I bought a used 2012 CLS 550 from another retailer and it had 45 days until the factory warranty expired. I took it to Mercedes of Pompano to have a few things looked at. Matt was my Service Representative and he made sure his team went through the car with a fine toothed comb. I requested better pricing and got a price by email that was exactly what I wanted. I most appreciate the fast, hassle free negotiation by email. After I received my cost estimate I shopped around for other options and found only a small difference in price. I went in with an estimate of my cost and came out with a lower price with the same quality Mercedes products. To be able to say this is not normal for car service is an understatement. They were able to pass the savings on to my bottom line. I know this is not a common practice but being retired, every savings is a blessing. I required brakes and four new tires. The car rides so much smoother. Thanks Mercedes of Pompano for a smooth ride and a smoother price.

I never been so disappointed with any other diler I have my car there over 3 months and still no don't yet mihey was the sales representative ho take over my problem about my car and he never take seriously my problems and even I have too talk about it with he's boss and her tell me she will make sure the job get done quick as possible and I have to wait 4 more weeks and I have too call her again to see what happens and she even have no idea what have to bee done however if you and you insurance have to spend over 17k to fix your car you spect better service!!!I will never again will be bringing my car there again not even for regular service!!!!!Thanks mihey and his boss Ailed Riberol

I had issues with tire pressure and emptying key battery on my 1-year old Mercedes Benz C300. The pressure issue was caused by a nail. The tire had to be replaced. Because it was my second issue with tires on my car The dealership took care of the installation cost and miscellaneous charges. Bradley Markoff, my service advisor, was very knowledgeable, friendly and communicated the issues promptly and clearly.I can only recommend the dealership and Bradley.

Bought a used vehicle told they would FedEx plates the next business day; nothing ever arrived and temporary tags expired so can not drive the car. Lots of money to spend on something that I can't drive. After they take your money no help at all with solving the issue or getting an extension on temporary tags.

There are so many reasons I would recommend this dealer! I sent in an inquiry and they were great about contacting me right away! When I arrived there was a gentlemen at the door that was so polite, and pointed me in the right direction to find Chip. Chip was the best to work with to get my new car! He was very friendly, and patient while we test drove a few different cars. At first they did not have the model in the color, and options that I wanted so I left, but I was so happy when they called me back to tell me they found the perfect one for me (and fast!) When I came back that same day the gentlemen that had greeted me earlier said "Your back again, good to see you here" which was nice to see that he remembered me! This is a great reflection of the way this dealer is run that everyone is so customer service oriented. Chip got me the car I wanted and worked so hard to make sure I was able to get the car of my dreams! He kept communicating with me through the whole process, and made it a much more relaxed situation (since buying a car can be stressful). I can not express how grateful I am for my experience! I will recommending everyone to go to this dealership and work with Chip and will continue to go back and work with him myself in the future.

He was professional, friendly and warm from start to finish. I recently purchased a car. The car is beautiful and i like it a lot. I live out of town so i bought it off pictures, what the sales associate told me about the car. She gave me a service record showing all the services the car had done previous to me buying it. Once the car was shipped out here and i took it off the carriers truck it was making a noise. I called and spoke with my sales associate and she assured me it was nothing the car was just serviced prior to me buying. I took it to the Mercedes dealership just to have it checked. They told me it was the belt tightener and sheave pulley. Usually I wouldn't care because the car was sold as is but the dealership just changed the serpentine belt prior to me buying it. Which means they either didn't put the belt tensioner and sheave pulley together properly or they knew it was broken and didn't want to fix it. Again if it was a new issue and they didn't touch it prior i wouldn't care. But it not and I emailed them a copy of the invoice asking to see if i can be reimbursed. I spoke with the sales associated and asked if the James Mullen/sales manager can call me and even sent him a email on 01/15/2016 and he still no response. Its 10 days and i have got a response. I guess this is how they do business once they receive your money

