Excellent customer service! Staff are very attentive to what I needed at the time of my service. From the time that I entrusted my car to the time I left, I felt valued. We should have more people like them. Special Shout out to Anthony. He made me feel valued and he understood my current situation. Excellent service!!!!!! Highly Recommend It!! Professional Staff! It took me a few months to find the car I wanted since this is my first mercedes. Whenever I went to a car dealership to just look for a car I always felt pressured by the salesman to just buy the car and that is the reason it took me this long. I decided to try this location since my cousin recommended it to me too, he always had an amazing experience there and I am so glad I took his word for it. As soon as I walked in I was welcomed and asked if I needed anything to drink, and I was asked about what exactly I am looking for. The salesman didn’t just rush and try to get me hooked in a car, we walked around and showed me all the options I have. Most importantly also they heard me out, they were listening carefully to what I want and my budget. They were super busy and had so many customers inside and that didn’t affect the quality of the customer service I received and they didn’t rush me into buying (I feel like that is the most important part when car shopping). Qais and Teddy were super helpful, and I ended up getting the car I wanted. It's been a few weeks already and I am so happy with my purchase. Both Qais and Teddy followed up with me a few days after to make sure everything is good and I am happy with the car + I got a generous gift with my car too! For any service in the future for my car I would also go to them even though it’s 45mins away from my home, WORTH it!!

I had an appointment on 4/21/21 at 8:00 am to have my E350 Mercedes 2010 for the A1 service done by Daniel Salinas. As I parked into the drop off service area, I was greeted as usual by the workers who so pleasantly stated they were going to immediately disinfect my car due too the COVID-19 outbreak to keep everyone safe. That made me feel very safe even though I was wearing my mask and gloves as they all did as well. Daniel my advisor did an outstanding job making sure that they had provided the best of service for my vehicle. I was extremely pleased with my car after picking it up and driving it. Awesome service! Honest and very knowledgeable at the shop and repair department! David has been great help, takes the time to explain anything you may have a questions to. He acknowledges and listens to what you’re actually are saying. I’ve totally recommend!

Jose provided excellent service, as i always experienced at this Mercedes dealership. Jose explained everything clearly, and he listened to my inputs. The car was delivered back on time after Jose called me to let me know. Everything for this 40k service was done very well. They changed the battery for free and concluded with a spotless car wash. Great experience!
