Work with Car Sales Associate Michael Rose . What a fantastic experience. As I Live near the border of Massachusetts. Mike and I have been in communication threw out the process of making the best deal possible for the benefit of owning this truck. He assured it was in immaculate condition. It was above great grade indeed it is. I went for the ride almost 2:45hr drive. Most of all I was impressed with what I seen . It was more than my expectations. Not just that It was detailed properly. Michael was generous and answered any questions and concerns. I had never doubted his answer they were all truthfully & honest. The price couldn’t be BEAT.!! It's such a easy 5 star review for me. Got my new Mercedes with Brandon. He has been super understanding and tries his best to get me the best deal. He put great effort in making sure clients have a great experience. Also shout out to David W at finance department for making things easy to get a new car. highly recommended!

You can always tell the value of a dealership by the service dept. Let's be honest after the sale that's going to be when you need them to step up to the task at hand. While this $120,000 vehicle is still under Warranty, it was not purchased here . Now that I live here I certainly was looking for a closer dealership for a relationship with for both sales and service. I don't think that this one is it. I made an appointment online to bring my S 560 in for service as both rear struts seem to have failed at 6000 miles. Upon arrival no one greeted me in the service bay for 10 minutes while I stood next to my vehicle. So much for appointments. I had asked several times since making the appointment about a loaner and it went unanswered and finally told no. My car sat there Tues and Wednesday and was finally looked at on Thursday and I was advised that BOTH rear struts would need replacement. I texted back about securing a loaner vehicle and it went unanswered until Friday morning when I was advised no loaner and Parts will be coming next week. Why make appointments and then not look at vehicle until the 3rd day ..... look at it Tuesday, order parts customer has car back probably by Friday with minimal inconvenience to them. Not everyone should own a Mercedes Benz Franchise if they are unable to deliver the Mercedes Customer Experience at all levels specifically AFTER the sale... Customer acquisition and retention are the lifeblood of the automotive business. Thankfully there is another Mercedes Dealer near me who has assured me that they deliver what I expect from this prestigious brand and they already look forward to selling me my next two vehicles soon.

Andrew Franco and the Paramus Mercedes Benz team are the best. Andrew is extremely experienced, customer focused and has a do whatever it takes attitude. He was able to quickly quote me an amazing price for my new car lease, which was well below all competitors. Andrew professionally and efficiently handled all the finance and return details making the leasing process the smoothest I’ve ever seen. I highly recommend Andrew if you’re looking for a new Mercedes Benz. Also, kudos to general manager Michael Mutter who supported Andrew’s efforts. A wonderful competent and nice team! Don’t think of going anywhere else!

I’ve always been a customer of Mercedes Benz of Manhattan for many years, but given all of the recent drama with inventory (shortage of conductor chips, back orders etc), I had to broaden my horizon and check out another dealership. I worked with leasing/retention manager Melissa Lee who was extremely savvy, knowledgeable and just knew how to get the job done. She was the perfect combo of great attitude and lots of experience. She Immediately laid out the best options for my budget and style preferences. Within an hour or two I was ready to lock in on my new vehicle. It was clear that Melissa gave all of her clients first class treatment. While there, other clients showed up to pick up their vehicles and made it quite clear that they were very happy with Melissa’s service. I knew I was in good hands! You either have it or you don’t and Melissa has it!
