Had to remove my 5 stars that I gave them days after I purchased my car there. It was supposed to a great experience since it’s a MERCEDES BENZ DEALER wrong! I took my certified car for a check up 3 different occasions since it was making a strange noise. I was told all 3 times it was a normal noise in the hood and no needed to inspection. Well I went back with more issues and now they said my guarantee was expired! And all of this sudden they found issues and it was going to cost me $$$. I took my car before the guarantee expired to make sure everything was good. And once expired! Lots of issues. I was treated very disappointed because they didn’t honor or helped me. They actually ask me to pay 60% of the total repairs and they would cover the rest! Really???? Very disappointed with the way I was treated! The service manager was very disrespectful with us. And I won’t buy or encourage anyone to purchase a car here. They say it a certified car no issues and their lying! Issues with the air bags as well. This was one of the messages from Chris Nelson trying to negotiate something that I was trying to let them know All this time that I had my guarantee, they never found anything until my guarantee expired. Jonathon and Yogi were awesome!! Jonathon was our salesman and let me tell you, he was excellent! Jonathon was very knowledgeable, friendly, kind, up front and made our buying experience so easy! I hope Jonathon will still be there in four years when we buy our next Mercedes. We even had lunch for my whole family, all four of us, very cool. Yogi made sure he was in touch throughout the buying process and that was very nice. All in all, top level experience we had buying our beautiful Mercedes!!

On Friday, my tire had a nail pierced and I went to Mercedes-Benz Ontario. They told me that my tire could not be repaired and needed to be replaced with a new one. But they didn’t have a tire and they needed it the next day. I couldn’t wait so I went to the American tires. Tell me that my tires can be repaired and do not need to be replaced. I think American tires are professional, but I believe Mercedes-Benz Ontario is also professional, so I also believe that Mercedes-Benz Ontario is lying to me. If I don’t repair it, I need to spend $432 but I am in the American Tire didn't pay any money I will report this to the headquarters. I hope people will consult more before repairing tires.
