Dwayne Smith fielded my initial call, quickly established a relationship and remain connected throughout. He identified vehicles that met my needs and kept open lines of communication during negotiations. He educated me without being condescending and brought Nam Su in to assist with final negotiations working to make sure I got the best deal. Both classy and helpful gentlemen. A few disappointments were that I had to navigate the traditional negotiation process where decision makers were not speaking with me directly and leasing parameters were brought in at the final stage. I didn't expect this from a Mercedes.

Out of the blue yesterday, my boyfriend and I decided to get a car loan and look into one of the Smart Fortwo cars I had favorited on my phone. I instantly fell in love with this car. Leather interior, sunroof, low mileage, it was gorgeous and everything I needed for my short commute around town. This was also my first experience ever buying a car, as my last one had been "passed down" to me.Me Edward Moore was our sales person and he made the experience painless. I had read a few reviews about the dealership and was a little worried when people mentioned they had been discriminated against. We're in our twenties and quite honestly don't look like the couple that should be at Mercedes-Benz. That all being said our time with Edward was informative and fun. He asked questions about our personal lives and made us feel comfortable. An engaging individual that has changed our lives by selling us a nice little used car. I now don't have to rely on my boyfriend or occasionally grab an Uber to get to work. I have more freedom and can putt around town now when I don't feel like being cooped up in the house. This purchase is going to improve our lives.

From the time I walked in the door, until the moment I drove away in my new "used" car my sales representative, Syed Zaidi was extremely helpful. I never felt pressured throughout the whole process. Although I did not purchase a Mercedes from this dealership (it was an excellent traded-in Toyota). I felt I received the same exceptional customer service, as if I were purchasing a luxury car.

Very disappointed with our very brief experience at this dealership. We visited the dealership specifically to look the GLE43. Upon entering the building, we weren't acknowledged and it wasn't until we started to roam did we get anyone's attention. We must have sat in the GLE43 that was in the showroom for 15 minutes without someone approaching us. This whole time we could overhear the sales employees debating on if and who should help us. There was a male employee who said he was "busy" as he was leaning up again a car texting. He then jumped up to help a mother and her younger son who came in after we did. There was also a female employee who said "she had an appointment". I would refer to them buy name however not one of them introduced themselves to us. When WE finally forced someone to engage with us, it was the female employee and she brushed us off as quickly as she could. We had asked a question regarding the GLE43 and her response was "I don't know. It is just what Mercedes decided to do." It was just rude and disappointing.The old adage "Don't judge a book buy the cover" was certainly disregarded in this situation. Because of how the dealership employees just ignored us and blatantly disregarded us, we will be going to another luxury brand. We arrived at the dealership qualified with all of the details worked out regarding how we were going to purchase the vehicle. It would have been a relatively simple/easy purchase but this dealership lost out on the transaction because of the extremely poor customer experience.

I visited the dealership initially since we were looking to replace my wife's old car, and we decided that we would be getting a GLS 450. Mr. Dwayne Smith was very courteous and helpful with all our inquiries and did his best trying to locate a vehicle for us, and when that could not be achieved (finding one with all the options we wanted) he helped us place and order for one and e and Kosta helped us expedite the process and get our order ready in just a little over a month. Every part of the process was smooth and will surely return for further business.

I was going to see a C 300 Coupe. Just because I was not planing to purchase immediately, they sent me back and said they that the car is going to change by early next year. I wonder what's going to change about it except that the convertible and AMG might come out. Do not go to this dealer if you have a choice. That was my worst experience ever.

My wife and I worked with Dwayne Smith (salesperson) and Kosta Sarakinis (sales manager) and I can't say enough good things about the experience we had. Dwayne was polite, timely on his follow up, tactfully persistent (but not too persistent) and worked tirelessly to get my wife and I the MB GLS 450 we wanted at a financial cost we could live with. Kosta worked closely with me on the final cost details and I was very happy with the deal we received. Dwayne followed up after the sale to ensure we were happy with our purchase (anyone know of any other sales reps who do that anymore???) and I'd highly recommend MB of Tysons Corner and Dwayne/Kosta specifically to anyone who's looking for a positive car-buying experience. And of course the quality of Mercedes-Benz speaks for itself.

I purchased a CPO vehicle and had a very good experience w/ salesman Yamil Abed. He was responsive to my questions, professional, courteous, and easy to work with. I'm very busy and Yamil was respectful of my time and worked to make sure he was available when it was convenient for me. I've reached out to him a few times since purchasing the car and he's continued to show the same traits, even after the sale. Could I have haggled and walked out to try and knocked a little more off the price, probably. But at the end of the day, we made a good deal for all involved. I got a good price on the specific car I wanted, they worked with me on the trade-in, and everyone was happy. I work in downtown and really don't have time to play games going back and forth etc. Yamil was a good partner in the car buying process. My only complaints are that the dealership is located in Tysons Corner (you know how fun that traffic can be) and I ended up taking the car to my detailing shop for some additional paint correction and chip repair. That said, I probably would have done that anyway because I wanted it perfect...or as perfect as a two-year old CPO car can be. I recommend Mercedes-Benz of Tysons Corner and Yamil Abed.

I have bought a lot of cars and I must say that this was the worst experience I have ever had. Found a car that I was interested in buying only to have two of their sales man try to rob me on my trade it. I was trading a 2011 Yukon Denali with ~96k miles. These Suv's are rock solid and so was mine as I had kept it up. Minus needing a wash and an interior vacuum the car was in great condition. Every dealer that has appraised this SUV understood the value of the vehicle and how popular it is when it comes to resell. I'm not sure what happened that made them offer me $19,500 for my trade but I honestly felt insulted. When I mentioned that my SUV was worth at least $24,500 they all but laughed at me and ultimately told me to my face that its not worth that much to them. I'm sure my SUV will still be running great when the 2009 Mercedes Benz S550 is dead and buried in junk yard heaven. If you ask me, either Mercedes Benz of Tysons is purposely trying to rip off honest hard working consumers or they are letting amateurs perform their appraisals. Needless to say I did not and will never as long as I live buy anything from this dealership. Overall they seemed to be nice people minus the older gentleman that make slick/snide remarks that I chose to ignore. Long story short I didn't buy they car and ended up going to a lexus dealer and getting a very nice Lexus LS460. And the part you have all been waiting for....drum roll..... they gave me $25,1000 for my trade. :-) I didn't have to ask for more money as I felt that this was a fair deal. The moral to this story is that there are still some honest and fair car dealerships. Please read and take these reviews very serious. I ignored their reviews on google and gave them a shot because they had a car that I really wanted but in the end I wasted my time driving all the way from MD to Tysons on three occasions. Okay, I'm done writing now as I feel that I have done my due diligence is letting you know how my experience went when visiting this dealer. Thanks to Pfez and Joe I'm about to go and enjoy my new Lexus which has 15k less miles than the 2009 s550 I was looking at and that has a transmission that doesn't feel sluggish. Save yourself some time and trouble go somewhere else. These folks are not serious about selling cars. At least these two guys and their 10 year old appraiser were not.Best regards,C. McCoy

I drove home with 2013 GL450, feeling very good about my purchase experience. Kent Crago was a excellent salesmen. I started my search a month ago, researching the Internet from one coast to another. I decided after researching dealers, that would visit Tyson's. I met Kent to discuss GL550/450 models. I came back on Black Friday, with a plan to drive home a vehicle. I met Kent, and he very helpful, after I reviewed one vehicle after another for a few hours. No pressure, no pitches, just open friendly discussions. He drove to my home, to pick up my trade at 10:30pm, saving me another returned trip to the dealer. Kent Crago is a good person to assist you, if your thinking about a new vehicle.The business office experience was present, even after two hours after they closed the doors. Excellent dealership! I worked with Eliseo Rivera, who was both friendly and knowledgeable. He really understood my hectic and extremely fast paced schedule, and the fact that I don't have time to waste! I was in and out with a new car in a very short while, with no time stuck in idle chitchat! Would definitely recommend!!!The only downside was that my car was valued at approx. $170 less than the listed price, and neither my bank nor the dealer budged, despite the dealer's finance officer saying they (the dealer) should have.

Steve.I purchased a used 2010 mercedes-benz ml 550 on oct. 25 2015. After rough experiences at other dealerships I had low expectations, but Fez Shahid made the buying experience excellent for me. The car that i and up buying was so new arrival at the dealer and only had one picture online. Fez responding to my email the same day and send me pictures and a short video about the car. Since he did that i knew it`s worth to take the trip from NYC the next day. First time financing a car and I was little nervous but Fez helped me thru the whole buying procedure. After two weeks from my purchase Fez still helping me with any question i have about my car. Overall it was a great experience.Thanks for Fez and the whole team.Steve

Fuel sensor failed and was not displaying the correct mileage after the vehicle was fueled. I contacted my salesperson and he told me to tow the vehicle to the dealership. I was able to drive the vehicle to the dealership without an appointment. The issue was out of date software. Service department updated the vehicle's software and I was able to retrieve my automobile on the same day. Everything is back to normal. I was happy and surprised at the service. The guys I dealt with at the Mercedes Benz of Tysons Corner are top notch! My husband and I had just spent a day looking around other dealerships in VA and I was feeling frustrated with several experiences. However, when I got to this dealership, although I had come looking for a car outside of their brand, you would never know it by the high level of customer service I received. It was a no-pressure sales environment and Justin genuinely gave the impression he wanted to make me happy, answering all my questions and putting me at ease. He worked with me to make a great deal, and actually everyone I encountered there throughout the transaction (Justin, Fred, Mike S. and then Leo in finance) was great- very smooth process. It was refreshing to go to a dealership with such a respectful, collaborative environment and get a great deal! Excellent customer service and telling everyone I know!

I've recently purchased a used vehicle from Mercedes Benz of Tysons Corner and my overall experience was NOT so grand. My salesman hands were tied I'm sure however, his sale's pitch and deliverance of information were NOT to my expectations. I test drove the vehicle and noted a few concerns and pointed them which he (Syed) disagreed with my findings. I then turned to the used sales Mgr to test drive the car himself and he agreed that my findings we're in fact CORRECT. At the close of my sale I was issued a "VALET" key after being told (Syed) the previous owner would bring the original key to dealer which NEVER happened 1 week later. After making threats to return the vehicle is when the key issue was act upon however, MBOT (Syed/Fred) wanted ME to purchase a duplicate key at my own expense however, they would reimburse me. I totally disagreed and spoke to the used car Mgr (Fred) who was apologetic and stated MBOT would cover the key expense however, that took an add'l 2 days. After leaving several messages to have this matter resolved, used sales Mgr (Fred) NEVER rtnd my phone calls. I finally spoke with the parts Mgr (Richard) of the BMW dealership who went over and beyond his duties to assist me resolving this issue. The BMW parts Mgr (Richard) called me to say, "sorry you've been getting misleading information, your key is ready for pickup". Without his help, I don't know what I would've done. Customer Service means everything to me and I believe in treating ppl the way you want to be treated. Thanks

took our 2011 G55 in for service had a window regulator not working. dropped it off with David C. He got the parts ordered and replace for us in less than a week, did a great job communicating with us and keeping us up to date on the work being done. he did not try to sell us on anything we didn't need and treated us with kindness and respect .

I have been to several Mercedes Benz Dealerships and are familiar with the buying and service experience and this dealer by far is the best! I can say that the dealer is the best but mostly what makes the dealer experience is the interaction with the salespeople. I was fortunate to encounter Mike Skarlatos and he went out of his way to make sure I understood the process and would be happy with my purchase. He also took a lot of time just explaining the differences between the models, features, etc. He didn't try to rush me in order to attend to any other customer, he was focused on my buying experience. I really appreciated the detail from him as well as the patience and knowledge of the finance guy Lou! Both assisted me in making the decision to go with their financing vs my bank or credit union and I did save money!!! You should ask for David Ropper! We live in Minnesota and with our winters were looking for top safety and 4-wheel drive in a sedan. After shopping the local dealers we found the Mercedes 300C with the sport and media package outclassed all the competition. I really liked the sapphire metalic grey with black leather interior - but it wasn't available here in Minneapolis... So we went online, found one at Tysons and connected with David Ropper. He was great at getting back to us, sent us pics and really explored how he could make the car perfect for us with the add-ons we wanted, at the right price, with the full warranty coverage we were looking for. He lined up a really good deal, Fedexed us the papers we needed and> invited us to set a date on the calendar to pick up our car. One way airline tickets to Dulles airport were cheap, about $100 each, and it's a 10 minute ride to Tysons. David met us at the door, went over all of the features, helped set up our preferences and we were on our way. We had a great visit to D.C. and fun road trip home. Dave's checked in with us a few times since and has been quick and kind to call us back on a few questions we've had while we've been learning the car. This has been a great car buying experience -it handles like a dream in snow and ice, and David Ropper is one of the best.

