Friendly and fast service. Was out of town hunting in Mena for the weekend. Check engine light came on Friday morning. I called Mena Ford at noon and they got me in to diagnose by 3. And they did not even charge me. I was able to relax and not worry about engine failure for the rest of my hunt!

They sold me a 2019 ford, in November of 2019. They didn't tell me the new car, didn't have a spare tire, a jack, or a lug wrench
