We went to several dealers but eventually came back to Foothill Ranch to buy because we felt they provided the best service. The sales rep Dina was very friendly and helpful both times we visited. She was very knowledgeable and explained all the features without any prompting from us. The Finance Manager Mike was also great to work with. Everything on the contract came out how we expected. No surprises. We were in and out very quick. My wife and I both agree this was the best buying car experience we've ever had and we will be back here for our next car.

I had such a great experience at MB Foothill Ranch. Everyone I worked with- Jerome Withers (sales), Mike Larkin (finance), and Bobby Choi (manager)- were super helpful, friendly, and best of all, put ZERO pressure on me. I had been looking for several weeks for "just the right" car and was not finding anything that fit the bill. One afternoon I was passing by Mercedes Benz of Foothill Ranch and thought I would stop in to see what they had on the used car lot. I was looking for a CPO C250.Although they didn't have a car on the lot that was exactly what I was looking for, I did get a chance to meet one of the MB representatives. I had the pleasure of speaking with Conrad Cave. He was polite, extremely knowledgeable, and willing to help me find the car I had been searching for. Over the next 24 hours we checked the inventory at several other MB dealerships. I saw a car that appeared to meet my needs but it was at a different dealership. I immediately called Conrad and he assured me that if it was the right vehicle, he could get it delivered to the MB dealership in Foothill Ranch. This was key for two reasons: 1) I wanted the dealership where I purchased my car to be local and 2) I wanted to work with Conrad because of his tenacity and strong desire to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for... all at a fair price. Within a few hours Conrad had the car personally driven to the Foothill Ranch dealership where it was washed, fueled up and ready for me to take possession! Now that's what I call attention to detail. Conrad also made sure that a few cosmetic items were addressed before the deal was done! Frank is the consummate professional, and treats you like you are his only customer. Had a great experience buying an ML from this dealership. Had told Mehran, the original salesman I was working with, what I was looking for. He showed me a great selection of options but it just wasn't what I wanted. He was totally good with that, and told me that he would contact me when he had what I was looking for.Fast forward a week and half later, and sure enough Mehran calls and let's me know he thinks he has what I am looking for.I have an appointment set up, and when I get there, Mehran is right in the middle of another deal. Here is where there customer service shows, instead of making me wait, he has another salesman, Conrad, show me the car and close the deal.Conrad was great, told him the parameters of the deal I wanted and he made it happen. End result, I got exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted. It you are looking for a dealership where customer service really matters, with people who are motivated to sell cars, this is the place. We bought a C300/2016. It is our first Mercedes & the experience of buying it was awesome. Karim did his best to help us find the car we need. During the test drive he showed us all the options of the car & answered all my questions. From pricing perspective, he did a pretty good job to get us a competitive price (at-least I felt so). After the deal was complete, it was very nice of him to help us configure the car settings & go through every detail of the technology that we might use daily.Brian (the finance guy) also dealt with us with lot of patience. Also one important thing, we told him what APR was our bank offering & surprisingly he help us get the exact numbers by dealing with the bank directly. That surely saved our hassle of running around for financing which can be painful sometimes.So far so good & I highly recommend them. Keep up the good work & wish you the best.

Originally we went in to look at a used Land Rover, however the car did not have a 3rd row seat that we were looking for. There were several other cars on the lot that we tried, however they just were not what we wanted. I've never had a better experience buying a car then I did this last weekend! Alex Salcido, Ed Ismail and Brian Truong all worked together to give me the best deal on a used car. Alex was patient and not pushy. He listened to what I wanted and arranged for it to happen. Ed took the time to explain the whole picture of my loan and explained how it worked. Brian was efficient in processing my loan papers and I wasn't sitting there waiting forever!I don't have good credit. I only had a small down payment and a bucket car to trade in. I am in the market for GLC 300 and was very specific about vehicle I want. I gave them VIN number of the car which was available at Beverly Hill and sales person(Dina) told me that the car was for a customer and they can't sell it but told me to come into their showroom and they will find another car.I went in the evening and met another sales guy Karim who was working with Kekoa Dapitan (sales manager). Karim told me that he talked with Beverly hills dealership and the car I am looking for is available. We went over all negotiations, paperwork and deposited money for it and was told my car will be there next day. Next day, Karim calls me to tell the same thing which Dina told me that car is not available for sale. It was very frustrating that dealership(especially Karim and kekoa) wasted all my time and took money from me without doing their due diligence. It seems like it is a case of incompetent sales manager/person more than dealership.