I do not typically write bad reviews but feel this is important for people to know. I am extremely surprised and still a little shocked at learning that Mercedes Benz Financial has been overbilling us (double the amount in our contract) every month for over a year. They did it in a way that made it difficult for us to see what was happening. While I do not think they did this on purpose, we we discovered this was happening, they we very difficult to deal with in resolving this issue. Understand we have been buying Mercedes Benz cars from this location since 1998. The biggest disappointment is the dealership does not help at all. We had to fight to get them to return our money (they had us paid in advance for a year). If you are set on Mercedes, use another dealership. Since Penske took over, this is not the same place. Also, watch your back with Mercedes Benz Financial when financing/leasing your car.

I'm an 18 year old female and brought my vehicle into the waiting dock this morning for a service appointment. I was never approached, which was fine until another car with an older gentleman for an owner came in after me and was immediately serviced. Not until my father came in to see what was taking so long did someone ask if we needed anything. He was only there to drive me home seeing as how I'm too young to take advantage of the complimentary rental.After the car was finished I returned to pick it up and again was ignored when waiting for an available service technician. Again two more gentlemen walked in and were recieved promptly and politely. My father came to say he was leaving and not until after he had arrived has someone asked if we had been helped yet. I understand that most people my age would not own a luxury brand car but to assume I was standing around and wasn't important makes me wonder if I should look into a different make for my next vehicle. Customer service is extremely important in the car industry and even more an expectation when dealing with high end and high priced vehicles. It's understandable that I'm young but when approached and asked the procedure to pick up/drop off my vehicle the employees should have realized by then that I was a customer that needed assistance.Lastly when I had arrived home it was brought to my attention that my right brake light was out, making this day quite frusterating and tedious when I now have to return to a service center.

they broke a part on my vehicle, while repairing another part. They wanted me to pay $590 to replace the part they broke. I refused. They called later and asked me to pay $200 to replace the part they broke. I refused again and told them I will take them to small claims court. I also reported them to the Mercedes Benz Corporate office in Montvale , NJ . The # is 201 573 0600. have your VIN # ready when you call. All the pseudo-nice service manager make more money if they charge you more money. Essentially, they can charge anything they want for a repair. The same $590 repair job can be done at Mercedes of Alexandria for only $473. I've filed my small claims action, waiting for response from Mercedes corp. and I've told the 100+ employees at my employer in Tyson's Corner, VA. They've lost a customer for life and they still didn't get the $200 out of me!

Fez Shahid at Mercedes Benz of Tysons Corner is simply awesome! Excellent service, great pricing and financing. Fez was very responsive and excellent to work with. When the car was turned over to us, he made sure that we were comfortable with the functions of the car and educated us patiently for an hour. We are thrilled with the CLS550. It was a happy and memorable MB buying experience for us.

I visited the dealership looking for a used luxury car. Found a 2008 BMW 7 Series, ALPINA B7,Bmw 750i mechanic special that was dropped from $31,250..to $28,995..THEN TO 17,999. WOW I thought and was eager to buy. The salesman Charles was inexperienced and only cared about securing a check. Didin't even know the car wasn't an ALPINA B7 until I told him the next day. Most disturbing, he agressively wanted to run my credit through the dealership although I told him I had already been approved through another financial institution. His story was unreliable and shady. Bottomline is he wanted the credit as a salesperson and didn't care that I refused to provide my social securty number. TO make matters worst, his attitude turned agressive and he stated that its the law..then its not the law...only Mercedes policy to run credit for identity theft purposes. I wasn't sure at this point becasue he initially stated let's see if he could offer me a better rate. I was disturbed at this point. I asked him to hold the car until the next day and I would come back with the certified check. He tried to pressure me after duty hours around 9:00 p.m. for a cashier's check. No financial instition was open at that time. Charles remained agressive and very pushy. I clearly confirmed that I wanted the car and would be back the next day. To make matters even worse...the battery was dead and car wouldn't start. To test drive it, we jumped it off. Charles confirmed that the dealership will not replace the battery if I wanted the car. I would be responsible for that. He quoted me an internet price of $100.00 dollars for replacement. Here's where it really gets bad...I came back the next day with the check as stated. The car was in maintenance. He happily notified me that the battery was new costing the dealership $400.00 dollars. Once more, he tried to get me to fill out a credit report. I delcined because I had a certified check in hand. I asked for the maintenance records from Mercedes. He told me an air bag light was on, but it wasn't a big deal and not a saftety concern. The seat could not detect the body pressure which causes the light to stay active. I clearly explained to him that I would not purchase a car with any lights on. He stated the dealership will not pay, but they will fix if I wanted to pay. We went to see the mechanic Sal and he provided me with the maintenance list. WOW...UNBELIEVABLE...over $3,300 dollars in EXTRA REPAIRS REQUIRED...DRIVER SEAT OCCUPANCY, COOLANT HOSE FROM RADIATOR RESERVOIR (LEAKING COOLANT), HOOD STRUTS, RESEAL UPPER TIMING CARE (OIL LEAK), REAR BRAKE ROTORS, etc. The mechanic Sal was very honest, but CHARLES was in a rush to make the sale and didn't want to disclose the mechanic issues. He commented that the dealership should stop being cheap and fix the cars. That in itself tells me that he was aware of all the issues and still wanted to make the sale. I am very shocked and disappointed because I really liked this care. I even asked to drop $2,000 for maintenance and I would still consider purchasing the car. Charles mentioned he would talk to his manager but he never called. His comment to me was...SOMEONE WILL BUY IT...IT WILL NOT BE HERE LONG! Good luck to who ever purchases this care. Hope you have money saved along with an EXTENDED WARRANTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Visited dealership 6/14 to take a look at a used 2003 BMW 525i. Upon entering the lot and looking around, was never approached by any Salespeople. After entering the dealership, had to chase down a sales rep as nobody appeared interested in assisting me. After indicating my interest in the BMW and requesting to view the vehicle and test drive, the salesperson proceeds to state that the dealership will be closing at 6pm (It was approx 5:15pm) and seems rudely disinterested in showing the vehicle. After reminding the salesperson that the dealership is not yet closed and that if they'd like me to purchase the vehicle I will need to see it today, the salesperson retrieves the keys. Upon opening the vehicle the batter is stone dead. Salesperson retrieves a jump start unit, but does not know how to attach it, and I ended up jump starting the car myself. Then the drivers seat controls don't work so I can't actually sit in the car and I am informed that the car does not pass inspection due to tires and brakes, but if I want to come back Monday they will look at the seat so I can test drive. Returning Monday, the salesperson is not in and I speak to the other salespeople who rudely instruct me to go talk to the front desk to have the salesperson paged. The front desk calls the salesperson, who does not answer his phone, and informs me this person is not due in until noon. I request another salesperson, so a PA announcement is performed. The salespeople I original spoke to look up, but see that the page is for me, and go "in the back" to get somebody else. A sales person greets me in the lobby and I re-explain again my interest in the vehicle and what had been discussed on Saturday. This salesperson immediately informs me that the dealership is aware of the seat issue and that the reason the car failed inspection is because of a broken motor mount and that the tires and brakes are fine! I requested to test drive the vehicle and the Salesperson insisted on discussing pricing first to ensure that I was not "wasting his time". After throwing out an initial offer, the salesperson immediately states that the offer is not worthwhile, but does not counteroffer. Then, the salesperson proceeds to tell me that another offer was already submitted that was significantly higher, but did not purchase the car, and that the purchase fell through due to the cost of repair. I reviewed bluebook pricing with the salesperson and also reviewed the listing of parts and labor required to make the car pass inspection, but the salesperson would not negotiate pricing below the previous offer(too high for what is essentially an auction car with no warranty). The previous "offer" was above bluebook pricing and far above the value of the vehicle when accounting for necessary repairs. The dealership appears to be attempting to charge retail pricing (with warranty) on an as-is sale for a vehicle that does not pass inspection and needs repair. Since the dealership did not appear to be interested in negotiating and did not appear to take my buying interest seriously, I walked out on the sale.

Last few years I always to price comparison in internet then send out my request to the respected dealer. I do not want waste my time go to the dealer because sales person to the manager rat race days are gone. So most of the dealer came back to me in few hours and some of them send automated message that our dealership is closed but we will get back to you shortly and they did. But Mercedes Benz of Tyson Corner didn't get back to me for two days. They did send me the courtesy email that if you have further please get to them. Then after 24 hours somebody from their online department got back to me and mentioned that they have the car I am looking for... Then i requested the pictures there goes another 24 hour to get me the pictures. In the mean time I have bought the Mercedes of my choice another Mercedes dealer. Probably they thought I never bought any Mercedes in my life. I have noticed this kind of behavior from lot of Mercedes Benz Deales. By the way just mentioned to you that this in my Third Mercedes Benz I bought. Highest Mercedes Class I own is a GL450. What a way to loose business...

Below is a copy of an email I sent to the sales manger, Fred, of Tysons MB in Virginia, who along with a salesman, Demetri, were by far the worst representatives of a Mercedes sales staff that I have ever encountered. My basic complaint is that in February I contacted Tysons Corner Mercedes and told them i wanted to purchase a 2011 E350 wagon. Since I was in CA at the time and could not see nor test drive it, I asked that their offer (price, CPO, free maintenance, cash back, and extended warranty info) be put in writing. Since prices for used cars are never set in stone, I also asked Demetri to see if a better price could be had. I never heard back from him nor got any written communication. I spoke with the sales manger but again calls and emails were ignored or not returned in a timely manner. Finally, on March 19 I got a call offering a price of $43,000 and three years of free maintenance but the $1200 rebate for financing the car was no longer available. Again, nothing was in writing and in contrast to their first "sales" price offer of $42,000, $1200 cash back, and two years free maintenance. "Fred,I'm surprised and disappointed. Those ($1200 cash back and 2 years free maintenance) were two features that were definitely part of the deal that was presented to me. I spoke with Demetri in February, told him that we wanted the car but asked if he would check to see if the price was negotiable. I never heard back from him but through Sam spoke with you. You said you would send me an email with all of the details about the offer but I never got it. You also said you would have someone from your financial office call me since I wanted to finance the car so as to qualify for the $1200 rebate. They never called. I called the next day and left a message on your phone telling you I did not get the email and for you to call me on my cell. You never returned my call nor did anyone from the financial office call.My March 7 email to you was a last ditch effort to get some written clarification about your offer. I filled out an on line form on your web site to get the finical part of the deal squared away and included Demetri's name as the sales person. He said he never got it..????This has been one screw up after another from you and Demetri. As a person who has owned four Mercedes, three BMW's, and two Porsche's, I can truly say this has been the worst experience I have ever encountered trying to buy a car.I'm out. My experience with Mercedes Benz of Tyson started off on the wrong foot. Because of the snow storms, Enterprise was too busy to keep up with the demand on rental cars, hence, there was a delay and a long wait before I was able to get my loaner, which was not up to standards. My frustration with the situation made it to Aaron, who contacted me immediately and apologized for the inconvenience and explained the situation. I got my car back washed, cleaned, and in a very nice condition. Mistakes will happen no matter what, but it takes a quality service to address them correctly, and thats what Aaron was able to do for me as a customer. I will be coming back here again despite the rough start.

I have used Mercedes Benz Tysons Corner for Service for almost a decade and have been very happy with their performance. I especially appreciate the assistance and service provided by Sam Rachidi and David Sullivan. They are not only just polite and knowledgeable about the cars, but also listen and understand your concerns and provide services and assistance at reasonable price. While the automobile industry is changing rapidly and this may bring various service issues because of increased complexities and new changes. The solutions and service provided by MB Tysons Corner are sound and rational.I left Tysons Corner area four years ago, but still come back to MB Tysons Corner for service even other dealers are closer to my home. Sam Rachidi and David Sullivan are the best service managers I met and I would highly recommend them to others.

I was at MB Tyson for some prepaid maintenance work, after I left paying found out their price was 100 some over other dealers. so when I went pick up my car I just happen to ask the cashier why this place charge more compared to other dealers for the standard work. the cashier told me : "you don't have to buy it here." maybe he is right , I don't.

