I’m from Albuquerque and I found a Miata online at their dealership. I’ve spend a day and a half talking to Dalia who mainly conversed by text message which was annoying. We agreed on a price and sent everything over so I can complete the transaction for them to tell me they will no longer honor the price we agreed on. I have text proof of this and will be calling in and reporting them as a fraudulent company. So grateful I didn’t waste a 3.5 hour trip there and back to learn this. Beware.

We had been looking for a used BMW X5 for some time, after various disappointments with various Car Lots, Melendez showed great customer service and had a SUV we fell in love with. The owners made us feel at home and expressed confidence and humbleness. We are very happy to have worked with them, in a future we plan to return! :)

Would not recommend to anyone bought our auto in January 2013, after calling and asking where our plates were for four months, and kept getting the run around, had to go file a Consumer complaint with the tax office, that's when we found out the title had almost 9000 miles more that what was written on our contract. Had to go waste our gas our time getting paper plates three separate times, 25.00 each time dealer is going to reimburse us for that, Finally agreed to accept extra miles on title in exchange for 150.00 plus our 75.00 for our trouble and extra miles, just wanted to get this over with. That was yesterday, miraculously they call me today that our plates our in and will have correct miles with an affidavit attached to the title but will only be getting reimbursed 75.00. Not sure why car dealers seem to get away this kind of stuff. Very frustrated

i bought my ford edge from this dealer at a good price with factory warranty. the deal was easy i never steped foot in the credit union they took care of everything for me . good job
