I purchased my 2001 E430 from this dealership. My. car has been serviced 99% by this dealership. I have been totally satisfied and pleased with my service and treatment by the staff. My plan. Has always been to keep this car as long as I was able to drive. I have less than 150,000 miles on the car and have maintained it according to schedule with normal repairs. I called to schedule an oil change and was advised by the receptionist that they no longer worked on old cars. I asked to speak with the service advisor who stated if I had a service history with them that they could do routine services. When I brought it in, I advised them that as of the day before the gearshift panel had complexly stopped all electronic functions for windows, side mirrors and trunk. After completing the A service Mike, the service advisor sat down with me and advised that they needed to go inside the panel to get the part numbers but feared removing the panel's cover as it might break due to its age and the part may no longer be available. No other option or solution was suggested. I left annoyed and confused about how to get this problem solved. The next day I went to Randall’s Autohaus, a foriegn car repair shop. Immediately they removed the panel cover conducted a test and said they would get all the details and present me with details by next week. This is what should have happened at the dealership. I left knowing that this was the last time I would go back to MB of South Mississippi. The service manager said Mike asked him to speak with me. He expressed regret and promised to do additional research to see if a solution could be found. My idea of excellent and continuous service for my vehicle has been totally destroyed by this unfortunate event.

Thank you to Chris Stuben and his team at Mercedes-Benz of South MS. This was my second purchase from the dealership and experience was great. Stephen, Jack and Isreal were nice to work with and I appreciated Chris allowing us to test drive all the vehicles we were interested in and noting differences in models. Chris took time and answered all our questions before we made arrangements to safely visit the dealership. Everyone was courteous and respectful of safe distances and masking during this time. Our vehicle was delivered the following week and Stephen took time to answer all the many questions I had about the car. This dealership is not like some that want to sell only what is in their inventory. They will locate the car you are looking with color, equipment, etc.