I just recently leased a brand new CLA250 from Mercedes-Benz of Foothill Ranch and I must admit - it was the quickest, easiest experience I've ever gone through when it comes to car dealerships. I worked with Conrad Cave and would highly recommend him to anyone interested in Mercedes. I have to admit, when we walked onto the lot I had zero plans to walk away with a new car because I didn't believe it was within my budget but Conrad was able to work with what we had and went above and beyond to make sure we got what we were looking for. I can't say enough positive things about my experience there, from the test driving, exploring all my options, bringing over my ideal car from their sister location, getting the deal I needed, to signing the lease papers. To date this has been my best experience buying a car! John Harnett is a great and down to Earth salesman. He's easy to speak with and he isn't one to rush you through picking a car nor act like he is in a hurry. Keep in mind this is a Mercedes Benz dealership and I was literally just wearing jeans and a polo shirt and he didn't treat me differently than others who are dressed professionally. It's nice not feeling like I am being judged. While it would have been nice to be buying a brand new 2016 Mercedes Benz S65 at 225k, I had to be realistic and go within my means. Let me tell you that it took over a week and a half, before I finally decided on a car. Truthfully though i had the financial paper work started Ed Ismail, but I was stalling and wasn't ready to commit to buying a particular car. During this time Ed told me that no one can do what he can with only 2000 dollars down and with the credit challenge and also having negative equity on my Benz that I was trading in. So me being in disbelief, I decided that I would shop around and see what other dealers who specialize in helping people with credit issues. I have to say that those dealerships whether #PremierChevroletBuenaPark or #VolkswagenofOrange are liars!! They will come back to you and tell you that they require 5k to 8k for a down payment. Now this after I had already told them that I have a deal on the table with Mercedes Benz of Foothill Ranch. I literally had to tell them that you're not listening! I couldn't help but feel like I was dealing with a low-end dealership who are a bunch of crooks and dumb-xxxxx!! To close my story I went back to Mercedes Benz of Foothill Ranch and told Ed Ismail that he was absolutely right and that the dealerships who make claims to help people with credit problems are not to be trusted. This dealership, a Mercedes Benz dealership was the only truthful one that could help. Thank you John, Ed and staff for the pleasant experience and in also getting me in my 2012 BMW 328i. I'm definitely coming back in a few years though for an S550. :-)

I was interested to buy a used car, so I applied for a loan knowing my credit is not great, I talked to a sales person name Alex and given all information needed, so he gat back to me with a good news, hey you are approved for up to $16000 even with one open auto loan that you have with Nissan. That was great until I offered them $500 and the sales or internet manager start to play game with me that it's not gonna work! Why? I chose a car that was listed for $14998 and plus the fees was about $16500, so I had $500 down and finance the rest, he was not very happy with that, so the next thing I have from Alex is......Ed is working very hard to get you approved by the bank since you have one open auto loan! Go figure!!!!! Should I trust these people?! NO WAY!!! I have all the voice mail and text related to back this up.

I was in 2 different Mercedes Benz dealership before going to foothill ranch. when i got there i was really frustrated and wanted to give up on getting Mercedes. but i went there after work just for checking out. I asked the receptionist who was so welcoming for C class and she told me will ask someone to help me. Rob Chianese came and he took me for the test drive and gave me a piece of mind that we try our best to make you happy. He is so professional and told me i don't want to promise you now i will check with bank and will give the same price that you want. I went home and a day after he called me and said has good news. I was telling myself this the game and he is doing the same that other dealers did. I didn't go there that day because i wanted to go with my cousin who knows everything about car. Long story short, we went to foothill ranch and Rob was prepared with everything exactly with the same numbers that i asked for and they didn't even ask for one more penny. Just got done dealing with Jack Croft. He was informative, patient and a pleasure to deal with. He knew his product very well. He also answered my questions via email or text in a timely fashion. While of course he wanted to make a sale, he did not pressure me at all. Very professional throughout the entire process. When I came in to pick up the car and finish the paperwork, Jack made sure the experience was quick and well executed. The car looked great, was filled with gas, and expertly detailed. After Ed Ismail didn't stand by the first deal we agreed on regard the price of the vehicle, we should of just walked away! Also when they personally insulted us and made us wait hours twice and Ed didn't even show up to finalize the paper work it was all bad signs but I didn't have the time or patience to start the process again! My mistake! Because again he failed to honor the deal we had made to buy the car and refused to perform the service when I brought the car in for the promised service for some reason they hadn't had time to finish while they had the car before. Hum,,, suspicious???Which that service took 5 hours they refused to do by the way!! To add insult to injury, which left me in hours of traffic!! I don't know where the dishonesty started but I think someone should of taken responsibility for it! Unbelievable!

