First we went to the Mercedes store in Brentwood. They didn't have much. What they had was not real clean and not real nice. Also, seem to be overpriced. We then drove to Mercedes-Benz of Music City. We were greeted at the door by Scott who asked us if we wanted water soda coffee ice cream or snacks. Then he showed us the trophies they had one for being the best Mercedes store in the country and having the best service department which he must have told us five times was one of the top service departments in the country year after year. We told him we wanted our forever car and it would probably be the last car we ever bought. We showed him a car that we had on her phone it was a 2016 C class with high miles and he immediately said that is not going to be your Forever car to good car but it's not your Forever car. A really nice 2018 C300 fully-equipped 30,000 miles absolutely amazing condition. Our experience was wonderful. Scott never tried to sell us anything but tried to show us everything. This is where we will send our friends. Make sure to get yourself some ice cream

My experience with Mercedes Benz of Music City has been absolutely stunning. Xavier was our salesman and went above and beyond to help us purchase our new G-Wagon. I’ve been talking with Xavier for a good year prior to our purchase and he helped us get something truly unique! If you’re looking to purchase a Mercedes, the first step is going to Mercedes Benz of Music City! They take care of their customers, no question about it. Our experience didn’t just stop with Xavier, Sam who was in charge of getting the deal worked out was great to work with. He went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. I can’t go without mentioning Keith! He is the guy at Mercedes who guides you through learning your new vehicle. He takes the time to make sure you know how to operate the vehicle before leaving. He made sure that our new vehicle was spotless and in showroom condition when we arrived! I had the pleasure of meeting Keith a few years back when we were part of the Mercedes Collection program, if it wasn’t for Keith I wouldn’t have had the pleasure to meet all these other great people! I look forward to returning when we are ready to purchase another Mercedes!

John Bailey was my sales person. Let me just say he is a great person. I never felt pressured to purchase a car from Mercedes Benz of Music City. We took the car I thought I wanted for a test drive a white C 300 Cabriolet. It drove like a dream. We went into the spotless showroom to talk about the car. I spotted a black C 300 Cabriolet. I drove my dream car home within an hour of my decision to purchase the car. John and the entire team should have training sessions for anyone in the industry on how to successfully sell a car and make the client feel special.
