I had looked at a Lincoln MKZ on their site listed at a certain price, but found the same post elsewhere for about 500 bucks less. Ryan honored the price difference, and was still flexible on the final price. He was very professional, but not above joking around, and showing that he was a person first, salesman second. The whole dealership was very clean and presentable, which leads me to believe that these guys actually take pride in their work. My only two small (and I mean small) complaints were that the gentleman named Gordon harped pretty hard on the warranty, and made my wife and I slightly uncomfortable when we declined, but I understand fully why. Other than that, he was excellent. The last thing is I feel my car could've been cleaned a bit better, but with same-day delivery, it's not going to ruin my day. This is an excellent dealership, and I can see why they've been in business for as long as they have. I'd recommend anyone looking for a used car to come to Merchants. EDIT (02/12/2020) Bumped up to 5 stars because of the outstanding service department. I've had my car now for almost 4 years, and I have not regretted purchasing from Merchants at all. A solid dealership.

My wife needed a car quickly so off to Merchants she went. She and her father were met by Mike inside the dealership and started to go over what she was looking for. Mike was fantastic. He worked with the budget, style and even color (she won't drive a red car). She was very tired from a long week and now the pressure of buying a car. Mike made her feel comfortable and at ease. Mike worked with my wife and father in-law for over 6 hours even driving over papers that I needed to sign after business closed. Mike was in a word remarkable in his all around efforts. We will without a doubt go and see Mike in the future.

I worked with Toby Pena and he was great! The process was so easy and smooth! Toby was not pushy in any way and once we decided on a vehicle, he did everything to get us the best price and stay in our budget. They also gave us great value for our trade in. I will not go to another dealership on all our cars! Merchant's has our business for a very long time!!! Thanks, Toby for the positive experience!

Michael Koltz did an awesome job. He is a professional, smooth, accurate worker he is very good at what he does. I wouldn't been so comfortable with anyone else. He definitely knows his job and does so well at it. He made me and my family feel at ease. And the transition went smoothly and rapidly. Toby was excellent from start to finish. He was not pushy at all yet answered all of my questions and walked me through the process. I’m extremely happy with his professionalism and direct answers. Management was very helpful too Markus- finance was also very helpful and professional across the board. The entire team at Merchant’s Auto NOW is my best experience I’ve had at any dealership on the East coast. Note: I’ve worked at dealerships all over for over 15 years I’d highly recommend anyone to this great team at Merchant’s Auto They’ll get you the best deal !!! With Great Service!!;)