I purchased a used Mercedes S550 2months ago and still have not received my tags. I just found out yesterday they were mailed to my 2nd home 2 weeks ago. The problem is I was told they would go to the dealership and they would call me once they arrived. They never called me...in fact, I've been calling everyday for the past 3 weeks and the receptionist is quick to transfer me to extentions where no one answers. Tags and title never answer there phone nor calls back. They sent me a second set of temporary tags to my main address but when my tags arrived they didn't call and they sent them to my 2nd address...why wouldn't they send the tags to the same address they sent my second set of temp tags to? I asked the tags and title lady after my sales person personally walked over to her to have her call me back and she told me a different person sent the temp tags and not her...when I asked her why she didn't call me before mailing the tags like they said they would or why she didn't check her records to send the tags to the same address as the 2nd set of temp tags...she told me they usually don't do all that. The receptionist is rude and lazy and quick to get you off her phone and tags and title does not do there job correctly and never answers the phone. When I tried to explain all of this to the receptionist and asked her to put a manager on the phone to help me since my current temp tags are 3 days from expiring she out of no where transfers me to my sales person...it was very rude and unprofessional...especially since I had to call eight times from the first time I spoke to her and I called from my fiances cell phone and that's when she finally answered again...I can tell she was ignoring my calls. I now will probably have to go 3 months with my 3rd set of temp tags while they work on sending me another set of tags. I would not recommend this dealership for these reason to anyone.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing my 5th Car from Select Auto Imports a Certified 2010 Maserati Quatroporte, and it turned out to be a great experience once again. The representative that handled everything for us was Mr.Naser Siarmal who made dealing with this dealership a great pleasure to say the least. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and treated my wife and I with respect. He not only presented the car we were interested in but also other options so we can make the right decision independently of the price. We were both very impressed with everything. DAMAGED MY CAR.Mechanic left the oil cap off after an oil change and caused balance shaft problem to my car.Worst dealership ever. No customer service. Absolutely not recommended. And Mercedes-Benz corporate is just as bad. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Mercedes-Benz and this dealership in particular.The manager David Sullivan in the service center is unprofessional, rude, and has no respect for customers..What a crappy experience with a Mercedes dealership. This group of people have one goal in mind, to suck you for every penny they can. Stay away. I WILL NEVER TAKE my vehicle to that POOR PATHETIC DEALERSHIP AGAIN. My overall experience turned to be very disappointing and frustrating. I bought a used M3 that the dealer had in their internet page. Of course is a used car because the dealer is a Mercedes Benz dealer. The visit was good and the salesman was one of the most respectful and professional men that I ever dealt with. The car looked in great condition and everything looks to be great. Where the experience turn awful was that not even 48 hours that I had the car, began to leak engine oil very bad. I understand the term "AS IS" but I thought that been a CASH sale the dealer will take some responsibility on this matter. How wrong I was. I took the car to the dealer and the first phone call that I received was to tell me that the cost of the repair will be almost $1000. Definitively I was not in the mood for this and I asked why I have to pay this and the answer was because it was a sale "AS IS". I tried NUMEROUS times to contact the used car manger (even left a voicemail) without any success. I discussed the issue and finally (Service Manager, very professional and respectful guy also) they dealer told me that the best they can do was; or split the cost of the repair or they will give me a credit of $500. I dealt with cars for more than 15years and this is BY FAR the worst experience of customer service that I ever had. They argue for a repair that the part cost probably less than a $100 over a cash sale of $16000. By the way and not to received any special treatment but I am a Uniformed Service Member and they don't even appreciated that. This will definitively my first and LAST purchase at Tyson's Corner Mercedes.

Before I went to Tyson's Mercedes, I asked for Ayman to set up an appointment because of the good reviews. The reviews are very true. During the test drive and eventual purchase, Ayman was very friendly, very attentive. He did not pressure me or playing game to keep me waiting at any point. The price negotiation was straight forward without much pretentious move. After the purchase, I called him a couple of time for feature related question and errands. He always responds quickly. I am very satisfied.

This is my 3rd bad experience with Mercedes of Tysons Corner. I just went for an oil change and on the 2nd day I saw smoke coming out of the hood of the car. I was already driving to home after work. Few hours later my garage was flooded with oil. I went to Mercedes and I was told that the cap on my oil tank was loose. They apologized and fixed the problem. Few weeks later I found the check engine light on and off. I went to my mechanic afterwards when the check engine light was on all the time. My mechanic said that my car has a shaft balance problem due to the oil leaking that I had before when the Mercedes mechanic left the cap off. My mechanic recommended me to go to the dealer because it is their mistake. Mercedes denied their mistake and said that it will cost from 6,000 to 7,000 if I wanted to fix it and advised me to sale it to Carmax. My husband and I went back to try to speak with the manager David Sullivan and he was very rude to us before we started talking about the problem. He started to asking my husband some personal questions. At the end, he refused completely to take responsibility and we were told that he can fix it for 5,000 dollars. Mercedes dealer ruined my car that was running great. My car had no problem before the oil leaking issue. It is unfair that I have to fix and sale my car that was hoping to keep it for long time.

We dealt with Mike S. In pre-owned (apparently there are 2 Mike S.'s there) He was very helpful on the phone which lead us to drive down from MD for a car listed on cars.com. he personally went and checked the vehicle to answer our question. We set a time and spent most of the day there. He did not pressure us to buy the vehicle and was very honest with us. if he did not know the details he did his best to find it. Since it was an off-brand he could not answer every question right away. We did buy the vehicle from him, the process took awhile as my wife is a tough negotiator. They did accept our trade offer and met her quality standards. Mike even went out of his way to take the vehicle to MD and get the state inspection for us. So far we have been very pleased with the vehicle (it hasn't been a whole day yet) and we are very impressed with the professionalism and lack of pressure from the sales group. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone if you see the car you want online or looking for a Benz. The facilities were clean and everyone there seemed professional. Don't mind the construction project going on across the street as the people made you feel comfortable throughout the dealership. If I see another car in the future on their lot, I will go there first and buy from Mike S. again.

I was researching new vehicles for about a month and looking at a wide range of vehicles. I was still undecided until I walked in and talked with Ayman Elasady. I had already visited lots of dealerships and dealt with lots of salespeople and Ayman was several notches above the rest. His product knowledge was excellent and he knows how to treat people right. I had no intention of buying a vehicle last Sunday, but Ayman gave me a great deal on a new c250. He's a straight forward guy and didn't waste our time with a lot of back and forth. My wife and I really enjoyed working with him and if you are considering purchasing a Mercedes, you have to make sure you talk with Ayman Elasady. Mr. Nam Su was not only courteous, he was knowledgeable. He let us evaluate the car on our terms and made our transaction seamless. He even honored his commitment to having the car cleaned and detailed for us on our next visit. After our sale he continued his service level and didn't drop us after the thought of commission was gone.

I bought new Mercedes Benz GLK 350 4Matic last Saturday. Ayman Elasady made this happen, I have got it for real good low price. I told him my budget limit also I have requested a used car quote from same dealership (just in case if my number is not met, I want to go to used). But Ayman made everything happened. I strongly recommend Tyson's Corner Benz. Coming to the Vehicle, interior is excellent with beige/choc almond carpet and this SUV comes with ECO option which shuts off engine completely at signals which saves fuel. It gives 21mpg both city/hwy which is best you can get in SUV. Look wise, GLK stands on top compared to any other SUV. It's AWD and V6 engine with 7speed automatic transmission makes your ride thrilling.

He is extremely knowledgeable and took the time up front to interview me to get an in-depth understanding of my preferences, asking detailed questions throughout. As a result, rather than showing me a large number of vehicles that did not meet my needs, he zeroed in on the right vehicle for me right from the start. In addition, Ayman and Tysons Corner Mercedes Benz actually crafted a lease that was below what I expected to pay. They even lowered the lease cost when they found some addtional savings options without my having to ask first.

Ayman Elasady, Internet Sales Manager, was wonderful! A really friendly and professional manager who knows his product when it comes to MB. The staff in the service center is rude and unrefined.The service manager walked by and handed me my receipt without stopping and acknowledging my presence.The mechanics are jerks and tend to ask loaded questions. Two mechanics approached me after picking up my vehicle and asked me questions about my car not passing inspection. The mechanics were unapologetic and brash with their questioning. I guess you have to pay extra to be treated like a human being?

Mr. Elasady, the internet sales manager, was absolutely wonderful to work with. We had a talk on the phone the night before I dropped by the dealership, and he kept his word on making a great deal; I couldn't be happier. He is a very nice guy, and very easy to work with. On October 2011, our family purchased a brand new beautiful Iridium Silver E350 4matic Sedan. Nam Su was our sales consultant and he was very helpful, courteous, and gracious. Nam is a true gentleman and is highly knowledgeable about all of the vehicle models. Nam's knowledge and patience helped us make our selection. Due to our excellent experience with Nam, we knew we would only go to him for our next Mercedes Benz purchase. One year later, on October of 2012, we visited Nam regarding our second purchase and he made us an offer we couldn't refuse on a fully loaded 2013 Lunar Blue GLK350 4matic. Just bought a pre-owned GL550 from Mercedes-Benz of Tysons Corner. I called the general sales line to inquire about the vehicle they had listed on Cars.Com and was put in contact with Joe Navarre. I set up an appointment with Joe to look at the vehicle later that evening. I arrived a few minutes early, Joe quickly came over and introduced himself to me and brought the GL around front for a look through and test drive. Joe?s knowledge of the Mercedes product is quite impressive and he immediately understood what items had the most importance to me and ensured that I had a full understanding of the benefits and value that the GL represents compared to the competitors models that I had been considering. Once we completed the test drive we went back in to negotiate a deal. Joe made the comment ?Let me earn you business not take it?. It was obvious that Joe?s experience was going to make it easy to get the transaction completed. Joe had no problem exploring multiple options that resulted in a deal the dealership could live with and one that I was pleased with. David has been an excelent sales person. He has been very friendly and it is due to his patient perseverence that I bought the GL350 from Tysons Corner dealership. He has taken the time to discuss the questions we had and has never pressured us to buy.Since we were a little unsure as to whether the car would comfortably get in our garage, he said that we could take it and if it did not work out, we could return it. Some of these are small things but adds up to the overall experience. I hope I continue to get the same friendly reception and hearing and pricing that I got before the car purchase as after, because 'after sale' experience is as important.

The only reason I'm not giving the dealership top scores is that the paperwork was slow due to one employee having to leave early. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

The facility is clean with plenty of space for me to "work" while I waited. I actually saw people working rather than hanging around!

I usually do not respond to surveys, however, based on my recent experience at Mercedes-Benz of Tysons corner with Mr. Ayman Elasady, Internet Sales Manager, I am happy to respond. I was in the market for a new vehicle and Mercedes-Benz has been my vehicle of choice since 1979. After much deliberation and research, I found an internet site that puts potential customers in contact with numerous car dealers. I posted specific information regarding what I was looking for and my phone began ringing immediately. The very first person to call me was Mr. Elasady. Subsequent to his call, I spoke with several dealer representatives, including one that I reached out to, due to a prior history. Long story short, I cancelled an appointment with another dealers rep and decided to accept Mr. Elasadys invitation to visit Mercedes-Benz of Tysons, following a conversation with him after he called me a second time. Upon arriving at the dealership, I was told that Mr. Elasady was busy with another customer. This was fine with me, for it signaled to me that he was a hard worker and I did not mind waiting. Once we met, he was extremely apologetic for having me wait, but I assured him it was fine. I was pleasantly surprised by his sincerity, honesty, professionalism and knowledge of the Mercedes product, including inventory. There was zero-pressure applied during our entire interaction, which by the way, was very precise and to the point, without a lot of back and forth, so commonly found at car dealerships. Cutting to the chase, I left the dealership that same evening with a beautiful new car! Mr. Elasady is the consummate professional and provided the best experience I have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. I will highly recommend him to family, friends and others. He is simply the best!!!

I had I great experience! Dillon Sands was a very personable and friendly sales rep. He even called me the next day to ask if u was pleased w/ my purchase and if I had any questions regarding the car. He also made sure to FedEx the documents and ez-pass I left behind. It's nice to know that when someone's selling something their not just interested in the sale, but rather making sure the customer is happy.

