So disappointed again. We have three business vehicles needs service, but we have been treated like a cheap bicycle owner. Attitude of those two behind the service desk is more than terrible. They're keeping cars in there for hours without letting us now it's done. See below, the original price for the part which they wanted to replace and the cost of this part on Mercedes website. $112.02 is the part, MB Maui service wanted $1,504.82! $1,392.80 in difference!!! JD MAcias told me we have a choice to not proceed with the service. But there is no other MB service on Maui. Be aware Maui Mercedes owners, they're pulling your leg!

I always have had confidence in bringing my Mercedes to receive service at this location on Maui. John is wonderful and always gives me a receptive welcome and great service. A new employee, Doug, is wonderful too. I recently brought in one of my vehicles and met with Doug, who made sure everything I was concerned about (a list), he went over one by one, and took care of the issues with perfection. He is very kind and made sure I was content on all the work prior to me leaving. We even had some good laughs!I always leave knowing my vehicle was taken care of correctly. Thank you John, Doug, and Mercedes!

Chris was congenial and very helpful. If I had a complaint it would be that he quoted things that would be done that couldn't be done although I did receive some money compensation towards remedying the situation.. And initially he told me about a car that wasn't even on your lot That was a big disappointment because the car that he was actually selling was not the car that he told me about . All in all it was a pleasant experience. Thank you! I would work with Chris again. Oh and I must say that your finance person she was a delight and made signing papers fun and she explained everything thoroughly.

Great sales team and Chris in particular. Car delivered with knowledge of all the bells and whistles. Only negative...and in no way a reflection on the Maui dealership and its staff....Its being forced to accept the very annoying feature (hardly a feature) of stopping the engine at stop. Mercedes should accept if a user does not want something, give the customer an option to leave it turned off. So, nice touch, when I get into the car, I do not have to put key in, but find the blue button to disable the energy feature. Big negative. Have one of your people to drive in stop and start traffic!

I moved to Maui May 1, 2016 and shipped my MB S550 4matic with me. I stopped by the dealership to meet and establish a relationship for service. I have since had a couple of service experiences' having my car worked on here. Doug the Service Manager and his team have been nothing short of fantastic to work with.Every time I am greeted with friendly warm smiles and hospitality. Not just by the service team but everyone I come across regardless of job title. People that I have maybe met once remember my name. The work has always been done right, done on time, within estimates, and they have worked with my extended warranty on the bill.Every experience that I have had with Mercedes-Benz of Maui has been some of the finest customer service I have ever experienced, ever. Much better than it used to be. My car was ready on Friday and I picked it up on Monday. I had to wait for it to be washed which is what happened 2 years ago when I was there getting bad service.

John Macabeo is exceptional!Not a lot of pre owned models to choose from. No convertibles. Toby from sales was friendly. I was looking forward to a follow up call from sales regarding new model G series 300 however no call. Will look at other dealerships as not as fluid as shopping on Oahu

I had trouble with the roll bar and vario roof. Took it in and had it diagnosed, then repaired it myself. I still had an error message for the roll bar and they had me bring it back. They fixed the problem with no additional charges!! THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH!

Our '14 CLS550 had been issued a minor recall service, and I asked the service department to look into a noise of something rattling around since the vehicle was new. Richard and the entire service staff made the visit easy and seamless, including a loaner, quick service, and solving the annoying rattle. I have been using Mercedes service since the dealership opened on Maui and have always been treated professionally, fairly, and quickly. Mercedes-Benz of Maui is the finest dealership I have ever used and it is always a pleasure to do business with them.

Brought vehicle into shop to have brake pads checked. Was shuttled to home by driver who very pleasant. Few hours later was picked up and brought to Mercedes-Benz and was given a repair estimate and ordered parts for the repairs.

Our new 15' Mercedes ML350 had the check engine light on. Called on Sat to make appt; by Wed they had gotten me in, provided shuttle service to another appt I had scheduled and had it back to me by noon of the same day. I will always own a Mercedes because of the great customer service.

I hate going to car dealers but my friend told me to go see Hank at MB Maui. I'll just say it was the best experience I've ever had. He was professional, polite, answered all our questions and he wasn't pushy at all. Gave me the information I wanted and I left. He called a day later to touch base, very non threatening.I went back with my girlfriend and we test drove a pre-owned Mercedes. She mentioned the ride was better than she expected and she really liked the car. When we got back to the dealership we asked Hank what the best price was. He didn't go away to the 'back room' and played that game of going back and forth. He gave us their best price and even though it was more than what we had budgeted, it was very fair.The whole transaction was done in less than an hour from the time we got there to when we drove away. Hank made sure the car was clean and had a full tank of gas.He showed us how everything worked and was very patient with my girlfriend who kept asking him questions. He followed up a few days later to see how we were enjoying the car. The story doesn't end here. We had to go to the mainland and we had issues about where to keep our car and how to get to the airport and all that stuff.I called Hank and asked him if we could keep the car there until we got back.Not only was that ok, but he took us to the airport and picked us up a week later. We got in after they were closed but Hank said just to call him and he would get us.When he came and got us not only was our car washed but it was gased too!!That is customer service way beyond expectations. When I told me friend what Hank had done, he wasn't surprised at all. He said that's why he referred Hank and the guys at MB of Maui. I told Hank he should give classes on customer service in the car business.
