So here's the nightmare scenario: My family and I are returning from our camping trip in Eastern Sierras when my 2011 Sprinter Camper conversion suddenly stops accelerating, limiting the engine to 2000 rpm as we drive southbound on the Grapevine. It's middle of the day with 100 degree temperatures as we slowly exit off on the Magic Mtn Parkway exit. I restarted the van which, oddly enough, restored acceleration and power, but a new problem arose once we realized the check engine light was now on. With another 200 miles to home in North San Diego County, we prudently decided to drive to Mercedes of Valencia to see if they could help. Fortunately for us, the dealership had only 2 months prior installed a Sprinter service team. The service desk immediately directed me to Jazmin Quintero the Commercial Vehicle Service Advisor who, with immediate and complete appreciation of our situation, got the van into service bay for inspection. To make a long story short, the issue involved a series of faulty sensors that needed replacing. While it would take a several days to get parts in house and installed, Jazmin provided us a loaner vehicle and consistently updated us as to the vehicle's status. In addition, I owe a significant debt of gratitude to Tony Rhoads (Shop Foreman) and his team for the repairs and subsequent delivery of my van. Having dealt with so many dealer service centers, I know how fortunate we were to work with such a professional and caring team. Thank you!!!!

Daniel medina is the best. I used to buy/lease my cars at Keyes but, I am just tired of the pressure sell and the rudeness of that place. Daniel is patient, knows the product front to back, and made me feel like I was talking to a friend I have known for years as opposed to a car dealership representative. I felt as of I was the most important deal that was happening at that time. Weird to say, but I actually had fun leasing a car.

Regarding the service department:Jazmine, the service manager, took very good care of me and my Sprinter. She is very professional and knowledgeable. Pete was very helpful and kind as well as the service manager who took interest in me and my Sprinter with great concern. Service department gets the 5 stars.Regarding the appraisal of my Sprinter by Gabriel:Gabriel did not call me with the valued amount and I only got an answer out of him by requesting that Jazmine call him to meet with me when I picked up my car from service. It was a very low offer and not getting the attention of a phone call made it worse. Furthermore, during the inspection by the wholesale department my cabinetry got damaged and I am now left with an obstruction during driving until I can get it fixed by my handyman or by your service department if my handyman can not fix it.Appraisal department for buying cars at wholesale gets 0 stars.

We were on our trip to Mammoth and suddenly found an oil low message on our way and needed to get emergency help to see what the issue was. I called the closest MB dealership and Jesse Colon helped us out. He offered to check out our vehicle when it was very close to closing time, noticed that there was an oil leak and gave us a comparable loaner in short notice even with the service computers acting slow etc. He made our trip happen and we are very grateful and were very pleased with his responsiveness and service. Once it was determined that I had to leave the car overnight for repair, I was given a loaner car immediately. As I am on my third Mercedes-Benz vehicle and my husband and I are fairly new to the area, I had to leave my long-time dealership, which was difficult to do. It's like starting a new school. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised and relieved to take my car to Valencia to get serviced. Matt Geisser was our service consultant and all I can say, was that he was nothing, but courteous and helpful through the whole process. My car needed a part and various other services which meant, I would have been without a car for a few days. Matt right away got me a loaner car, which I so appreciated it because I had a funeral I needed to attend the next day. Matt kept my husband and I informed and up to date on the status of my car. Both drop-off and pickup were quick and painless. Like the new facility.I am a bit disappointed in the product. Having a transmission mount fail at only 72K miles was a bit of a shock. I am also disappointed in the quality of the driver side window switch, which is displaying peeling of the cover material. David stated this is not covered under warranty, but promised to elevate my complaint.David was very attentive to my concerns and kept me apprised of the status of my car. Good guy!

I waited and finally the car came back to dealer. Sale rep very coordinated with answering my questions regarding about the car. I go ahead call and told him how i'm very interested getting the car and we agreed the date and time for me to come by check out the car. Prior, the appointment date, the car somehow sold to some other customer without being inform to me. I was very disappointed how so wreck less with the communication between sale reps. The sale rep told me he was off on that day so he didn't know the car sold. I hope the sale rep would tell me up front " first comes first serve" instead of make an appointment and text me tell me the car was sold to someone else. Communication, it was my frist time taking my vehicle in and I was nervous about the communication. I'm very pleased with the level of service I received. The Service Advisor, Aram advised me that he would reach out to me between 11:30-noon the next morning to give me an update. He was prompt, he texted me (a method which I prefer as it's easiest for me to respond) at 11:35am to provide an update. My issue with the radio was a simple fix with a software update and he took care of the recall issue. He also advised me of the next service at 50K miles and gave me a price. I would definately bring my vehicle back and ask for the same advisor. He also followed up with me the next day to see if everything was working properly. Yes, indeed, the issue with my radio was corrected. The process of dropping off my car was easy as well. The loaner car was exactly like my car so it didn't feel like I had a dropped my car off at all.

Ryan and Angie continue to be the best service provider representatives at Valencia MB dealership. Not only they are courteous, professional, and talk to me in terms that I could understand, but their explanations are very detailed on the issues at hand with my car. I feel very comfortable and most of all, I feel I am not given the "stereo-typical" run-a-round being a female/or the wife when it comes to discussing additional work that was found.Ryan was very concise with the additional findings and provided excellent information and did not press me to make any hasty decision making. I understand my car is now 10 years old with 6K miles short of turning 200K miles. We were impressed that we drove in with a damaged windshield coming from Disneyland headed north to the Bay Area and we were immediately taken care of and had a new windshield within 3 hours! Excellent service!!!

My sales agent William Moussa was very helpul and supportive. He answered all my car related and finance related questions. He was outstanding, and in the end his good service influenced me to buy the car from you rather than from any other dealer. I drove around 200 miles to get the car from this dealership. I can't thank him enough, he even helped with setup service appointment near me when I wanted to get the car checked.

What I liked most about my experience is that upon arrival I am immediately greeted by Ryan Helquist even though I did not have an appointment. He always addresses my needs and makes a suggestion. I left my 2012 GLK to be assessed for a noise that it was making and I was asked if I needed a loaner vehicle. I did and I was on my way in a timely manner.

I was greeted immediately upon arrival. The entire team was polite and professional. I was given a shuttle ride to my house by an extremely polite gentleman, who even installed my carseat in the shuttle. Could not have asked for a better experience!

Minimal haggling. Friendly and courteous reps (sales & finance). Andrew has gone out of his way to help us with several issues, including a trip to our home to facilitate our garage door opener activation. He also arranged transportation to and from the tinting shop (driving us himself).

Upon arrival I was met by the curb welcoming me to the Dealership. I was asked my name and within seconds my rep was shaking my hand. I brought my car in to have a bulb replaced and my center console looked at. I was assured the console could be replaced while I was waiting. Everything was accomplished within a hour as promised. My car was washed and ready to go.

My salesperson was Don LaVigne. I have owned seven Mercedes Benz and buying a car through him was by far the best purchasing experience I ever had. Besides getting the best deal, he was never trying to just sell me a car. He truly wanted me to buy a car that I would be happy with after I left the dealership. Most sales people are not like that. I also appreciate that he picked me up at my home so I could surprise my wife with her car. Well worth the drive out to Valencia to do business with this dealership.

Everyone was super friendly, and NO aggressive sales tactics. Even while waiting we noticed how nice everyone was to each other (employees)in passing, you could tell it was a good environment to be in. I would buy a car there again. My salesman's name was Oscar. We bought a 2011 Mercedes ML350.
