I've never looked forward to the entire car-buying experience. I was very pleased with the professionalism and attentiveness of the staff. They listened to what I wanted and not simply what they had to sell. Mr. Messick and Mrs. Biehl assured me that if I didn't find what I wanted, they would work hard to find it. I was happy to find something on the lot. Mr. Dupont took the time to help with the set up of the phone and walked me through the settings I would need to become acclimated to my new car. I appreciated the respect I was given as the primary driver of the car as they didn't direct everything towards my husband. The focus was on me and my needs and wants. I was extremely pleased with the entire experience.

Mr. DuPont spent his time and listened to what I wanted in a vehicle. When the vehicle I wanted wasn't available he spoke to others and found the exact vehicle I wanted, with my specifications, on a shipment from Germany. He also took the time to add in the extras I wanted; tinted panaromic roof and changed the inside dash panel. I was very pleased with my experience.

1-I ordered a hard to get Mercedes and it was ready for pick up in under 60 days.2-They gave me an additional bonus that I didn't even ask for off the price of the car.3-They beat my Credit Union rate which was already the lowest around which saved me over $2K.4-They have a dedicated person who knows every single thing about the car. She will teach you as much as you want to know so you don't have to read the manual. She even sync'd my phone, contacts, favorites, music as well as programmed my garage door opener. In addition, she set up the defaults of the car for me such as seat position, favorite radio stations, apply play programming, style of driving and quick overview of the voice command. And get this, later that night I couldn't figure out how something worked in the car so I text this delivery specialist and not only did she get back to me within a few minutes but she sent a video clip to show me how to do what I couldn't figure out. 5-I got to meet the GM-Rich Wass, Sales Rep-Dan Dupont and Finance Manager-Tony Carrillo who really were awesome and all worked together to get me the best deal at the lowest rate and I was in and driving out in the new car in about an hour. The whole process was really about as good as it gets and it doesn't stop there because I was introduced to the service manager who explained how service will work, loaner cars and of course the free car washes whenever you want. You really won't believe how good they are from start to finish.

I was railroaded and hustled,I'm being forced to pay the depreciation value on a car (GLC) that I never wanted. I've never felt so robbed in my life. Now I'm forced to file with the States Attorney General, and BBB because this establishment thinks I'm coming out the pockets 70000 for a c class and it's not happening there trying to make me pay for the depreciation value for a car that I never wanted unless certain things were modified (wheels), which you guys did not do.

In 2009, Paul Gregory sold me my first C class. Today he sold me my second one. In the world of car sales, 10 years at a dealership is a lifetime. Paul has become like a member of my family. He is trustworthy and honest, and overall, just a good man. Hopefully I'll never have to deal with anybody but him because he makes the car buying process so smooth. Tony, the finance rep, was also very pleasant. The one downfall I will mention is that I found Eric, another finance rep, to have...lets just say, suboptimal interpersonal communication skills. When I first made the decision to purchase a new car, I never thought I'd end up with a Mercedes. I was going to go the other route and go to a regular dealership. As I searched around I ended up on the Mercedes Fresno website and came across a C 250 red mercedes. It instantly caught my eye. I submitted my request online and received a call the next day. The salesman worked very hard to work with my budget, and concerns. Main concern on the car was the mileage. It was just to high. I ended coming in, checked out the car and I could not pass it up. I did however have to drive almost an hour and because of it they lowered the car to 19k which was great. Adrian showed me around the car and went for a drive with me and instantly fell in love with my car. I am extremely satisfied with my Benz and hope to come back later down the road for an upgrade. First let me say that this is one of the most exceptionally laid back, no pressure dealerships I've ever been to...and I've been to a lot. We were calmly greeted by Paul Gregory. Even though the dealership was about to close, Paul never rushed us one bit. In fact, without us asking, he went to grab several keys for a few cars that we were interested in. And he was so pleasantly casual about it, one would think that the dealership had just opened for the day. Paul was also extremely knowledgeable. I'm still flabbergasted at the deal we got and how smooth the transaction was. Now I have this Beautiful, Black "Orange Edition" Mercedes-Benz in my garage. Adrian met me in the lot as soon as I got out of my car. I was there for one specific SUV. Adrian walked me through all of the options on the SUV and suggested I take it for a ride. I had been on a search for a GMC Yukon for a while. Adrian stayed with me through the sale. On top of his service he brought in Sales Manager Vic. Not to close the deal but for me to just meet him. A gentleman as well. Now this wasn't a new Mercedes, it was a 2009 GMC Yukon. (super clean) They treated me like I was buying a $80,000 car, and I was in and out with my Yukon all total in about 2 and 1/2 hours. I am way happy. Thanks

