Second time around with this company has been dreadful. Made appointments to meet and Shawn Martinez left me hanging each time. Not even so much as asking the front desk to excuse him or reschedule. Total waste of time and inexcusable. 0 professionalism! Spend your money elsewhere. GM finally reached out 2 days later. 2 days to late for me.

I have gone to this dealership on 2 separate occasions - making APPOINTMENTS on top of that, and yet I waited for 45 minutes both times. Customer service is lacking big time & very unprofessional on all levels. The front desk girls were friendly, but no help, seemed my father & I were just a bother to them. When I asked to speak to a manager - no one came and no one even answers their desk phone. The salesman we were supposed to meet with knew we were coming & didn't even bother to show his face to tell us he would be with us shortly. He is greedy & took other customers even though he knew we were coming .... If you would like to buy a Benz just do yourself a favor and go to another dealership in the area. Not willing to give my money to a greedy salesman for him to make commission off me and my father. He missed out on 2 cars & so did this dealership. SKIP THIS DEALERSHIP & GO TO ANOTHER ONE!!!

Sergio the service representative called my father to say the car was ready for pick up on 6/15/16. I went with my father to pick up the car and noticed the console was missing, there was a metal piece left in the right door and the area where the service person worked was extremely filthy. I took photos in disbelief. My dad spoke with Sergio to express how disappointed he was Sergio. Sergio stated the mechanics do not steal as if to imply my father made this up. I would not expect this type of service from Mercedes.

This was the best car purchase I ever had. In short, amazing. I visited this dealership to see in person the new GLE 350, so I informed my salesperson, Renee Bianco, that I was only looking and at no moment she hesitated to keep helping me. In fact, she asked to test drive it, for I can experience my prospective car. At no moment she pressured me, or asked if I was ready to buy. She was friendly, honest and patience. Renee introduced me to the sales manager, Jason Lee, who was also great. We talked for a bit until we agreed on a price, scheduled my delivery date and it was fast and great. The finance manager Sergio was outstanding and patience. In conclusion, I loved my experience and the people I dealt with. Thank you Renee, Jason and Sergio, you are an asset to MB of New Rochelle.

I had never bought a car so quickly after visiting just one dealership at MB New Rochelle but salesperson Alex Nikaj and sales manager Jason Lee were both very helpful, reasonable and courterous which made the experience very pleasant rather than stressful. They both had a very warm personality which made it much easier to work with. I was also glad to get to know Alex on a personal level a little. It's very nice to know that he's a caring person who loves animals, the most forgotten members in our society. Alex helped me got a good offer and was approved quickly by Jason, who was very nice and professional. There seemed to be no game playing as usually seen in many car dealerships. It's about relationship building. The moment I walked in the door with my jeans and baseball cap, my only purpose was to browse at the beautiful Mercedes Benz lineup. I was just killing some some while I was getting my daughters fiat serviced up the road. I struck up a conversation station with Renee Blanco and was treated like royalty. I told her right off the back that I have no intention on making a purchase at this time. I insisted that she continued here work with some other potential buyers. Renee still offered me coffee and pastry and even showed me some cats while her others customers were in finance. Mohammed the sales mgr. Very accommodating and personal. Christian in maintenance was very patient with me while explaining some of the features to some of the cars due to the fact I had a very bad cold that day and had to excuse myself every few minutes. Christian even brought me cold medicine and water. Needless to say I left the dealership with a brand new Mercedes Benz. Wonderful car buying experience from a top of the line sales team.

We had been in the market for a new SUV but really, in no rush to buy. We test drove a few different brands over the period of a couple of weeks and then decided that we should at least give the Mercedes GLE350 a look. Againwe weren't in any rush. Pretty much "just looking".As luck would have it, we found ourselves in New Rochelle and decided to visit MB of New Rochelle. We walked around the showroom for about 20 minutes looking at various vehicles and were approached by Sales Manager Jason Lee, who had an absolutely "no pressure" air about him. We looked at and sat in several cars, completely unhassled, free to do our thing without a salesman hanging around waiting to pounce. When ready, we motioned to Mr. Lee who was able to answer many of our initial questions, and who then introduced us to Sales Associate Alex Nikaj. Mr. Nikaj gave us a very comfortable feeling from the get-go, something that I find to be very atypical in the auto sales industry these days. His honesty, good nature and "regular guy" attitude played a very big part in our decision to buy our car at this dealership. He was helpful, very generous with his time, knew the product, was able to answer any questions we asked and was very forthcoming with regard to pricingI like to think that I have a good barometer to tell when I'm being "bs'ed", and I felt confident that Alex was a rock-solid guy and completely up front. Again.we walked in just to "look".it was Alex's demeanor that pretty much sold the car that evening.We got a great offer on our trade and got a great price on our new GLE350, all with no haggling and no nonsense. This was truly the easiest car purchase I've ever experienced. When a deal was agreed upon, Sergio Derpinski was quick to get our paperwork done and was very well versed in the additional programs offered by Mercedes.I would not hesitate to recommend this dealer to anyone. If you're in the market for a new Mercedes benz, check this dealership out and if you're lucky, Alex will be available to help you. I can say with full confidence that we're completely sold and will be repeat customers to Mercedes Benz of New Rochelle.

Michael Longi and Jay Criss are both very knowledgeable, helpful, pleasant and easy to work with. After explaining to Muchael exactly what my needs were he worked hard to find the car that was right for us. He also explained in detail every step of the lease and all the features of the GLC car. Of course working with Jay has always been a great experience for us. He was our first contact with Mercedes Benz three tears ago and has always been there for us. We appreciate the great quality of service we received with our experience from your staff from the valet, front desk, sales, and finance. They are all highly recommended.

