We were not aware of the problem dealerships were having obtaining new cars due to lack of chips so we were shocked to go on the Memorial Chevrolet lot on Labor Day and see only used and large SUVs etc. We did not know they were open in the showroom until we saw a sales person come out of the door. We just intended to look. We went to other dealerships and saw the same scenario. We even took a Jeep at another dealership for a test drive even though we wanted a car. The dealer quoted us a payment price that was well above what we wanted to pay, so we left that dealership and went back to Memorial. Crystal Wagner the sales person had noticed us at the lot earlier and immediately came out, knowing we were seriously looking. She was very polite, knowledgeable and not the least bit pushy. We looked at the 2022 Chevy Equinox and a 2022 fully loaded trailblazer but decided on the Equinox. Crystal worked with us to get a monthly payment plan we were happy with and a low interest rate and a fabulous trade-in for our 2018 Chevy Malibu which we had also purchased from Memorial. One of the reasons we were interested in the Equinox is because about 5 years ago, our sons were involved in a rear end collision driving an Equinox , with another Equinox traveling at full speed(50 MPH) but neither they nor the at-fault driver were injured. We expect that this Equinox will be just as safe. This is actually our 3rd purchase from Memorial , as we bought a 2014 Chevy Impala in 2015 when we traded in a 2008 Chevy Gran Prix. We are thrilled with our buying experience at Memorial Chevrolet.

The service department is awesome, I went in for routine mileage maintenance (oil change, etc.) They noticed my inspection runs out next month and asked if I wanted it done while I was there...I gladly accepted, they had other vehicles they had there, but took the extra time on mine. Oh and they also rotated my tires!! Very impressive service 👏

Here's my new beauty! Thank you so much Cee Wag for helping us get this awesome 2nd car for our little family. She made it so simple and quick for us! I had been struggling for almost 2 months not having a vehicle to drive to even get to work, and as soon as I messaged her, she got to work trying to see what she could do for me(: less than a week later and I'm holding the keys to my new baby!

Very friendly staff who was able to answer any and all questions! Salesperson was wonderful and we left with a beautiful new truck! Will definitely come back when we need another vehicle and highly recommend this dealership!

This is a really a great place to buy a vehicle. It was well worth the trip out of state into a small town for the level of care and service received. An all around great atmosphere, with a great staff that doesn’t bother you so much about buying “add ons”, but rather keeping a level of transparency to let you know that it is simply an option. The salesman Dan Colflesh was one of the most friendly people I’ve ever met. Dan excelled in keeping great communication with me and communicating a time to come in to look at the vehicle. Dan made sure to consider me a real buyer by finding a time in both our schedules to consult. He even offered to buy me dinner since I had to wait a little longer than expected due to a system error, which was no problem to begin with as the atmosphere and staff were very friendly, kind, and kept you in mind above all else. Outstanding service from this place. I greatly appreciated buying a car here and I would highly recommend it. They made buying a car a smooth process and were willing to work with me.
