My first time at a Mercedes dealership and my fiance and I are so happy we worked with Kevin. A brand new Mercedes was out of our budget, but we didn't feel like "second class citizens" at all at the dealership. Kevin was very knowledgeable, down to earth, and no pressure! We really felt he went above and beyond in many ways; like the amount of time he spent with us (nearly three hours past closing on a Sunday!!!). He also negotiated a high, and fair price for our trade-in; other dealerships offered us THOUSANDS less. As previously mentioned, he was no pressure; when we were debating between cars (a 10,000 difference in price) you could tell he truly wanted what was best for us, not best for his paycheck. We did end up going with the more expensive car and we couldn't be happier. I should also mention that the perks that come along with buying a car at the MB dealership in Walnut Creek are also very impressive. We can't wait to go back!

Omar said I could take it home overnight instead. I brought it home and it fit and my wife and I fell in love. We did some price shopping and this was the best deal. We came back the next day and made the purchase, excited as can be. The finance guy seemed a little devastated when we declined extended warranty and service but it went smooth. It is a lucky day when you walk into a dealership and come across friendly staff. I met Kamran Amintaheri and this was the only dealership I went to on saturday 9/10/2016 and walked out with a Benz C300-4Matic loaded with options. It is because of Kamran. He was cool, not pushy, showed me many cars, let me take my time thinking through and then a 5 mile test drive. Then I was a demanding customer wanting more and more and his patience, professionalism and help through his manager David, resulted in me to drive away with a new car, traded in my previous car and is writing this review just because someone out there might benefit from my GREAT experience to give a try and look for Kamran and Walnut Creek Mercedes Benz for a great satisfying experience.

John Ford is the best service coordinator! He explained everything that needs to be done with my car, my options, how much it will cost. No surprises! They have a service shuttle that takes you and picks you up to where you want to go while your car is being serviced. Received my car super clean and smelling fresh after service.Coffee, tea and snacks are available while waiting for your car. Lounge has a nice big screen TV and comfortable chairs.

Over the weekend my brakes started making a bad noise. I sent my service advisor an email letting him know I was bringing the car in Monday morning without an appointment. He was ready for me! In addition to the brake repair, they performed the service that I was going to schedule later in the week or the following week. I had an unbelievable experience at the Walnut Creek Dealership. I would attribute my experience entirely to an individual (Michael) who took care of my service. I brought my car to the dealership for a routine service. Unfortunately my less than 2 years old EClass 400 had been in an accident less than a year ago. I was hit from behind and the car incurred over 20,000 dollars worth of damage. Brooks Motor took care of all the repairs. This accident occurred May 2015. 6 months after the accident there continued to be one pending problem that Brooks could not detect when repairing the car. Randomly when I would open my car door this horrible buzzing ..horn sound would go off. Brooks Motor could never figure it out. Michael listened to my story and took an unbelievable initiative to engage and find out what the problem was about and where it was coming from. Michael connected me with a rental and called Brooks Motor and began to coordinate a path in making this issue right for me. 5 days later I was able to pick up my car COMPLETELY fixed and I could drive away enjoying my car again. Just when I thought that car salesmanship was a dying art, as I have bought a couple of luxury cars in past couple years and it seemed that I had better knowledge than the salesmen. I was in the market to replace my range rover with a G Class, when I met Jimmy Molakides from Mercedes Benz of Walnut Creek. My expectations were very clear to him; I didn?t want to spend lot of time at the dealership and I wanted to be educated on what I was buying. He met both of my expectations with flying colors. He was educated on the product he was selling, told me the history on G class, showed me how to get it going and then set an appointment with a product specialist to go over the whole SUV with me. March 30 2016 2011 Audi A8l Mercedes Benz of Walnut Creek Employees involved: Jason Viscarra, George Nijmeh, Matt (last name unknown) My Mother was looking to purchase a different car and was very interested in getting an Audi. We found exactly what she wanted which happened to be located at the Mercedes Benz of Walnut Creek. I was very involved in helping her with this purchase as I am very knowledgeable in buying vehicles. I spoke with Matt (sales manager) about the purchase of this vehicle and with us living in a different state a few different things had to be worked out. Payment of vehicle and signing of all paperwork of finale purchase. So Matt sent the Purchase order to my mother and her Credit Union (Avantis Credit Union). Next day March 30th I called George (sales) in the morning and I notified him that the funds were avaliable(Cashiers check for full asking price). He let me know that I would not be able to fly down to pick the car up as California laws would not allow me to drive it off of the lot. So we would need to have the car shipped instead. George confirmed that he would hold the car for us. George told me he would have all paperwork Fed Ex overnight to my mother so that she could sign and return with a cashiers check the next day. We then spent time arranging the shipment of the vehicle. I then called George four hours later to confirm paperwork was sent out overnight he notified me that they were going to sell the car to someone else because they wanted to get the sale in by end of March. After hearing this we were very upset due to all the time and resources we spent working this out. I then called Jason Viscarra the General Manager to find out why they were selling the car to someone else as they had us go thru the process of buying the car including going thru the bank and obtaining a Cashiers check. He was very rude to me and asked when my mother would be in to purchase the car I responded that we live about 700 miles away and that she is 80 years old. He then rudely responded I don't care if she is 80 years old or a 120 years old. After this experience I left a bad review on Google and cars.com. A few days later after I left my bad review I received a call from Jason Viscarra asking me to remove my review as it was going to cause employees to be terminated within his company and give them bad ratings. He also offered to pay me to remove the reviews, I refused. I felt the way they handled this situation was very unprofessional and very disrepectful to not only me but my ederly mother.