My husband & I have owned 100's of cars over the past 33 years, this was our first Mercedes. My first contact with this dealership was via email; Abdilah was very prompt in replying to my email and scheduling a test drive. When we arrived early for our appointment he made certain Adrian Zepeda was there to greet us, take us for a test drive, and answer any questions we had about the car. Adrian was, by far, one of the top sales people we've had the pleasure to work with! We chose this dealership (400 miles from where we live) because it had the best selection of the car I wanted to purchase; they did not disappoint on inventory & selection. We can be difficult & stubborn buyers, do our research before buying, know what we want & what we should pay for the car before we ever walk onto a lot; and, know about dealer invoice & what they want you to believe is dealer invoice. Adrian was very patient with our requests and did his best to make this deal happen for us. My only complaint would be with the dealership itself and trying to convince us that we were getting a really good deal, and that car sales are not what they used to be, that 'new' car buying is the 'no haggle' method. In my view is the 'new car buying method' is people buying that crap! Overall, a very good experience with this dealership!

I came to Mercedes on a Monday with hopes for a used car. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. It was a pretty fast process (as fast as car buying can be). I traded my old car in and they gave me a fair price (almost triple of what Carmax across the street offered me). Even though I didn't buy a Mercedes i ended up buyin a Prius everyone was really friendly and worked with my budget and credit. I had only gone to Honda North before this dealer and the people were unbelieveably rude. Front desk girl was so nice I am looking forward to seeing her when I get my car washed. The finance guy (very tall) was awesome, explained everything I was signing and got me an awesome deal on a great warranty. I went home that night very happy knowing I got the best deal in town for that car. Mercedes of Fresno made buying my car fun and painless, I am looking forward to buying many cars though them. 10 out of 10.

The service is too good here, it ruins one. One simply cannot wish to buy a MB from another dealership. This becomes a problem if one lives a ways away from Fresno, but what the heck it is worth a drive for this gold standard service. Everyone on the MB Fresno Team steps up to the plate and does their bit to ensure that the customer gets the right car at the right price. The sales staff is clear about what the customer is buying and often makes suggestions for lower priced packages which will suit the needs of the buyers better. Often the experience of buying a car in other dealerships is adversarial, heavy-handed and confrontative. Not at MB Fresno where everything is collegial, light-hearted and just plane fun. After buying several cars from MB Fresno, I always leave wishing I had enough money to go back in and buy another one

My wife and I had been looking at a lot of different models of SUVs. We had always thought that a Mercedes would be out of our price range, but on a whim we stopped in anyway. Etin greeted us on the lot in a very casual and inviting way and introduced us to a GL450 and we were thoroughly impressed. After sleeping on it, we came in to let my wife take a test drive and Etin showed us a ML350 that had just become available. We really felt Etin had our best interests in mind and even though we liked the size of the GL450, we couldn't pass up value, looks and ride of the ML350. Etin was the best salesperson I have encountered while purchasing a car...a class act.Also, Eric was very patient and helpful with us while going over the financing and warranty options. Our heads were spinning from the thought of owning such a beautiful car so we were a little out of it and he led us through the process.