I must say Mercedes Benz of New Rochelle gives hope for the middle class. I had the most wonderful experience dealing with James Palmer who was my sales Rep, and Jason Lee the general manger, they made it so easy I could hardly believe I was being treated so wonderfully and gentile. The reason for my review, at times some car salespeople can be pushy and pressure customers just to make a sale for commission purposes. Dealing with James and Jason it was customer service at its finest, pure professionalism and hospitality. I was well pleased, and received the service I came to expect. For the record, I'd definitely recommend anyone that's looking into buying or leasing a new car to stop by Mercedes Benz of New Rochelle.

I was not pleased with the financial manager's attitude; especially as it regarded the vehicle cash purchase agreement and how it was developed. Our experience was very good. We selected a hard-to-find color and the dealership fought hard to obtain it from an out-of-state dealer. We got an excellent price for the car we traded in. The Mercedes came very quickly and was ready for us when we wanted it. I needed several tutorials after driving it home to understand the electronics. Nick Nasta even came to our house to help set things up and go over some of the information. I look forward to receiving similar attention in the future whenever I bring in the car for service.

Never thought I would be a Mercedes Benz owner. I told Alex Quinteros that I wanted a Blue Mercedes with low mileage. Even though they didn't have the particular car in-house at the time, it was there the next day. I had come to the dealership because it was the closest dealership near me and because I had received a postcard about a marketing promotion that stated that a qualified car buyer could receive 2.9% financing, 2 years of free maintenance, and 2 car payments paid up to a certain amount. I had just financed a 2015 vehicle from another car dealership in July. I didn't qualify for all the things mentioned in the September sales promotion (I didn't qualify for the 2.9% financing through Mercedes Benz financing), but the dealership found a bank that would give me the financing that I needed in order for me to get my "dream car". I purchased a Certified pre-owned Blue 2013 C300 Sport car with just 7000 miles from the New Rochelle Mercedes Dealership. The Mercedes Benz dealership gave me what I had spent in the purchase of the 2015 vehicle that I traded in, and they still honored the 2 years of free maintenance and the 2 car payments from the September promotion. So long story short even when different situations arose, where I was like maybe this wasn't a good idea, the dealership has gone the extra mile to ensure that I received what I was looking for even when to me it seemed like it would be to much of a hassle on their part. I can't say that everyone's experience will have the same outcome as mine, but I think that if you're in the market for a Mercedes, go check out the New Rochelle Mercedes Dealership, and I'm sure that barring any unforeseen circumstances, that they will extend the utmost professionalism that one would expect from any Mercedes BenzDealership. From the moment my father and I walked into the dealership and casually looked at the models on display in the showroom, Alex Quinteros approached us to assist me in getting the exact car I wanted-Before I even knew it, myself! I was thinking long and hard between both the redesigned C-Class and E-Class, and Alex went in great length and detail in not only describing the benefits of each model, but also showing me many different types in person as well going on test drives.Due to my tight schedule and that a luxury-style sedan (which I had my heart set on) wasn't there on that exact day, I had to put a brief hold onto completing the search and purchase. Alex was completely understanding to that regard, and at no point made it seem like it was a process which needed to be rushed. That made me truly happy and appreciative to see; Alex was very patient, friendly, and really took an interest in assisting me in finding the car that we would know I could truly call my own. At no point in dealing with Alex did I feel that I was being hurried into completing a transaction, nor was I ever feeling pressured into purchasing a model that I didn't really fall in love with.A few days later, my father had some free time to walk around and see if any new cars had come onto the lot, and he found the one I was looking for. The next day I made sure to take off so that I could come in and see it myself; Once I did, I knew it was exactly what I was looking for and with Alex completed the process.I am extremely happy with the C300 I bought, and above all else, the exceptional service provided to me during the whole process. I unfortunately had a Merceds CLA that required service more than 6 times for the same problem. I requested that I be released from my lease or my car,be replaced since I felt I had a a lemon , but was unsuccessful until Tony Pinho helped me. He advocated for me and convinced Mercedes to help me. Tony spoke to sales and arranged for me to come in and work with Jason and Alex to get me a car that would make me happy. I need to tell you that they went above and beyond to make sure that the car suited my needs and yet was not out of the range I wanted to spend. They both had so much patience with me and never got annoyed even though I was a little unsure of what I really wanted.After an in person encounter with them and countless phone calls I finally decided on a GLK. A few days later I came to pick up my car and the experience was amazing. Alex literally walked me through every option in the car, helped install my granddaughters car seat and removed my belonging from my old car and put them in the new car. I not only was satisfied that I was able to get a new car, I ended up having a great experience with a sales team that made me feel like a friend not just like a commission..I would highly reccommend the staff I worked with and the New Rochelle Mercedes dealership to anyone interested in a Mercedes.

I must say, this was the most customized "vehicle purchase" experience I have ever had. There was absolutely no pressure, just a feeling of being part of a "Proactive Team" in which everyone was committed to working towards the same goal "pure satisfaction of personal needs." Marco was amazing from the first day I made contact with Mercedes Benz of new Rochelle. Just to give you an idea, I am paraplegic, I had just completed a surgical procedure on my shoulder, so, I was not very mobile at all, which meant that I could not travel to the Dealership. After a phone conversation with Marco he arranged to bring the vehicle I was interested in viewing directly to me... he took his time and properly explained all the components of the vehicle, and then helped me transfer into the vehicle and drove me around my neighborhood so that I can have the complete experience--who would have ever thought....Well, to make a long story short...I am now the proud owner of an MB Vehicle. I recently popped into Mercedes of New Rochelle to just test drive the C300 and then off to other dealers lined up on the same street. To my amazement, the C300 drove really well than the BMW I had previously test driven elsewhere a few days back. I was at another dealership and had the salesman been as attentive to what I really wanted, (without me knowing the exact model) I might have ended up buying an Audi. I was considering other cars when I came in. Don struck an excellent balance of helping and explaining without being pushy or overbearing. He allowed the car to sell itself, which it did. He answered my questions, understood when I was not ready to decide, provided printouts of sample cars to help me zero in on the options that were important to me. When I came back he answered more questions and gave me more time with a car including, with manager's approval, a loaner car for a day to assure that I was comfortable with the decision. High marks for Don Fisher.(Have not yet dealt with Service Department or Parts.)

