MB of Tuscaloosa was incredible to work with from the very first moment I reached out online about available inventory. I received a response within hours! As a former MBUSA employee in Atlanta, they allowed me to use my purchase voucher despite the difficult inventory situation. My Sales Manager, Wayne Seagle, was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the entire purchase process and even had my new vehicle delivered to my house in Atlanta when I was unable to pick up it up from Tuscaloosa (thanks, Bill and Sharon for making the drive). Service is always good. Owen goes above and beyond to make sure the customers are well taken of. The courtesy car wash has not been up to standards my last two visits.

First class operation all the way as to be expected from a high-line dealership and they didn't disappoint. Refreshments and snacks were offered by multiple Mercedes representatives so their hospitality was second to none. They all made my vehicle purchase as enjoyable an experience as possible. I called ahead and they had the vehicle I was interested in cleaned up for my test drive upon my arrival.
