We contacted Trent on a car they had online. He told us he would have it ready for us when we arrived. When we got there it was out front and ready to go. He came out as soon as he saw us get there. We did not have to go looking for him. Super friendly and amazing service. We did not buy the car but I wish it had everything I wanted. He was not pushy and was so helpful in showing us some other vehicles that we might be interested in. He never tried the shady sales tactics you get with some dealerships. Very upfront and helpful. He has since emailed me a couple cars he thought we may be interested in. I was so impressed with this experience. I really hope the right car comes along because I would happily buy it from him. He did not waste our time and was very respectful. Amazing job!!!

Went to replace a simple bulb in my MBC300 that I bought there 12 years ago. Had them put it in for me. The first person couldn't figure out how to do it. Called another employee. He figured out how to do it but said the new bulb didn't work and I needed to make an appointment for a possible electrical problem Bought the bulb. Called for an appointment. Diagnosis charge would be $179.00 if I didn't let them fix whatever the problem was. I went to the independent Mercedes Service place across town instead the next day. They put the bulb in quickly and said there's no problem. The parking light indicator on the dashboard stopped indicating the bulb was out. Everything was fixed. $0.00 charge for me. I will trust the independent Mercedes Service place that starts with a "G" instead of the dealership from now on. The independent service place also did other service for lower price and better quality overall as well as more honesty.

John Broadbent was a wonderful salesman. No pressure, he was patient, and was understanding of my car buying situation. He had the vehicle ready to go for a test drive upon my arrival and tried to streamline the process. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and informative. There was also some negotiation on the prices which helped seal the deal. Finance dept representative (sorry cannot remember her name) was informative and helpful as well. Definitely recommend this dealership. Thanks for making a challenging decision a little easier for me!

Shaun was the best person out of the experience. The whole process of buying a Mercedes benz was top notch until I drive it off the lot. Full detail of the car prior to driving off. James also gave me the ins and outs of who to use the car. I will definitely be buying another benz there

very pleasant and no hassle transaction. I was able to drive a new car on the same day. Mr. Ricky Lopez, sales rep, was very knowledgeable and courteous. Alexa, delivery assistant, was extremely helpful to educate me on all the advanced features MB offers. Easier than Amazon Prime!