I Called to confirm it was sent out and he said they are gonna show it to someone else after a a day of getting funds ready getting shipping a ranged no call at all I called the general manager of Walnut Creek Mercedes and he said that they wanted to sell the car before the end of the month so the sale would count for March. And when I called him and talk to him he said he doesn't care of my mother was eighty years old or a hundred and twenty years old cars for sale and they don't hold the cars for anybody even though they had sent the purchase order to the bank and there was a cashier check waiting period spent 4 hours on the phone talking to 3 different people and arrange airfare and arrange shipping for the vehicle no call no respect. I can say Alonso was very nice and helpful he was the only sales person that had an ounce of consideration. I guess I just would not expect a general manager for Mercedes-Benz dealer to act like this this is very unprofessional and just plain rude you just don't treat an elderly person like that no consideration and the funny thing is I was going to give the sales guys $500.00 they split the deal Anyways that's how that went I hope your experience is better would not recommend buying car long distance from Mercedes-Benz of Walnut Creek all they're concerned about is making their dollar right then! I would not expect this to happpen from a mercedesbenz dealer! Jason viscarra was extremely condescending and Rude when I called him to discuss why this happened and he asked what when is she coming in to look at the car knowing that I had already spoke with the sales team and they were supposed to FedEx a paper tour and charity had a check he was just being condescending he know that there was already there and there is a check waiting in that there was a purchase order sent to the bank and the fact the matter is is that there could have been a check drawn on this card any time there was funds available in the account there was a loan available there was the deal made and they just wanted to get this car paid for it sold before the end of March so they can get their bonuses and that's what they told me. So basically if it's the end of the month don't make a deal with this Mercedes dealership because if someone walks in off the street they're going to sell the car their word means nothing after talking to the sales guy he assured me the car was parked on the back of the lot it was not for sale anymore I asked him if they would like a thousand dollar deposit he said there's no need for that and he never called us never called me or my mother who is 80 years old that's why I was helping her is because she's an elderly woman and she wanted a newer car a safe car to drive because she has a Lexus right now and it's a little smaller and she wanted to A8l which she has owned before and she's one of Jehovah's Witnesses and she goes on Bible studies 5 days a week

I cant tell you how many times Ive been disappointed when I deal with this dealership. Lets start with the yearly reminders I get for extending my factory warranty. The funny thing is that I would really like to extend my warranty but my calls always go unanswered. My calls typically get routed to the finance department where I have the misfortune to end up in Shawna Davis voice-mail. I must have called or emailed her a half dozen times over the course of 3 years. Never once got a response. I shouldnt be surprised as shes the same individual that processed our paperwork. She came across as rude and indifferent to the customers needs. Thats not how I describe customer service. Their technicians are great, very knowledgeable and proficient. But their service staff definitely needs some polish. They are all smiles and friendly because thats what they think equates with customer service. Same goes for their management who act as though theyre doing us favors. I would characterize as the typical Office Space environment where there are more managers and service personnel than workers that actually do something. Not worth going to this dealership or any of the other German ones. To me, theyre overpriced and outdated. Plus they have a very limited (by todays standards) warranty. Their model appears to be based on getting people to buy their cars solely on reputation and as status symbols. They make their money on their over-priced maintenance schedules and their warranty services (if you could ever manage to purchase one from Shawna).