The clear and straight forward style of Mr. Nazario was a refreshing experience to have at a dealership. We were informed, treated with respect, and our time was not wasted. These guys "Make things Happen"! I have been searching for 2 months for the right Pre-Owned Mercedes Benz E350 wagon. I found lots of cars online, and traveled hours to seek them out, but none of the dealers I visited really showed me that they were willing to do what it takes to make the purchase happen I found a wagon at MB of New Rochelle and worked with Carlos Nazario, and together with his team, they made this happen. On June 1st, I brought home my 2015 GLA!I've leased Mercedes for the past 15 years from Goldens Bridge Mercedes Benz. I had a WONDERFUL sales person there who recently retired. So, when it was time to look for my latest Benz, I decided to give New Rochelle a try... again. I had tried New Ro twice before but they were never able to beat the deal I received at Goldens Bridge. Well this year, that ended with David Garcia. David is FANTASTIC. In our initial meeting, there was a hiccup that ultimately made me walk away from the car with all intention of returning in 2-3 months. However, despite the hiccup, I had decided to give New Ro another shot because of David. While it's clear that David works for Mercedes, I genuinely felt like he was working for ME, pushing to get the best possible deal and car to meet my needs. His commitment (aka persistence) resulted in selling me the car that I wanted at the price that I wanted 2 weeks after our initial meeting. Again, he's FANTASTIC.That said, I would definitely give Mercedes Benz of New Rochelle the opportunity to win your business. I have been purchasing new vehicles for the past 40 years. Finally, I encountered a non-pressure experience. Renee Bianco was my sales representative and first devoted our initial conversations learning about my automobile preferences and why I am switching from BMW to Mercedes. Her knowledge of the Mercedes line was impressive. We narrowed my choice to a C300. Being somewhat unfamiliar with the line other than internet research, she devoted the correct amount of time educating me on what is available in the model and explaining and even demonstrating features. She had me test drive the CLA and C300 to ensure I was confident with my choice. The sales manager, Bob Lasagna, introduced himself to me and assured me that he was available as well. I did come prepared with idea of price. When Renee came back from Bobs office, I was pleasantly surprised that their price was not only below invoice but significantly below what people are paying according to Ednumds.com. car was ready when promised. I usually dread the closing circus customers are usually put through when introduced to the Finance Manager. However, not here. I was not pressured into purchasing any additional services (I.e.: Pre-paid maintenance, extended warranty, etc.). It was all simply explained with no sales pressure. Well, I was ready to take off. Renee spent as much time as needed to acclimate me to the vehicle and teach me about all the technology. She set up my iPhone, some favorite radio stations, and saved a few navigation addresses. I not saying I left an expert but I was able to replicate what I learned. Overall, a great experience!

First they told me the car would arrive in the morning, but it didn't, then they said around 2 pm but it didn't, then at 5, and now they told me that it can not be delivered today neather tomorrow.So i've been waiting since yesterday and all day at home waiting, and now i won't be able to move the whole weekend without car. I looked at local dealerships in Minneapolis and could not find the exact build I wanted unless I ordered from the factory so I went Online and found my build at Mercedes Benz of New Rochelle. On delivery day my wife flew into New York from Minnesota to pick up the Mercedes, Carlos and Kevin had someone pick her up at the airport and bring her to the dealership. I could of had it shipped and Carlos did offer the shipping support needed but my wife wanted to visit the City and her brother in NJ. so it was a win-win for all of us. My wife took delivery of a beautiful ML350 and it was exactly as described by Carlos. Carlos delivered a beautiful Mercedes and made my wife feel as if she was family, She often says "Carlos was such a nice man and she liked him a lot", I laugh because my wife said she wanted to tip him for giving such great service. Carlos enjoys what he does and it shows through his professionalism. We took our 2012 C-Class in for a lease-end pre-inspection and had a bad experience with one of their sales people (who I will not mention by name). He didn't properly do the inspection, assured me I wouldn't have to pay anything for the wear-and-tear, and gave me no pre-inspection report or similar paperwork that I expected. He was keen to sell me a new 2015 C-Series lease, but the pricing he gave was above our budget and he could not offer a better price without reducing equipment level. When I subsequently informed him I would be getting a car from a different manufacturer, he then told me we would be charged for damage and exaggerated the extent of wear-and-tear. My wife called the general manager, Kevin Deutsch, to complain about the experience. He was very apologetic and arranged for us to come in to return the vehicle. I spoke with Tommy Rudaj, the Sales Manager, who earned back my trust and worked with me to come up with lease terms that worked for us. The lease return, new vehicle selection and delivery were facilitated by Carlos Nazario. Financing paperwork was done by Sergio. Sergio was a bit backed up on the day we were there and we had to wait around a long time, but he was thorough and made everything clear.The 2015 C-Class is an awesome car - a massive improvement over the 2012 - and after my initial bad experience the management of the firm really made things right. Carlos and Tommy provided exemplary service.