Besides, being not as popular as other... brands made this SUV more affordable. Mercedes-Benz of Tysons Corner happened to have one in black with grey leather interior in excellent condition; exactly the one I had in mind. But walking into a Mercedes dealership was kind of intimidating especially if you have a lot less than perfect credit.

I knew I wanted that 2003 Jaguar XKR as soon as I saw it appear on the informative and accurate internet ad posted by Mercedes Benz of Tyson's Corner. Samiha Jenkins took my call and started helping right away. Price wasn't much of an issue but the company was very reasonable even so. Mostly we had to figure out how to do the deal seeing as I was 2,500 miles away and other buyers were right behind me. Sam made it happen. She helped me stake a claim to the car, get to the dealership, test the car, and get the paperwork I wanted. She even helped me learn the GPS system. She stayed with me after the sale, too; when my new plates were slow in coming she helped solve the problem. I don't see how used car sales support could get much better.

Ayman Elasady is the greatest car salesman ever. I spent over a month car shopping. This was the first time I ever bought a car in life. I visited over half-a-dozen dealerships in the area and did research on BMWs, VWs, and Benzs. Aymans friendliness, warmth, and attitude is a big reason why I came back to the dealership to finalize my purchase. He made sure to do whatever it takes to keep me comfortable (including keeping me away from the Finance office, because of my anxiety of Finance officers from the Arlington MB dealership). I got a great deal. He is constantly checking-in on me. And, I have absolutely no regrets from my purchase decision.

Though we were there to look at one of the cheapest cars on the lot, you would never have known it by how we were treated by our saleswoman, Sam Jenkins. She made us feel as though we were buying a brand-new car and did so many little things to make it apparent that we were just as important as a customer who was. I was impressed with the professionalism at Mercedes Benz of Tyson's Corner. My 2006 BMW 325i looks like brand new. I currently reside in Maryland and I had to get a Maryland inspection for the vehicle. The dealership agreed to remove the tint for free. The dealership gave me a free 24 hour rental (2012 Mercedes C250) and removed the window glazing from my car. Ask for Joe Navarre he's a good guy!

I'd regard my sales associate and my service writer as my friends. Getting a good deal is important to me, but so is being looked after. After many trips to and from the dealership without finding a solution to this issue affecting my mercedes, I eventually took it to a private auto body shop and found out that not only was it a quick fix, but it was potentially dangerous. When I addressed the dealership, my concerns were ignored. I was not overly pleased with my encounters.

The sales staff, particularly Ayman and John, created a sales experience that was far and away better than any other I experienced with other dealerships. There were no high pressure sales tactics, rather the staff worked with us to understand the reasons behind our desired price point and then gave us a price that beat our own expectations. Perhaps most importantly, even though this is a Mercedes dealership, the atmosphere in this dealership is much different than that of other foreign luxury brands like Audi and Lexus. The staff at this dealership was never condescending because we wanted the best deal, rather they were always respectful of our expectations. I am so confident in the sales staff at Mercedes of Tysons that I would send my grandmother to them. Needless to say, based upon my recent experience they have earned my patronage in the future.

Just picked up my car on 3-24-2012 and on 3-25-2012 had to call for service BECAUSE OF A BLOW OUT, COST 119., RENT A CAR 142, CLEAN INJECTOR 300.00. Since it was a BMW 750Li I purchased I took the car to the nearest BMW, the fuel injectors were clogged because they put the wrong fuel in the car, , I am a Maryland resident so I had to have Maryland inspection, was advised tires so bad they couLD go any time, again, picked up vehicle on 3-24-12 AND SPENT 716.00 WITHIN A COUPLE OF DAYS, I ASKED ALFONSO OR WHATEVER THE at#$%& HIS NAME IS TO JUST TAKE CARE OF THE TIRE ISSUE, HE SAID NO, THEY CAN DO NOTHING FOR ME ABOUT ANYTHING. Sam Jenkins was extremely professional and did not put pressure and treat me like I have often been treated by the typical pushy money grubbing "car pimps". The atmosphere at Tysons Corner Mercedes-Benz is like no other car dealer Ive been to, it is very relaxed and not rushed about getting you to make a decision as many do....practically ripping the money out of my pockets like a french pick pocket!!! I left twice and was not chased down like at the other dealers Ive been to. I went across the street to another dealer to look at a similar car and was treated like a french fry hitting the ground at "King's Dominion" with 100 seagulls pecking all over me! At Mercedes Benz of Tyson's I got a very fair price and I trully felt very comfortable unlike past experiences. At the other dealer I was actually offered a $25 gift certificate to buy their car! $25??? Unbelieveable!!! After this I recieved multiple calls hounding me to come back!!! I have never taken the time to write in a positive report on a car dealer, only negative. But this time I was treated so well I am compelled to do so! Sam insisted on cleaning and detailing the car before I left and the finance manager Leon Dionisic was extremely helpful and pleasant. In the future I will buy from Mercedes Benz of Tysons Corner and recommend them to all my family and friends.

My Husband and I were looking for a used car for about two months in different car dealers. None of the ones we saw got my attention or were in good shape until i went to the Mercedes-Benz of Tysons Corner. Believe me, we saw MANY cars but none like the one we saw there, a 2005 CR-V. I was very enthusiastic because we were going to buy it for me. The sales consultant that took care of us was Joe Navarre. I have to say he was very polite and out going. He did his best to make us happy and answered all of our questions. I had a great experience and I have to say that I'm happy for buying my car from them. I love it and it is in perfect condition!

What a crappy experience with a Mercedes dealership. When you purchase a vehicle of this level you expect the experience to be a professional one. These guys are no better then the greasy used car salesmen you find everywhere. We purchased a $60K vehicle less then a month ago and have been nickle and dimed over the most rediculous issues we've had with the vehicle. These issues should have been handled as a no-brainer at this level but this group of people have one goal in mind, to suck you for every penny they can. Stay away, deal with Hagerstown Mercedes, a little further out but a world ahead of these guys in customer service.

I purchase fleets as well as personal cars, and have avoided dealers for years because of the lengthy process, but Joe Navarre sealed a deal on my personal car and got me in the finance department in record time, as well as getting the vehicle prepped quickly. His service has renewed my interest in buying from dealerships. At the same time, he handled two other customers and was still able to get me out the door quickly at my price.

We get phone calls updating us on the status of service and if there is a delay from the original time promised. We usually get our car before time promised. Sam is fabulous. I was shopping for a convertible as a second car and fell in love with the Mercedes SLK. When I began my search on-line I found a Certified Pre-Owned SLK that rocked at Tysons. I had previously purchased an E Class Mercedes from this dealership and was thrilled the SLK I was looking for was at Tysons. I called to make an appointment to test drive the car the next day and was greeted at the dealership by Sam Jenkins. She had the keys in hand and wasted no time in allowing me to take the car for a spin. She was very professional, friendly and knowledgable of all aspects of the car! I had a Lexus that I wanted to trade and when we returned to the dealership Sam immediately had the car appraised and within 20 minutes we were negotiating the final price on the trade and the SLK. I can not express my gratitude enough for Sam's appreciation of my time and her professionalism in recognizing my goal of driving away with the SLK at a fair deal. While I was writing the finance dept. (great service as well) a check the car was being extra detailed and cleaned. I love the fact that you always get your car back from this dealership immaculate whether you are buying new, or have it in the shop for maintenance. In addition, you receive a new Mercedes as a rental if it takes longer than a day!! Zach in customer service is also wonderful as he focused on ensuring that every last detail on the car was perfect. Thank you Sam and Zach! You both have earned 5 plus, plus stars! As a side note I live in Alexandria, VA and there is a dealership here but the drive to Tysons (inclusive of the massive highway construction) is worth it to work with such professional and caring folks like Sam!

Before my appointment with the sales consultant I used the internet to search their inventory, and had an opportunity to discuss the potential purchase with one of their service advisors, so I already knew what I wanted. The friendliness and professionalism of the sales consultant (Edward Moore), and a test drive, closed the deal.The actual purchase (i.e. the paperwork and signatures) was pleasant, and FAST. I was thoroughly pleased with the process.

I just purchased an E-Class Mercedes at Tyson's. Wisdom was my salesperson, who couldn't have been nicer. He is very patient and enjoys what he does. He made the tedious process of selecting a car very enjoyable. This dealership has a huge inventory of cars, so it was very easy to find the options I wanted on the lot. Aradna in financing was very refreshing. After having made a deal on a car, she didn't try to talk me into putting a lot of money down. She offered different payment scenarios and made sure that I received all of the dealer discounts and promotions. It was an easy process. I highly recommend Wisdom and Aradna. Both just make purchasing a car an enjoyable process from beginning to end.

Well, I have to say that this has been my best car buying experience thus far. My sales consultant (Wisdom) was very professional and polite. Both him and the Manager (Adolf) were very patient. I was very pleased with the service for several reasons. First the Internet price was 1 to 3 thousand dollars cheaper for the same vehicle (same options) everyone else. Second, vehicle preparation was above my expectations. I planned on replacing the gas shocks on the hood of the vehicle. They replaced them prior to delivery. Third Fez, my saleman was very helpful and made my day. I purchased the vehicle as a birthday present to my self, when I arrived to pick it up. It was freshly detailed with a huge bow on the hood. It could not have been better. I highly recommend Mercedes Benz of Tyson's Corner.

I would have to say oru of all of the Mercedes I have owned, this SA was by far the worst and laziest. Not only was he incompitent, but his follow through and knowledge was rancid. I took my car in for service and was called by my SA and told that they didnt think that some of the issues were warranty related, such as interior trim piece falling off the door, breaking LCD display and a software glitch that had my NAV in the middle of the India Ocean. I told him that my car only had 23k miles and this certainly should NOT be occuring. His comment was, "some things you just have to live with"... WTH. Not only was he completely dismissive of the issues, but his Service Manager was so disconnected, that he wanted to tell me that my car was NOT in warranty.. Obviouly he did not have the fact, but spoke out anyways. Needless to say, I took my car WITHOUT getting it serviced there to another dealership who AGREED, that a Car with 23K miles IS IN WARRANTY and that the SA and MB of Tysons, were trying to cut corners..I WILL NEVER TAKE my vehicle to that POOR PATHETIC DEALERSHIP AGAIN. I would recommend that anyone wanting good quality service, go anohter MB dealer. MB of Tysons is POOR POOR POOR!!!UPDATE:Received a call from the SA Manager. Very polite, walked through each issues and civilly addressed them with me.

This was the best car buying experience so far. The price was negotiated over the phone in 10 min and the car was ready for me the next day. Financing and all paperwork was done in less than 2 hours. The salesman was great to work with and he even followed up a few times to make sure I'm satisfied and have any questions. I;ll buy my next Mercedes from him and this dealdership again.

I was greeted enthusiastically by Ayman Elasady immediately when I arrived. He had the new vehicle prominently parked at the front of the dealership for my convenience. After test driving and evaluating the unit, we began earnest and amicable negotiation toward a final price. John Colon, the Sales Manage, entered the discussion and indicated that, although past closing time, they would make the deal work and do the final preps on the GLK for me to drive it home on that Saturday night.We never got contentious in our discussion and did arrive at a satisfactory deal in a relatively short amount of time.At all times I felt that I was treated professionally, courteously, and respectfully by them and by everyone at the dealership. This is my first purchase of a "luxury" car and I must say that the sales/dealership experience lived up to the reputation of the Mercedes-Benz brand.