The customer service was the best ever. Adrian gave me his full attention and made the purchase process fast and painless. I stopped in to look at a pre-owned Mitsubishi I saw on the web and in less than 3 hours was driving it home. Adrian and another employee even drove my old car home for me! Adrian attempted on 2 different days to pair my phone with the Bluetooth but it seems I now need to get an updated phone to go with my updated car. I did appreciate his efforts though. Even though I was not spending a ton of money on my car I felt as if I was given the same attention and service as every customer there. My wife and I came here looking forward to our first Mercedes purchase. We had found a car on the internet, set up arrangements to test drive it, and left work early as we were completely excited about the prospect of driving off in a Mercedes. When we arrived, the vehicle was nowhere to be found. A very nice young man (Adrian) helped us find a similar model and year that we quickly fell in love with. We purchased this vehicle that evening, trading in our car in the process. I'll cut to the chase, the vehicle stalled on us three times in the first three days and spent the next two days in service. If the story ended here, this would be a negative review. MBO Fresno and Adrian welcomed us back within our 5 day purchase period and found similar vehicle for us, with additional features, that they did an even swap for and we couldn't be more ecstatic with our new "certified pre-owned" car. They truly "righted" what could have been a negative situation and Adrian was very attentive to our situation throughout the process. We will definitely be back!

The service dept. thinks they are more important than the customer. They'd rather argue than provide service. The manager would rather tell you to never come back than to resolve any issues. They know they are the only dealership in a 2 hour radious and they behave accordingly. Take the 2 hr. drive and save yourself 2 to 5k and your dignity.

As we all know, buying a vehicle or anything in that matter is very challenging and time consuming. My wife and I have been looking for a specific Benz with particular features. We met our sales consultant, Etin, and immediately told him that we werent going to purchase anything today. I live and work in Los Angeles and was looking for a Mercedes locally. I had found what I thought was a good deal in LA on a demo but someone beat me to it. A week later, I had to drive to Fresno one weekend to pick up my son from Boy Scout camp and I got there early and had an hour and a half to kill so I drove over to the Fresno Mercedes Benz dealership. I met Paul Gregory who was great and I told him that I was from LA and was just looking around. I told him I also lost a good deal and was bummed about that. He said no problem and for me make myself at home. He did ask if I had a copy of the deal on that demo car which I did and gave to him. He said he wanted to run some numbers. In the meantime, I found the exact E350 that I was looking for. Paul came back to me and virtually matched the deal that I had lost and this car was brand new, not a demo. But I was concerned about getting the car to LA and he said that was his problem, not mine. I ended up getting the car from Paul and he delivered it to me in LA. Paul and the whole team were great to work with. The two finance guys, Eric Souza and Tony Carrillo were both very helpful and very professional. Even the owner Scott Biehl sent me an email hoping I enjoyed the car. I process was really easy and I trust these guys. Ill continue to do business with them and hope to get my LA buddies to do the same.

While I was out of the state for a few weeks, my wife was in an accident and needed to purchase a replacement vehicle. She purchased an E550 from Mercedes-Benz of Fresno, and had it delivered to our home in Sacramento. The transaction went very smoothly, and the E550 was in our garage in a matter of days. The purchase of the vehicle was handled through Paul, and the delivery was performed by Etin.When I arrived home and inspected the vehicle closely, I found two small rock cracks in the windshield. Since Etin was the only physical contact my wife had had with the dealership, and had told me how much she was impressed with him, I contacted him to have the windshield replaced. He got the ball rolling, and with John's input, the work was scheduled. During all this, Etin was in frequent contact with me, and was always very helpful, polite, and professional. 7/2014. Service is very poor. Took my car in for warranty work. 1. Service advisor B. Wilson behaved like he didn't want to listen to me explain all the problems I want fixed. 2. Made an appointment 1 week ahead for 7:30am so I can get a loaner (per appointment staff's recommendation) but none was available when I went there. Didn't get a loaner. Funny...I got an email later saying that I missed my appointment. Disconnect somewhere you think? 3. Found one electronic device not reconnected by tech. 4. Tech threw out my property. Staff later found it in dump bin when I asked. 5. Took more than two weeks to call me that parts are in. Then said that they had called me several times. 6. Took several attempts to get an answer about what repair was done and the answer was still vague. 7. Improperly installed parts. 8. Didn't know the equipment on my model year and argued about it. 9. Made 4 trips and some issues still not resolved. On two of these occasions the SA said there was no tech available and to bring my car back another day. 10. Blamed the issues on something other than the car; gave excuses to avoid looking into the issue. After 4 trips I'm still left with incomplete repairs from my initial visit. I'll be going back for the 5th time in a week and I'm sure several more times after that. There are a few small pluses: 1. I did get a loaner on visit number 2. 2. MBofF did authorize a very small part that was not under warranty. 3. While I was waiting for the SA, staff who walked by always said hi to me with a smile. 4. I've been to the parts dept. many times and they were always knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. 5. The coffee shop (free latte) has always been a plus. 6. SA Skinner and Grophetti were pleasant. As someone else here stated, I love Mercedes but this really makes the brand a turn-off. This is my second Mercedes after driving my old C for over a decade...next car may be another brand. Once I'm out of warranty, there are so many indie shops that do an excellent job in this area. Update 9/2014...1 of the problems came back. Item was repaired and not replaced. I'm dreading going back but it has to be done esp while I'm under warranty. Update 3/2015...went back to finally resolve the issue above that came back. Got a call that my car was done. Got the car...bill said tech couldn't find the prob. Recommended to set another appointment so I can show tech what the prob was. OMG...how many more times? Why did I not get a call telling me they couldn't replicate the prob. or have me go in and show them. Yet I get a call saying my car was done. Poor poor service. Update 3-19-15: I completed the email survey sent by MB USA. I expressed everything above. Within 30 mins. Kevin Ryan, Dir. of Service at MB Fresno, called me. He yelled, because of my response on this survey and the one at the end of last year "don't come back and we dont want you here". He slams the phone. Enough said.