I made a query about the car that I wanted, and in less than 30 minites, Moazzem emailed me back and followed up with phone call and he also text me. I was skeptical at first because we had a bad experience in SF Mercedes Benz dealership last year. But soon as we arrived, Mo was very pleasant and eager to help us. After Mo listen to my needs, he worked his magic, together with their finance team. I was shocked to even test drove the car, unlike in SF where they didn't even let us go inside the vehicle. After a few hours, I drove the GLA 250 out from their lot, and very satisfied of the monthly payment that was offered. Thank you so much Moazzem. We never felt pressured by you and you welcome us with open hand. I'm glad we went there.

My lease was about to expire and I was very much interested in obtaining another Mercedes Benz. The salesman, George, was absolutely fantastic. For the additional cost of approximately $9.00 every month, I was able to lease a 2016 350E. This was quite an upgrade from my previous leased vehicle. George made the process very simple. He made certain that I was pre-approved for the lease amount so that I did not have to waste my entire Saturday morning waiting for the finance department to prepare the paperwork. In all, it was a smooth, quick process and I ended up with a very nice, safe vehicle. Before leaving, George offered that I return to the dealership to pick-up a complimentary mug and to have my vehicle washed.

My first car Slk 350 2006 , before sales all promises and commitments made that everything will be fixed , nothing was done , infact i had to take the car 3 times to the dealership for the same problem , they can't rectify . Then they have the courage to say we can fix it but I need to pay . I went with high expectations to this dealership . But wasn't aware I was dealing with liars with a sweet tongue . My piece of advice when you buy car from them make the write in back and white . Do not honor or go on their words . They will just make you run corners . They don't care about the customer after selling the car . Unorganized people . The word SONIC price they use is just to fool people .

I have no reason to say anything to hurt Mercedes of Walnut Creek , I'm only stating the truth. I went there to purchase a used Mercedes, I was given the worst deal ever.The car has staggered tires which means they are larger tires in the back , The tires were put on back wards, They kept my car for over a week to repair paint damage, they called me several times to tell me the car was ready I made 4 trips over to pick up the car I found they had put paint touch up on damage, they had originally promised to repair and paint area.They delivered the car at night when I saw the car the next morning , they had only painted over damage and did not repair damage,and it had orange peel all over fender. I called everyone at the dealer, not one person returned my call over three days I finally drove back and told them that they where the worst auto dealer I have ever purchased a car from.

My 84-year-old mother purchased her Mercedes E550 from Mercedes-Benz of Walnut Creek four years ago. She lives in the Central Valley and has several dealers to choose from for service but insists on returning to Walnut Creek because of their excellent customer service. Great management starts at the top and this is definitely the case here. I talked to the General Manager, Jason Viscarra, about a problem my mother was having with her car. He offered to have someone pick up her car since I was going to be out of town. I ended up bringing the car in on Saturday and got everything handled easily and efficiently. Robert Santos was my Service Adviser and was great about keeping me updated so I didn't spend the entire day at the dealership. The staff at Mercedes-Benz of Walnut Creek are customer-oriented professionals.

Walnut Creek Dealership contacted me to purchase my CLK that I posted for sale. I came in several times to get a valuation on my CLK and consider another MBZ 4door vehicle. Mike, the desk manager, went to take pictures and run the valuation on my CLK350. I think he thought he could get some points for shaving the value down while the sales person was getting me to look at another car they had. Mike spent 5 minutes in the wrong car, not even a MBZ, before he realized the key didn't fit. He spent over 2 hours in the computer room and didn't type in any of the optional features of my car and also added over 50,000 miles to my actual mileage. He became defensive when I asked how he got the value and why the mileage was overstated. He said it was just a typo. I had him go back and get me a real valuation. All he typed was that the car frame was not bent and the car had not been in an accident. Neither item did he ever look at because I watched as he only spent a few minutes in the car and did not go under the car. What a scheme. Not reputable or honest. I had been a customer of Mercedes Benz Walnut Creek for years in the past.

I don't have the greatest credit but I was able to get my car for a very low monthly payment. Overall I was happy with how quick everything went. I will definitely be getting my next car with them.

Worst car purchase ever. Avoid this place at all costs. They took 50 days to pay off my trade in, for which I paid THEM to do, which damaged my credit. They offered an $8 car wash to make up for it though. This is after I have called in 12 times throughout those 50 days to get them to do what they promised anyway. Not one single upper management member called me back, but instead had their employees call back many days after I left messages. All of this on top of the fact that they paid too little for my trade in, and the deal wasnt that great of a deal anyway. I would have been better to go with another company, and I suggest you do as well. There is a reason they have the average ratings that you see here and elsewhere. Find a 4-5 star rated company.

