's what I did. Called them yesterday and I was told my car is worth 10,000 less than what I paid and there was nothing that could be done. Talked to them numerous times, they said look at this car etc. I did and by the end of the conversation it was a waste of time, the finance person lied to me when I bought the car ( with the warranties on this you have a down payment on your next car, come back). The sales people are nice, they will rush you into a vehicle, tell you anything and then when it comes time to pony up - suddenly your new car is worth crap and you are stuck in a vehicle with higher payments, broken promises and no way out. Granted this may not be dealer specific, but I trusted them. Guess they are like all the rest. Don't be fooled.

There were no hidden charges, pushy or aggressive sales, and I feel he understood what we needed and made sure our needs were met while making the sale. Kevah even made sure our kids were happy and had a snack and drink during the process which is not always easy as they are 3 and 5. Very professional and personable at the same time. Bait and Switch Up-sell on an order?Maybe it is a new way for a dealer to get allocation when they cannot order a vehicle.Think a used car bait and switch is bad? Imagine being lied to and strung along for 2 months on an ordered vehicle!Remember folks... you can only order through the dealership. Dealerships do not like ordering. If they can get you to walk away from your order after it arrives, they make more money (if it is a popular vehicle)The Players:Kurt is the general manager, Dillon is the salesman "good cop', Bret is the sales manager "bad cop'" ------------Synopsis------------Background: I look like a stupid chump to car dealers. Always have it is an illness called stupidchumpitus.1. I order a specific truck from McLoughlin Chevy with a specific configuration at an agreed upon price.2. The general manager adds the most useless and expensive package (7k) available that only appeals to guys half my age3. This is declared to be a mistake in ordering4. I call in over 25 times in the next 2 months trying to get it changed. It never does5. >>>The general manager says I wont have to pay for the package<<<<6. The truck comes with the garish overpriced package installed.7. >>>>The general manager says I wont have to pay for it<<<<8. The general manager goes back on his promise and wants me to pay 3,000 more than we agreed to. I have waited 2 months and he says I will have to order again. (If I wanted this package, that would be a great deal.... but I didn't. why should I pay for the dealership's mistake?"He blames the owners for this... If the owners have THAT kind of control, they don't trust the general manager.I have proof of all of this in phone records and texts from the salesman ------An Initial Thought----------It has been said that decency is returning a lost wallet to its owner but integrity is returning that wallet when it has 20 crisp 100 dollar notes in it. For sure I know they have no integrity. This truck is that fat wallet.---------The Saga of the Chevy Colorado Diesel-------++ # and * are notes explained below.January 2:My wife hates haggling so she said we should go through the Costco program. I call them and get an e-mail directing us to McLoughlin Chevrolet.January 4:We meet with a salesman (no longer with the company) and give him the exact order. The sales manager said they no longer do Costco ++ but will honor $250 below invoice #. Invoice happens to be a known amount #* (it can easily be found through various services on the internet). We verify this amount with the salesman and the general manager enters our order in the GM system and gives us the printout. I know what the invoice is (within $200) for this truck but the general manager insists he does not know it until the vehicle is invoiced* (Dealerships know invoice pricing and so does any 12 year old with access to the internet)January 5: I check the printout for accuracy and find that a $7000 package has been added on.January 6: I call the salesman frantically asking them to fix the order (He says he will check into it)Over the next month I call the dealership over 16 times and even talk to the general manager. I am promised over and over again that the expensive package will be or has been removed.One time they told me the general manager was with the system rep fixing the system and they would fix my order. I call in early February and am told the $7000 package has been removed from the order in the GM system. After a month of stress, I am relievedFebruary 8: I discover the ColoradoFans forums and learn there is a chat on the Chevy website. I chat with Chevy and find the $7000 package is still on there. Panicked, I call in to the dealership an am told that it is removed on their end and it takes a while for it to be reflected at GM (I happen to be a tech guy and know this is unlikely. Maybe in the 70's and 80's with batch processing but not anymore).