They call wanting me to come see them after looking at their website. Jessica gives me a call and we set up the appointment. Sales dude calls me the day of the appointment telling me he thought the appointment was at a different time because he had plenty of inventory in stock for the model I was interested. I agree to go see him at the new time...when I get there he is not available. He sends me off with a different dude, not a bad guy but he just met me and seem in a little bit of a rush( he was an used inventory sales person). Yup they only have one car in stock for the model I'm looking for. It's inside...no way for me to test it or even start it up...plus canary yellow. Pretty much they told me yup that's what we have. We can't help you. No options no let's try to find you one. nothing. It was more like yeah take it or leave it we really don't need your bussiness anyways. They did not care. Email Jessica telling her about the experience...she never replied! One really bad but eye opening experience. Thanks guys! I will not be expending 60 k on one of your cars anymore I guess. This was last Sunday August 30, 2020.

Superb service! My husband and I came in to check out a vehicle. We were welcomed by the lovely receptionist and seated immediately with Mike Tyson, he is THE MAN! We had an appointment at 1 pm and were done in no time. Mike had us test drive the vehicle and we were done, we sat in his office and negotiated with the price. They gave us a military discount and Mike fought for us with the price and tried his best to meet with the bargaining twice with the manager. All in all we got a pretty good deal, close to the dollar amount we want to spend. Upon closing, the manage Vic Jones was very pleasant and very informative. 4 hours later we were driving with our new vehicle. Freshly washed waxed and detailed with a full tank of gas. I highly recommend this dealership with their exceptional service and professionalism.

I recently bought a 2014 Mercedes GLK from out of state and had it shipped to me. My experience with Steven, the salesman I worked with, was wonderful. He was very helpful and made buying from out of state and the shipping process seamless. I would love to give my experience a 5-star rating because of Steven alone, however my car was shipped to me with 4 dry-rotted tires that were unsafe to drive on. I was told that the vehicle was inspected before it was sold to me and that the brakes were replaced and other maintenance was performed, so I was expecting to receive a car that was at the very least safe to drive. Unfortunately, I now have to replace all 4 tires on my new car, costing me an extra $1000, and the car is not safe to drive as is. I did agree to buy the car as is, but I was expecting more from a Mercedes-Benz dealership. They should have replaced the tires before selling it.

The worst dealership experience I have ever had. My husband and I purchased a used Yukon Denali from this dealership. We have had the truck for 2 weeks as of today and now the car isn't running. I know you maybe thinking "they purchased the car as is" but no we didn't. We purchased the car with an extended warranty from this dealership. We purchased the warranty because the truck had 104,000 miles on it at the time of purchase so we wanted to ensure that if we had any issues with the vehicle we would be covered. Little did we know and oddly enough the finance manager didn't mention to us that the warranty isn't available for use until after 30 days of purchase. So from the time we drove off the lot until 30 days later our truck isn't covered for any type of repair services, roadside assistance, or rental assistance which is all covered in the warranty but not until 30 days after purchase even though we paid for the warranty the same time we paid for the truck. We have contacted the salesman, the finance manager, and the sales manager to discuss a resolution but of course everyone is to busy to return our call. The only resolution they offered was for us to drive the vehicle to another dealership, that's right not this dealership where we purchased the truck and warranty but another dealership and for US to pay for them perform a diagnostic test. We haven't even paid our first note on this vehicle. I'm sure this has nothing to do with the fact that when my husband went into the dealership by himself initially, no one not even the receptionist acknowledge him. Several other salesmen walked pass him until one black salesman decided to offer him some assistance. I'm also sure this has nothing to do with the fact that when we went in to purchase the vehicle we had already secured our own financing with two different banks (one of which had already provided us with check to pay for the vehicle) and we were going to purchase two vehicles until they started switching the prices up on us to ensure we pay more for the vehicles. All signs that we should've never purchased this truck from this dealership but it was a really good deal and my husband had being looking for this exact truck to expand his transportation business. With that being said, I will be sure to express and share my sincere disappointment with this dealership to any and everyone I know and I encounter. Jason, the date of the warranty becoming effective wasn't explained to us at the time of purchase. It's not about what I expected, this is about the lack of information that was provided by your team. You mentioned us calling you for assistance but this is to just to appease your viewers because I'm certain your team is aware that I have called your dealership on several occasions regarding this issue. I've left several voicemails and we still haven't received a call back from you or your team. Just as you have taken the time to respond to my review, you could've very easily picked up the phone and contacted me as I'm sure all of my information is on file.