Came a long way to see a Nissan Altima they had advertised here. The car was sold before we made it. We were lucky enough to run into Huy as he was on his way out to lunch. He said he had the "perfect" car that he was sure we would like. (2011 Hyundai Sonata) We we re ready to leave as he sounded like such car salesman when he said that. But he was in fact correct as we fell in love with the car! With his knowledge, patience and welcoming attitude my Wife felt very comfortable and decided that she did not want to see any other cars or go to any other dealers. They had a great price so we didn't even bother to negotiate. We will definitely keep him in mind for the future and will most definitely let friends and family know about our experience.

So I finally got a call from Jason Visacaria on 4/15. He told me to remove the yelp reviews and we agreed upon a resolution which made me happy. I was supposed to hear back from him today but I had to initially make the phone call. He backed up on his offer that he made on Wednesday 4/15 so this review is back up. Such a horrible dealership, he tried to play the "how would my family feel card on me to remove the yelp reviews." Please save your time and money and do not do business with an unethical team and that is tainting the Mercedes Benz brand. 4/14/2015 Review: Absolutely the worst follow up for a dealership. Jason left a comment replying to my previous review but hasn't called back once neither has the other person Tom Slagle has the curtesy to return my phone calls. The dealership is digging itself in a hole and this type of service is not what a consumer expects of Mercedes Benz Brand. The corporate headquarters really need to start an investigation on their practices. These guys are beyond garbage. 3/29/15 Review: I didn't believe the horrible reviews till I had a bad experience with them yesterday. I'd give them zero stars if I could. These guys have to be the biggest liars & most unethical people. Yet Bao said he's never lied before - hah! I bought a 2015 c300 on March 1, 2015. I came in for a test drive the night before and inquired of George Nijmeh about the 237 miles on the odometer and why it was so high. He states it was a dealer trade. However on the sticker of the car it said Mercedes Benz of Walnut Creek so I wasn't quite convinced that he was being truthful. The car also has wheel curbed rash on the rear passenger wheel which I noticed the night I too, delivery. The passenger panel also had chipped paint, they did take care of both those issues. However, I am not sure what else could be wrong with the car underneath. Last night I found a borrowed car agreement which explained the high miles and that George and the dealership was lying to me about the high miles. All I've simply asked is to produce a document that states that my car was a dealer trade but Jason and the whole team of liars keep telling me that it's not possible to produce such a document. I find that hard to believe in 2015.

Went to this dealership to look at the 2015 GLA 45. They didn't have one available, but the salesperson, Bob Montero, helped me by showing me the GLA 250's they had on their lot. He had honest and sincere answers to all my questions, and made the whole experience very pleasant, despite me not getting to see what I originally came for. I'm not ready to buy anytime soon, but I'll be sure to go back to see Bob when I am.

After reading the other reviews about this dealer I was very hesitant about buying from them. I even started looking for a comparable deal elsewhere. I have to say I was very happy dealing with Jimmy M, the salesman. My wife an I were treated with respect through the whole process. They handle the issue of our trade in with Kid gloves, as if they have been reading these reviews. They allowed us to take the car, we eventually purchased, for 3+ hours while our mechanic inspected every system he could think of. We were very comfortable buying from this dealer and we would recommend them. note, we did not trade our car in, we chose to sell it ourselves.

I called on the way to confirm my estimated time of arrival. When I was 40 miles away I received a call telling me the car had just been sold. Walnut Creek MB advertised a C300 for $23,481 on Cars.com. Ad stated car had passed all inspections including the MB 155 point inspection. Emailed dealership to verify availability and then went to see the car. Went to the dealership the next day and was told the car had not passed inspection yet and was in the service bay on a lift. Salesperson "Kevin" asked a manager if we could see the car in the service bay. The manager approved and we were told that the vehicle was not at the dealership but at another service bay several blocks away. Kevin then escorted us to the other location. Upon arriving at the offsite facility Kevin grabbed his cell phone and then told us the manager would not allow us to see the car. However, if we wanted to look at another car on the lot we could. Later that day we found a second ad for the same exact VIN number on the Walnut Creek MB website. The price was $3,500 more. When I contacted the dealership they told me that they would not honor the Cars.com ad because it was wrong and that could not match the price. They offered a $1000 discount for a comparable C300. Not the car that matched the VIN in the ad. Something not right........