This is by far the best place to buy your vehicles from! I just bought a C-class from Vincenzo Pintone and I must say he was phenomenal to work with. Never had such a great service in the shortest amount of time, I've always questioned the fact that besides having an appointment a person had to spend the whole day in the service lounge at a dealership while their car was being worked on. I think people at Pompano Mercedes Benz had finally figured it out, and realized that service doesn't have to take forever to be good or great. April 25 ,2015 my husband purchased a used BMW 750 LI from this dealer. The sales person was very helpful until we signed the papers. Since we live in Michiagan we decided to leave the car in Florida for a month and have a relative drive it just to make sure there is nothing major wrong with it since there was a 30 day bumper to bumper warranty on the car. Oh ,, And there was. The dealer tried to hide the problems so my husband took it to a BMW dealer near by and got close to $7000.00 estimate on it. At first they tried to cover that up and finding excuses but when my husband got a bit loud they agreed to fix it It took them more then 3 weeks to get it done and when we took it home there's still problems with it. We have called every one there any manager we could get and left messages but no returned call from anyone. Not even the general manger John. I have seen a low class dealer but this one tops it... Once they took your money they want nothing to do with you We had to go back to Florida twice to pickup our car which cost us a ton of extra money .Run from this dealer as far as you can If the general manager is unprofessional don't expect any better treatment from the rest of the dealer. They don't deserve any stars!!!

I live in the Florida Keys. So, pretty much everything is done over the internet. When I was in the market for a new car I did my homework, read all the reviews, watched all the videos and asked friends about the new car I chose. I'm tall so size is a concern. Since I hadn't driven in over 5 years due to medical conditions I asked a friend to check out the new CLA-250. Not enough leg room he said. But I should look at the 2015 C300. Totally restyled. I picked out the colors and options and proceeded to shop online. There are three other MB dealers between me and Pompano. All with good reputations. But no one answered the questions I presented or found the car I wanted. I expanded my search to include Pompano/Palm Beach. Merisol Cruz, the internet rep from Pompano called within minutes of my query. By the afternoon she had found the car. By the following morning I had a firm price. She was friendly, professional, and courteous throughout the sale. We arranged to have the car delivered in four days. My driver took me to Pompano where Merisol had all the players (finance, managers, etc.) waiting. Everything was explained to my satisfaction. The deal was done. Car was immaculate. And they made me feel special.The drive back to the Keys (about 95 miles) was to be my baptismal under fire. I hadn't gotten 1/2 hour South on the Turnpike and a large truck dumped some good size stones on the roadway. Right hood and right A pillar took the brunt. Scratch on the hood and good sized dent in the pillar. I notified Marisol. Service and body shop were alerted and a mere three days after the original delivery the professionals at Pompano MB had the car looking like new.Every step of the way was handled properly. I've been in service related business for 55 years and know when something is done right. Well done Merisol and the rest of the Pompano Beach Mercedes-Benz family.

A bit more on the trade-in, ridiculously smooth financing, and only a small wait (by car buying standards) for all the red tape to be dealt with and off I drove with a gorgeous (almost) new car with more bells and whistles than I could have hoped for. Since the car we were going to purchase was for her, and she was not sure which make of car she wanted, she told Robert and that she was going to test drive two other makes before making a decision. This has been the worst car shopping experience ever. Thats all i can say, i would never recommend a friend of mine to Mercedes Benz Pompano. If you are planning to buy a used car from them, think twice. They are very nice when selling you the car, but once the car is sold to you, its not the same. I expected better quality service since its a MERCEDES BENZ dealership. Im very disappointed.

My buying experience was truly a consumers dream from start to finish and beyond, with follow-up calls to ensure all was in order. Russ Kerr, the Internet Sales Manager, was the most discerning professional one could have asked for. Accurate, expeditious and most helpful, even the most minute details were taken care of. Second time leasing from this dealer and it was, again, a simple and pleasant process. They reached out as my lease was expiring with an opportunity to terminate a little early which was a good option for me. Current lease program was very similar to prior one and they had in inventory precisely the car I was looking for. Salesperson from last time was still there and still pleasant and easy to work with. Left with new car that night, a happy customer, again.

