I came in from Austin to buy a used truck that I had found online . When I got there I was greeted and given the keys to test drive the vehicle . It drove good . I drove it around Laredo at high speeds and the truck was running well . I go back and purchase the vehicle . They tell me that it’s ready to go. I purchase the vehicle and drive it back to Austin. While heading back to Austin , my truck begins to shake violently . I do some research the next day (I’m not a mechanic by any sense of the word) and it says that it may be a tire balancing issue . I was bummed out but thought that it wasn’t such a big deal since that not too much of an expensive repair . I take it to my local discount tire and one of the young guys notices that the lug nuts on my front driver wheel are loose . He then calls his manager over who is more experienced in vehicles and he tells me that he cannot work on my truck because that was a mechanical issue . He then offers to tighten the lugs . Well come to find out , 4/5 lugs were broken due to erosion . My tire was hanging on by one lug only . Now these people at the dealership knew that I had to drive home all the way to Austin that night . If anybody knows what that trip looks like , it’s nothing but 18 wheelers driving at 80mph on IH35 . I am lucky I AM NOT DEAD RIGHT NOW . I also had another passenger in the vehicle . It seems these people are more concerned with making money than ones safety ! And they can throw in the “sold as is “ verbiage but I believe this was something that the service department should have caught before selling me the truck and letting me drive 75 mph on a highway for +4hours .

Horrible experience. Typical Laredo customer service but I expected better at Mercedes Benz. Wow. Right off the bat the car salesman’s answers to basic questions about the car were “I don’t know”. Didn’t bother to find out for us just said “I don’t know”. So the car knowledge was not there. My husband googled everything. THEN once we purchased the vehicle we were told it didn’t have a second (spare) key. So I asked for them to get us one since we do need it. They said they would and a month later I came into the dealership cus I didn’t get a call back about the key. Asked about it and they stared at me like they had no clue what I was talking about. At this point I asked to speak to the manager only. The manager then ordered the key for us and said it would be ready by Monday (this would be a week later). Monday comes and goes with no call so I show up and they’re scrambling around to look for the key. They then tell me the key will not arrive for another week. RIDICULOUS!!!!!! It’s been almost 2 months since we have bought this Car and we have yet to receive our license plates or key!! People, if you plan on getting a Mercedes Benz DO NOT BUY IN LAREDO! We should have listened to others when they told us this. We now know for next time. Never ever again.

My son bought his very first vehicle from this dealership. He has had nothing but a horrible experience to say the least. One day into having this vehicle the headlights went out, then the transmission went out within 2 weeks. No one was willing to take responsibility for assuring us this would get looked at or fixed in a certain time frame. Getting a hold of anyone here is a complete joke. Manager is never available, and the customer service provided by this dealership is absolutely HORRIBLE! For such a “high end” dealership, the grounds are dirty and covered in bird poop, and even dead birds on the walkway. If I could give this place zero stars I would! A complete nightmare working with this dealership!

At least one of the sales people here are very prejudice. If you don’t look like you can afford the car they don’t take you seriously. We are in our early 20s and weren’t exactly dressed up for the occasion and immediately we could tell the sales rep was giving us the run around. The much older sales rep Jose(or joe) was trying to convince us to apply for a lease for an A class when we came in interested in a GLA. The employee did not let us test drive nor even SEE the car unless we got approved beforehand?? Why would you check my application for a car I don’t even want? After we finally CONVINCED the sales rep to let us see the car before applying we said we weren’t interested in a sedan and we wanted to see an SUV instead. Rather than taking us to see an SUV the sales rep just said “okay thank you”, and walked off and didn’t come back. We previously dealt with Josh and he treated us professionally and took us seriously so to go from that, to being treated this way was disappointing.