>>>The Good Cop<<<Finally I call in trying to place a new order, so I can cancel the bad one. I get Dillon who "really tries to help." He tells me that I already have an order and cannot order again. He actually returns my calls... the former salesman and the general manager never did. I had to learn their work schedule to reach them. He tells me that the general manager will not charge me for the $7000 package if it gets added on in production. This does not remove my stress at all. A dealership will not take a loss like this. ++I chat weekly with the Chevy side checking to see if the package has been removed.The truck gets its TPW with the package still on. The truck gets produced with the package still on!March 8: The truck makes it to the dealer. I have text exchanges with the salesman that the general manager with honor the initially agreed price of what I ordered.* I make sure that these are saved.They say they will not install the package which is dealer installed, and I say that is ok*. I don't like the look of it anyway but I need this truck since we are down to one car. Further discussion at the dealership leads to them installing the entire package because they need to legally.*>>The Bad Cop<<<I am told to meet with the general manager on Saturday March 12. He is a "good gm and he will take care of me". The night before I am to meet with the general manager, I get a call from "the new sales manager" (The guy I bought from and was meeting is his boss) saying they will not sell the truck at this price!* He says he will replace it with one from another dealer. There is a reason we ordered this truck in January (other than thinking we could avoid the hassle of haggling). It is nowhere to be found. I tell him I am keeping my morning meeting with the general manager.I meet with the general manager. He says he will sell it to me for 3k more than I agreed on the package I ordered. He then produces an invoice # from another truck similar to mine to show me that "invoice is a lot more than I think". This is part of a new argument. We did not actually agree on a price because the truck was not yet invoiced# when we ordered it. After removing every option on that invoice that I did not order he found that I was dead on. Actually I was being generous. I offered the conquest cash to defray the cost of HIS "mistake" a bit. I even offered my services to fix some risk associated with their website to help make up the difference. He said he would talk to the owners. If you are the general manager who do you talk to behind the curtain?March 14: They will not honor any promise they made. I only wanted to order and pay for a vehicle in good faith!------------Finally-----------What was a straight forward ordering process ended up being a nightmare even though I did everything right. If I had ended up with this truck, it wont be the truck I wanted and I will have spent way more in stress and time than that package is worth >>>even if I did want it.<<<--------------------A Possibility-----------My working hypothesis is this: They have reduced availability for a vehicle. When a nice seeming customer walks in wanting to order a highly popular yet constrained vehicle*++ at a low price it is like finding a fat wallet on the street.They add an expensive package to that vehicle when it is ordered knowing most people wont check. If they do they can play the technology "does not work" card.They pretend like invoice price is a special thing that nobody knows until the vehicle is invoiced.The vehicle arrives and they give the customer a special deal to make up for the mistake of adding a horribly overpriced package.They would generally get two responses1. The customer walks away letting them sell a vehicle >>for a lot more<<<2. The customer buys it and they get more than the lousy hold backs that invoice -250 leaves them with.The customer is their new allocation source!Win! Everything they told me could be true (I am sure Kurt or Meghan will respond saying that). Even so, if they had real integrity, they would have swallowed the loss created by THEIR own mistake. A mistake their customer tried to correct REPEATEDLY and spent no small amount of time and stress on.Either that or they are simply sadistic or grossly incompetent Notes:*A general manager does not get where he is by not knowing the ordering process, the invoice cost, what his underlings are doing. He or she gets there by being a very effective salesman who can mentor the sales force. Effective salesmen will play every angle to get the dealership the most income for the dealership.# Invoice price is actually a real price. It is not a number that the general manager or salesman gets to create. It is a price. Any offer of invoice -$x is actually a price. Just because they think you don't know that number does not make it any less of a number. Did you know, Invoice is actually a dollar amount? ++ The horribly broken allocation system gives a dealer a specific number of vehicles from the factory based on sales figures and size. Popular models are often constrained early in the year. They can be marked up well past MSRP.Orders of popular (constrained) vehicles for customers, especially through programs like Costco hurt the bottom line. Constrained vehicles are the dealership equivalent of the "fat wallet"