I recently purchased a pre owned SL550. When the car arrived by truck it had some issues. I sent pictures. MB of Pompano and Russ Kerr never wavered on their committment to have the car repaired to my complete satisfaction! This dealership truly is a class act and I would recommend buying a car from them. My wife and I just leased a Mercedes from this dealership. Our sales person, David Einhorn, was absolutely professional and found us the best possible deal. In addition, he bared with us almost the whole day since we were looking at different models, as well as insurance quotes. Bottom line, if you are looking for exemplary customer service, dedication and a personal touch, Mr. Einhorn is your man. We were impressed by his overall friendliness, competence and level of courtesy. Whenever you buy or lease a Mercedes or really any other car of that caliber you expect a certain level of customer service and courtesy. Mr. Einhorn delivered on all of those and we will definitely come back to him. We required a lot of hand-holding since this was the first time my wife and I leased a car together, and he was very patient and went above and beyond what many would have done in his place. I have been in sales all my life so I know how difficult it can be at times. Now with some of our econmic low climate it's even more difficult. This dealership impressed me right from the begining with a salesman name Phillip Moody had never met him just spoke on phone and asked him to call me when a good used mercedes came in. I told him I'm not ready now but in near future. Phillip never forgot me, he would call maybe every few months just to say hi and say if I needed any info just call. This was impressive. Now after 2 years I was ready and remembered how professional he was. Bought a beauty at Pompano Mercedes. From begining to end they were tops I am looking forward to a very long relationship with this dealership! The best part is that the cars are all inside to veiw. Deception! I went in to see the vehicle after confirming that it was still available, but when I arrived I was told a salesman accidentally took the keys home. I was told the vehicle would be driven to my house later in the week for a test drive, but that never happened due to a variety of excuses. Neither the salesman nor the Internet sales rep were very responsive after my visit even though they were very quick to reply to my inquiries beforehand. At the end of the week, I finally got a sales manager to admit that the vehicle had been sold a few days earlier. For some reason they wanted to keep me on the hook for a week instead of informing me that the vehicle wasn't available. Perhaps I was their fallback option in case the other deal fell through. In the end they tried to sell me a similar vehicle that was a year older, $4000 more, and in a color that I was not interested in. Wow! I didn't expect the cliched old school "Used Car Salesman" schtick at a Mercedes dealership. I had much better luck at the nearby Infiniti dealership in Coconut Creek.

Me and my wife came to buy a 2007 Toyota Camry but don't like how the car was driving .Mr Moodie ask us if we see something else we like and saw the ford Taurus 2008 we drive it and it was quiet and smooth. Mr Moodie was very professional and helpfull. he listened to us and explained all the paper work . Before processing anything, he made sure we understood everything he had explained to us. Fantastic service and customer relations, I switched to this dealership beccause I felt less intimidated, the Ft lauderdale dealership is too stuffy and made me feel like I was unimportant. To be frank I felt like a peasant at the FT L dealership even though my Mercedes was paid in full- maybe its just me; I didn't recieve the best treatment there and switched to Pomapno as I thought thery were more down to earth, so glad I did.Carla went through the entire sales process thoroughly and carefully like a consummate professional. I appreciated her attention to detail as I am sales professional myself and I recognized step by execution which was never clumsly or obtrusive. She went the distance for me and stayed to 45 minutes after closing time of 9 Pm. My experience with her is a case study of profesionalism and dedication based upon honesty, integrity and compassion for the customer. If you want to buy a used Mercedes ...keep away from this place , in special if you are coming from different state. you will read description of the car (usually excellent condition), you will surprise when you will arrive and the car is soo far to be excellent condition.....for used cars you can find other places with have a real excellent cars.........and you will lose your money buying fly tickets !!!

Do not take your car here under any circumstances. Was lured in for the Summer Service Clinic. 390 miles later, car wouldn't start. Had towed back in and was told that there was a problem with crankshaft position sensor. Then the diagnosis was changed to the mechanical timing being off. Told it would cost $2700 to tear apart the engine PLUS parts/labor to repair the problem. Had towed to a competent mechanical who tore down the engine, checked timing, and checked for starter problems. EVERYTHING DEALERSHIP TOLD ME WAS WRONG. My mechanic repaired electrical open circuits and fuse box. Also replaced fuel pump relay. Was less than $500. Ron Williams said he knew the problem due to his experience and the miles on the car. He was direspectful and their "diagnosis" was fraudulent.

Service manager Ron Williams told me, based upon his experience and miles on my car, that the mechanical timing of my car was off and it would cost $2700 for them to tear my engine apart PLUS parts/labor to repair. Had my car towed to a competent mechanic. Mechanical timing was NOT off and repairs were done for under $500. Very unethical way to do business. Do yourself a favor and do NOT have any repairs done here without getting a second opinion from someone who can accurately diagnose your car, not just try to take your money to fix problems that aren't even there!

