We called ahead to look at a car and take it for a test drive, to see if it would work for our family. We met with Joe and were blown away by his expertise and professionalism! He is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and really sold us on the Mercedes brand. We had our 3 children with us, and he was very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, we didn’t feel that the car would work for us in this point in time, but we will definitely be back in the future. Ask for Joe, you won’t regret it!

Their service dept is incredible! Our RV ABS sensor light came on while vacationing in VA. Bet we called 15 dealerships trying to find someone to replace it so we could continue our journey. Everyone was booked through September but George said he would be glad to work us in and had us back on the road by 230! Now that is service! Thanks George and Mercedes Benz of Greensboro!

Joe and Carlton are great! I took my entire family, including 3 young children, intending to quickly sneak a test drive of a pre-owned vehicle in right before closing. We ended up making a deal and they worked over to send us home in our new vehicle. I was honestly worried about the atmosphere of a MB dealership but that was unwarranted. They were both very laid back and friendly and the process was never pushy. Two fine gentleman!

Very bad service. I booked an appointment online to get my car serviced and I left work early to solve my Mercedes Engine check light issue. I arrived at my appointment on time and the service guy told me they can not service my car because they are fully booked. If they were fully booked why did they even let me booked an appointment?. The service guy told me their website appointment tool does not work well and then why they have it available on their website.They did not even contact me that they would not be able to service my car today and they need to reschedule my appointment. I went there, wasted my time/ gas and I left with a disappointment. While I was leaving their dealership, someone hit my car. I should have not gone there in the first place to get my car serviced. I spend a lot of money on the car and I expected great service from them but they provided me terrible service. I made my day worse just going there. The service guy did not even check my car warranty coverage information. He was telling me that they would charge me a fee before even checking that my car falls under the Mercedes manufactured warranty.

Tim in parts rude. Asked him change his tone at how he spoke with me cause it was very condescending. Stated I'm sorry you feel that way. Told him I'll just take my business elsewhere where Tim stated do what you feel Mercedes if you gonna have people like this in your service units u need to do better as much as we as customers spend on our cars considering I have 4. I see that I will not utilize another company to service my cars.

My wife and I purchased a pre-owned vehicle. The Dealership picked us up at the airport and when we arrived at the dealer our vehicle was ready and the process was very short. Sad. Mercedes Benz of Greensboro repaired our certified E-350 by pulling used parts off of another used car on their lot! They told usthat Mercedes approved them to replace our exhaust system. They then replaced our entire exhaust system with a used exhaust system they pulled off some unknown (to me) car on their car lot. They also pulled a mirror off of a used car and repaired our car. This is the type of underhanded car repair we received from this Mercedes Benz dealership.

bottom line - car needed repairs, after it was obvious that asking price did not match condition of car staff admitted issues with car that were not resolved and stated inflated costs for repairs that 'may have been' completed. hate to use the word lie but they quoted a cost for a repair by a local dealership, went across street to that dealership and the cost for the repair was far less than what lead sales rep Doug Dohner stated. when questioned on this the sales rep did not respond. easy come easy go. bought a car the next day from a different dealership next door. expected much more from a mercedes-benz dealership - especially after they stated that they would not sell a car that did not meet their standards. as i was leaving sales rep stated they would 'retail that car to someone else'. hope you are not that person.

I purchased a late model used MB in fall 2011, having identified the model as being in this dealer's inventory on a Cars.com search. Purchase price negotiations were as easy as a few email exchanges. The dealer picked me up from the airport and the car was fully prepped and in pristine condition waiting form me at the dealer. Transaction paperwork was processed promptly. I can't think of one part of the process to be improved on.