This is the second car i have leased from MB New Rochelle and i couldnt be happier with the service i received and the professionalism from my salesman Carlos Nazario along with Jay Criss and Thomas Rudaj. Mr. Nazario was great to deal with because he treated me like a person and not just someone trying to make a sale. Mr. Criss was very patient with me when it came to filling out all of the paperwork which can very very stressful. he went through every page thoroughly and i never felt rushed to just sign my life away. I will definitely be back and look forward to dealing with Carlos and his team again.

My experience with Mercades-Benz of New Rochelle started over the phone with a woman named Sunday, After reading a promotion online for the CLA250, I called to inquire about further details of the promotion. I voiced my monthly price range to Sunday and didn't think I would be able to find a vehicle within that price. She told me "my customers don't walk away because of an unfair price" and she kindly asked me to come in and meet with Bob Lasagne, who would do the best to find a vehicle in my price range. When I walked in to Mercades-Benz of New Rochelle, I was greeted by the receptionist who then called Bob Lasagne. I must say the greeting in itself doesn't even compare to other dealerships (FORD, Nissan, Jeep) that I had been to this week, where I felt I was attacked before I even got out of my vehicle. I sat in the comforting lounge area for a minute or two before Bob Lasagne came to greet me. He asked me what my interests and needs were. Bob then directed me to sales representatives Carlos Nazario. Carlos brought me to the show room and showed me the CLA250 and the C-Class. After Carlos clearly saw my love for the 2015 CLA250 he took me for a test drive. He was a gentleman and opened the door for me and explained all the necessary features I needed to be aware of as a driver. Carlos was knowledgeable of the vehicles, understanding of my budget and took the time to price out two different vehicles and packages. He was very accommodating and was nothing but professional from start to finish. While discussing numbers with Carlos, manager Thomas Rudaj came over and introduced himself. He asked " what can I do for you so you leave here satisfied today?" Carlos explained my budget range to Thomas and Thomas said "I'm going to do my best to make that happen for you." Carlos and Thomas went to talk for a few minutes about options for me. When Carlos returned he asked me to take a walk to look at a car he had available for me. Carlos showed me a 2014 CLA250 4-matic all souped up with only 11 miles on it. I felt like I was sitting in the 2015. As we sat in the car he explained what features the car had and then offered me a price that was exactly within my range. I was so relieved that my goal of driving out with a new Mercades Benz was becoming reality. While paper work was being finalized, Carlos offered refreshments to me in the lounge area. As I sat in the lounge area, two different sales representatives, came up to me and congratulated me on my new purchase. Thomas Rudaj came over to me while I waited to make sure I was satisfied with everything Carlos and I had discussed. He genuinely wanted to make sure I was 100% satisfied, in which I was. I soon sat with Jay Criss who took his time to explain to me in detail about different care packages including preferred tire care, key replacement etc... Jay was very friendly and informative. He even showed me pictures of his children, and told me a little about them, which made me fell like I wasn't just there strictly for business, but he was welcoming me into the family. Being able to relate to someone you are doing business with on a personal level, always makes the business experience better. After finalizing all paper work with Jay, Carlos walked me over to my beautiful CLA250 and handed me the keys. We sat in the car and he showed me how to hook my phone up to the bluetooth, how to work navigation and other features. Carlos knew all the ins and out of working the settings and features in the vehicle without hesitation. He drove my car around front for me as he prepared me to take off in my new vehicle. Carlos was truly amazing and I would definitely refer other customers to him. My experience with Mercades-Benz of New Rochelle as a whole was exceptional from start to finish. I can't express how happy I am that I chose Mercades and am now part of the Mercades-Benz family.

Obviously I keep coming back because of the excellent buying process and service, and excellent cars. This time though, the sales representative Shawn Crosby elevated the experience to a level of outmost professionalism and efficiency. He quickly identified our needs and personalized the process with the options available to us. He managed to give us everything we asked and even more: he found out features that are useful to us and included them to our package. Everyone apologized that they had so little knowledge of the B-Class car. Every time, I came I had to wait because of their being unfamiliar with the B-Class. It was not charged the first time I came and was asked to come back. I came again and it was still not charged but all the paper work was done for the sale and I had to come back a third time to pick it up. I had an appointment with the sales rep at 1pm and had to wait 45min before he came up and showed us how the car worked. He said that if he were busy he would ask a co worker to help us but this did not happen. If you are going to sell a car learn it in and out first. I was even told that I was given a 2015 model when it was a 2014 model. This car is rated at 83/85 miles every time, I charge it the range on the dash says 60 miles when it is completely charged, why is this? I spoke with both Alexa and Vinny in service dept but could not get a satisfying answer. I am now investigating this matter with Car and Driver which did a write up on this car.

Received an email from the dealer with winter specials. Wasn't looking to replace my GL450 until the Spring but they had one in stock that was exactly what I would have ordered so it was worth a phone call. We were lucky to speak with Don Fisher. He made it enticing enough to get us to drive almost an hour from home on Christmas Eve morning. We fully expected the deal to change when we arrived - and it did! It was better!! Don was a "no pressure" salesman and a true gentleman. He gave us as much time as we needed and we never felt rushed. He got us a wonderful deal on our trade in, and we were equally pleased with the price on the new GL as well. During perhaps the dealer's busiest week of the year, Don never dropped the ball, went above and beyond to make us happy, and even followed up on his day off - Sunday! A special thank you as well to Louis who prepped and detailed the car for us. The black exterior shines like glass. A true craftsman! There are several MB dealers closer to home but MB New Rochelle was worth the trip. We highly recommend Don Fisher and look forward to our next Benz purchase.