The worst experience in 42 years buying cars , why ?I bought a Range Rover Certified preowned 1 month ago ; after several miles : head gasket burn , alarm disfunction and battery with no water , sale department never shown the inspection report, after Service They changed the coolant tank with a wrong cap , wrong coolant The car was towed away 7 times in 3 weeks. and to day still not running.Mercedes Pompano sales and service do not return phone calls, never respond to e mails and drop back my car on my parking .Personal items disappear during all the time my car stay at Mercedes Pompano.To be complete Mercedes Pompano took directly from my Bank account 2 times $ 2921 and after 20 days and 15 calls send back the double payment.My recommendation ; avoid Mercedes Pompano and AutoUnion Dealer ship - unprofessional sale person- unprofessional manager - unprofessional technical service- pre owned car with inexistant technical reportDaniel

From the moment i walked in, i knew i was in the right place. The sales manager Scot Schneider was there to greet me and offered me a soft drink. Told me to feel free to walk around and if i had any questions simply ask. I spotted a silver/black SL550, they pulled the car outside, I took it for a ride and without any haggling at all, Scot and my salesman Mark Saywer gave me a deal I could not refuse........ The right price the first time around!! I purchase 2-3 new cars per year and i know when i'm getting a deal and a half........ first class from the word go!!! If you are in the market for a Benz.... give these two guys a shot, you will not regret it.

Frank was very easy going, calm, pleasant, not pushy and went out of his way to show us several vehicles we were considering.He worked with us nearly 4-5 hours to make sure we were satisfied. We ended up purchasing a vehicle.Returned the next evening to pick up Nav. pilot map, and he spent another hour explaining all the features to make sure we did not have any questions unanswered. This is my first time purchasing a car online. Based on what I have which are just pictures and descriptions, I was a bit worried about the whole procedure, but after tons of questions, emailing back and forth, I am giving Mr. Russ Kerr the Internet Manager a thumbs-up.Without a doubt Russ knows what he is doing from A to Z when it comes to online car purchase. My overall car buying experience was great. Our salesman, at the Pompano Beach Dealership named Chip Snyder made our car buying experience on the internet very smooth and cost efficient. We saw on the website virtual photographs of the vehical inside and out which helped to make our decision to buy the car easier. I was dissapointed however, that our car did not come with floor mats and the tires were dry rotted and had to be replaced the moment we got the car home. The friendly car salesman made our car deal fit into our budget. Overall, customer service was fantastic and very professional over the internet. This was our first experience buying a car on the internet without seeing the vehical in person and our buying process was great.

I chose this dealership because I had seen many favorable reviews. I was specifically looking for a quality used vehicle. I'm well aware that there are going to be issues with used vehicles. However, when buying any vehicle from a Mercedes dealership, one expects a certain level of quality and professionalism. First I was told that the car that I came in for didn't exist. Then I was bait and switched to a higher priced and higher milage vehicle. When I asked for the carfax on the second vehicle, it was off by 20,000 miles. At this point, I get up to leave. Miraculously, the vehicle I came in for appeared. After test driving, I decided to purchase the vehicle. I was told during the sales process that it had passed a 125 point inspection. On the way home, the check engine light came on and the oil pan cover came off of the vehicle. I was outraged. To Mandy in service's credit, he solved the problem several days later (sparkplugs and two engine coils). There are still several warning lights on in the car. The management told me several days ago that they would be in touch to address these issues. They have not. I see no difference in buying a car here and buying a car from one of the many sheister car dealerships littered throughout south Florida. Buyer beware!

