If you're reading this, you probably have a Benz, which means you're already making smart decisions about the vehicle you drive, so you probably don't need to read this review. You know that a dealership typically has vastly superior resources, trainings, tools, diagnostic equipment, etc., than all but the very best private shops. You also know that you're probably going to be asked to pay a premium for best-in-class service at the dealership- we're not breaking any new ground in this review, right? If you can afford the dealership's prices, you should be taking your Benz to your dealer for maintenance. It's axiomatic to note that the dealer is going to know their vehicles better than a private shop, so you get the best techs, salesfolx, and mechanics working on your car. That matters to me because value doesn't always mean paying the cheapest price. Here, it means knowing the team will do the job right, with the right tools, and the right materials, and take excellent care of the car you rely on to keep you safe and get you to work. If you can't afford the dealership's prices, no shame there. Get on youtube and learn how to change your own oil. Maybe switch it up so that you perform your own service A but take it into the shop for the B, or vice versa. At least once a year, you're going to want to have someone from Benz under your car and poking around. Remember that these people see the same cars every day- and understand that there's profound value when the voice of experience speaks. Leverage that to keep your car in great shape through its lifespan.

This place is full of sales people that have no idea about their product and service is down the toilet. They had the audacity to tell me to come from North Bay about a car that they didn’t have. Then they tried to sell me what I didn’t want, but their sales manager come to sell me a car from a dealership in so cal with a $10,000 mark up because of current demand for a large SUV. When I asked him if he was serious, he said Toyota are charging $500 more for a Corolla. So his dealership is also having a mark up of prices if demand is high. Don’t come here if you’re looking for a quality service, with knowledgeable sales staff and honest service.

Horrible service! I drop my car off at 8:30 am to have B service done while at work. No call with any updates, I call at 3:00 pm they tell me the service advisor is going to call back. Nothing! I am so angry, I can not finish this. I will never take my car to this dealership. I am not even sure if they completed all the work on the invoice.

I came in with a question about my key fob. The parts employee helped me with some questions and reassured me the keyfob was still working. The service was excellent.