However, we did not communicate very well with the other person, so I asked Costco for another referral. And that was Foothill. Not only did John give me an amazing price up-front based upon my research, he delivered it to our front door with all the paperwork! Everything was as we discussed on the phone. Found this dealer through a quick search as well as Fletcher Jones, originally reached out to Fletcher Jones because of the advertisement and did not enjoy the conversation. I am not a fan of going to the dealership to get a price for the vehicle and trade in, I want some ballpark numbers before I arrive. Fletcher Jones refused to give me any other info and only pushed for an appointment time. Reached our to MB Foothill and we did the entire transaction via email/phone, the car was delivered to my home and we signed the paperwork. Our service rep David Gover has gone above and beyond many times, including just as he was about to leave for the day a few weeks ago he stayed to accommodate an urgent request. He waited for us to arrive there, he had all necessary paper work ready for me to sign, a rental car was ready as well. When we call to make an appointment with David whether it is a scheduled service or not he always does his best to have the car ready ASAP depending on what service is needed. If we need a rental the rental rep is always polite and courteous and efficient. We are very pleased with MBFR they also have great car wash guys. We have purchased one car there and plan on buying another one in the future. There is a store inside to buy merchandise nice seating area they even offer complimentary coffee.The staff here is unlike the typical carsales persons trying to rip you off. They are friendly, personable and make you feel like family. When it got to the paperwork they try to get you the best deal possible. I traded in my 06 nissan altima and got a great deal for my down i didnt need to put any cash down. There are also a great selection of cars not just benz but others too. I got my infiniti here and i love it. Ed Ismail helped us out so much. I will return for my next car which they are holding for me in their showroom. THANKS ED!

I didnt want to write the new review about this dealership, BUT i feel humiliated by them. After I wrote my first negative feedback about them (Mercedes Foothill Ranch), the director of Merketing and Communication Brian Taber sent me a private message saying to contact him so he can make me feel and think better about them. I contacted him, we spoke like an hour over the phone. He kept telling "how can i make you happy, what you want?" I said that when i was there the deal that they offered to me was $700 per months, so if he really wanted to make me happy so they need to make it cheaper for me, so I can see that they were trying to earn my business. Brian then said that he will try, but first he needed to look up to the first offer that been made to me at my first visiting over than month ago. I said okay and also told him that i could have write even worst review about them, but i didnt do that and still letting them to correct their MISTAKE that they did at my first visiting, and then Brian said "Ruslan why would you do that? If you are going to threaten me I dont want to help you and your business, I will write bad thing about you too", I then said "Brian I didnt threaten you, I just told you what I could have done but i never did it because I am still human being", Brian then said "You were threaten me, 5 minutes ago I wanted to help you, but now I dont", I said "No, I wasnt threaten you, it make no sense to threaten you", Brian then said "Okay, let me look at the deal they had offered to you and I will call you tomorrow before 2pm, is that okay for you?", I said "Yes, I will be expecting your call Brian". The next day I was waiting for his call, but someone introduced himself as John called that he would like to earn back my business and would like to make me happy (all of them are talking same language, telling "we would happy to earn your business, we would like to make you happy", but the thing is they JUST TALKING and don't do anything. I prefer to call it "FAKE COURTESY" and instead of make me happy as they keep telling me, they DO OPPOSITE, each single time they just make me feel EVEN WORST). I said if he really wanted to make me happy, he needed to give me something exceptional so I can feel that I am important for them. John said "give me the number that will make you feel better and I will fight for it", I said "John, when i was there 1st time you gave me deal for ML350 2015 for $550 and plus the negative equity on the car that I wanted apprx $130 trade it in (the upside down was approximately $4000-$5000) so all together it was $700, I would happy if you give ML350 2015 for $500 and plus the negative equity for the car that I am trading in", so together i was making $650 per month, so basically i just asked to make a discount on $50 and that was it. John said "Okay, I am going go ahead and ask my General Manager and call you tomorrow". I said okay. Next day John called me and said "I talked to my manager, and he said that numbers you gave me it JUST NOT POSSIBLE, these number DOESN'T EXIST"!!! REALLY???? All I asked was $50 buks discount and you HUGE MERCEDES telling me these numbers doesn't exist?!!!!! They just HUMILIATED themselves!!! Dear people, please tell me if I asked form them something out of possibility?! Something unreal!!! For the God love, what is 50 buks for such a FAMOUS and HUGE brand as Mercedes??? They simply disgracing themselves and the Mercedes Brand!!!