I was looking for a new car this year, I didn't want 2 Benz's so I went to Audi after speaking with a sales person I could see that we would not reach a conclusion, he called over the manager and the manager told me for the price range I was at I should go to Honda ( I was looking at a A4 for the pice they had advertised on their website). After visiting many other dealerships and running into all types of sales people I came back to her and got a 2015 C-class for cheaper with more options. David approached and we said we were just looking.Then Tom approached us,we told him our situation and he said they will do what ever possible to help us. David came back, we then test drove a 2015 C300 and fell in love with the car. Which actually sold its self.David was a very courteous,gracious,and very nice man. I had been interested in getting a Mercedes Benz for quite a while and coming to this dealership only reassured me that I made the right choice! I first met with a dealer named Christian and he guided me throughout the whole experience. I was very confused in the beginning about which model I wanted and he helped to narrow it down, ultimately finding the perfect car for me. I purchased the 2015 c300 sport sedan and I could not be happier with my choice. It's a completely redesigned model and a lot of the gadgets can be confusing, but Christian sat with me and reviewed every detail. He got me an amazing deal on this model, even better than what I expected walking in. He was very patient with me, especially in the beginning (I test drove what felt like 10 different models) and most importantly he is very easy to communicate with. He understands your needs and goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your choice. He even followed up after my purchase to make sure everything is working out. This has truly been a fantastic experience and I recommend anyone going to this dealership connect with Christian. Most dealers will do anything to make a deal no matter if your needs are met or not, but not Christian. He truly listens, works hard, and knows his stuff. I not only recommend this dealership, but I highly recommend this dealer!

I moved to the US recently and needed to close a deal for a car quickly. I had interacted with Raymond vide emails and calls while looking to close a deal. I visited the dealership prior to even getting my license with a view to block a CPO car. Andrew spent time understanding my requirements knowing fully well that I was not an eligible car buyer (since no license). Based on my likes and preferences he suggested a new CLA 250. I got my license and no surprise, landed up at the dealership (Andrew had maintained contact in the interim and I really appreciate that) on Friday afternoon having cleared my road test the same day in the morning. We moved through the paperwork quickly, MB New Rochelle was precise in asking what they wanted and that helped organize the paperwork better. On Monday, I had the confirmation that the car was ready for delivery, while sadly Andrew was out of action on health issues. Mr. Don Lee was looking into my case in Andrew's absence and I really felt no difference, he was completely updated on the case and knew exactly want had to be done. The check-out was really express and the attention received at the time of taking the delivery was perfect - professional, courteous and just right. If I am ever buying another Mercedes in the coming months, it would be at MB New Rochelle. Thanks to primarily to Andrew and to Don and Chris (who helped me with the car seat, didn't really have to) for making this experience a very positive one.

Beat 3 other Mercedes Benz dealer prices by a long shot....apparently the deal I wanted was "impossible" to get get according to other MB dealers but New Rochelle gave it to me in a heartbeat. They gave me a hassle free quote over the phone and didn't feed me any of that " I can get you a better price if you come to the showroom" garbage and within 1 hour I had my brand new glk 350. Everyone there was extremely polite and accommodating and went the extra mile to give me the best experience possible... They were even willing to drive to downtown manhattan to get the papers signed. If you want a mercedes, you would be crazy not to work with MB New Rochelle.

I expressed an interest to this dealer in leasing a new car via the internet at 9:30 in the morning. At 10:00 am I received a cal from Michael Longi.He listened to my needs and goals and called me back within 10 minutes with a great deal. (I had previously done some research with other dealers.)We took delivery of the new vehicle and turned in our old vehicle that same day. Total time to negotiate and finalize all details: about an hour and a half. Total time from initial contact to driving home a new car: about 4 hours.Could not be happier. Thank you Michael.

I just purchased my first Mercedes through Mercedes Benz of New Rochelle and the entire transaction process was excellent. Bob Lasagne and his team were great to work with from beginning to end. Bob has always been highly responsive to my emails and phone calls and he remains so today. There are other Mercedes dealerships closer to me (in CT) and I would return to Bob to buy another car without hesitation. I've also purchased cars from competitive brands in the past (e.g., BMW, Audi, etc.) and my experience with this dealership has, so far, far exceeded the quality of my experience in doing business with the competitor dealerships. I've purchased fantastic cars from other manufacturers only to be let down by my dealership experience. While I may choose a car based on its own merits its nice to find a dealership that works hard to bring its customers a well rounded, positive experience that doesn't end when they deliver the car to you. Life isn't without its hiccups but I feel like the dealership has always taken my concerns (as a customer) as paramount.

The employees at this Mercedes Benz dealership are incredibly polite, efficient and go above and beyond to deliver the best possible consumer experience.Don Fisher has helped me personally, in a situation in which the trunk of my mercedes broke down on the day of my daughter's birthday. I was planning to take my daughter and her friends to Playland, and as you can imagine my daughter was heartbroken. My husband brought the car to the dealership to see if it could be fixed quickly. Of course it was not an easy fix, but Don arranged for me to borrow a car (on such short notice), while my car was being repaired. Needless to say, he saved the day. In this day and age, when its difficult to even get a real person of the phone, and customer service just about everywhere, is absolutely horrible, he went out of his way to make my daughter's 10th birthday wishes come true. I look for direct and honest answers to save everyone time; they are not always easy to get. Michael was extremely responsive. He understood what I was looking for and got me the proper information without wasting any time. I was looking at a few options and he got me good prices on some and not as good on others. Through her determination and her tenacity she succeeded in obtaining the car I wanted (in the color I wanted) which led to my cancellation on a vehicle I had a deposit on at another dealership and directly led to my purchase at Pepes. In fact, I was to pick up the other car on the same day she called me with news that the Mercedes we discussed was available. I am someone who has always purchased new rather than used and I am loyal to the dealership I buy from for all my servicing needs (even after the 4-5 year coverage period ends and in spite of the constant ribbing from my friends who laugh that I pay dealership prices for even an oil change). I write this because I find it bad policy, if not poor taste, to charge a new customer that has just purchased a new car (paid in full) $50 for a tank of gas. Has not been my experience with any other dealership.