When employees love what they do it shows. Ernie is so knowledgable and professional that it was such a please to do business with him. Buying a great vehicle is one thing and the customer service is another. What good is buying a great car if the process is a nightmare and the service afterward is horrible? I recently purchased an S550 from Mercedes Benz of New Orleans. The reason for purchasing from this dealership is that I previously owned a CLS550 (purchased here also), and have never had any issues with the sales staff or service department. The entire staff seems to go the extra mile, which is not as common these days.The service department is second to none, and will do anything to make the customer happy. The sales department is equally easy to work with. With multiple vehicles purchased from this dealership, I have never had to "haggle" a price, and have always been given a great deal.I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family.

Mercedes-Benz of New Orleans was the dealer most willing to work with my specifications regarding price and vehicle. I previously owned a Mercedes, which was totaled in an accident. Not only did my old Mercedes keep me safe in the accident, but I returned to Mercedes to lease my second car after shopping around at Acura, BMW, Lexus, and Mercedes. The salesperson I dealt with was Paul Schwartz, and I found him to be eager and easy to work with. He followed up, and continued to search for the right vehicle for me in my price range until he found it. I am very pleased with his level of expertise regarding the vehicles he is selling, and I am very pleased with his continued follow up. I anticipate remaining in the Mercedes family for many years to come.

I have had the privilege of working with both the sales and service teams at MB New Orleans for over a decade. I have purchased vehicles by phone, by email and in person, receiving the same 5 Star service with every purchase. I have had the misfortune of having to deliver a 3 day old wrecked E Class and was met with inviting solutions to a very disappointing circumstance. Whether I am brousing (and they know it) or whether I am buying, the MB New Orleans team is happy to assist in test driving the latest model year vehicles. And on those days where I get to take delivery, I am surprised by their knowledge of the car and the technology used for a swift delivery. Most recently, I was impressed by their ability to email tutorials on specific features which I knew I would want to refresh days following delivery.

The best customer service hands down. The cars will get you to come in but the management will make you stay forever. Made a mistake and purchased a Porche GTS from a local dealership, the worst people to deal with. Coming in to see the people at Bensons feels like family. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS ME, stick to these guys.

The worst experience ever. I had an appointment on a Friday night for a test drive and they let me sit there for 20 minutes in the dealership with no assistance while we were the only clients in the place. What can be more important than a client. If the salesmen are like that, how will be the service, parts management... I will never buy Mercedes in my life

they were never on time .a 2-hour service can take 2 days without even calling me to let me know that my vehicle will be at the shop overnight.they are very very hard to reach by phone .they dont even call back if you leave messages .thinking to trade my mercedes for a lexus or bmw just not to go through service complications at mercedes benz of new orleans

I purchased a brand new 2012 ML 350 a few days ago. Let me tell you,what a great car and what great service !! I dealt with Stephen McDonald , my sales consultant and Chris Stuben, Sales Manager. They both did a great job . My experience was positive. This is the third Mercedes Benz I purchase from this Metairie dealer and I look forward to purchasing another car from them - this time for my 17 year old girl.

I was driving my '08 CLK Class and felt like the tires were out of balance at highway speeds so I took it in to Mercedes Benz of New Orleans for service work. The staff was friendly and helpful and took care of the issue quickly while I waited in their new building. Free wifi is very important.

Richard never gives status updates on vehicle in service. Service department is very slow. I've been to other Mercedes dealer through the gulf coast and never had service like this. Keep away! Also, since they are the only Mercedes dealer in the area, they taken advantage by over pricing their parts and labor rates.