when a dealer stands out from other dealers in terms of service? Mercedes Benz of Fresno made a difference. I did not purchase the car from Mercedes Benz of Fresno, but from carfax I know the used car I purchased has been maintained at Mercedes Benz of Fresno. I am not sure if the transmission fluid has been changed according to recommended maintenance service. Sent a message in their website yesterday.Guess what? Etin Omwanghe, Sales Consultant at Mercedes Benz of Fresno sent me a reply within hours and let me know the details. He has his belief, "My true belief is to take care of every Mercedes-Benz customer, regardless of where they purchase the vehicle."This convinced me that I have made a wise choice to buy this used car, because it has been maintained by Mercedes Benz of Fresno. I can have peace of mind and I can keep as long as I want because it has been well maintained.p.s.When it comes to Service, Etin Omwanghe at at Mercedes Benz of Fresno is second to none. I asked him if he could help to provide the details on the car's maintenance history, he assured me without hesitation and he sent me the records as promised. Although I didn't buy from this dealership, the customer service was beyond exceptional. I live in the North Bay, Fresno was a bit far for me to travel. (Although I was very close in making a purchase with them i decided on a new vehicle and some one close by but let me just also say, they were very helpful with all the different options I could use to make it easy to receive the vehicle) With that being said... My wife and I were looking for several weeks on the internet for the model and features we wanted to have in the car, and when we visited the dealer Jose had us test drive a gray CLA 250 which we were very pleased with. My wife really wanted a red car, which the dealer did not have it. However, Abdullah made every effort to find a red CLA 250 with all the features needed and within the price range we were looking for. Two days later the car was brought in from L.A. and just like that we were driving home a new CLA 250, and best of all, my wife was really happy they found it in red. I have purchased several MB's from this dealership but this experience was by far the best taking into consideration it was a last minute decision and had to be done by the 12/31/14 to take advantage of major tax break that expires at the end of the year. Rick Wass along with Lusi Ybarra did a great job of convincing me to "stay local" and found me the right ML 350 within my price range including giving me a fair value on my trade-in. I have by buying cars since the 1960's and this transaction was the most positive and definitely unequaled. In addition to a great price on the new SUV and a fair trade-in value, I was also surprised with the fantastic low interest rate. Mercedes Benz, Fresno and the team of Rick Wass and Luis Ybarra were outstanding. I will definitely we working with them again on our next new MB purchase.

I received excellent customer service from Patrick Haupt and Eric Souza. The negotiation process went very smooth. The only negative comment that I have is that I waited 4 days to receive the requested information on how to properly operate the navigation system, but the store never sent me the operating instructions. I had to do my own research to find the navigation system operating instructions. Everything else was excellent!