My experience at McLoughlin Chevy included every negative stereotype you hear about a used car dealership. Left feeling dirty.My Story: Negotiated a price on a used vehicle. Shook hands on it. Declined warranty. Went to do paperwork. Warranty was on the contract for $2750 - after I declined. Price was $1000 more than we shook hands on.I believe that Matt (Finance Guy)/Dillon (Sales Guy) were trying to rip me off.Had to go back a day later and sign a new contract. No apologies or anything like that.

I bought my car there in March and it was an easy pleasant experience! Was taken care of quickly and also happy with the Service area. My only small caveat being that when I went to test drive my new 6 speed manual transmission car I was questioned more than I thought necessary about my ability to drive a stick. If a woman is specifically asking to test drive a manual transmission it's because they most likely know how and are looking for that. The guy was mollified easily when I was able to drive it easily and I was patient about it but maybe take us at our word we know how! Otherwise, it was awesome!

Service writer Jeremy originally fixed the problems on my 98 Corvette. I called him about a week later , as I was still hearing a noise in the front end. He said bring it in Oct 22 8am. I'd like to preface this review with the fact that I have terminal lung cancer. I went to Mcloughlin Chevrolet with a minor problem with my Corvette. Of course, being a Corvette the repair cost could have been extensive. Any amount would have been fine with me. I LOVE my 'Vette!!!!. When I tried to pay my expected bill which I expected to be at least a couple hundred bucks. DON COHEN, the service advisor and BRETT, the service technician refused to accept any payment. I'd like to thank them both for their compassion, kindness and professionalism. I will recommend this dealership to all my friends and associates. This has really given me hope in all American enterprise again. Hard to find in the last decade or so. Thanks you, Chris Allen fro Oregon City. Wish I could afford a C7 Stingray though :)

I loved that I was help to start my shopping experience on-line. You knew I was on my way to come out and test drive, no need to walk through the lot to look at cars. You knew why i was coming and what I wanted to test drive. You were knowledgeable and friendly. No haggling required and no negotiations necessary. I was pre-approved through my credit union which you had access to which i really appreciated. It took some time for the papers to be prepared but the care was cleaned and prepared while we waited. We were offered cold water on such a warm day and that was greatly appreciated. Thank you for being open over the 4th, and thank you for the wonderful service. I love my care and enjoy driving it. Just read what you sign as initially the wrong lien holder had been typed onto the paperwork. Easy mistake to make i am sure, just ready what you are signing.

Today I took my car into McLoughlin Chevy - Dean was absolutely phenomenal :) But to be honest, I didnt expect anything less. I bought my first car at Mcloughlin when I first moved to Oregon, 17 years ago when I had no money to put down.. and they took a chance on me - and Ive since bought 4 cars from them. I wont buy from anyone else. They have always done the very best for me - never steered me wrong and have taken excellent care of me. Their establishment is clean and bright and friendly and cheerful and honest and I have recommended them time and time again to friends and will continue to do so. And Dean's care of me and my car today just shows once again I am not wrong to trust them - he went above and beyond and clean and detailed my car before giving it back to me :) They are THE best! :))

We took our 2011 convertible Camaro in for an oil change it was there 5 hours and came back with an extra 30 miles on it. We told management at the dealership and they basically told us we were lying. They had a thing on tv about this stuff happening but who would of thought our local dealer would let this kind of stuff happen.

Very busy with business travel lately using my 2013 Silverado 3500 Duramax pulling an RV. Home for only 2 days before off traveling again and needed an oil change badly. Called Don at McLoughlin Chevrolet at 8am on Christmas eve to inquire about scheduling service. Much to my delight, Don had me come in that very morning. His team performed an oil change and fuel filter change. McLoughlin has a quiet room with several desks that are available to customers in the service waiting room. I set up my laptop and completed several tasks while waiting. The bill for the service was reasonable, as usual at McLoughlin. I've purchased vehicles at this dealership and have used McLoughlin Chevrolet and Don (as my service adviser) for years. They have provided me with consistently high quality service and always at reasonable rates. Several times they have surprised me with the magic they seem to work when untangling problems that I or third party after-market shops have created while working on the truck.

I bought my personal car two months ago, a Chevrolet Cruz - and then went back two weeks ago to help get my son out of his vehicle. They worked with me and even though the payment wasn't what I wanted or my son wanted we knew that we could go back later and trade it in to get a better payment. At that time the customer service I received from Jeff Woods, Darrin and Jason (and you too Brian) was great just like the previous experience. BUT I got a call tonight from Darrin saying they had found a better deal for me and had managed to lower the payment on my Son's Cruz by $40.00 a month. It's a week before Christmas and two weeks after the purchase and they still were working on getting me what I wanted. Now that's a miracle! Thank you so much and trust me I've never received or experienced this kind of service at any dealership and even now - it feels too good to be true, but I know they have it figured out. You don't have to beat people up, belittle them or make false promises to sell cars. The best way to succeed is with honesty, respect and having your customer be your first priority. McLoughlin Chevrolet is my only choice for a dealership.

I wrote the review below titled "The Worse". When I wrote the review I was emotional about the situation and reacted too quickly. Cars.com will not let me take down that review and suggested I write a new one. So here it is. I sincerely believe I had not communicated my complaint well enough to the dealership initially. Once they understood how frustrated I really was they stepped to the plate to make things right. I completely misunderstood this dealership and have a much greater appreciation for them. They really are good guys and will take care of customers with problems after the sale, which is one of the most important attributes a sales company can have.