My wife and I flew down from Connecticut with the intention of visiting 5 different Mercedes-Benz dealers, we were looking at purchasing a 2012 GLK with low miles. We arrived in Fort Lauderdale airport and decided to visit Mercedes-Benz of Pompano, simply because there was a white GLK there, we walked in defensively and prepared to walk out if we didnt get the right price. I got what I expected and the vehicle is immaculate and has the appearance and running qualities of a brand new vehicle. We recently had occasion to visit Mercedes of Pompano to purchase a vehicle. Our decision to travel over 3 hours to visit this dealer was based on three items. It was a Mercedes Benz dealership. They had the car(s) we were interested in. And most important we had read many good Internet reviews on this dealership and its people. Prior to making the trip, we phoned and spoke with Steve Rahal. We had several specific questions which he quickly answered to our satisfaction. When we arrived at Mercedes of Pompano, we met with Mr Rahal, and, as he had promised, the car we were interested in was ready for our inspection. During the inspection and test drive, Mr. Rahal was clear to point out several deficiencies in the car. However, he assured us that the problems were already known and parts were on order. He said that if we purchased the car, everything would be fixed without cost once the parts arrived. We negotiated several other items and in the end, we decided to purchase the car we had originally come to view. We would like to compliment Mr Rahal on this process. He was not overbearing and the conversations were cordial and professional.A few weeks later, we were called and advised that the parts were in and they scheduled an appointment for us to come for the repairs. We again, made the long drive to Mercedes of Pompano. Our assigned service advisor, Kevin Desko, was waiting for us when we arrived. He quickly took the car into the shop. During the repair process, several problems occurred that Mr Rahal and others had not expected. The repairs needed were much more complicated and expensive then anyone had anticipated. Mr. Haworth, a manager at Mercedes of Pompano, quickly stepped in and offered a solution. He gave us a loaner car, even though we lived so far away, and said it would take several days to get additional parts and make repairs to our car. He said for us to take the loaner home and he would call us whenever our car was finally ready even though it would probably not be until the following week. All of this at no cost to us.We are waiting now for the repairs to be done. In our opinion, the staff and management of Mercedes Pompano has gone above and beyond the call of duty and clearly exemplifies the level of customer service that has made them a leader in their community. Granted, our problems were unusual, and not the type that most people would encounter. However the way they were handled should be reason enough for anyone to strongly consider purchasing their next vehicle from Mercedes of Pompano. I would say to anyone - make the drive. If there is any way to put you in the car you desire, I truly believe they will try to make it happen.

Our vehicle search was conducted largely online and it was refreshing to work with a salesman who is so accustomed to the needs of an out of state client. She asked questions and listened to the answers in order to help me decide which car to get. She was very patient as I could not decide on the color, and helped me make the choice that I am so happy with. The car was as-is used MB C-300 in good shape for 45,000 miles on it. Good price. Saleswoman was friendly. Finance manager, Kurt, was, however, very high-pressure. I had secured my own financing through credit union. He would not stop asking me to sign with their finance company-Chase. I kept refusing. When we had a deal, they would not let me take the car home because they needed an actual check and not sales draft from CU, even after talking with them. I signed a credit app, with written instructions for 72hrs for CU to send check. After everything was done, they refused to accept check from CU and ran my credit anyway!! He refused to talk to anyone from my Credit Union, and no one from the dealer will return any of my calls. Worst experience with a car dealer in my life.

She has been ultra professional, courteous, and very honest at every visit and I value her opinion and expertise very much. When it came time to look into a new car (mine was a 2005), I turned to Marcia for her recommendation. She then put me in touch with Mark Sawyer. He was extremely patient and understanding. Purchasing a new car can be extremely overwhelming and confusing but he made sure I was absolutely never rushed or pressured. Instead I was offered many options and felt like Mr. Sawyer and the team at Mercedes was doing everything in their powers to work with me. It was a 4 day operation, but I finally got a new car. I believe that dealership surpasses most. Everyone there is very well educated in their products and their clients needs. I look forward to a lasting relationship with that dealership. I didn't want to complain and didn't when on my first and second visits my repairs were not correct but when on my third repair I was told I would have to come back a 4th time, I did say something to the mgt and it was fixed correctly. I decided to try them again, thinking my initial experiences may have been a fluke. I guessed wrong on that one. My next experience was just as bad as the first ones. Set appointment for service on my S65- I show up, there behind and I have to wait, so I they can try to upsell me on other services. Great Car, but go anywhere else for service. jack-ft laud.

I bought a car from out of state expecting to get an excellent customer service. I was disappointed by the services provided by these two men. Before they got the check from my banks, they would return all my calls. As soon as they got the check, they never answered my calls nor responded to my emails again. They promised the vehicle will arrive at my home the week of the purchase but it didn't , they didn't call to give me any update and they ignored all my calls. That is just a bad way to treat an out of state customer.

