Brought my wife there recently to get her the GLC. I worked with Edgar and he was simply the best. Worked fast. Worked hard. Got us the deal we wanted and got my wife into a brand new Mercedes! Our experience with Edgar was amazing and we will be working with him again in the future. Thank you Edgar! I’ll be back soon for my car as well.

Andreas gives me excellent service every and each time I take my car for service to Beverly Hills. He is very professional and gives excellent service. Plus the drivers were very professional who took me home and back. On our way back from my home to Beverly Hills we reached 6:10pm and Andreas was waiting for me to pick up my car although the service department was totally closed. He gives one hell of a service. I drive all the way to Beverly Hills for Andreas impeccable service. Love it. 10 star service.

Excellent ,fast,efficient service received every time I visit! Terry Mckie is awesome!!! He goes above and beyond to make sure his clients are satisfied. He took care of my situation instead of passing the buck! I’m very satisfied and appreciate you guys taking care of my vehicle! There are no words to express my gratitude and love for Mercedes-Benz of Beverly Hills! They never disappoint, the service is impeccable. Andreas Kroner is my Service Advisor and he is one of the kindest people I can’t rave about the type of consideration he has, the remarkable amount of knowledge, and his way of putting his clients mind at ease. Especially for someone like me… I’m a ball of nerves and my son started his first week of high school the same day I dropped off my car. Andreas communicated with me every day and gave me an update and an overview of what was happening with my car. Needless to say that this particular time that I brought my car in for service was extra special.. and the type of manufacturing, electronics and technological service that was needed takes time and only Mercedes-Benz can provide the 5-star experience that I had! I’m on my 3rd Benz and in a couple years I’ll need to buy a second car… I’m sure everyone can guess where I’ll be headed to get that 2nd car! To the best and most qualified professionals in the city! Thank you for always treating me with respect, care and kindness. Andreas and everyone of the people who worked on my car from the body-men to the technicians team the parts Dept down to the complimentary car wash I sincerely thank you guys for working so hard! My service advisor, Nick Rempel, was very nice, efficient and professional...he’s the only reason for the second star...That’s where anything good stops. This dealership is set up to run rackets. This is a complete setup. They sold me my car as a demo, but when I went to pick it up, they all-of-the-sudden had just supposedly noticed a giant 18 inch dent in it… They did promise to fix it, and they did follow through, but it was weeks later and they sent a guy to my house to massage the dent out. They knew full well the dent was there and they hid it from me. They also promised me a full detail after that, which never happened. Now I am here at the dealership, waiting for them to bring my car around after having been gouged $415 for an oil change! Let me repeat that, I just paid $415 for an oil change, and by the way, they charge you to wash your car when you bring it in for service. They literally charge you for a car wash when you bring in your leased vehicle for service. I brought my car in for the second service last Friday… Today is Wednesday, they set it up so that you are out with their car for several days hoping that something negative happens to their car. I took their loaner to the grocery store and when I came out there were a few minor scratches on the passenger side front door. They are now pressuring me to give them $1000 upfront, and they are saying that it will cost more than $1000, and they are saying that they can only take it to their body shop and I can’t get an estimate from mine. I am telling them that I’m not going to pay them a penny until I at least see an estimate, they are still trying to force me to give them $1000 upfront. Absolutely ridiculous. Absolutely unprofessional. This place gouges you in every way they can. This is a setup... they set you up so that they can find any excuse to charge your insurance for damage to their vehicle so that they can lease the vehicle out and move it more quickly. I will not stand for this. Thank goodness I have an excellent lawyer… I imagine he’s going to have fun with these deceitful, predatory business practices.