Purchased an 2006 Jeep Liberty 07/05. On 07/08 the check engine light came on. I coded the check engine light through the vehicles com port and it read general misfire and misfire on cylinder 1. I cleared the code (mistake). Took car in, service advised they could tell what went wrong for I had cleared the codes. They said to bring it back if the light came back on. Which it did approx. a week later. Took it back in, after two or three days of their service department fussing with it, they finally let us know that the valves where not sealing. Quoted me $2800.00 for the repairs. I explained to them that the problem showed up only 2 days after we drove it off the lot and I expected them to take care of it. It took them another two or three days to figure out that they would NOT stand behind the car they just sold me and that I was on my own. A simple compression test on the cylinders would have shown that the valves were not sealing. This seems pretty basic to me, to check the motor for compression. It is obvious that type of testing is NOT being done on the used cars they put to market. That alone is bad enough. But then to have them just simply turn their backs on a customer that just spent 10k there should be alarming to any potential customer thinking about shopping there.

I had my Chevy truck at another Chevy dealer in SE Portland, it was towed there upon a friends request and after a week and a half not only had it not been repaired but I'm not sure it had even been looked at, I called Mcloughlin Chevy and asked to speak to the manager, I was transferred to Will Wahlin, I explained to him my situation and he set up a tow to his dealership. I was provided a car to drive which was much appreciated. That SAME DAY I was called by the service manager to tell me that an ignition issue was my problem and that it could be repaired that same day. I agreed but explained that I could not pick it up until the following day and he assured me that was ok. The following day I drove MY truck home! What service!!! In my opinion Will went above and beyond and far exceeded my expectations. I will now be taking all my service work to McLoughlin Chevy, you've made a customer for life! Thanks for the GREAT SERVICE! And thanks to to the tech Jeff I believe his name was for the prompt attention and the quick diagnosis and repair !! Five Star experience!!!

I bought my camaro at this dealership. I have to say I have been amazed how good the service is. I have never had a problem bringing it in for oil changes or anything. I have been working with a employees named Sam and he is wonderful. I found out my trunk and hood were off allinment and they fixed it under warrenty. I recommend this dealership to anybody. I got the best price on my car and I have looked and even after almost 6 months and the price I got it for nobody can come close. Great place Thank you.

I became familiar with McLoughlin Chevrolet through their service department. Mr. Dave Scharringhausen-The Red Team Manager did an excellent job of making sure my car was well serviced. I decided one day to visit McLoughlin Chevrolet to check out the new cars. Upon my arrival I met Mr. Joey Soksoda, the Sales Associate, a very warm and cheerful man. He asked me could he assist me in finding a car. I related to Joey that I was leasing a very basic 2012 Chevrolet Equinox. I told Joey that I wanted a V6 engine, front wheel drive and a rear camera. Joey took me for a test drive and pointed out the upgraded features of the car. Joey said that I don't have this particular car on the lot, but I can get this car for you. I went home and talked to my wife and the next day we both came back to see Joey. My wife wanted a sunroof and a few extra features. Joey then introduced me to Mr. Sam Miller, the General Manager, a soft spoken, very articulate well dressed gentleman. Mr. Sam Miller was able to work the leasing agreement. I received my car in a couple of days, as it had to be driven from Puyallup, WA. We are very pleased with our Crystal Red Metallic Tintcoat 2014 Chevrolet Equinox 1LT. This was the best and most wonderful experience we've had in purchasing a car.

After a bit of confusion and mis-communication with the internet sales staff; we were successful in meeting the right sales person for us and made a purchase. We initially came in believing we wanted a gas powered Silverado pickup but after Eric's encouragement we test drove a diesel. We do feel the diesel will meet out needs better than a gas powered truck. Eric was patient with us as we were under a time crunch and had many questions. The truck we chose was not on your lot and Eric worked magic to find one for us with the options we wanted. We were back in the Portland area later the next week and our beautiful truck was sitting in front of the dealership doors just waiting for us. Eric showed us all the buttons and options. He answered every question with clarity. He introduced us to the service department and pointed out accessories we mentioned to him as we were looking at our truck. We have already shared with family and friends what a great dealership, helpful service department and fabulous sales person Eric is.