I signed an AS-IS When I purchased the car, yet when I came back a couple weeks later with problems with the Seat Belt Retractor and the Sun Roof switch, I was immediately taken care of at no charge to me. Buying or leasing an automobile is by its nature a very stressful process and most consumers feel there are so many hidden facts that there is no way they are not being taken advantage of in one way or the other. This is the third car we have leased through Mark and each time the experience has been the same--here are the facts about the car and here is what the cost is for the term of lease you are looking at. Did we miss one or two facts that would have enabled us to squeeze the last dollar out of the deal? Possibly. On the other side of the coin we feel like Mark told us things about different cars that we didn't know even as experienced Mercedes consumers who had done some initial research. In the end, we felet like Mark's objectives were aligned with ours--get a vehicle at a price point we were comfortable with that had enough left over for the dealer ship to still be there when it is time for number 4.

My husband wanted to get me this car for my Birthday. He checked the inventories online found the car, called. They checked right away if they still have it. We went there met the sales person - Mark Sawyer. He showed us the car, answered all of our questions than we made the deal. It was fast, easy. Paper work did not take long. He even suprised me with a cool license plate. It was my 38th Birthday and he get me a plate: BEE-U-38. I liked that. I have been trying to get the name and e mail address of the service manager. I had a scheduled maintenance recently done there and I would like to have a new service advisor. Mary Simms has been my service consultant but I no longer want to deal with her. No one who answers the phone at the store wants to give out the e mail address or the managers name so if this is what you want here it is. If I have to deal with Mary Simms again, I will go to another dealer.

I think that it's terrific that there is a place that lets you tell other people about the quality of their experiences at a dealership. Hope this helps! I would like to start by saying that Laura Gutierrez has been a true pleasure to work with. What a kind, patient, and most professional Sales Person! I was struggling to find a specific vehicle for some time, and until I came across Mercedes-Benz of Pompano, I did not think I would be able to find it. Laura took over my search for me, and within a day, she had come up with the correct car. Everything about the vehicle, and the entire buying process, was explained in ample detail, with patience, courtesy, and professionalism. In today's society, people are rushed, impatient, and quick to judge. I can say without a doubt that this dealership, as well as the sales staff, takes the time to assist you without leaving you feeling hurried or bothered. Any and all questions get answered and they are HONEST! Just Terrific. On a side note, after the purchase of the vehicle, they did not just disappear! I have received follow up calls and emails making sure that everything was living upto our expectations. 5 Stars to this dealership and my personal thanks to Laura Gutierrez, who will be taking care of us now and in the future. Also, the only reason I gave a 4 out of 5 for price is because, as the customer, I ALWAYS want a better price!

She was literally the best experience I had buying a car. There were a few other places that I had stopped and looked when I was searching and between the attitudes and trickery. My recent purchase of a 2012 C-250 Luxury Sedan was very pleasant - we conducted the negotiations mostly online and I literally came in and signed the paperwork and drove off! Laura was extremely receptive to my requests and I did not have to do the typical "let me check with my manager" waiting and haggling. I didn't quite understand who authorized the addition of "stuff" (like tire locks, door guards, etc.) that came to $1138 on the price menu but then, at my request, they were removed.Craig was easy to work with as well and made the tedious task of signing all of the papers as streamlined as possible. Excellent overall experience!

Found almost exactly what I was looking for at a price within my range. Simple. easy, pleasant process. Large inventory between mutliple dealerships with same owner helped. Very pleased thus far with product. Only slight disappointment is that electronics seem a bit less sophisticated/modern than in similarly priced cars from other manufacturers.

Virginia met us while we browsed at a GLK outside the showroom. Virginia enquired if we would like to sit in the vehicle or test drive. We wished to do both so she invited us inside to the showroom where we were able to be demo'ed a showroom model explaining additional features (such as the automatic rear door open/close) while she obtained the tag and keys for the model we had been looking at out side. The test drive was a breeze with other features being explained on route (rain sensitive wipers, light sensitive headlights, navigation package and rear camera view screen,to name a few).Concluding the test drive, we were introduced to her manager, while extremely discretely enquiring if I would be interested in pre-owned models. As a passed custom built Mercedes Benz owner with passed connections to the dealership in New Zealand I was impressed with Virginia Hastings Aronson product knowledge and above all her people skills.