Jose wasn't exactly able to get us the car we initially wanted but after discussing some other options we were able to to get a vehicle our family needed. Between him and his finance manager we were able to get the best rate for our credit rating (little to none). Abe has been one of the greeters for the service writers as far back as we can remember. He is absolutely the best one there. His personality exudes both professionalism, genuine empathy, and elicits trust. It is amazing how he remembers so many people on a first name basis even after just a visit or two. He balances his responsibilities well. Don't think for a second that he wastes any time while being personable and social; he moves fast and efficient through any waiting customers and acknowledges everyone.Kevin Ryan deserves big time applause for a recent "above and beyond" help. We were about to turn in our lease as soon as our CPO was certified, and we ended up with a non-repairable nails in a tire situation. With a local tire shop unable to help other than selling us new tires, Kevin was able to secure us a safe, used tire from the shop free of charge. They helped get us by for a few days before turning the GL450 back in. As is customary, they even put our lease through the car wash. The complimentary car washes for buyers at MB of Fresno and the custom brewed coffee / tea bar for waiting customers are extra perks that are like icing on the cake for customers. Dee (the main Barista and Boutique operator) at the coffee / tea counter even brings fresh flowers from her garden to decorate the area. It is these little touches that are carried out by so many that help set MB of Fresno far apart from other dealerships.

I have thought about purchasing a new smaller Mercedes for a long time. I went to the car show this last winter and loved talking to the salesperson but was afraid and just not ready to buy. Then as summer comes along I wanted to take the leap but was still afraid. Then I was introduced to Scott Biehl and he wanted to make my first experience in buying a car as a divorced woman pleasant and not frightened. I was assigned to Patrick and it turns out to be the same salesperson from the car show. It was 110 outside and I was sold with not only on the car but the friendliness and the fair offer. I had an ML350 that I bought new from this dealership 10 years ago and my wife and I loved the vehicle. We decided to buy another one though not new. We bought a 2011 and so far we are happy with the new-used ML350. Luis Ybarra was our sales person and he made the buying experience very enjoyable. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and explained the workings of the car to us. I shared my concerns and I felt he listened very well and was able to show me a vehicle for myself that I was very pleased with and ended up leasing. He was honest and said check it out, but that I was too tall for a small car and told me to check out another car. He read me and after I test rode, I was sold. I'm excited about the ride. I came in to compare Mercedes to a Cadillac to a BMW. This would be my FIRST luxury purchase. I was very open but very careful. I came in to look at a 2014 C250 with my father. The sales guy, Darren was ever so helpful and asked me if I wanted to look at the 2013 that only had 15k miles and was SUBSTANTIALLY lower in cost and the SAME car as a 2014. Great sales right there!!! His customer service was exuberant as I did not feel pressured to buy at all, I just could not pass up the opportunity and he made the opportunity worth it! My father makes VERY good money and although you would never know it by how his "weekend" wear, Darren did not treat us ANY differently than a customer coming to buy a 90k dollar vehicle. There definitely needs to be more salesmen/woman like Darren! Maybe he should be teaching the class on the etiquettes of selling cars, by some of these reviews, some need it. Anyways, hands down BEST SALESMAN EVER! I rated the buying process poor because when I arrived at finance, #1 complaint, his numbers were wrong, I felt he was being shady as I was the ONLY customer buying so he was not busy. It did not bother me much as I new what my payment / interest was going to be prior to walking in there. But #2 complaint DID bother me. Eric was trying to sell me the extended warranty and provided 3 options, the numbers were wrong again. I called him on it and he changed them. Then when I opted out of the warranty he took defense to it and the cordial Eric when out the window! I understand he gets a kick back for selling the extended warranty but when a customer has to help you with the numbers and repeatedly says "No Thank You", move on! I obviously know what I want and I see your passion in the Zurich coating that you put on your vehicle because you have 3 small children. I do not have small children. This was typical salesman behavior and almost caused me to walk out. Furthermore, the next day I had to return to submit additional paperwork, not a problem. Darren AGAIN was FANTABULOUS as he immediately greeting me when I drove into the parking lot and serviced my key with a new battery. I asked Darren about the SOS program and he directed me to Eric. I asked Eric and he had no answers and pushed me to someone else. This is a program that gives you roadside assistance that you pay for. Operates the same as OnStar. Why did Eric not know anything about this program? He attempted to locate someone who he said was familiar with it but she was not available so he told me that he would have Darren contact me. WHAT? Now I feel I am being pushed to the next and the NEXT person. This feature is a MERCEDES feature and nobody at the dealership has any knowledge in it. I was also told by Eric to, "Read the Manual" ~ WoW! Take this review for what it is worth. It is true what they say, Everyone can own a Mercedes. Darren was AWESOME to work with and the place is beautiful!