I was searching for a late model GL for several months. My search expanded beyond my Maryland base and I discovered Pepe Luxury Cars in New Rochelle, NY. I found Pepe via their website and quickly found 2 GLs with the features and model year we wanted but not Certified (CPO). While the initial price was above my target, I was able to negotiate a total package and Pepe CPOd the GL which met my requirements. Buying near the end of the month seems to help the deal.For those thinking about buying a car and not seeing it live or test driving it, CPO with Mercedes makes it an easier decision. It is a standard that all Mercedes dealers must meet. Pepe clearly delivered. Their staff was very supportive. The GL was near perfect upon arrival. The minor issues were quickly addressed. Pepe made the process easy and had a no pressure approach. While I did not need service, I did notice the service facilities were VERY clean and seemed to run well.If you are looking for a pre-owned or new Mercedes, expand you options and give Pepe a chance. Jeff Towson and Richie Russo made a big difference to purchase the GL at Pepe.This is the first time I have ever rated a dealership. It is also the only dealership I have ever been in with a doorman and a car elevator!!

In my thirty years of driving, I've purchased no less than fifteen cars, new and used. I have always found the experience of going to a dealership a miserable one. The sales staff would not entertain your inquiry about anything until they had every bit of information they were able to extract about you. The purpose of this resulted in relentless harassment and endless phone calls to force you to buy their brand of vehicle. Dealing with Tom and Leonardo was a pleasurable experience. I felt as if I were visiting two of my friends at their work place yet at the same time they were precise, forthcoming and honest in their work when I expressed interest in a particular vehicle. The entire experience was over a two or three day period. And on a lovely Friday afternoon, I drove away with my "new" Mercedes E350. But not before my wife took several photographs of me and my Mercedes with my two new friends, Tom and Leonardo. The only thought I had as I drove away with my dream car, was the next time I will be visiting Pepe Luxury Cars to buy my next Mercedes and hope that my friends Tom and Leonardo will be there to greet me. I have never felt comfortable going to a car dealership by myself to make a new car deal. I explained this to Leo Didonna when I was responding to Pepe's lease loyalty program I had received by mail. He introduced me to Michael Longhi and assured me I was in good hands. Right from the start I felt at ease, Michael walked me thru every detail. I felt confident in signing the new lease without hesitation. He kept me informed of when my new car would arrive, by phone calls and emails which was very helpful and convenient, due to my busy work schedule. I really can't say enough about Michael, he answered all of my questions, never made me wait for an answer or response, and just made me feel at ease that I made the right decision (especially since In the past I have always had a man come with me). I will, and have already recommended Pepe's and especially Michael Longhi & Leonardo Didonna. Interestingly, I was not planning to use Pepe's again for my new lease as I did not have great customer service from your sales(especially) and service dept in the past and at your other location. Truthfully, if I had not called and spoke with Leonardo Didonna I would not even be writing this review. I live in Greenwich CT and was planning to stay local. I'm so glad I kept an open mind and let Leo convince me I would be happy using Pepe's. Oh and I love love my new car!

After being contacted on the phone my wife was convinced by the internet phone salesperson Fabio that even though we had 5 lease payments to go and were over miles that Pepe motors could get us out of our lease and into a brand new car and keep the payment in our range. We were turned over to George Rudovic and he was very pleasant. I told him we were over miles with 5 payments to go but wanted to get into a new lease with as little money out of pocket as possible. George said he had a car with all the equipment we wanted in a color combination we liked. He worked up a payment and when I asked how much money out of pocket we would be he said tax (about $950 plus lic plate fees of approx $95. I had driven my current leased mercedes and they had my keys and access to the car all the time I was there. I was happy with the "deal" and gave a $500 deposit to hold the car as I had to speak to my wife. I called back 30 minutes later to schedule delivery. No call back for hours. I persisted and George finally got back to me but said he could not commit to a Saturday delivery until he spoke with the mgr and he would call me back by noon the following day.It's now 2pm the following day and when I called the dealer they said George was not in that day. We had faxed our credit app and all relevant papers by 8am in the morning as per George's instructions. Something did not feel right. Finally I asked to speak with the sales mgr and was then told George was on his way in and would call me. When he called me he starts with "sorry the 2012 car we wrote up was actually not in inventory at the time we made our deal but because it was our mistake we'll make you the same deal on a new 2013." Yes just $2800 out of pocket and you pay the overmiles! What!! Why all the extra money out of pocket? Oh, $1000 bank fee that all goes to MB. Really? We had never discussed that. He claims we did but we did not. Also we never discussed the overmiles!! That was the first thing I mentioned. That was why we wanted to terminate our lease early. Then he says let me see what I can do with the bank fee. We can give it to you at cost $795. Huh? I thought it all went to MB? When we did lease a car the next day we found out the bank fee was $595. Caveman car sales tactics! And I told them I had worked as a car salesman years ago (I really did). How they thought this type of bait and switch was going to work I cannot fathom.

I do not recommened Michael Longi as a sales representative. Not only is he terrible at returning phone calls, but he took our deposit for a particular vehicle and sold the vehicle to someone else. How does that happen? I have no idea but I do NOT recommend him as a sales rep. Once the vehicle had gotten sold he failed to tell us but instead had his manager call us 4 days later to report the news.