I haven't had to have my new MB 350 ML serviced yet but I have used the car wash.It takes approximately 2 hours to have this service done! I'm always told that they are short handed, too many cars today, etc.Please hire other people to shorted the time customers have to wait. I just took my GLK350 to MBZ Foothill Ranch to get tire pressure checked & fixed. I also had them check a wiggling problem in my steering wheel; possible wheel alignment issue (so I thought). Turns out it was not an alignment issue but rather, a warped rotor which would also require new front break pads, about $600+ cost. Aaah! The problem that I had with this, is that I had just changed the very same set of rotors and break pads less than 6 months ago. My service advisor, David Gover advised me that the problem was caused by after market wheels installed in my car. I pointed out to them, (David and his manager Ron) that it had the exact same wheels when I had the rotors and break pads replaced back in April (almost 6 months ago) and felt that I should have been warned then. David discussed the matter with his manager Ron Godin. David called me soon after and advised me that MBZ Foothill Ranch will replace my front rotor and pads at no cost to me. I was very impressed with the way MBZ Foothill Ranch put the customer's concern ahead, unlike most company's CYA (cover your a-s) approach to save a few bucks. Never once did they put me on the defensive. My service advisor, David Gover and Service Manager Ron Godin turned a problem into a huge sigh of relief. I would give MBZ Foothill Ranch way more stars than just the 5 STARS that this site would allow because integrity is priceless. Rest assured everyone that if you ever take your car to MBZ Foothill Ranch for service, you are in the hands of very capable and honest advisors. I have never written a review for a car dealership before. However, my experience today has compelled me to do one. Thank you David and Ron and MBZ Foothill Ranch!

I fell in love with the CLA the moment it came out. I've always been a fan of the look of a CLS buuuuuut the CLA will do fine for now! I sent an inquiry online about 2 that they had in stock and immediately received a voicemail and call from Dina Backer letting me know that she had great news that both cars were still in stock, etc and when can I come in to take a look. Immediately I thought it would be a bait and switch, get you in, test drive, and then say you are not approved based on A. B. and C. I was already disappointed and let down by another well-known dealership, Walters in Riverside who promised they work with all types of credit and banks and can make the deal work annnnnd they were wrong! It's a complete blessing and meant to be that it did not work out with Walters because I ended up returning Dina's call about 2 weeks after her initial contact with me. I explained to her my situation and told her about my experience with Walters. Dina is such a sweetheart and took the time to hear me out and explain my situation. She is in the customer service department and I can see why! She confirmed and assured me that her finance manager, Ed Ismail would make it all possible for me to own a CLA. So in I went a few days later to test drive the car, and ended up driving home with a CLA that was much more well equipped than the one I test drove at Walters. Ed Ismail and his assistant Alex were very patient and respectful. They took the time to make sure I am getting the car that had the options I wanted. I was indecisive between the packages and they even contacted their sister location MB Laguna Niguel. Although these two are connected, I would honestly have to say that Foothill has a better customer service than Laguna overall from the first contact over the phone to the close of the deal with the Finance Dept. When I spoke with Duke at Laguna, I asked if they had a CLA with the package I wanted, and told them I was here at Foothill Ranch, he didn't even want to help me and said just to ask Foothill. He didn't even want to help at all, probably because the commission wasn't going to him! His loss!!! If you are looking for your next Mercedes, go see Ed Ismail and he will take care of you. If he's not around, contact his assistant Alex. Those two will make it all work out for you!