On October 3, 2011, I decided to pay a visit to Mercedes Benz of Tyson, and look at their inventory of previously own C-class 300. A couple of weeks before I tested a couple of BMW's Series 3 (328i)at other dealers. I was looking for a vehicle mid-sized, V-6, with a responsive engine, good handling, good suspension, good braking, all wheel drive and most of all, a pleasure to drive. To my surprice I found all of those qualities in the Benz C-300 4Matic Sport. When I took it for a drive with one of the sales people (Mike Skarlatos)I was sold. Mike took his time to explain all the gadgets and whistlers that the vehicle have, specially the way it handles. The reason I chosed Tyson's, was because that day,the weather was cloudy, rainy and cold and Mike came outside out of the comfort zone of their nice facility and introduced himself, greeted me and make me feel welcome. The service related to the financing with Ms. Saab was very fast, courteous, proffesional and she also took her time to explain all the options available related to The financing and warranties. The rest is history and I am ejoying my vehicle. So if you are looking for a dealer that have pressional personnel with knowledge about their product and a place were you can develop a relationship for the preventive maitenance of the vehicle, look no further and give Mercedes Benz of Tyson's Corner in Virginia a chance. A few weeks ago, I decided it was time to trade in my several year old SUV and buy a new, more fuel efficient car. After considerable research, I decided to purchase the 2012 Mercedes Benz MB350 BlueTEC. Much to my surprise, I discovered that many others like me had made the same decision and finding a MB350 BlueTEC was going to be a little more challenging that I thought. I contacted several area Mercedes Benz dealers and was disappointed in how evasive some were and how slow to respond others were as well. That is, all but Mercedes Benz Tysons Corner and their Internet Sales Manager, Ayman Elasady. Ayman responded promptly, courteously, and with the kind of detail new car buyers need to make an informed decision. After a few email exchanges and a couple of quick telephone calls, we agreed to meet at the dealership for a test drive and talk about the MB350. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I was sold on the car after only a few miles of driving, sold on the dealership once I looked at their well organized and spacious facility, and especially sold on Ayman and his professional and patient approach. Three hours after driving in I left with my new MB350 BlueTEC. So...here's my advice: Choose Mercedes Benz Tysons Corner as your dealer and you won't be disappointed. Next, call Ayman and ask him to help you find the Mercedes Benz you've always wanted. You'll end up like me...a very satisfied customer eager to pass the news on to the next prospective buyer.

Ayman was very nice to work with and very professional. The best part is being an internet sales person he cuts through the chase (haggling) and shares valuable pricing insight which made our decision easy. I only wish other dealerships learn from this review and train their "Sales People" to be as straight forward and customer-oriented.

During a visit to the D.C.area from 2 through 4 October 2011, I became worried about a strange noise emanating from my 2004 E320 station wagon. Whenever I accelerated from a standing position, I would hear a squeaky, groaning or moaning noise that I thought came from the right rear wheel. Unwilling to make the long 440 mile drive back to Ocean Isle Beach in N.C. without knowing what the problem was or having it taken care of, I called my long-time service representative, B.J. Alger, on Monday afternoon, explained the situation and asked whether he could make an emergency appointment for me the following day as I had to be back in N.C. the evening of Tuesday but was prepared to spend another night in the D.C. area if a repair would take longer. On Tuesday morning at 10.30 I pulled into the service area and within 5 minutes Michael Peyton (System Technician, Master Certified) asked me to drive him around for a minute or two so that he could listen to the noise. He heard it and stated unless he could look underneath the car he could not be sure what caused the noise which he thought came from the front. The possibilities, according to him, ranged from failing engine mounts to drive train trouble. Ten minutes later he was back with a big smile on his face and asked me to drive him around again. This time the noise was gone. It turned out that a piece of wood about 5 inches long and 1 inch thick had become wedged between two metal plates near the transfer case. During acceleration this caused the plates to vibrate and produce the noise that had worried me.Time spent at Mercedes Tysons Corner: 30 minutes. Cost: $ 0. By 11.00 a.m I was on my way to N.C. and I could not have been more satisfied with the service I received.Manfred von Nordheim

Fez and his Finance Manager Arunda were awesome! First of all, Fez was really laid back yet very professional. Not pretentious by any means like some of the other Mercedes reps I had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with. Our experience there was unmatched to any other car buying experience we have EVER had, and over the years we have had many. To seal the deal, the follow-up after buying the car is great. My husband and I now know we will be going there to trade in our second vehicle. They will have another sale from us before the year is up! We live all the way in Bowie, Md, but they are worth the distance to VA.

The entire buying service at Mercedes-Benz of Tysons Corner was outstanding because of the excellent service by Sales Manager John Colon, Mike Skarlatos and Leo Dionisio. I drove BMWs for the past 20 years and most recently a BMW 5 series. However, I recently purchased a new Mercedes-Benz C300 sports sedan and the driving experience, precision handling and luxury was awesome, really so much better than BMW. Also, if you are a USAA member there is special pricing available. In short, I would highly recommend anyone considering purchasing a Mercedes-Benz to visit Tyson Corner and ask for Mr. Colon and and Mike Skarlatos for a test drive and chat. What I liked most was there was no pressure and the outstanding service provided by Mr. Colon, Mr. Skarlatos and business manager Mr. Dionisio was extraordinary and made the experience a true pleasure. One thing I really liked also about Mercedes-Benz of Tyson is the selection of various lines from C class to S class, so it offers a full range of options and prices.

I generally buy cars from private parties--because I do not trust dealers and I do not want to play their games [ which I don't understand]. in addition I do not trust the sales persons for the same reason.BUT--being a professional person in Finance--I have NEVER [ 64 years old] had such a great experience. Alan was professional and did everything to please me both with service and purchase price.Also the "Brick and Mortar" or showroom is as professional with sales persons ready to assist with NO pressure.I have already told many of my associates and hope Alan Khani is rerwarded accordingly.

Ayman is awesome. There definitely weren't any of the typical 'games' you encounter when buying a new vehicle. We have purchased a number of new cars over the past few years, and our experience with Ayman was among the best. Tysons had a good selection of the vehicle we wanted so we could compare color combos and options on-site. Ayman quickly and fairly assessed our trade, offered a great price on the new vehicle, and made the negotiation as un-car salesman-like as possible. He answered all of our questions and was very friendly and helpful during the entire process. One of the best car buying experiences that I have had. The sales consultant responded to the inquiry I had on a new E350 and he responded immediately even though it was after business hours. The price that was quoted was the price offered, no haggling needed. I had been researching this model of MB 5 months and this was the best deal out there of all the MB dealerships in the Washington D.C Metropolitan Area. From the time we arrived to the deal completed was a little more than 2 hours and thats with the test drive. The process was efficient not rushed. Great customer service. They took care of me as soon as I walked in and made sure to answer all of my questions. They were very informative and honest about my options when turning in my Leased C350 and took the time to explain all of my options, both positive and negative. After I spent months trying to figure out what to do with a baby on the way (buy out the lease, re-lease, buy pre-owned, buy new, etc.)and running all sorts of numbers, they were able to help me purchase a new ML350 at a great price and great financing with no sales pressure which all together made a world of difference. Fez was very attentive and helped with the whole buying process even though I have not bought a car yet. I did feel a bit haggled over when we had to go over the price 3-4 times, even with a check engine light on in the car. Quite surprising that a check engine light would be in a car on the sales lot and still Fez handled it very well and made sure everything was taken care of. He also was helpful buy following up on the sales process to make sure I was satisfied with my choice since moving on to other options with the end of the month coming up.

I recently purchased my first Mercedes Benz with this dealership and I would have to say that the people I worked with were all very nice and helpful, and made the whole buying experience as smooth as possible. Originally I walked on to the lot not even expecting to buy a car, but was approached quickly by Clayton Garret who was very helpful and not pushy during the whole sales pitch (big plus for me since I hate being pressured!). He listened to my criteria and quickly found me what would soon be my future car (a C300). During the test drive he answered all my questions and definitely put me at ease with his friendly attitude and manner. Even when it came down to the pricing it was all handled very efficient without a lot of back and forth or haggling which I also hate. As for the financing, I worked with Leo Dionisio who was also very helpful with the paperwork and maintenance/warranty options. Overall, I was in and out with my future car in less than 3 hours. I would highly recommend this dealership and in particular the two people I worked with.

My E430 4 MATIC is nine years old. I brought it in for its regular service plus some wear tear repairs on the ECS, rear drive and axle, brakes, etc with over 127,000 miles on it. Sam and Bobby did an absolutely awesome job on the car and now it drives as if it just arrived from Stuttgart. Purrs like a kitten, quite, and drives magnificently. Thanks much!!

I see all these review's on here kissing butt to this dealership and the service people and the manager. It is obviously employees writing these reviews. Mercedes-Benz of Tyson's is a train wreck as far as there service department goes. I go there only because it is right next door to my work and usually I take a day off work if I have to take my car there it's so horrible. My last visit I think I worked with my 11th service advisor. Knowing about the car business somewhat I know its a high turnover business but this dealer keeps no advisors for any length of time except for one guy but I think he is gone now also. I now go to American Service Center were true professional's take care of me every time.Just by the pricing at MB Tyson's I can see they only have one thing in mind and thats ripping customers off. Also there advisor's are not trained and or even seem to care because they are only going to be there a few week's anyway.I will never step foot in that factory again. Beware of this Dealership. Just an opinion of course so take it how you like.

I found Mercedes of Tyson's Corner when I was shopping for a Jaguar XJR. I can't believe it when I saw that the dealer was selling the 2004 Jaguar XJR with 41k miles.Anyway, the sales person who took care of me was Barbara Sisco. Let me tell you about Barbara, she is a rare sales woman. Yes, she is a lady and she was wonderful to work with. I work at the IRS Headquarter in New Carrollton and I was busy because the April 18 tax deadline was near.Barbara was willing to drive the car to the IRS office which I really appreciated very much. She made the process of buying the car very painless and very easy. She basically disclosed the condition of the car thoroughly to me before I bought it.The only thing that she missed was the extra key. Barbara told me that the Jaguar had 2 sets of key but there was only one key. Well no body is perfect and I don't expect Barbara to be 100% perfect because she was pretty much honest from the beginning and she was extremely helpful. The tires were flagged during Maryland inspection but the inspector said that they need to be changed pretty soon. It was expected for a used car, so I bought 4 set of new tires online for the Jaguar.She told me that the car was flawless and wow the Jaguar XJR was clean. Even my friends at work were very impressed! They said that the car was shiny and it is in a like new condition!I love the fact that I didn't have to drive from Maryland to Virginia to do the paper work, Barbara Sisco basically made my life easier. She emailed all the paper work that I need to sign and fax them back to the dealership from the comfort of my own house! When she arrived at the IRS, I basically had to sign few paper work and I had to give her the check.Anyway, thank you very much Barbara for being very patient, accommodating, honest and pleasant to deal with. I wish the best in your career in car sales! I recommend you to talk to her when you go to the Mercedes of Tyson's Corner. She will make you a happy buyer!

This may be the place to buy but think again about the service. We have been using them for years. My wife father used them for many years. After today I never will use them again.Why?They never remember to turn the nag light off for service anymore.The car has been in twice, maybe three times, for the A/C. They have only made it worse.Over the years they tried to sell us on unnecessary repairs. Always the S belt. My favorite was the woman service tech who told my wife that we needed new tires ASAP! I had just put four brand new tires on the car less than 6,000 miles before. The other was when we picked up the car and it smelled like tacos inside. Someone had lunch in there. I complained. They promised $200 off the next service call. The next service call they had no record of the promise. Today it was the same old BS. Why did we keep going? Habit. Because my wife FIL went for years and still does. We just bought a Porsche from the Penske Group. I hope their service dept is better.UPDATEApparently the dealership reads these comments. For all I know it could be a dealership website. Regardless, the response from HBL was very good. So we will continue as customers. We shall see.

Mike was friendly, accomodating, and best of all, didn't judge me based on my age or appearence. Other Mercedes and BMW dealesr i've walked into have brushed me off based on that. Mike was eager to help me, took me for a test drive right away no questions asked, and got me top dollar for my trade in. He didn't pressure me and emailed me with updates. When I wanted a little more money knocked off the car for some minor dings etc, Fred D. (Manager) worked with Mike and came to a number that worked for both of us. A week later, I asked if I could have the car aligned because it was showing some uneven wear, Fred let me come in without argument and get that done. It was overall a pleasant and satisfying experience. I'd definitely come here again. Both of them treated me with respect and made me feel valued as a customer. Coming from Nissan, it's a stellar jump. Bravo

I've never been treated so fair by a car dealership/salesperson. Talking with Barbara was like talking with a friend and she made the sales experience fun, friendly, and expedient. She is not the stereotypical car salesperson and I will choose to go back to her as well as send as many people as I can to her. I did not feel cheated--as I have been previously--and she was more than fair with me. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would recommend her and the dealer to anyone looking.

She was a source of solid, objective advice, which was something my wife and I needed during what would typically be a somewhat stressful event.She took us to Leo Dionisio Financial Manager, who walked us through a fiercely complex process with ease. Sam Jenkins was wonderful. She sold me the used car I wanted, and showed me the items her dealership had already fixed. This gave me great confidence in the purchase. On the day I made the decision, we found a squeaky fan motor, and she had the entire blower assembly replaced. This certainly cut into the dealer profit, but it truly made the sale, and made a future repeat customer.