Our salesman Darren Gibson was very helpful to us in making our decision to buy my new Mercedes! He answered all my questions and gave us good information, was very attentive, returned phone calls and was professional. Cecilia Nguyen helped me out with all the bells and whistles, explaining and showing how to use many features including adding my contacts to my command center. Darren was friendly, helpful, and kept the deal alive. He did whatever he could to make sure he was satisfying our needs in our vehicle. Darren went out of his way to complete the deal and give us the best customer service possible. We were very pleased with his service. we originally went in to look at the ML350 and get some information about the car. we were greeted and got help as soon as we got there. they really worked with us and helped up a lot with the price, so we decided to get the car since we really liked it and the price they offered us was very good, they were very friendly and helpful and really worked with us. we had an overall good experience, just the process of buying a car was tiring and very long. we sent the whole day there trying to decide between 2 cars. the monthly payment we got was a little higher than what we originally wanted but its manageable. At the end we were very happy and satisfied with the whole experience , we definitely recommend this dealer.

My husband and I drove by the lot and saw the car I liked. I went online to view the car and entered my personal information. Within 30 min, Darren called me back regarding the car I was interested in. When we got to the store, we worked with Luis. He was very easy to work with and the dealership overall was great. I have never been able to purchase a car so fast! We will definitely return to Mercedes Benz of Fresno.

Darren was great! He allowed us to shop the lot, then take a car for a test drive. He listened to what we wanted. We never felt any "car salesmen" pressure. With Darren's help we realized that this was "our" car...will never go back to another vehicle....sorry BMW and Lexus you just don't have it. Thank you Darren. I love my new car!!!

I'm not an evil/hateful/grudgy or grudgefull person. (I don't know if grudgy or grudgefull is even a word) I do appreciate and understand a good customer experience and it felt as if this location found it difficult to deliver it to a young Latino potential customer. Coming from a successful sales history myself, I am a fair leader and hope that no one has had even one of the MULTIPLE negative experiences I've had at this business: #1 2011- African American salesman ran my credit and I didn't qualify, no problem with that but check out his actions: I was in for an e550 and he said "you can not get that vehicle but you can get a different car. Take these chips so you can leave with something" he had just came back from lunch with a sandwich and chips and he tossed me his bag of chips. Unprofessional. #2 2013- While renovation was done on the building I ordered a 2014 slk 55 amg. I was told the vehicle would be here October 2013. October came around and I was told it was coming in November. November 2013 came around and I was told 2nd week of December was the ETA. Adam the new manager asked if i wanted to test drive a different year same model vehicle and i accepted. I waited outside 30 minutes with my girlfriend then I headed in the building and Adam apologized but had no urgency to grab the keys nor offer to drive the car. Unprofessional. #3 2013- The 2014 slk 55 amg finally came in and during negotiations Dave Coquellete raised his voice and gave me a lecture in front of my family and friends and the Mercedes-Benz staff. Finance was ready to go but needless to say the vehicle was not purchased, and now that I think of it I am glad I did not give my hard earned money to a business like this one.

