This was my first service visit to Melloy Ford. Our Expedition was purchased at another dealership. You ask, why we don’t go to the dealership that sold us the vehicle. Well, I believe that the vehicle is not sold to you but you are taken into the fold of a dealership. Melloy Ford took us in, with a smile, look in the eye interaction and a warm country y’all come back! Spacious customer lounge, friendly service department and professional staff. I especially appreciate the paper multi point safety inspection that was handed to me, and discussed , In writing. I’m not saying Melloy Ford is perfect but they sure are closer to perfect, in service, than any Ford dealership I’ve Dealt with in the 29 years I’ve lived in New Mexico. I made an appointment for an oil change. The people who did the oil change did a good job and were very quick. Dennis helped with the paperwork and was so nice that he actually ran it out to me in the rain, ran it back inside, then returned with my credit card so my baby and I didn’t have to walk through the rain. (Yep, I did almost leave without paying- baby brain!! But he was super kind about it.) Took off one star because it was hard to get an appointment. I called multiple times and left multiple messages which were never returned. I did eventually get ahold of a super nice woman who scheduled the appointment.

Great Service! Needed a tire after getting sideswiped on the interstate. They were very quick in getting me a tire and were able to get me in and out to put it on!