Eric W. began talking to me about my need for a new car as my old one was dying and not really worth the cost of the repairs. He talked to me about what I wanted, needed, etc. and helped me decide which Chevy was best for me. We made an appointment to come to the lot to view the cars. I said what I wanted and he kept giving me the pros and cons related to my choices. As we talked, I realized some of his suggestions were much better and that my reasoning wasn't the best (like thinking a black car looked cleaner, etc.). Even when I found the car I thought I liked he kept looking at paperwork and trying different cars. He knew what I would be happy with and continued looking through the available cars until he found the one I got - we both agreed the minute I got in. Wound up with 2014 white Eco Cruze, and I LOVE IT! I would not have known what I was missing if Eric had not continued looking at the individual characteristics of each Cruze. Each one had slightly different features and though I was happy with one of the first ones, I am FAR more happy with the one I bought. Thank you, Eric!

I used to buy from Town and Country, and went there to see my salesman and was told he was no longer there. Not only that but the dealership is was bought out and re-named. I really wanted a new truck but was treated so poorly that I will buy elsewhere. I met the so called manager "Sam" it seemed as though he was to busy to talk to me. That said I am forced to shop, which I hate. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone.

My experience with Town & Country Chevrolet began with a question from Tanny Brown during a phone conversation. "What are you looking for"?, she asked. I replied, "A miracle". I explained I did not think I could afford the truck I wanted. After hearing my parameters, she invited me to come and look at their vehicles.When I arrived at the dealership, I found a 2013 pickup parked in front of the construction. I met Tanny in her office and she commenced to present me with the miracle I asked for. She even asked me to bring my co-pilot Nugget (a Beaglier) through the entire process.Three hours later, in front of my house, I gave her the title to my old truck. she took a picture of me, Nugget, and the new truck and drove away with the trade-in.The deal I was presented with still makes me wonder if I dreamed the whole thing. In all truth, I should never have been able to purchase this truck.If you are looking to buy a Chevrolet, you should consider Town & Country.

I would have liked to say that my experience with the transaction was all positive, but I cannot. I do have to take the blame myself for not bringing a copy of KBB trade in value for our "LX" Odyssey van. I initially had identified our trade in as an "EX" to Manny , my mistake, but correctly had identified the options. When he went to get the approved trade in value, it was stated to him that after inspection of the VIN #, the model was actually LX and a little over $9,000 was appropriate. That was a surprise to me because I had expected over $11,000 after looking at KBB myself. Basically it was suggested that I had incorrectly researched what to expect for trade in value. We did negotiate up to $10,250 because I firmly believed that I had correctly done my research, but just did not bring a copy to substantiate. After coming home I once again checked KBB and found that my value was indeed the higher one. So I believe that I was intentionally duped and cannot in good conscience recommend doing business with your organization again. Bottom line is that I left your dealership feeling somewhat insecure and embarrassed with myself that I didn't just stop the negotiations at the early stages and recheck my data.

