Customer Service wise it was great. Vehicle wise not so great. Within the first couple of weeks of driving the vehicle the car already needed two very expensive repairs. I will give them credit that they did attempt to fix the issues on the vehicle but the problems persisted. Car was valued at Blue Book value in great condition which it shouldn't have been. The car has already had an additional $2,000.00 in repairs in the 3months that I have owned the vehicle. Heartbreaking because we were really hoping to do business with them again. Unfortunatly this situation has lead us to look somewhere else in the future. My advise is to not skip out on having a mechanic look at the vehicle your interested in purchasing. Might save you the frustration and headache.

My grandfather purchased a truck from Crystal today! She was so kind, calm, understanding, patient and helpful. The facility interior is beautiful, clean and well kept. We also appreciated that the covid measures here were taken seriously! Great faith based business and locally owned with 18 years of business, talk about great experience, we will most definitely be returning!

These people are so awesome in making sure I got the car I wanted! They worked with me for 7 whole hours to make sure I left the lot in a different car! The owner is extremely awesome in making my deal happen and I thank him so much for it! To be able to work with me for that long just so I can drive off in a new car, I'm so happy I gave them a chance and see how hard they tried for me! Best customer satisfying dealership I've been to thus far! Definitely recommend!

The buying experience at this lot is great. First, you will not be hassled by hi pressure sales men. The prices on all their vehicles are clearly marked and they are happy when you test drive their cars. I'm a super busy person, I don't have time to play the back and forth game when you fill out all the paperwork. So ask for Yvette and she will get your paperwork completed FAST!!!!! I met Miguel and Armanda while I worked at the Car Auction in Fountain. They were always professional, polite and awesome to deal with. I bought my daughters car with them while I still worked there and they were great. Since then I have bought additional cars from them and would do so again. I have referred 3 other people to them. Are their cars 100% perfect, no I can't say that, but they purchase them at the auctions across the state and they repair and service them before they put them up for sale. They have always disclosed honestly with me, they have been very fair in their deals and they have financed me in house for zero finance charge even though I had a bankruptcy. The cars I have bought I had inspected and had no issues. I bought a 2002 Lexus 3 years ago and it is still going great, only changed the oil and got tires. I really love the at home feeling of dealing Mercado Motors. They really are great!