I would like to thank Bobby Crosby for being a great and calm individual with me (and my finace)when i went to Pepe. Bobby Crosby is incredible. He has to be the nicest and most genuine salesman I have ever met! He was cordial, polite, very customer service oriented - but was quick on his feet and got things done for me in a timely fashion. He sold me a certified benz (with some bells and whistles too:-) and exercised extreme patience with me (I can be a bit neurotic when it comes to big purchases). He worked with me for a few weeks to ensure I was completely satisfied with my every need re the vehicle (i came in for another but ended up with the one I REALLY wanted). Bobby demonstrated the highest level of attentiveness, courtesy and responsiveness - and overall, a genuine understanding of human nature. He understood this is a big purchase and regardless of the mercedes brand, he took the time to explain why the car model I purchased was a great opportunity BUT also took the time to give me some space and time for my husband and I to think about it. To be honest, if it weren't for Bobby's genuine understanding and patience (never pushing me), and high level of customer service (responsive, attentive, courteous) he provided us, I wouldn't have stayed with MB of Larchmont. I was prepared to go down the block to a leading competitor. I truly am appreciative of Bobby Crosby's qualitative salesmanship and highly recommend he be the person to go to if you are interested in purchasing a mercedes. You can rest assured he won't blow you any smoke, make you feel cheap or unworthy, and I can guarantee he won't make you feel like you are crazy if you can't decide on a specific exterior color!

Overall experience was good. I did not give a excellent rating because of the ususal auto dealership pre-purchase price haggle negotiations. The car, a pre-owned C300, although in fine condition, had over a thousand more miles than I was originally told, delivery was delayed due to a make ready mix up and I need to go back for the manuals, the second key, and floor mats, which were mistakenly not provided at the time of delivery.

The service, quality and coordination at this dealership was phenomenal. Tom Fatato was my salesman who was very professional, and very in tune to my needs for the vehicle selection. He found the vehicle that I wanted with the options that I was interested in. Tom Fatato was by far the best car salesperson I have ever encountered. He was respectful, patient, and kind. He took the time to answer every single question I had, and to say I had "a lot of questions" would be an understatement. He was also more than willing to show me every car/option I asked to see. He even took the time to demonstrate all of the options, ie: navigation, bluetooth, etc. My favorite part about dealing with Tom, was that I never once felt an ounce of pressure. If he offered me something and I said I did not want it--that was it. No pressure, and he never made me feel guilty about saying, "No". Better yet...no guilty feeling for saying, "YES" to my 2011 Mercedes--for once, I purchased a vehicle with no pressure. If you are looking for a pleasant buying experience, Mercedes-Benz of Larchmontis the way to go. Ask for Tom Fatato--he won't disappoint you. What brought me into the dealership at first was the prompt and courteous service from Mark Koenig relative to an internet inquiry of a CPO 2008 E350. Mr. Koenig had called me minutes subsequent to the request just processed through the internet. When I visited the dealership, Mr. Koenig then introduced me to sales associate Bobby Crosby who patiently explained all the options of the vehicle I was interested in test driving. Following the test drive, I returned to the dealership with a trade-in vehicle to which Mr. Koenig diligently inspected. Subsequent to the inspection, Mr. Koenig offered a fair market value for my trade without a hassle. I completed my transaction with Mr. Crosby who was very friendly and accommodating in completing my transaction. I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family and certainly return again in the future for my next MB purchase. Keep up the great work gentlemen!

Not only were both Sergio and Robert unbelievably personable, but they really understood what my husband and I wanted out of a vehicle for our family. Saftey was the most important factor in why we chose a mercedes. Sergio helped us pick out the best vehicle for what we wanted to spend. Me and my wife purchased a new 2011 C300 4Matic. We have several reasons for giving the ratings we gave Sergio Derpinski and Mercedes-Benz of Larchmont. The first reason was that we originally came in to buy our old C-Class lease but ended up walking out with a great new car. We were able to get a great deal on the new C300 4Matic. Before coming to Mercedes-Benz of Larchmont we visited two other Mercedez-Benz dealers. The biggest difference at this dealership was the care and personal attention we received from Sergio Derpinski. In every transaction taken Sergio took the burden upon himself to make sure that we had to go thru as little effort as possible. Sergio was very approachable with every question we had and even weeks later he is still helpful with every new question we have about our new car. Overall a very positive experience. Tom was very courteous and professional during the whole process that was extremely quick. There was not much haggling over the price or amenities as they were willing to negotiate and work on getting a deal done. Other dealerships that we visited were not as willing to work with us on closing the deal. When we went to pickup the vehicle there were a couple of issues with the car that were taken care of ASAP and very professionally.

Having been in the sales industry myself (private planes), I am quite aware of sales industry and I cannot be more impressed with the level of customer service at Mercedes Benz of Larchmont. Our sales representative, Emilio Alonso had originally helped me with the purchase of my first Mercedes at the Larchmont dealership - I had a previous Mercedes from another dealership. He is top notch. He is upfront, friendly, courteous, patient and informative. All the characteristics of a great salesman. In addition to Emilio Alonso, I have to note as well that the receptionists do a very fine job and I thought that the financial representative, Michael was a pleasure to deal with as well. This is why I returned to Mercedes Benz of Larchmont and I will do again in the future.

The dealership is of a nice size, not too small for choice but not too large either so what personal service still exists. A big plus is the Service department, which way better than what we experienced with other dealer/service departments (BMW, Land Rover).Dealing with the dealer was easy, pleasant and straightforward, not time was wasted and they took care of everything and beyond for my purchase.