I do not recommend this dealership if you live any kind of distance from them. We live on the oregon coast so its a long drive. They supposedly had a lincoln aviator with a fair price and low miles and good carfax (guess I should have known better and that it was too good to be true huh!) and my husband and I had told tanny that we were going to come down on saturday and probably buy it we had the cash and everything. Anyway saturday morning tanny called at first tanny called saturday morning and said that we wouldnt be able to see it till monday and she didnt know what was going on with it at first so she said she would track it down and get some pictures and let us know when we could see it as we told her we had planned on going over there and buying it that day because that is the exact suv we wanted to buy for quietness for my husband since he is the one who does the driving as I am legally blind and cant drive anyway so she called back a few minutes later and said that she emailed me some pictures and to go ahead and come over because it was out of detail now and would be ready in a half hour well its a 2 hr drive from where we are so ok we start getting our preschholer ready and getting stuff out the door and packing some stuff in the car for the trip and she calls again and says that someone else from their honda dealership has someone else coming to see it well we told her that it was a long drive and there was no way we could get there so we were ready to just not waste our time then and not go there but then she called us back and said to go ahead and come just try to hurry as the peoples appt wasnt till 4:15pm and that she had the keys on her and that she would keep the keys with her and make sure that we had the chance to see it and we figured we could easily get there before 4:15pm which we did we got there at 3pm we would have been there earier but all the back and forth phone conversations set us behind plus traffic and we dont get cellphone reception in the coast range so it would have done no good to give her our cellphone # so we gave her our home phone although she should have just told us not to come if the car did sell and or wait it out before we make a trip as most car dealerships will at least say why dont you wait so you wont waste a trip. Well needless to say when we got there at 3pm and asked for her she wasnt there in fact the sales guy said she was running errands (how convienent!) so they ushered us in the waiting room so we could track her down and of course the sales guy that helped us I think it was allan told us that the car had sold and then the sales mgr came in and said he would buy us a free tank of gas which was nice and then they tried to steer us to a different car of course we did try out 2 cars but they were just not what we wanted and were just to loud for my husband. I think that tanny should have been at the dealership and she should have been the one to tell us the aviator sold and been the one to apologize not some other sales person or sales mgr or whoever that would have been the morally right thing to do oh wait I guess we are dealing with a car dealership so I guess doing the right thing morally is not on the high list of priorities but if it was me and I worked in retail for over a decade and if I made a mistake I would personally apologize and would do what I could to make something right but I would at least personally apologize but I guess they dont believe in that kind of thing at car dealerships I didnt expect the car sales mgr or some other sales guy to have to apologize or be the ones to tell me I think that tanny should have been there and told me and my husband since I thought we would be dealing with her as I thought she was going to be our sales person so that was frustrating. Our sales person I think it was allan I am not sure and the sales mgr manny were friendly and I did appreciate that they at least paid our gas on the way home so I appreciated the customer service on there part. IN the end I dont think they really had the aviator to begin with I think it was one of those vehicles that dealers are notorious for saying they have to lure you in and then when you get there it mysteriously sells half an hour before you get there plus in he beginning she intitially told us that we wouldnt even be able to see it till monday to many discrepancies in the story of the aviator the other thing is that at this dealership is that they dont reserve the car for you to look at like lexus of portland does even if you have to put down a deposit its just every man for himself apparently not cool because my husband and I had the cash and we would have probably even put down a deposit or something if they would have reserved the aviator for us to look at so that might be something that this dealership might want to start doing but maybe they do that too but just pretend like they dont who knows? All I know is we didnt drive home happy more like we drove home with a headache. My advice is to just try to steer clear of gladstone and the whole auto row there if you can I guess I should start looking at the lexus of portland inventory again or I will probably just go to dicks mackenzie ford in hillsboro cause they are pretty nice there too and they always have the cars they advertise on sale. So moral of the story if a dealership has a vehicle for sale and if it sounds to good to be true or seems like a good deal then it probably is too good to be true and the vehicle probably doesnt even exist or if they did have it they sold it right away snd didnt bother to take it off the inventory but just used it to try to bait and switch you to some other thing you dont want thinking that you will be so desperate that once you get there that you will just buy any old thing to make you feel better about them not having the car. This dealership is shady in that way so if you go there tread with caution cause instead of driving home happy you might be driving home with a headache.

I recommend that everyone stay far away from this dealership!!! I don't remember the Finance Manager's name but he was extremely rude, and disrespectful!! He treated me as if I was less than him just because I didn't have anything for a down payment. Ummm...hello!!! Have you looked around lately, the economy is crap! It doesn't stop there. My first interactions were with my sales person Tanny Brown via email. I was approved for my own financing. I explained to her over and over again via email what the stipulations were and she told me we would be able to work something out for the vehicle that I wanted and fit the criteria. I test drove the car and loved it. Then She said they were going to see if they could find me better financing but that we would move forward with financing that I already had if they couldn't find me a better deal. She had me put insurance on the car and everything. So I'm thinking "great! I'm getting this car, they don't have you put insurance on a car until they are sure you can get it." Then she even has the lot attendant clean it up and take all of the sale stickers off of it. Then next thing I know its time to meet the finance manager. he told me we couldn't use my financing even though Tanny told me and indicated several times that I would be able to use my financing as her finance manager was very familiar with my finance company's requirements. They were not able to get me a deal with any other financing that I could reasonably afford. Which is fine, however, that is not what I was told before I came in. I also made it very clear several times that if they could not work with my financing for that car that I didn't want to waste my time. I only had one business day to obtain a car, as my car had broken down completely. I had to re-arrange my work schedule, co-worker's schedule and my familie's schedules to go in that day, and it all ended up being for Nothing but headaches.

didn't want me to take used car to independent mechanic to inspect. tried repeatedly to dissuade me from doing so (they wanted me to buy the car FIRST!). they lied about the car's condition. also tried to get me to spend more than i wanted to, wouldn't negotiate on the car, even AFTER it failed independent inspection.
