: I had bought a car from Medford Motors in May, 2021. I took it home (Abby) and realized they didn't touch up a rust spot that they said they would. I I have put less than 300 miles on it and drove it to Eau Claire l6-10. The air went out in Eau Claire and I called MM. ----- said they couldn't get it in until Mon the 14th. Ok, by time I got home the steering was out and it quit. I called him back and told him and he said they don't have a tow but he'd look into it. He called me back and gave me a number to call. I said I'm not paying for a tow, and he said tell them to charge mm. I called and the tow company took down all the information and I They did pick it up Mon and ------called to tell me that they would have to order parts. He didn't think it would be done maybe the end of the week. Ok I said I may need a car. He said there were none available and was going to look into it and let me know. ( No call from Jake) I Then Wed he had called to say it was done at 2, I didn't get it and call back til 2:25 and I called back and left a message to call. No call, 4:05 I called back because I didn't know what time you closed and I had to get a ride from Abby. No answer. I called again and told the receptionist that I needed to get a hold of ---- so I could pick up my car. She got him. I reminded him to paint the rust spot and he said he would do it right now. So not only did I not have a vehicle for a week, I was not called about having or not having one for me to use, had to pay 1/2 the tow, labor and parts. I had to fix the brakes (I knew about this), pay the loan payment and the repairs totaling 1000 in the first month. happening to him with a lawn mowing job. I work two jobs to save a little for the summer to camp, and be with my family, but this year cannot happen anymore. It disappoints me and hope I no one else ever goes through this. I really believe I should not have been charged for towing. It was poor service and a bad deal. When I called them on it the response was excuses, sorry I was upset and that "the belt breaking was an act of God." I wouldn't compare a belt breaking to a tree falling on you car????? Here is one response of many from Ryan: I would like to start by apologizing for the issues you have had. These past couple weeks have been busy for service, but that is no excuse for not returning your calls to keep you informed. I have spoke with --- and the rest of our shop managers and stressed the importance of returning phone calls to customers so we can prevent some of the issues you experienced from occurring in the future. We have always tried to provide loaner vehicles for customers but at the moment we do not have the inventory to support it. Most vehicles currently on our lot are Certified Pre-owned or Consignment, and this restricts their uses to test drives only. We have always offered 30 days 50/50 warranty on all used vehicles splitting parts and labor unless stated otherwise, we have never covered towing as we do not have the equipment to tow vehicles. only knew about these issues because of that inspection. A belt breaking is unfortunate because they can break without showing any signs of wear, I can assure you if it had shown signs of wear it would have been replaced prior to the sale. This is why we offer the warranty that we do, things happen that we can not have any fore sight on but we want to ensure that we offer coverage on those items. I understand that you feel we have not covered enough for the repairs but in this case we have already covered more than our warranty states, and have been nothing but honest about repairs needed for this vehicle.

Great experience we rented an Expedition which had great room for my kids and grandkids. The vehicle was clean but unfortunately wasn’t clean upon return, and that was because of the wonderful dirt roads in Wisconsin. The process at pick up was simple and drop box was great for after hours/weekend drop off. Would definitely rent again.