When car was brought in for service for a problem with the transmission, recommeded flushing the system, which they did but did not chnage the filter, failure to do this has voided my warrenty. Not only did they not do this as it should have been, stated to warrent company that it doesn't need to be done until 5yrs or 50,000 miles. This is not what the printed manuel states is required. I now have a transmission that needs to be replace on a 100,000 car which had 31,000 at the time and now has 45,000. This problem existed and was brought in twice for the problem, the first time it was still under warrenty. I am so disappointed in MB. My previous SL500 lasted 12 yrs over 200,000 miles, and it was in the shop less and cost less than this one has already.

INTRODUCTION:It is hard to know where to begin in describing how positive my experience was in dealing with Mercedes-Benz of Tysons Corner during the course of considering, and ultimately purchasing, a C300 sedan. Across the board, everything was first rate, and I am thrilled with my purchase, with absolutely no sign of buyers remorse. I feel like I got a great deal, and in fact, two full weeks later, I still smile upon getting into the car. Heck, I smile just looking at the thing sitting in the driveway! I am delighted to be able to write that, for I have to confess that like many, I am naturally inclined to be skeptical of auto dealers. After dealing with MB of Tysons Corner, I feel as though I have met a dealer that I would LIKE to do business with again in the future. What follows is a walk-through of what my buying experience was like, from start to finish.INITIAL CONTACT:I had not even planned to purchase a Mercedes. I previously owned a BMW 325ci, and was exploring the purchase of a newer version of the same. At my fiances suggestion, I visited the Website for MB of Tysons Corner, and found myself attracted to the C-Class sedan. The website provided lots of pictures and information, and convinced me that I ought to at least go take a look. My fiance beat me to the dealership that evening, where HAMID MAFIDI politely introduced himself, and in the time it took for me to arrive, she explained to him what I was looking for. THE SALES PROCESS:When I arrived, HAMID introduced himself in the most down to earth and sincere manner completely contrary to the sales pitch personality I expected. HAMID (and several other individuals in sales that I had incidental contact with while there) struck me as very professional and low pressure. HAMID knows he has a product that literally sells itself, and he didnt feel the need to give me the hard sell. I really appreciated this about HAMID, as Im a pretty low key guy in general, so this approach works well for me. My fiance had informed HAMID that I was considering another BMW as well, and rather than launching into a panicked hard sell with reasons why BMW does not compare to Mercedes, he simply acknowledged that BMW had fine cars too, and offered to familiarize me with his product so that I might be able to make the informed decision my visit there had been intended to do in the first place. We first identified the type of car I was interested in, and price range, and then he obtained a vehicle that we could take out for a test drive. When we got back to the dealership after the test drive, I told HAMID I was very impressed, and wished to give the possibility of purchase greater thought. My visit to MB of Tysons Corner occurred on a Wednesday evening, and I had made plans to visit my BMW dealer that Saturday. I told HAMID about this schedule, and my desire to Sleep on it, and rather than worry that he might lose the sale if I walked out the door that night without signing on the dotted line, he was completely professional. I told him I wished to move quickly, and would be in touch with him early the following week.THE PURCHASE:As one might expect, HAMID left me a message the following day, thanking me for coming in, and leaving his contact information should I have any questions. While this is simply good customer service, after having met HAMID in person, and witnessing him spend some 90 patient minutes with me the previous evening (going over options, pricing, and providing the test drive), I felt that there was also a good dose of sincerity in the call as well. Over the weekend, I had made the decision that the MB was the way to go. Things got busy at work, and by the following Wednesday, I had yet to get back to HAMID. A low pressure just checking in voicemail from HAMID on Tuesday was followed by a call on Friday, which I was happy to pick up on. I told HAMID I would be in the following day, Saturday. HAMID told me that he would ensure that the car I was interested in would be in the show room, detailed and available for easier, and closer, inspection. When I got there, the car literally jumped into my arms. It was a no brainer. But first, there remained a few negotiating details to address.NEGOTIATIONs & FINANCING:HAMID and I performed a walk-around of the vehicle, prior to closing the deal (I was buying Certified Pre-Owned). HAMID noted a couple minor items that needed to be addressed, as did I, and we agreed on how the fixes would be reflected in the sales price. This did require HAMID to discuss certain things with his Manager, ADOLF AFFUL , who himself worked to get me into the car by helping us settle on what I feel was a very fair price for all involved. ADOLF essentially said that he wanted his customers happy so that they would keep coming back. He could have also said so that I would tell others, for that is what I am most happy to do today through this review. The negotiation was important to me, for I wanted very much to feel good about my purchase, enough so that I would like to do business with MB of Tysons in the future. Confirming in my mind that the dealership was of good character was essential to me, and the dealership passed with flying colors.Once a sales price had been established, HAMID brought me over to the Financing Office, and introduced me to LEO DIONISIO, the business manager in that area. LEO walked me through some additional options I could add on (Extended Warranty, Tire and Wheel Replacement, LoJACK, Front End Laminate Protection, etc.). As I made my selections, LEO ran pro forma numbers for me, factoring in different amounts of down payments. When we hit upon a good combination, LEO drew up the paperwork, I signed, and I was out the door to my new car, which had been brought out to the parking lot and prepped for me. The whole financing process took about 35-45 minutes and was painless. LEO was a pleasure to work with full of personality and very good at what he does.HAMID met me at my vehicle and walked me through how everything worked. Knowing I was eager to get driving, he handed me a couple complementary key chains, and urged me to call him with any questions that might come up. And with that, I was off.OVERALL ASSESSMENT: OUTSTANDING!As mentioned at the outset, my experience with Mercedes-Benz of Tysons Corner was nothing short of superlative. The kind receptionist passed me through Mike Skarlattos.Mike Skarlattos was a professional and a gentleman (I felt like I hit the "jack pot"), he made the buying process easy and very informative for me and my wife. He also went above and beyond to make sure that everything that I needed was taken care of in a short amount of time.Overall my car buying experince at Mercedes of Tysons Corner was the best ever and I would recommended Mercedes and Mike to anyone.

I arrived on a very busy Saturday without an appointment, expecting to just review the pre-owned C-class Mercedes Benz cars that the dealership had in stock and then move onto a few other MB dealers in the area.The salesman, Feroz Naderpoor, quickly greeted me and asked a few key questions about the type of car and options that were important to me. Without hesitation or further research, he took me on a tour of exactly the right cars. It didn't last long! The fourth car was exactly what I wanted - a silver C300 Sport 4Matic with Navigation and a sunroof. Rather than close the deal and move on, Feroz suggested I try a few different models within my price target to ensure I had selected just exactly the right car. As I was reviewing them, he answered questions on each car's options and ownership history. Once I was sure (and it was my original choice), he gave me great advice on the warrantee option without steering me into choices I did not want or need. To ensure all of the little details were not forgotten he ensured the car was completely prepared for delivery and he took care of a few details that I had not noticed or had a chance to discuss with him. There was no doubt that his sole focus was to ensure I had a great experience purchasing the car - and I most certainly did!

She advised but never pushed me. After getting emails and phone calls from Nam Su at Mercedes in Tysons, to remind me that my lease was approaching it's maturity date, Ive decided to walkin one Saturday and see my options and decide between Mercedes and BMW. Even though, I have not been in the showroom since my last purchase in November 2006, my sales consultant Nam Su recognized me right away, he went above and beyond to make my buying experience as easy and comfortable as possible. He was extremely pleasant and courteous. I recommend this dealer to anyone who is interested in looking into purchasing a new Mercedes.

Bought a certified mercedes by phone, flew in to pick it up.Sales person (Joe Navarre) picked me up from the airport and a few hours later all was taken care of and I was back on my way to Florida.Car (and all other things) were as promised and it was overall a good experience.Only comment i could make (and this is really no big deal) is that the interior could have been detailed a bit better.

I have been known to walk out of dealerships who resort to tactics that are insulting and a waste of my time. Initial contact was made on Monday morning and there were three short phone calls and a fax on Tuesday. Price negotiations were fair, equitable and without any of the pressure that too often appear with car purchases. I drove 3 hours in the rain Wednesday morning to make my transaction. After inspecting the car, a test drive and completing paperwork in a seemless fashion, I drove off in a perfect 2010 E350 Coupe that afternoon. The Sun appeared, it seems requested just for me, for my trip home. The entire experience was professional and Michael Skarlatos was top notch. I will happily recommend him, and this dealership, to any who are interested in a Mercedes. Highly recommended!

Sam Rachidi, along with the Service Team at HBL of Tyson's corner makes each visit an enjoyable experience. Despite the challeneges of the Tyson's Metro construction, the dealership remains open, clean and efficient. Sam ensures that clients are up to date on the progress of their vehicles, explains any work preformed and ensures customer satisfaction through his diligence. I was extremely impressed by the high professionalism and no-nonsense attitude that Rosanne displayed as soon as me and my wife stepped into the dealership. That was maybe a tenth visit to a dealership within a week as I was shopping around for a new lease, so I had researched everything and was ready to go for a good deal. In a matter of minutes Rosanne was able to find exactly the car I needed, and came up with an offer that met all my requirements. She is unbelievably efficient and just a pleasure work with. Both of us will not hesitate to recommend Rosanne to anyone who wants to avoid those famous dealer games.

After a bumpy start with the service shop on our 12,000 mile check-up, I am pleased with the transaction. A rep called to assure that their work was satisfactory, and when made aware of our concerns, they were addressed. Further, the shop completed the work on time and also did a fine job washing and otherwise cleaning the car. All said and done, we were pleased. We will continue to use the service shop, and in the end, that is as glowing a commendation as possible.

This is a first rate operation. I walked into the showroom and drove away with a new Mercedes Benz within 2 hours! I traded in my 2009 E-350 for an upgraded 2011 E350 and the process was very smooth - no hassles. Demitri took the time to review my service record history with Mercedes to better understand me as a customer. I consider this - doing your homework! He had 2 automobiles ready for me to test drive when I arrived last Friday afternoon. The new E-350 really sells itself - it is a great value. Leo and Waqner finalized the deal by giving me top value for my trade in and working out manageable monthly payments to fit my budget. Everyone at the dealership, from the receptionist to the mechanics are consistent in their committment to customer service.

I will likely drive there for service because my impression of this location is so good; I live in Edgewater, MD so it is quite a distance. I had a lease that was coming to an end and not only did Demitri find me a car with the options that I wanted he went out of his way to make the deal happen. I felt like he was in my corner and helped me negotiate the best deal that I think I could have gotten. I highly recommend HBL since this is our 4th car that we have purchased or leased from them since 1996.

Mary typically handles new car sales and was kind enough to assist in our purchase of a used vehicle. At no time did we feel she was bothered or uninterested in assisting us. She was very professional and informative. What she did not know about the vehicle or process, she obtained the information, down to every detail. At no time did we feel pressure or a "sales" pitch during our experience. Mary followed through on all matters pertaining to the sale. She was always professional and cordial and we would have no problem referring her to anyone in the future. Please let her know that our experience could not have gone any better.

I have visited a lot of luxury car dealerships over the last several weeks, but I have honestly not met people as honest, respectable, and easy to work with as this bunch at Tysons Mercedes. They gave me a great price for my new 2010 C 300 and my junky trade in. They listened to me and really catered to my needs as a first time car buyer. Most important to me, they treated me with respect, which I have found surprisingly lacking at other luxury car dealerships. I was able to speak direcrtly and deal openly with the sales manager, Wagner. I found this efficienct and productive, and he definitely closed the deal. The business manager, Leo, was hilarious and did not try to sell me a whole bunch of packages I don't need. He treated me like we were old friends, and I felt very comfortable settling the financial details with him. Finally, I must say a word on my 2 sales reps, Rosanne and Mary. Rosanne was knowledgeable and confident, 2 qualities I find very reassuring when making such a purchase. My other rep, Mary, was a true sweet-heart and hugged me when I left the dealership. I can see that she takes her work personally. I will 100%, most defintely come back to buy my next car at Tysons Mercedes -- with this team of guys and gals. Thank you!

This was our first experience purchasing a Mercedes and it was excellent! We had been searching for the new ML450 hybrid for a few months with no luck. We saw that Mercedes in Tysons had one and called right away. We were fortunate enough to end up working with Clayton Garrett in new car sales. Clayton went above and beyond to make sure that he had the right car for us and we came in the very next day to lease it. He had taken extra time to get to the office early and become familiar with the car before we arrived. He was extremely pleasant to deal with during the entire process and has been in constant communication with us afterwards to make sure that we had everything we needed. I know that we will be coming back to Mercedes in Tysons for future purchases and I highly recommend Clayton to anyone!

