This was our last stop of the way home having been to the Lexus, Acura, and Nissan dealerships and frankly there was not going to be a new car for us! Lots of double talk and you must buy this car, today! Then we stopped, at Mercedes-Benz of Noth Palm Beach. This, by far, was an over the top experience. Salesman was knowledgeable but not pushy. Helped us to compare models, pros and cons for our needs not what was the best sale for the dealership, that day. Within an hour we had purchased a new car. When we returned to pick-up the car, all the paperwork was ready for signatures and the car was awaiting us, outside. That would have been enough but there was more, a very tech-savvy young man slid into the backseat and proceed to gives us hands on instruction for operating the technology, in the car. An hour later, yes, we are slow to learn we left with the dealership with the techs card in hand in case we needed an additional tutorial, which indeed we did when we tried to program the garage opener. We have been back for other issues and the service continues to be first rate. Bravo Mercedes-Benz of North Palm Beach, you have made a friend for life and hopefully others after having read this review.

EXCELLENT my Service Assistance manager Paul Kotkin, was exceptional with his customer service. First greeted like, a family member, reviewed my vehicle current and updated needs and requirements. This was the first time, visiting here. Paul pointed out that their was a free service upgrade from Mercedes, and it would take about 30 minutes to complete. the estimated time to do the entire work was 1.5 - 2 hours, this was exact, 1.75 hours to complete, and I was updated about every 30 minutes on the repair status, how could you ask for more. The estimate was 100% on point, and not a penny more. I would say that Between Paul and Mercedes Benz of North Palm Beach, they were exceptional with Customer care, and he service being preformed. I also strolled around and ran into David House, a sales consultant, and I had the pleasure to walk around with him, and some of the newer models, and the latest safety features being offered on the 2016 and 2017 Mercedes Benz's. My over all experience is well over a five star, for customer service, the service being preformed and at point on cost. I want to take this time to thank the entire staff at Mercedes Benz of North Palm Beach, very clean and an enjoyable experience.

Just bought a 2017 E300 from David House. It was the best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. David is incredibly knowledgeable and personable. No pressure at all. The other staff members we encountered were all courteous and friendly. We will definitely purchase cars from him in the future and recommend him highly!

I was looking to purchase a pre owned 2104-2105 S550. We waited for someone to come out and no one ever did. They were not busy at all. I guess I did not fit there profile of someone who could afford a Mercedes. We visited other dealers down south and were treated wonderfully.

Mercedes Benz of NPB, FL has proven to be the best experience I've ever had with leasing/buying a car. Not only do I love my GLE 350 but what sold me actually was the dealer experience I had with Mike Eagen. Follows through and really takes care of you even after the sale. Ashley in customer service took care of me too. Don't know why I'd consider ever driving anything else again.

I have had my MB S Coupe serviced at MB of NPB through the winter season. Ashley is the consummate professional, and her responsiveness and attention to detail is superb. Michael Alvarez took the time with each service visit to explain exactly what was done to my vehicle, and the repair quality was fantastic. I would not hesitate to recommend this team to any Mercedes owner seeking a personalized, high level experience. They are great!

Firstly, excellence is the quality that is, sadly, in short supply in this world. Which is why it is so powerful and impressive when you come across it; especially, when you come across it unexpectedly. Secondly, while driving a brand new car is, certainly, pleasant, the process of buying a new car is, typically, not an enjoyable experience by any stretch of the imagination. I'm here to share that I have experienced excellence and actually enjoyed the process of selecting and purchasing my new Mercedes at the Mercedes of North Palm Beach, all due to one person - Justin Brown. From the very first handshake to the moment I drove off of their lot, everything worked perfectly. Justin had great attitude, was polite and attentive, but never aggressive or pushy. He knew the product, was available to answer any questions, and helped me pick the best car with perfect options. Finally, he got me an excellent price (I checked), and the negotiation was earnest and quick, without any games or gimmicks. What more can you ask for?

We just purchased our 5th car from North Palm. We've had all of the luxury brands and dealt with dealers all around South Florida. MB North Palm is the best. They treat with you respect. They don't play games. They value your time. They get to know you and want to establish a long term relationship. Dan Diamond, the new GM, is a pro. We bought several cars from him at his last dealership and he is a man of unmatched integrity. Our salesperson, Frank Vaccaro is pleasure to work with. He makes the whole buying experience easy and has everything ready for you at the time of delivery. Rosana in Finance makes the paperwork so easy to understand and we were in and out within an hour!Can't say enough good things about this dealership.
