Chris and his team are absolutely amazing. I wouldn't ever go anywhere else! I was on vacation when my car was having issues. The local dealership was less than helpful and Chris stepped right in, had the car brought 3 hours back to him, on his own dime! and worked on it right away. He is amazing. Great guy, fantastic staff, amazing service department.. don't walk to McMahon ford.. run!! Best dealership anywhere!!

Ford McMahon is the best in Norwalk. Had a great experience with my new friends Rich and Al and pretty much everyone I met was very nice and helpful! Thanks for helping me out when I was in a bind and needed a quick turnaround…..hope to be back soon but hopefully for regular service appointments ONLY. And a friendly visit of course. Thanks again :)

I've been buying from their parts department for roughly 20 years. I usually just work on my personal vehicles, so I'm not a high volume customer. Recently I got into a tight jam, and the guys there went out of the way to help me out. These are very good people to do business with.

They insisted I have the salesman ride with me during a test drive. I told them I didn’t want that and they still chose to not allow me to test drive alone. So why would I give them my biz? And it’s absolutely a false policy, but it doesn’t matter because it just shows you that same places don’t care about the customer experience.
