Great experience with this location. Very polite and honest. I asked for a service quote over the phone and got a price. Once the vehicle was at the dealership, the tech quoted the job higher. The service manager honored the quote given on the phone. This was a great management practice that will make me a return customer. They offered a loaner vehicle, which is also a great value. My only complaint is that the vehicle had a quarter tank of gas and smelled like cigarettes. Considering the service excellence, I was able to overlook this. They have limited control over customers smoking in the vehicles.

Great people in both sales and service departments. It's more like visiting friends than having my car serviced. I have purchased four cars from MBFtW. (Feb 2021): This month marks just over five years since my most current purchase. Many new faces have taken the place of others, but the quality of service remains the same!! 👍

Always excellent service and very nice people to deal with. Love the vehicle wash after every service. Always done within the time frame estimated so you don't have to wait around. Highly recommended.

I really like having my vehicle Serviced here! Nice customer lounge area complete with complementary snacks. They also have a vehicle loner program if you can’t wait. Everyone I have dealt with has been friendly and professional!

Service was great this time. Rob is excellent at working with my insurance company for claims and makes it a point to give me daily updates on the status of my repair and the issues with the car in detail which was greatly appreciated. Looking forward to my next visit.