Bill Detwiler was fantastic! He took time with us; even after the lease was finalized. He even gave us his cell phone number.He told us to stop by anytime we wanted any help with the various on-board systems.Leo, the lease manager was also great.We traded in our 2000 ML-320 (which we purchased here also). It was a great car and it was said saying goodby to it. Hopefully, we will feel the same about the new ML-350 when it comes time to trade it in.Overall, I would highly recommend this dealership!!

We haven't bought a car there yet but our shopping experience so far with Mercedes Benz of Tysons Corner and Sales Consultant Bill Detwiler will bring us back there as soon as we're ready to buy. Bill is exceptionally knowledgable and sincerely friendly. There was no pressure and all of our questions were answered thoroughly. Bill's experience in both sales and service is a real plus. It was a total pleasure to work with him. The dealership overall also makes a great impression. We toured the service department as well and it was cleanest and most luxurious one I have ever seen.

However, for our second buy, my wife and I were assisted by Clayton Garrett --- professional in all respects and committed to his customer. Long story short...my wife desired an E-350 Cabriolet and Clayton did all necessary to ensure she drove off with it that night. He worked with management on our behalf and made certain we received the requested price --- not only on the Cabriolet, but also on our trade-in! My overall experience at Mercedes Benz of Tysons Corner was excellent. The entire staff was great, but my salesperson, Bill Detwiler, stood out from the rest. Mr. Detwiler was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the car I was interested in. He really made me feel comfortable through the entire car purchasing experience. Additionally, he showed me the entire facility including the service department.I previously went to a few other Mercedes Benz dealerships around the DC Metropolitan area and I did not receive the same type of customer service, knowledge, and professionalism from them. Mercedes Benz of Tysons Corner stood out by far from the others. I strongly recommend Mercedes Benz of Tysons Corner and will look to do business with them in the future.

If you are in the DC area and want to buy a Mercedes from considerate, friendly, and professional dealers then I ONLY recommend Mercedes Benz of Tyson's Corner. This advice comes from someone who has physically visited most of the Mercedes dealerships in the area (even as far as Annapolis), and some of them more than once. The difference was not necessarily inventory or convenience (although both were excellent), but being able to work with Ayman and Wagner. It was extremely refreshing to find dealers who were not trying to sell me a lesser Mercedes to meet my budget, but rather, finding a way to sell me the car I want. They bent over backwards to make me a deal and in doing so, secured my loyalty. My mother-in-law has bought her Mercedes here, I will only buy my Mercedes here, and I recommend all of my friends to Ayman and Wagner at Tyson's Corner. My only regret is spending so much time at other dealerships before finally coming in to see Ayman. I could have easily saved myself over 30 hours of mind-numbing backroom dealing and disrespect. I cannot thank you guys enough. I would have given up on Mercedes if it wasn't for you two.

We are so very pleased with our purchasing experience at HBL Mercedes of Tysons. We had strong feelings to purchase a BMW. But when Hamid showed us the features of the E350 we felt that we were getting more for our money. I have owned a 2004 335i Coupe. It was a fun car but too harsh for my tastes. The E350 bridges speed and comfort. Plus there are so many great features. The NAV system was a breeze to learn. My wife drove a Lexus before this purchase. I am not sure she ever felt comfortable with the NAV system in that car.Hamid was by far the best salesman I have ever met. He explained features exactly so that I understood the first time. When he explained a subject that was complicated, he allowed time for us to digest what he had just said. Some salesmen just don't know when to be less talkative so that we can experience the test drive.Hamid was also a great trainer for us after our purchase. He went through every part of the car so that we felt safe to experience our drive home. Plus he gave us a head start in learning the radio and NAV. Our experience with Mercedes Benz of Tysons Corner has been Excellent. This was mostly due to our salesman Ayman Elasady. Ayman was professional, knowledgeable and went out of his way to ensure we had an outstanding buying experience with this dealership. We were particularly concerned about the trade-in process and Ayman worked on our behalf to ensure we had an acceptable trade-in offer. He spent much time with us going over the car and offered to have me come back when we got our new cell phones so he could help me set up the Bluetooth option in the car. He took us on a tour of the Service Department, which was very impressive. Ayman has followed up with us to see how we are doing with the car and if we had any problems or questions. We are very happy we went into this dealership to "look". Because of Ayman and his unrushed approached with us we spent longer and became "sold" on the ML350 we purchased. Ken Hahm was my dealer for a new C300. He knew exactly what I wanted and got it for me. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He was patient with all my questions and went out of his way to help me however he could. He was honest with his answers and I truly believe I got the best deal. I live 2 hours away and still was willing to deal with Ken. I strongly recommend him for your purchase. My shopping was mostly done over the phone and through email. Ken offered the best price and found the car I wanted (which was not at his dealer and he had them shipped to them). All I had to do at the dealership was to take the car for a test drive and purchase it. I am truly satisfied with my purchase and only wish I lived closer so I can take my new car there for servicing.

I purchased an E500 4matic on June 26th. Unfortunately the car was not ready for delivery. Shortly after sale and while my vehicle was in the service department my sales consultant moved out of the area. Jim was performing the services promised, but I discovered additional issues with the vehicle before I actually took delivery. Fred stepped in and between he and Jim they did what had to be done to make the car "right" before I took delivery. It was their actions that kept me from cancelling the deal and going elsewhere. It may have taken a little longer than expected for all of this to take place, but Jim and Fred made it their focus to ensure I would drive away happy. Many kudos to Jim for all he did in servicing my car, arranging for my loaner, answering my questions, and addressing my concerns no matter how small. The same goes for Fred by stepping up in the absence of my original sales consultant and making things right before I finally went on my merry way. Not sure how long I'll keep this car, but I'm sure with the service I'll receive from Jim I'll be driving it for years to come. I'm also sure Fred will be more than happy to sell me my next Mercedez Benz when the time comes.

The General Sales manager, Wagner Aguilla,was enthusiastic and professional about my transaction and making sure it was a very positive experience. We purchased a new car through Bill Detwiler. He was gracious and patient with us as we went through the evaluation and decision making process. He is extremely knowledgeable about the M-B product, AND the competitive cars. He never once criticized his competition; only making objective comparative observations. When we made our offer to purchase, Bill and his sales manager, David Saenz, accepted it without the indignation you will sometimes get at other dealerships. Their counter offer was WELL within reason and the settlement process was conducted with the professionalism of a business transaction. While we were buying a C-Class model, we were treated like people of means buying an S-Class or Maybach. Bill probably spent 2 hours of his time going over the car and it's functions in delivering it. Truly, an exceptional purchase experience!

When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Wagner the Sales Manager. He was very charming and was interested in my wants and needs. He immediately answered all my questions and had the vehicle I was looking for brought around for me. He introduced me to Mr Ken Hahm who began to show me all the features of the vehicle. He was very knowledgeable. I test drove the new E-Class and absolutely loved it. After the test drive they gave me a tour of their facility and showed me where I could bring my car for future service. I had been shopping for a car for a long time and never in my life have I been treated the way they treated me. They give you true first class service. The entire process was enjoyable with no high pressure sales pitch. They allowed me to take my time and pick exactly what I was looking for. I had been to two other local Mercedes Benz dealerships and nothing compared to the customer service that I received at Mercedes of Tysons. Needless to say, I bought a new car. I highly recommend anyone whose looking for a new Mercedes, to buy at HBL. They really care for their customers and it shows. A definite 2 thumbs up!

This was my first service at the Tysons Corner MB. It was prompt, the people were courteous and overall a very pleasant experience. I had to rush on the way out, so Mr. Alger insisted that he owed me a wash next time I bring the car in for service. I was offered a free loaner which I didnt need, so they offered me a free ride to the Galleria mall instead. This dealer is the most incompetent dealer I have ever been to. Over the last two years they have painted my car the wrong color, taken 4 trips to fix an emergency brake problem, it took two trips for them to figure out the parking brake wasn't retuning. There loaner car situation is the absolute worst I have ever seen, the people are snooty, belligerent and rude, the cars are junk, smell like beer.If you give them a bad quality servery that call you up and yell at you for giving them a bad servery.No one cares at all that this is how the dealership is run, the dealer staff, Penske Automotive that owns the dealer or Mercedes-Benz.Stay away from this dealership!

She assured us we had the best price and then after we had the car for two weeks arranged to have repair items scheduled. She even provided her personal cell phone number should we need any help. And even when we called on a Sunday (her day off) she took our concerns and acted on them. This was our first experience purchasing a pre owned car and we would certainly do it again with Mercedes Benz of Tysons Corner. Jim Osborne in the service department listened carefully to our concerns and within 15 minutes had our parking assist tone problem resolved. When I mentioned a few dents that I noticed while washing the car at home, he quickly brought in a body repair expert to look at it. No hassle about we had the car for two weeks, just an immediate customer satisfaction response---let me take care of that. I have purchased new cars where the service department didn't have this outstanding can do attitude. Jim Lofton quickly assessed the body repair needed and said he could have it fixed in 30 minutes if I could wait. I was amazed and pleased when he did just that and went beyond that in removing some residue from the windshield without even being asked. Then when I was ready to depart and the parking assist tone problem started again he noticed that some excess paint was blocking the sensors and immediately, on the spot, solved the problem. Again this was my first experience with a pre owned car. We were reffered to Mercedes Benz of Tysons Corner by our former Jaguar dealer who suggested a reliable established company was where we wanted to purchase a pre owned car. Our experience supports that recommendation. We had a positive and rewarding one.

My service representative met me at service entrance and checked my car in personally. He explained the issues with the car and the service required. Car was finished when promised. Was clean and washed when I picked it up - No fuss, no wait, no problems.

This was an absolute pleasant experience. Sam was able to keep me informed about the status of my car throughout the day and to notify me of any work that needed done before going ahead with the work. My car came back nice and clean and great! I would HIGHLY recommend the Tysons dealership for the mere fact of impeccable customer service!

Know that HBL will not help you in any way if your purchase is a bad one. They will promise to take the car back within 30 days, but that is a lie. I purchased a used mercedes from HBL and was told that I could not qualify for financing, I was asked to bring my husband who was on oxygen and unable to walk, back to sign. I was considering the C class and the E class. I was told that I had up to 30 days to return the car, so I could take it and try it out for us. So, I bought the E class. My husband died a month later. We also had a lot of snow. I brought the car in as soon as the funeral was over and the snow melted in my driveway (approx. 40 days after purchase). I was told that either I had to keep the larger E Class car or they would keep $5,000. and take the car back. Losing $5,000. for 40 days for a 2006 car with over 40,000 miles was excessive. I begged them to take a smaller amount and sell me a C class, because I could afford it easier, and now without my husband, I did not need the larger one. I also reminded them that they told me that I did not qualify to buy this car, and needed to sell it to my husband and now he was gone. Why do they now think I qualify? I am in a more difficult financial situation now, because I do not have his salary. I have always bought Mercedes and went to HBL to support a local dealership. I am so sorry that I bought my car from HBL. They are heartless people and liars.

My buying experience at Mercedes Benz of Tysons Corner was typical of my previous experiences when I had bought/leased two or three new Mercedes from the dealer -- it was very special and very satisfying. The dealership did everything right, and nothing was left to chance. My saleperson, Chuck Roeder, is the best I have ever had the pleasure of buying from. He made certain that I was completely satisfied! This dealer is the best I've ever experienced when buying a car, from initial sales visits to finance to service!

HBL Benz Tysons Corner, VA: Great Service and Service Rep. Greg Cherry is the best! The staff members with whom I met were professional. The waiting area was very clean. I was given a 2010 300C Benz rental and coffee at no cost, my car was returned to the service lane (in doors) after service, my car was washed, my car was vacuumed, my programmed radio stations were not altered, and the coins in my ashtray were not removed. The overall price for a Schedule A service and transmission flush was slightly high but reasonable. I will pay for great service.