It was stellar!I borught my E350 in for service and I was actually able to receive same day service, Jean kept me informed of my estimated wait time, came and found me in the waiting room to update me and had my car completed and washed while I worked at the business desk. To top it off he walked me out to my car and handed me an ice cold bottled water for the road on a warm day.Foothill Ranch Mercedes really takes great pride the extra attention to detail and it makes all the difference. I was pleased by the service and care given to me by Ed and Ramsey in finance and Derek in sales. After being at the dealership for several hours (with child in tow) we were ready to drive home (to the Palmdale, CA almost a million miles away) and I had forgot to bring my checkbook. Derek drove the car to me the following day(on his day off) and we completed the deal. I would highly recommend this team again. I had been discouraged after reading some other reviews by African-Americans and the O.C. is notoriouly racist, but I got excellent treatment at Foothill Ranch and look forward to going back in a few years to get my next Benz.Cons: I was not happy with the price I was given for my trade.Pros: I almost got the payment I wanted...just $100 over budget (i'll survive) They got me a great interest rate even with my not so great credit...Thanks Ed Derek did what he said he would, I drove off the lot with a GL!!!!

Big Scam Artist. I selected one of their GLK 350, got loan approval and signed all the documents. On day of delivery my car was sold to another customer without any communications with me. Imagine going through all their paper work and at last moment they renege on their contract. SHAME ON THESE SCAM ARTISTS. NEVER AGAIN VISIT THEM. For three days they never returned my phone calls or emails. No courtesy or apologizes. Greg is the manager and he should know better how to treat a customer and provide customer service. SHAME ON YOU GUYS.

My husband and I have purchased many vehicles over the years and this was by far the best purchasing experience we have had from start to finish! This time was for me! We had visited several Mercedes dealers in the area and felt extremely pressured to buy last years model and what they had on the lot. NOT at Foothill Ranch! Instead, I was able to custom order the vehicle of my choice which was so wonderful! I selected the colors I wanted and the features and options that were important to me- I didnt have to settle for anything! We were kept in the loop from production start, to it getting a VIN, to knowing what cargo ship it was on and when it left port! The process did not take long and it was so worth it! Did I happen to mention that we got an amazing deal?! We do have USAA and Foothill Ranch honored the discount. Should our next vehicle be another Mercedes I can guarantee that we would only go here to buy it! The 2013 GLK350 is amazing by the way!

Took my car for service got service b completed among other little things. the main problem, had a 1000 voucher from mercedes benz to replace the laft head lamp, Dave quoted 1680, then the next day price for the parts and labor dropped to 1291, turned out that i ended up with different lamp colors, but according to dave for an extra 130, they can be the same, he took my 1000 voucher i had to paid 291 out of my pocket and he will not retun the old parts, lastly he did not care ,neither did he acknowledged that he failed to disclose that the lamps were different colors. Took car to mechanic doen the street, he checked the lamp and I am now missing the sealers that goes around the lamp. HORRIBLE, waiting on Chris Erickson, service manager to get back to me regarding this matter, reported them to the department of internal affairs of mercedes benz corporate office.

