Top notch service from beginning to end. I was car shopping from a distance. Gary Hall answered all my many questions and gave me a video tour of the car. I was able to put a deposit down to reserve the car I wanted since I couldn’t make it to the dealership for about a week. This was a relief since I had a car sold out from under me at another dealership a week prior. When I got there to sign the paperwork and pickup the car I was in and out of the dealership within 30 minutes…. driving home a HAPPY CUSTOMER!

BEST Mercedes dealer and we went to two others that day. My husband and I were shocked, in a good way, by the whole experience here. We were helped by Eric he was very knowledgeable, helpful answered all questions, prompt, up front, friendly overall awesome. Everything was smooth, quick and easy. Even after hours Eric stayed and made sure to explain, in detail how everything in the car works and to set up my phone, it was just the best car buying experience we’ve personally ever had.
