The service at Mercedes Orland Park was simply outstanding. I had the pleasure of working with Nick to custom build a G550. I would ask for him anyone considering Mercedes- his communication was consistent and clear throughout the whole process. All the minuscule details were adhered to and explained in full detail. He truly provided unmatched customer service- very personable and professional. Cannot recommend enough!

The staff is very courteous and professional I wouldn’t have it no other way … they are like family you should get to know them! They take care of your vehicle like it’s their own and definitely take care you like you are family always taking one step further to satisfy their customers I know because I’ve seen it with my own eyes … been a customer for 20 plus yrs. , I’ve also experienced them with new customers I’ve recommended to them. Bought a new 450 GLS in January and in May the left 3rd row seat stopped working. Took the car in for service in June and they said they fixed it, but when received car back, it still was not working. In July, noticed right rear tire losing pressure consistently, and since I purchased the tire warranty, scheduled service again for both the tire and 3rd row seat. Car was picked up on Monday, and today, Thursday, I finally get a call that they will need to order a new frame for 3rd row seat AND a new tire, since there is a nail in it. It took Mercedes Benz Orlando 3 days, and at least 6 calls to my service technician, Eugene Velazquez, to inform me that not only did they not fix my car, but 3 days later, they now have to order parts. The seat I can sort of understand -- but 3 days for a tire! That's a bit ridiculous. This is at best, mediocre service, and complicated by the fact that my service technician never answers his phone or text messages. Next time around, I'll insist on someone else, hoping this review will prompt him to do a better job for other MB owners. Never hurts to try. I'm still waiting on a firm date for when the service will be completed...a two-star review for MB Orlando if they can do the work and return the car by tomorrow (Friday), having taken 4-days to find a nail in a tire and order a part for something they should have seen in May when the problem presented itself. I think they all can do much better - at least that's my expectation for a Mercedes Benz.

This is by far the greatest customer service experience I have ever had. They came and towed my vehicle at no cost to me also provided a Uber for me to get home. They also got me a replacement key at the speed of lightning. When I picked my vehicle up it was waxed and washed. I Love Mercedes Benz Orland Park from beginning to the end they made sure I was satisfied and back behind the wheel!

Nick Garvey is an exceptional salesperson! He has a great personality, and was super knowledgeable about the type of Mercedes I wanted. He was able to deliver the exact make/model and color, while keeping me within my requested price range. Nick made the process very easy, and set everything up on my car prior to me leaving including my bluetooth connection. He also offered me a another date of my choice for a personal tutorial to go over my vechicle if i had any additional questions. I was extremely impressed that I have met a salesperson I can always refer, and do business with in the future!

The customer service is soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo bad. I got the live chat and the attitude is like they just don't want to sell this car or no, you can't buy this car. I spend like 10 mins talk to the customer service and finally inform that they do sell their car outside the states.

I saw this car on the internet and called them, talked to them (Brad) about the car, arrived at a price and car was delivered to Mitchell Indiana in a covered trailer. I received excelled service from them, car was exactly as described and I purchased the car without seeing it and at a very good price. I would purchase another car if needed. Great service