On May 2nd, I received a call from Ed Ismail who wanted my business. I told him I wasn't in the market for what he was selling and bid him good day. He called me back on Wednesday (May 9th), and like a dope, I opted to give this dealership my business.I got to the dealership about 7:30 PM on the 9th, and it was obvious that I was Ed Ismail's last deal of the day. And of course, that is when the rather POOR customer service began. Since Ed Ismail thought I was Asian (I'm African American with an Asian last name; he mentioned this during one of the moments he was actually talking to me), I felt that he was EXTREMELY put off when I walked into his office with my biracial son in tow. It seemed that he was NO LONGER happy to see me, and he rushed about barely answering any of my questions about the vehicle I was interested in. Did I mention that HE was the one begging for MY business?!?!? Yes, I believe I did.I was being rushed to test drive the car that I hadn't even looked over. When I said I wanted to inspect it, he went back inside... again, quite put off by the "delay". When I was finally able to test drive it, I only got the option to go a short distance. I'm sure that an interstate jaunt would have illuminated the vehicle's rather serious mechanical issue.At any rate, Ed Ismail really showed what he was made of when I asked if the car had been in an accident (it's an '05). Mind you, I was to receive a CarFax report and verifiable service records, to which I'm still waiting on. His response was, "This is Mercedes Benz. We don't take just ANY car! We put cars through our stellar service checks!" Well, paperwork is still flying about, and at one point, I needed to head back to the bank (because Ed's assistant didn't relay the full specs of our conversation to him, and I had arrived at the dealership with only my personal checkbook in hand). Now, Ed Ismail is BEYOND put off, and says he'll take me. Gee... thanks! My son hops in the back and is trying to put on his seatbelt, and I'm still getting my right foot into the car, when Ed Ismail starts DRIVING AWAY. My son (diagnosed with Autism) is telling him he's not buckled in... and I now have piping hot Mercedes Benz Foothill Ranch coffee spilling all over my left hand because I'm struggling to get into a MOVING vehicle AND buckle up. I finally call out Eds name, and he slows down... BARELY and feigns concern. He actually had the intestinal fortitude to tell ME to be careful with the HOT coffee and not burn myself! Really, Ed Ismail?!? Too late!!!!!Deal finally over! Still very unfamiliar with my new car (that not's a Benz, which may explain why I didn't get the "exemplary customer service" run down by Ed Ismail), but it's time to drive home (which is about 25-30 minutes away). All seems well, until I make a pit stop at the local Rite Aid only blocks from my home. Imagine my extreme concern when I noticed coolant SPEWING from... my new car! Why, pray tell, did I have to call the dealership the NEXT DAY (that would be Thursday, May 10 approximately 13 hours after taking ownership) to inform them that said stellar-ly checked vehicle was now OVERHEATING and INOPERABLE?!?!? Ed Ismail's response?... "How do you know???" I guess I fell harder off that turnip truck, that morning, than I had realized AND misplaced my DUNCE cap! Let's break it down, shall we? The water gauge was on H, the WARNING chime was going off incessantly, and wait for it... there was smoke coming out of the hood. Yeah, I'M the idiot!It took over 3 hours and multiple phone calls from ME to Ed Ismail to find out when my, again, stellar-ly checked vehicle would be TOWED back to them! Again, Ed Ismail showed his stuff by ARGUING with me that since there are over 50,000 parts on the car... MERCEDES BENZ, who did not take junk cars, couldn't possibly check every one of them! (WOW! Really?!?!?!?)How unfortunate that Ed Ismail was so grossly inconvenienced by my deal, which, again, HE wanted!!!! I should be so ashamed! (insert sarcastic intonation here)At any rate, my workday is now completely shot because I've been dealing with this issue all day! Im finally at the dealership, still being treated like the "lowest" species on the planet, and things are being worked out to get me into a loaner. (The saving Grace was Ali, a Sales Manager, who was very kind and moved quickly to accommodate me... unlike Ed Ismail!)NOTE... I received my new car with a full tank of regular octane. The loaner vehicle had only a 1/4 tank... and ran on PREMIUM. But IT'S a Mercedes Benz, and I guess I should feel SO privileged to be in it!On May 12, Ed Ismail still had not called to update me on the car, so I called him because this was the bring-the-loaner-car-back-to-us expiration date. How overjoyed I was when the lovely receptionist informed me that the service department wasn't open on the weekend! I truly was dancin' a happy jig!Every time I phoned Ed Ismail to see what the deal was with my car, I was told, "I'll call you right back!" I really must not have ANY concept of time because "right back" on Planet Dunceville does not mean that the customer has to phone the dealership THREE TIMES, practically every 2 hours, to get a response on a car that should have NEVER been returned to a dealership 13 HOURS later!!! I finally get Ed Ismail on the line to give me an actual answer to the query I've posed thrice. During said "conversation" (using the word, conversation, loosely since there's really no talking to him), I mentioned that I wanted to be compensated for the gas I had to put in the loaner vehicle! After all, I am the one who had been grossly inconvenienced by this shady deal!Would you like to know what Ed Ismail said to me? Of course, you would! He said, "Well, you were going to use that gas anyway driving around." O... M... G! Does this man have NO filter?!?!?!? In my pea sized brain, I'm pretty sure that a full tank of regular gas is not the same as a 1/4 tank of premium, but then again, I'M the idiot!So, here I am spending money on a car I don't own, deeply concerned about the one I just bought because Im going to be traveling over 2,100 miles in it in a few days (thats if I get it back). From all the service" delivered to me, it would seem that my $14k deal didn't qualify for MBFR's exemplary customer service. Ive now been in a loaner vehicle since May 10th, and I've learned that the car I was sold had bad engine mounts and goodness only knows, what else is wrong with it!Not one call from a manager apologizing to me, or offering compensation of any kind. Even the GM, Greg Roberts, has now chosen to ignore me!!!Very sad!
