I had the best experience with Merhi Motors! Buying a vehicle for my daughter was a big deal and I wanted to make sure she was getting something SAFE and RELIABLE!! Alex greeted us and took us to the vehicles we wanted to look at. He didn’t try to talk us into something we didn’t want or something we couldn’t afford; he was so friendly and helpful. He was patient with all of our questions and was willing to do anything to help. We wanted to take the vehicle to a dealership to have it looked at before committing to the purchase and they were happy to allow us to do that. When we came back to finalize everything, I had the pleasure of working with Mahmoud! He went over the process with us, explained everything we were signing and answered all of our questions. Our entire experience was amazing! They really made us feel like we were a part of their family! They checked in with us shortly after our purchase to make sure everything was going well and that we were still happy! I will definitely be back when the times comes. And I would recommend them to anyone, they are honest, informative and provide outstanding customer service!

I recommend That you buy your car from them my car was recently stolen and I got on Facebook marketplace to look for a new one and came across a vehicle that they posted and went in the next day I was able to test drive it and buy it. The owners and workers are extremely nice and helpful and I would recommend shopping with them!

I recently purchased a car from this Place and later found out that it has a failed torque converter (3400$) to repair. The whole time the guy was abrasive when I told him I thought something was wrong. Instead of repairing the car he gave me my money back and told me that he was gonna get a refund from the place he got it from as well. I wasn’t going to leave a bad review because I gave him the benefit of the doubt and believed that he didn’t know the car was a LEMON... BUT THIS DUDE NEWLY LISTED THE CAR THAT THE SUBARU DEALERSHIP SAID HAS A FAILED TRANSMISSION. Avoid this dealership. Definitely will be reporting this to the BBB. I hope no one has to go through what I had to go through.

Merhi Motors had the vehicle I was looking for, and I went to Denver to find it. The truck was exactly as described, and after a 30-minute test drive, I purchased the vehicle. The most important point was the mechanical condition description, backed up by test drive and visual inspection. Before setting off for Texas, I wanted a fresh oil change with my brand of motor oil. Merhi's mechanic, Mario, changed the oil at my insistence; and I paid for parts and labor. The business transaction was clean, correct, and quick. Again, everything went professionally. I was very pleased with the vehicle, the business end, and being treated like an adult. Everything went well, and I left in my truck to find supper, and prepare for my trip home. The trip home was perfect. A short time later the vehicle took me cross-country to Phoenix and back. They get 5 stars for an excellent, fair experience. Mr. Merhi has a customer for the next pre-owned vehicle.