My family has bought a few cars from Mercedes Of Walnut Creek. They have always been competitive and fair on the pricing. The service department has always been kind, prompt and quick to solve problems correctly. The sales person Kevin, very friendly, helpful and I truly feel he works for his clients. We keep getting mailers to come down and terminate our lease for an excellent deal on a new mercedes. So we timed this just right to order a new car in time for lease end. To our surprise there is new management and the pricing i excessive. The dealer was always the best in northern california in pricing. I know I want what is a "hot model" today the Gl 350 or Gl 450, but in 90-120 days when this car comes in I doubt it will be as hot as it is this minute. Supplies will catch up with the demand. The price quoted was the worst of any in northern california. So It is time to find a new place to buy cars from. I was told to check back when the next lease expires in less than 1 year. But I am going to start a new relationship with a facility that wants my total business for life. To bad this is the dealer in my home town.

I purchased my Mercedes GL450 from this dealership new and have been a loyal customer for 5 long agonizing years. It had nothing by problems with the car - fortuntely most covered by the extended warranty I purchased. On my final visit to repair a water leak that had been going on for NINE MONTHS and which was finally determined to have been caused by poor quality workmanship on behalf of a subcontractor the dealer used (which I paid the dealer for in full), Mr. Slagle (Service Director) had the audacity to suggest that I split the cost of the repair with them to re-do the work they messed up in the first place. I will never return to this dealership ever again.

CLK350 went in for a balance shaft replacement and came out with MORE problems, finally culminating in no engine bolts being placed back in the engine mounts!! Given the poor service I asked for my $2150 back for the repair work and was basically to no way - heres the top level view of the issues: 1. Balance shaft replacement my contribution $2150 2. Took the car home leaked oil all over the floor 3. Returned to dealer to have oil pan resealed 4. Took the car home leaked oil all over the floor 5. Returned to dealer, you diagnosed a crack in the oil pan, presumably dropped or damaged during balance shaft work 6. Returned to dealer, oil pan replaced 7. Took the car home it over heated on the freeway 8. Returned to dealer diagnosis the serpentine belt was fitted incorrectly 9. Took the car home it now doesn leak oil or overheat BUT it makes screeching/rattling noises 10. Moved to WA, Noises get worse 11. Went into MB Bellevue for service 12. *** No Engine Mount Bolts installed after Balance shaft replacement!!***** 13. No more rattling or screeching

Called Sale Mgr Feisel at MB of Walnut Creek to set up appt to purchase a CLK convertible (I don't like to waste my time)He did not return my call. Made appt /w sales consultant Alex to ensure car was ready and available to expedite process. I drove 75 miles to this dealership and was ready to purchase the CLK. Sales Mgr too busy to introduce himself, so I went in his office to introduce myself and work out a deal, this man just sat in his chair like he was too important to even stand and shake hands. Liked the car so I purchased /w some reservations. Next day I took my mom to purchase an SLK convertible...not from Walnut Creek Mercedes...

I visited few dealership before making my stop the the WC Mercedes Benz to find the right car/sale person combination and these guys did the job by getting me the right car I wanted and respect my Time. I am very picky when it comes to cars and I beleive it's my right since I usually keep my cars for 3/4 years.I would recommend this dealership to everybody and comeback for my next car.I haven't tried the service department I will post a review when I do.Thx Ryan.

I rate this dealership as exceptional when it comes to sales!!! The Finance dept was a little less than exceptional. The pressure I felt to buy a warranty was noticed by my 8 year old son!! I was then very upset as I received 4 notices from 4 different finance companies with regrets, when I went in pre-approved with Capital One Auto Loans. My already poor credit score suffered from the inquiries from their finance dept., when I already secured a great rate myself. Live and learn! The dealership is very classy, Michael, a great sales manager...would definitely buy another car from them...

I saw what I thought was a good deal advertised online by this dealer, so I called and arranged an appointment to view and drive this 2009 Ford Escape Hybrid Limited, which had just been traded in. When I arrived, the car had been completely detailed and was pulled out in front with my name on a windshield placard. I had researched the car extensively online and was pleased to find that the salesman, George Nimzeh, had taken the time to familiarize himself with the Escape Hybrid's features, including the navigation and sound system, even though he usually sold Mercedes. I also got a great deal and a 3.4% interest rate, so I am extremely pleased.

Stopped at the dealership, drove a car i liked and made them an offer. They did not accept the offer so I left. A week or so later they called to negotiate; still unwilling to meet my offer. Long story short after 2 1/2 weeks of phone conversations they accepted my offer. The purchase went very smooth right up to receiving a phone call 11 days after the sale indicating they made a mistake on the interest rate on the loan; and wanted me to sign a new contract at double the interest rate. I told them no and 3 days later they placed the orginal contract at the original terms.

Verbally committed to price and then tried to bait & switch with $2,100 in additional fees. All 3 managers pointed the finger at the other manager and no one would honor the original agreement. Also claimed that the car had been certified and later found out that it had not. Go to RAB for a better experience.
