I called Tony and explained my budget and what i wanted. I work the same hours as Mendota Ford is open so Tony stayed late on a Friday to help me. He stayed within my budget and didn't show me vehicles that were out of my price range or pressure me to get something more than i needed, wanted or could afford. Tony was very friendly, polite, and professional. I would recommend my friends and family go see Tony. It was the best experience i have ever had with a car salesman. Hey! You other Dealerships out there...Listen up! You want 100% Customer Satisfaction? You want tons of word-of-mouth referrals? You want loads of free advertising from your Clients? Repeat business and 100% loyalty? Well...take a lesson from Mendota Ford. You won't go wrong if you follow their philosophy. I was looking for a good used vehicle and was referred to Tony Milus at Mendota Ford. Best referral I ever got! Tony found a vehicle - a 2008 Ford Escape - at the Peru store that looked like it fit the bill for me. He drove us down there from Mendota, suffered through my test drive, and after I made my decision, allowed me to drive it back to the Mendota facility. We negotiated a bit on the price...to my favor...and a deal was struck. I could NOT have been more pleased. I came back 2 days later to pick up the vehicle and, after a quick, painless meeting with Marvin to complete the paperwork, drove home a VERY happy customer! If you deal with Tony...you will NOT be disappointed! I would be remiss here if I didn't mention the Service and Parts departments of Mendota Ford. The vehicle I traded in on this deal was a 15-year-old Ford Explorer that reached that age only through the dedication and hard work of Dave, Jimmy, Charlie and Don. Are they that good, you ask? I think the 390,000+ miles (yes, you read that right) on my old Explorer answers that. Tony and the rest of the crew at Mendota Ford get my highest recommendation!

I started shopping for a car in May 2014 after growing weary of my current crossover. Tony Milus met with me and reminding me that he knew a crossover was what I wanted... at least that is what I THOUGHT, he showed me a 2013 Ford Taurus. The Taurus was in the price range with miles I was looking for so he showed it to me and I figured why not....can I say WOW...love the car. I bought it in July and Tony was great with every new question I asked for two months and I am sure grateful when I finally drove away:) Would recommend this dealership along with Tony and Elias!!!!

I searched everywhere for a particular Ford Escape in the Titanium edition. I spread my search out over a few hundred miles and found just what I was searching for at Mendota Ford. Tony Milus was very helpful and we made the deal over the phone. The car was everything that he said that it was. I bought a one-way plane ticket to Bloomington and Tony's driver met us there. We are very pleased with every phase of our purchase of this car. We look forward to driving it for many years. I would recommend Mendota Ford to any one.

Elias and his team were wonderful to work with. I was looking for a specific truck and Elias was very honest and upfront with me before I made the 2 hour trek. The time was well spent and the truck is perfect. Everyone on the Mendota Ford team was polite and interested in helping me through the process, not trying to move me out the door. I live in the St. Louis area, but knowing Brandon Bertuli and his personality, I chose to work with him, even if it was a 3 1/2 hour drive. We worked together for a few weeks keeping an eye out for what I was looking for and when they got something in, he would notify me. He was able to get good information about my financing and my trade-in over emails/calls and when I made my trip up there, everything was almost done. After the test drive and I agreed to buy, the paperwork was basically done with and I was on my way! Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and made the whole experience easy.

I purchased a television from Brandon Bertuli before he started working at Mendota Ford. I know nothing about electronics. Brandon listened to what I wanted in a tv and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need just to make more money. He's very honest and up front which is why it was so great to work with him on this purchase. We love the tv we purchased from Brandon and would not hesitate working with him to purchase a vehiicle. Totally recommend this dealership if Brandon works there.

Nick Spolec went well over above and beyond for me. I bought a van from him 2 years ago, and in the 3rd month of ownership I broke my key fob, I called Nick to see how much it would cost to get a new one programmed. Nick took care of everything (even the cost) to replace the key fob. A month later I broke it again, and Nick fixed it again. I recently bought my second car from Nick and he was very patient with me, even though I changed my mind several times. I know that when I am dealing with Nick, I will get a fair deal.

Purchased a late model pre-owned Mercury Marquis from Tony Milus at Mendota Ford. The journey out from Chicagoland was well worth the effort. Every phase of the purchase was comfortable and clear cut. It was relaxed, timely and the staff was very "family friendly". They were upfront about the vehicle's history since they had serviced it over the years. Tony followed up, got answers to some esoteric items about a brand that is no longer manufactured, and made sure our contract and financing options had been carefully discussed in depth. No pressure, good people, real pleasure to do business with.

We purchased a used 2012 Ford Fusion sel in March. We really like the car when we test drove it. We sat down and talked with Toni Milus at Mendota Ford and we discussed financing and price of vehicle. We did not buy the car that day, but three days later. It was a good experience. We did not feel pressured at all. Everyone we came in contact with was very friendly and professional. We enjoyed visiting with Toni and he was very helpful and eager to assist us and make sure we were happy with our purchase.

We had a great experience with Mendota Ford! My Husband and I have never bought a vehicle from here before, but we are glad we did! I went in looking for vehicles in a certain price range, and the salesman Tony Milus did a wonderful job helping us find what we were looking for. Tony helped us find something very suiting for our family. The vehicle we bought 08 Ford Edge came with so many great features! Tony took the time to show us in particular the Sync Technology. He Synced both my husband and my phone up before we left. Tony really took his time helping us ad answering all the question we had. I was in the market for an SUV for my wife. I contacted Tony Milus and told him what I was looking for, and he worked diligently to find us the prefect vehicle for our family. We eventually decided on the Lincoln MKX. Tony worked with us perfect to get the exact price we were looking for, and got me more for my trade in than any dealer I spoke with. Tony offered to bring the MKX to Ottawa fire me to test drive for the day. Upon purchase of the MKX I only received one key, I contacted Tony about getting key ordered and it was almost $200 so I told him to go ahead and order it . A bout an hour later Tony called me and told me they found the second key in the safe. Could have easilytaken my money , but mendota Ford believes in honesty and integrity. When I finally decide to trade in my navigator, I will be contacting Tony for an appointment. You will not be disappointed.

I bought a used truck from Mendota ford. The salesman was nice but basically a front man who just made small talk. I felt the deal was good and I was pleased. The truck came with a 3o day/1000 mile warranty. 40 days in and approx. 1200 miles in the power steering pump went out and had to be replaced. A 250.00 repair. I asked about the steering when I test drove the truck and was told everything was fine. When I asked the dealer if they would stand by the truck or even split the cost with me I was told they did not make enough money on the deal and there was nothing they could do. I understand technically the warranty was up but with the time frame being so close and me asking during the test drive I eel like they could have worked with me a little and at least split the cost

I have bought other cars from this dealer in the past and have been very satisfied. Jose G. was able to answer all our questions. He showed us around three different models of Fords. When my wife and I made our decision Jose was able to show us how to use all the new electronic gadgets. He and the finance manager were able to secure a used car rate of under 2.5%. I have also had excellent help in the service department working with Dave F.

Since 1986 I have purchased my vehicles from a Schimmer dealership in Mendota. The service I have always received has been excellent. This year, due to the Illinois law change regarding phone usage when driving, I was in the market for a new vehicle again. Jose Godina assisted me while I searched for just the right vehicle. I was very particulat about the features I did and did not want. Jose was patient and helpful. My choice of a Lincoln MKX was perfect for me. The vehicle has all of the features I wanted and more. My only complaint would be a slightly rough ride but not bad enough to deter me from purchasing it! I recommend Jose and Mendota Ford to everyone!