The Larchmont dealership really is superb. We had been looking for a CPO ML 350 - we looked and did our homework and honestly this dealer had a large inventory. The price was great and so was the service. My husband and I don't usually like dealing with car dealers, mostly due to the reputation most have for running around potential clients. When the time came for us to sell my SLK280 roadster, we were both dreading having to go into any dealership. However from the minute we started working with Emilio Alonso and Mark Koenig of the Mercedes Larchmont Dealership, it was like night and day. First of all, they didn't beat around the bush or make us feel like they wanted to get the better of us. They gave us a VERY fair deal on my car for a trade-in value, and a great price on a used Mercedes. There was no haggling or unnecessary discussion. We had done our research, and Mark was incredibly upfront with us on cost. The entire time they were both courteous and funny and great to deal with. I always picked up the phone when Emilio called, which said a lot for him - usually I let a lot of calls go to voicemail. They really went OVER and BEYOND to get us into a new car. I would absolutely deal with them again, and would recommend them highly to anyone. I also want to add that when I wanted a couple things fixed (a mark on one of the mats), it was no problem. Emilio took care of it immediately and at no cost to me. Emilio made me feel like a valued client, which I think is one of the great things of working with Mercedes Larchmont. Very positive experience!

The dealership and my salesperson is focused on meeting the needs of the client. When there is a question about the car, the service department and my salesperson is very quick to respond. I find the hours of the dealership good for someone that works and need to occasionally be able to drop a car early or bring the car in on a Saturday.

I was checking prices and inventory on the internet. I knew I wanted a CPO E Class car and drove to a few different dealerships to see the cars. I found one vehicle that had the particular features I desired on the internet so I went to Larchmont to inquire on this vehicle. As soon as I arrived Emilio Alonso came to greet me. I asked Emilio to show me the car. While he was showing me the car, he also had my C Class trade in appraised. I'm very happy to say that not only did I receive a very generous trade in price, we negotiated a very good price on the new (to me) E class too.I'm a very particular person and I always strive to get my money's worth. There were a few cosmetic issues with the car and this is what sets Emilio apart from other car dealers I've dealt with in the past. He worked with me to identify the issues I found and communicated this to his manager. He made sure that everything was taken care of and the car would be in the condition I expected. He went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisifed. I would definitely buy another car from Emilio and would not hesitate to recommend him and the dealership to anyone looking for a Mercedes Benz.

Jay Criss went out of his way to make sure I was fully satistified with my decision to purchase my car. He did not leave me with any questions unanswered and that did not end after I signed on the dotted line and gave them my money. He has made himself fully available to me at anytime no matter what my issue has been with my car. Even service appointments, he has stepped right in and made sure I was fully satisified. I resently hit a pothole and got a flat tire, I called Jay Criss from the side of the road and he made sure I was taken care of from that moment until I drove my car out of the dealership in perfect condition. I feel that Jay has gone well out of his way then any "car salesman" ever has in my experiences. He really makes you feel like part of a mercedes "family". I have never been a car person or knew much about them, just what looked nice. Recently I happen to be at a social event when Sue Silverman and I started talking. Of course we talked about what we did for a living, and as it turns out, I was very interested in what she had to say. I am in the process of looking for a new car and knew nothing about Mercedes. As we talked more and more, I found her to be extremely knowledgable about cars in general, and of course the Mercedes. By the end of our conversation, I found myself very interested in taking a look and learning more about them. I actually never thought I could afford one, but after speaking with her, it is definitely in our budget. Ther service was great antony hopper really know what he is ding honestly he should get a rise but thats just me .I have know him since manhattan hopefully he never leaves then i will have to go where he goes.My truck had come in for service and he had mentioned that a couple other thing had gone wrong to it ,personally he will also let you know if something is really needed or just wasting your money and i like that not to many dealership let you know that.

Bob Lasagna made leasing my new vehicle when my existing lease expired a very easy and painless experience. He was very knowledgeable and made sure that the vehicle met my needs. I spent less time leasing this vehicle than I have ever spent at a dealership before. It was extremely convenient and I will lease another vehicle from him when this lease expires.

I went into Mercedes Benz of Larchmont for my yearly service. I was greeted by a friendly staff and quickly help by my service advisor. Anthony was so knowledgable and helpful. He explained the service in great detail and my loaner car was all set up as we finished up. The loaner was clean and gassed and I was on my within 15 minutes of first driving in. The service director Keith was in the service drive when I came to pick up and greeted me and asked if I was being helped. He had the valet Patrick bring up my vehicle and it was cleaned and vacuumed. I paid at Anthony's desk and was on my way. It was a great experience and would highly recommend Mercedes Benz of Larchmont to friends and family. They won me over! Keep up the great work. P.S. they are building a brand new dealership and it looks great in the pictures.

I have a 2006 ML350 that only has 46k miles up on it and has ALWAYS been serviced at this location. The 4 year warranty expired at the end of 2009 and in Feb of 2010 it was determined by Merc Benz of Larchmont that the balance shaft gear was broken - and the wanted $5,500.00 to repair it. When I researched this I found that the balance shaft gear issue was a known one with this particular vehicle so when I went back to them asking why they didn't repair when it was still under warranty and when they knew that it would break they decided to bring the price down to $1,000.00!!Now comes May 2010 when the vehicle is due another service and I pay 1,687.09 for service along with new brakes (again).Then on Oct 3rd 2010 the SUV up and dies about an hour from where I live so I have to pay $300 to get it towed to this dealershit.So on Tuesday they finally call me and tell me that I need a new transmission and that it will cost $6,500.00 to fix (and probably tax's on top of that, he did not specify). I called AMMCO (transmission specialists) and they quoted me $2,400 plus tax over the phone with a 1 year/12k mile warranty (which stays with the car even if you sell it) and they towed it for free to their shop. Anyway, when they actually checked out the car they told me good news - that in fact the transmission was fine and that it was the front drive shaft that had broken and would cost under $1,000.00 to repair!!!! Yippee - great service with Jesus at their Larchmont location!So, all in all this tells you exactly what Mercedes Benz of Larchmont is like, not a very honest dealership. So my advice - do your homework, hopefully not all Mercedes Benz dealerships are like this but that was my experience.