I went to pick up my car from servicing. I decided to look at a new car and met Darren, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. I told him I was just looking because I was thinking of getting a new car in a couple of months, he showed me a couple of the 2014 C250's and went on a test drive. We talked about what I was able to put down and payment, in a matter of a few minutes I had made the decision to trade in my car and got an awesome deal on a new one! It was amazing and fast! They were so easy to deal with, it was unbelievable! Darren went above and beyond any sales representative I have ever dealt with. This is the second car I have bought at this dealership and I definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new car. Their service is great and they make it so easy. I have received a few phone calls making sure I was happy and to answer any questions about my new car. They even made an appointment for me to get familiar with all of the features. This dealership is #1 in my book...I can't imagine buying a vehicle from anyone else! I love my new Mercedes! :)

To share my experience of buying my first Mercedes is to mention the loyalty of our sales representative. Here he had the opportunity to close a sales from a referral who was returning to see him, yet because he started to service our needs beforehand he continue to service us and ended up splitting the commision with another associate. That is what I call service. Thanks Mercedes-Benz of Fresno. We will be back when we are looking for the next vehicle.

I am a returning customer, my first car was ML350 2009 and it still runs perfect, no extra $$ spent on repairs, just simple maintenance. That is the reason I returned here and I just bought a new ML350 2013 car. My salesman was William Rolb who has helped me a lot with the purchase. The service department at Mercedes-Benz of Fresno was the reason I purchased my 2nd Mercedes from them. They are very proffessional and the prices are not out of line with other Mercedes shops that are not dealerships. If your looking for a new or used Mercedes I highly recommend MB of Fresno. In 2009, I leased a new C-class. Paul Gregory was my initial sales person and my purchase experience was good. Other than the usual eemingly endless amount of timespent at a dealer when one buys ANY new car, it was a smooth transaction. As far as the mechanics of my car, it a well built, beautifully made car. Unfortunately, over the first couple years, there were many minor, non-mechanical, issues that had me spending way too much time at Mercedes Benz of Fresno. I spent a lot of time with my service advisor and with the dealership owner, Scott Biehl, who was then the GM. Over the years, Keith Kamimoto and Scott have done everything and anything they could to accommodate me, my transportation needs, and the needs of my vehicle. As a result, I just bought my lease and intend to have it for several more years. I still love Keith and Scott and in fact, MBOF did all my paperwork for my lease purchase as well. Vick Sharma, the finance guy, was terrific. Paul got me coffee. The dealership made no profit from me in the transaction. It was merely a courtesy. I just feel like part of a big family over there. I really can't say enough about Keith. He watches out for me and takes the time to make sure I am completely informed and satisfied when it comes to my service issues. I read some of the other reviews on this site, I have difficulty believing any reviewers story about not being able to contact Scott. I guess most dealership owners stay behind the scenes, but Scott and his wife Katie always make themselves available and are not shy about giving out their phone numbers to those who ask. In a few years, Il probably want a new car, which I will no doubt purchase from MBOF. Although I enjoy seeing everyone at MBOF, for now I happy just seeing he familyonce a year for an oil change and getting my treads checked! : )

My husband and I bought one of the used cars a black 240 4-door. We received excellent service when purchasing the car from the salesperson to the gal serving free drinks. It wasn't quite a month later the car would not start and had to be towed to your location. I want to say all the staff were very proffessional, from Frank the service advisor to the gentleman who drove to the car rental place. I feel we were treated fairly with the dealership shouldering some of the cost. Would definately buy another car from this dealer.

Knowing exactly what I needed to achieve a good lease deal, we ultimately completed the deal. My wife, Karen and I are very pleased with the bottom line. I was there today for over 3 hours today for the service B. I knew it would take less than two hours as I was told when I made the appointment. But there was no extra work that was done other than the B service. It was uncalled for, I was just lucky I had the whole day off, with no other appoinments to sit there. Dave was nice, but the service took way to long.

My wife and I were shopping for a new car when we decided to look at Mercedes. It was a Saturday, casual day for me, so we went to look at the E Class series. Shorts and a tshirt, walked the entire lot looking, walk in the show and was asked if anyone was helping us. I said no. I was informed somone woule be out shortly. I walked around looking at cars and still no one came out to greet us. I could see a few sales people standing around and asked if someone could help us. Only one guy said sure, are you just looking or are you really gonna buy something. I informed him I wanted to buy something. I seemed not to interested in informing me about the car or did not know about the car. Then he said he has an apointment I would get someone else to take us out on a drive. No one ever came out. Really Horrible Service. I ended up purchasing a BMW 535i for my wife. I would never go back to Fresno Mercedes.
