We have took GLE350 model today.. MB - Princeton is exceptional dealer experience. Very good Sales and Delivery support. Alex was super efficient and was very spot on during the sales process. Robert helped us go in detail of each and every inch of the car in addressing the features.. Very much appreciated.

I was to leave NJ for my home in Florida when the check engine light came on in my 2013 Winnebage RV which is built on a Mercedes Sprinter 3500 chassis. I called the Mercedes dealer in Edison, NJ and the couldn't work on my vehicle for at least 6 weeks. I then called Mercedes-Benz of Princeton and they took my vehicle on the same day. The diagnosed the problem and ordered parts. They informed me that this repair is covered under a "recall" that I was unaware of as I bought the vehicle from a prior owner. Andy ( the Service Advisor) gave me priority as he knew that I was trying to get back on the road to Florida. The service experience was exceptional and the dealer covered the repair cost completely under the recall. In addition the staff was friendly and responsive. They treated me as a valued customer. I would strongly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Princeton to any and every Mercedes owner.

I had been working with Puneet since May 2021 in search for a specific car during this crazy time! He was absolutely amazing, very patient and thoroughly searched and through one way or another he got me my car. I wasn't the easiest of clients to deal with as a wanted a specific AMG model with many specifics that I was not willing to compromise on and he made it happen. This dealer is VERY honest and unlike many they did not raise prices on me last month. The deal we agreed on was the deal I got!! 100% going forward this will be my dealer. The manager, George, is a fantastic person and honest as well. I know many dealers are scamming customers by saying their cars were "damaged en route" and selling them for more but this dealer did NO SUCH THING! Beyond happy with the service I received and I would gladly drive 4 hours again one way to get my next car from them! When I went to pick up my car Robert VERY THOROUGHLY and pleasantly went through the details and features of the car and I honestly couldn't have been more impressed with the service as I drove off with my new car :)

Mercedes Benz of Princeton is the best dealership I have ever encountered! Friendly atmosphere! Professionalism was top notch! I walked in there not knowing much about Mercedes but when I left in my Class A 220 W4 I knew everything there is to know about Mercedes Benz. From Alex my Salesman to Robert who is the Mercedes Benz “Guru” of Mercedes Benz of Princeton. These two gentlemen made me feel happy to be apart of the Mercedes Benz family. Thank you gentlemen for making my 50th Birthday a birthday I will never ever forget!!
