I brought my car in to be repaired. After 48 hours, they had still not called me up to tell me a status. I called in but no one in service answered the phone and they did not have a voice mail option. It took over 2 hours to get to someone and that person could not give me any information on my vehicle. He said he would have the guy managing my car to call me back. A day latter and nobody called me back. I called in a gain and this time the same person who had no information before said that he would talk to the technician and call back in 10 minutes. 3 hours latter and no call back. I tried calling myself but could not get any answer in service and after multiple tries I could no longer get the main reception line to pick up either. The Vehicle was in for a week for what they called a simple fix and I did not know the status of the vehicle. Did they destroy it? Did they steal it and sell it to someone else? Would I ever be able to pick it up? I would never bring anything here to be repaired again.

Love this location!! I've never interacted more with a team than I have here. Obviously the market for new/used cars is what it is but they are still helpful and always willing to start up a conversation. Not to mention is blows the Denver dealership out of the water. Way better service and way less b.s.