I have been servicing my vehicles at the dealership for a few years becaause of the great assistance provided. It is easy to get an appointment and the repairs are done on time and my vehicles are washed after servicing. The staff is a reflection of the service director, David Sullivan, who is never too busy to listen to your concerns and make recommendations that a beneficial. The parts manager, Tom, is also willing to offer suggestions to minimize delays and find ways to work within your budget. These are two great individuals.All of the service advisors, valets and drivers who drive me to my office are knowledgeable and friendly. Whenever I arrive early for a service appointment, a rental car is provided at no charge for one day, and the rental car department is conveniently located on the premises. The service waiting area is state-of-the-art; it is so impressive that our daughter acknowledged the appearance and how comfortable it is waiting for her vehicle.My service experience is one of the main reasons why I have continued leasing Mercedes-Benzs for the past four years.I apologize for not remembering the name of other personnel who have assisted me and my family.

Before I start, let me refer you to the Better Business Bureau page for HBL of Tysons: their BBB rating is an "F". I was given the hard sell by Rosanne Baggett after first being insulted when I asked for a test drive. "It's Friday night, and I have someplace to be. I will only help you if you're prepared to buy tonight." Later, I apologized for "making" her take me for a test trive in the cold and she said, "what's done is done." Real nice. However, I fell in love with the car despite her sour attitude. I told her I had an average credit score and she pulled it and learned that was indeed the case. I was told "you're approved, you're approved". I made a 4000 dollar downpayment plus a payment for the 1st month of 609.54 dollars. I signed the lease and they rushed me out the door on a Friday night, gave me the car without so much as even going over safety lights because "it had to be off their lot" (and Rosanne was cold).THEN, midday on Monday, I was told they made a "mistake" and an addendum to the lease that I apparently signed permitted them to raise the lease from 609 to 779 dollars and I now owed them 179 more, plus 179 more per month. WHAT!?!!? So I told them I'd rather return the car. 7 days and dozens of insulting financing attempts later, including requesting an additional 16 thousand dollars up front!!!, I returned the car and they said they would credit my account the 4609.54 downpayment for a car I don't own and apparently never did. What legal right have they to keep my money, then? In any case, the refund never came and I ended up losing $4,609.54 and have nothing to show for it! To sum up, I have no car AND no money. Its apparently a common (and illegal) scam called "shipping the vehicle." It is also one of the reasons the Better Business Bureau gave them an "F" rating. That's right, an F. Finally, I contacted the Fairfax County Courthouse, where you can see 13 (THIRTEEN) similar cases brought against MB of Tysons in the last 36 months. I realize there are several positive reviews on this forum, but before you believe a word of them, check out the Fairfax County Consumer Advocate website and remember their rating of F from the BBB.... then head to one of the many other Benz dealers in the area. As an aside, they offered me 10k on my trade-in while CarMax offered me 12.5k.

So often people only write about events that did not go well and this definately was not the case during our buying process. We found the experience to be very professional, done with class and a overal pleasant experience.We were extremely impressed. Thank you HBL for providing this atmosphere for us.

I have come to expect impecable treatment whenever I visit the HBL McLean, VA delaership. They continue to meet or exceed my expectation. My very professional car buying experience has been backed by a service writer (BJ Alger) that is responsive to all of my calls and who thouroughly explains the service solution. I have always received a loaner vehicle which minimize the disruption to my normal routine.

I've been a loyal customer to HBL for almost 4 years now. Bijan is the best! He's so helpful and always very friendly.I've called around for prices, and I found HBL to have the best prices in the area. It's also conveniently located near Tysons I and II, with shuttle service or loaner cars available. My family has bought cars from different dealers in the area, but we always come back to HBL for service and maintenance needs.

I have had the pleasure of doing business with HBL/Mercedes Benz of Tysons Corner for over ten years. Having purchased many Mercedes from them I have found the sales process to be very comfortable and fair. My most recent purchase of a 2010 E350 from Chuck Roeder was quick, pleasant and competitive in price. Chuck was also very helpful in suggesting the most desirable options. I continue to return to the dealership because of its excellent service. My service advisor, Greg Chery, is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Greg recognizes the importance of good communications and always keeps me current on the status of my vehicle including the work to be performed, timeline for completion and a reasonable estimate of the cost. Ultimately, the quality of their work is outstanding. In the very few instances that the work was not completed as required they are responsive and quick to follow-up and politely meet all expectations. The dealership has very limited turnover in its management team which adds to the quality and consistency of its dedication to customer care.

I was traveling through VA on business when the windsheield wiper on my C280 decided top die during a torrential rainstorm. I brought my car to the dealership without an appointment and had the car fixed and on its way in less than 3 hours! The staff was very professional and courteous.If I lived in the area I would definately have my car serviced there.

I just had a scheduled maintenance done on my 2004 E500, Greg and the HBL Team did an outstanding job, alerted me to a series of fluid exchanges that would be beneficial and overall did a great job, time-wise, quality of workmanship and this is not the first time I have had that experience. I buy at HBL because they provide service.

Great Service Team at MB-Tysons Corner. My last visit I was treated well not by just Dennis but by the entire staff. I even had one of the other service managers help me with my in car bluetooth system without even asking. Thats the type of service you can expect at Tysons, they put customer satisfaction above all else. Great Job!

This was one of the best experience I have had with a new car dealership. Everyone was very friendly and the selection of cars was terrific. My sales person answered all of my questions and went the extra mile to make sure my wife and I were comfortable throughout the whole process. One of the best Mercedes Service Departments that I've had the opportunity to deal with in a very long time. The Service Advisors are absolutly wonderful and extremely knowedgable. Highly reccomend them. I have been a Mercedes Benz owner for the last 20 years and have dealt with other dealers in the Washington DC area. Thus far, as far as service is concerned, HBL is superior.

The quality of customer service at this dealership is not far from a chop-shop in Juarez, Mexico. I brought my S55 AMG in for the B Service and waited in the service lane for approximately 45 MINUTES before anyone acknowledged my presence. After I was found to be worthy of their time they took my car around and - supposedly - performed the B Service. I returned to the dealership 5 hours later after being told that my S Class would definitely be ready by then only to discover that the tech had not even started the service yet because of some mixup. I left it overnight. When I came to pick the car up the next morning it was unwashed and the tires looked like Mario Andretti had driven my car. There was even rubber residue from the tires stuck to the bottom of the rear bumper. I asked the service advisor why my car was in this condition and he said that it could not have possibly been anyone from the dealer because there was no reason for anyone to road test the car.I am never going back there and if you want my 2cents, you would be better off going somewhere else.

This dealer do not work, or do it correctly, but believe me it is all about the money here.I used HBL 3 years ago for my ML because they are "authorized." Though that came to an end because I was tired of getting screwed and bad customer service. Being sick of customer service, I sold my ML and went towards BMW and Infiniti and I can tell you both of them are extra ordinary on service and customer service, where as your Mercedes dealer at HBL SUCKS!!!Today I called for service performed on my C230 but the problem is still there, Service Advisor (Djon) hung-up on me. WHAT THE HELL???? Where is the Mercedes customer service?I called again to his Manager and complained about him, these people sucks. This is the most rude and obnoxious dealer ship I have ever seen, I will make sure that none of my clients or friends ever go to HBL.I am even thinking of selling my C230 which I just bought a month ago.I think MBUSA should cancel HBL contract and give to someone else.

My husband and I came to make a purchase. This woman gave us a test drive in the Parking Lot. We left. One week later we walked in, saw her, passed her and purchased an S550 (CASH) from another sales person. She stared us down. Her disposition is as ugly as her appearance. I don't think this woman should be in customer service. My husband and I are both corporate executives, but apparently we were not dressed to her standards that Saturday morning.I'm looking to change my BMW for a Mercedez, but my salesman is no longer there. Oops, I think I will look at another dealership.

The Service department is the absolute worst - there is not a single professional in the whole department. I took my car in due to a knocking in the engine, which was quite loud and noticeable to the average driver. They could not identify the problem, when I went to pick up the car they said I should bring it back again- so I did 2 weeks later - they then said it was a purge valve but I should bring it back in when the head tech was back. In the mean time they damaged my passenger door. I brough the car back, spoke to the head tech, who said of course he heard the noise, but ended up replacing an ABC pump. Later I found out that I had been charged for the rental even though my advisor had told me I was covered for the 2 days they held the car - they only paid for one day - which is fine as long as they tell you up front.Jim Osbourne in particular is rude and could care less about customers, as he advised me that they felt due to the issues I had with damage, and them not being able to identify the noise they would probably loose me as a customer so why should he bother paying for my rental. Bottom line is the techs there dont have a clue of how to fix your car and the management is rude, unprofessional, and will try to tell their customers they are lying.If you have a choice, DO NOT GO TO THEM FOR SERVICE.

In Nov. 2007 I purchased a 06' CLS 500 with 28k miles from this dealership. Two days after I purchased the car the breaks started having problems. Excessive brake dust and loud squeaking noise. I took it to the service department 7 days after my purchase and was told there was nothing wrong with my brakes. The loud noise continued so I again took it back 30 days later. I was told that they added lubrication to my brakes and that the service tech took the car for a ride and believed the problen had been fixed. Immediately after driving the car out of the service dept. bay I heard the loud noise again. Took the car back a month later and I was told the brakes needed to be replaced. When I told them that they should pay for the replacement since it was evident that the problem exited when I bought the car and that I complained about the brakes 7 days after I purchased it, I was told by the service manager that it was probably my driving that caused the brakes to go bad. The service manager even questioned me as to why I had not complained to my salesman about the brake problem and only complained to them. I told him his suggestion was absurd, why would I complain to my salesman when I had complained to the service dept. Following the service mngrs suggestion, I contacted my salesman who promised to look into and call me back, he never did. In the end they refused to fix my brakes which leads me to wonder what else could be wrong with this car. I owned 2 BMWs in the past and had great experiences with their service depts. I would not trust HBL's service team.

I don't know anyone who has bought their car here and not regretted it. This place is so bad that they've even changed their name (used to be HBL) in hopes of running away from their well-deserved reputation.

Absolutely the worst service experience imaginable. Was repeatedly lied to by service representative saying work was performed that wasn't. Car ended up with at least 2000. worth of damage through their not performing stated work on work order. They will do everything to try to prove the customer is wrongg and that things are not their fault. Do not trust them. There is a reason why HBL is known as the worst dealership in the country and doesn't even belong to the BBB.

I am sick and tired of constantly being told that things are "operating as esigned and there is no problem" if the car wasn't having issues, do you think that I would possibly spend my time bringing it into the dealer. Then to add the final straw, the mechanic went home sick so they needed one more day... not a problem until I get the $40 bill from the rental place that the dealer refused to pay... ooof... I'll take my business somewhere else.

I took my Mercedes to Tyson's Mercedes for servicing of my Mercedes -- the service person was rude and arrogant. I wanted to know why I couldn't get a consistent reading on the oil level. When I spoke with the Service Director, David Sullivan, he added insult to injury and just compounded the problem with personal comments. The entire experience was completely negative and I would never return to this dealership for anything and I would definitely not recommend.

BOUGHT 1999 E430 NEW HERE. SERVICE misses some things though in minor and major services. My 1999 E330 Mercedes E430 had a catastrophic failure of both its torque converter and transmission on an Interstate at 85,253 miles within a month plus of Mercedes Benz of Tysons Corner (formerly HBL) performing a service. My MB E430 has had all its services, since I purchased it, done by them. This dealerships service department is not competent enough to take care of the MBs it sells OR it would have foreseen such a catastrophic failure. I had my E430 repaired at another authorized Mercedes-Benz service location and their MB Master Mechanics said there were no indications that my driving habits had anything to do with the total and complete failure of both its torque converter and transmission. I had to have a completely new torque converter and transmission installed.I trusted my 1999 E430 Mercedes to the service care of Mercedes Benz of Tysons Corner (formerly HBL). If a customer limits the service of their MB to the dealership where they purchased the car and complies with all the recommended services, the dealership should be able to ensure that if there is anything that might fail or is getting close to replacement, or needs repair that the dealership should replace or repair it.Mercedes Benz of Tysons Corner is the best place to purchase your Mercedes in the Washington DC area, but dont trust the care and service of your Mercedes to themfind someone else who has competent and Mercedes-Benz certified mechanics working for them.

I took my car for B Service, they didn't even wash my car, but they took $600. They never do their job 100%. I will strongly recommends you not to go there. They charge 1hours labor (Around $100) even to change the fuse, which will takes not even 1 min. Since you are driving Benz they thinks that you will pay what ever they charge.

This is not the dealer where I purchased this new vehicle. This was the first service check-up (1000-3000 miles). Able to get a service appointment for the next day. A real plus: They didn't un-do anything that was already working. Vehicle was hand washed before it was returned to me. I will go back to this dealer for the next required service.
