We had the best experience purchasing our new car. Mr. Andrew Garcia was amazing. We’re 2 hours away from the location but he coordinated amazingly through text. He accommodated our concerns and is very knowledgeable! He prepared everything and the process was really quick and organized! For the first time in our years of experience purchasing cars from a dealer, it was so far the best and fastest transaction! Highly recommended! It was really convenient and stress free process!

I walked in and found Thomas, luckily. I knew the car I wanted as I’ve been researching for months. We took a quick drive and started paperwork. He made it easy. Best car buying experience to date. Ask for Thomas. It would be your best choice!

Great experience all around for my Volvo’s 20,000 mile inspection. They gave us a ride to go golfing while they took care of it, and even dropped the car back at the golf course for us! At no cost to me, they flushed my wiper fluid lines and washed my car and did 2 recall replacements on top of it. Thoroughly happy with my service!

I, in CA, bought a car from Mears Motors sight unseen. The whole process was executed very well by Mears, and especially by the main guy who helped me, Mr. Thomas Boothe. Thomas answered all my questions promptly and even went on his day off to make sure my car got loaded on the transporter safely. The car, a late model Mercedes, was nicer than I had expected. I would not hesitate to buy another car "long distance" from Mears Motors, especially working with Thomas Boothe.

The atmosphere at Mears was extremely welcoming. Josh made my first time new car shopping a breeze! Not only did he locate the exact model with all the specifications I asked for; he was able to get it picked up from another dealership and have it brought closer so I wouldn’t have to drive as far. His hospitality is unmatched in all of my sales experience, he offered refreshments and when they were out of diet Coke’s, he went to the store to get me one while we were waiting on my car to be delivered. Such a small act was unexpected, but it sure made me feel like a million bucks! To top it off, when I forgot my garage door opener in my trade in, he personally drove it over to me. Taylor from the finance department was incredibly personable and helped keep my two year old entertained while taking care of business. I’m so in love with my new car and blown away by such a great buying experience! I’ll definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car!
