Great service, and very professional when doing business with Merrimack auto sales. Jordan our sale rep was polite, friendly and very respectful of our time at the dealership. They put in a lot of time and effort into there vehicles that they are selling to make sure its 100 % ready for you to enjoy. I'm sure everyone has there different experiences when buying a used vehicle. Some negative some positive. Mine personally with Merrimack Auto sales was well beyond my expectations. Will definitely do business with these guys in the future.

Purchased a car from here in Dec.2019.. It ran smoothly. Later on in aug of 2020(pandemic craziness)had some issues with the power steering and tire rod...Called around and had it take to a local shop near my home they wanted to charge me an outrages quoted price....I was at a lost of what to do. I gave John a call at Merrimack auto told him what was going on with the car and what (the other guys) wanted to charge. John also thought that was an outrages cost, he with out hesitation said " Im going to make a few phone calls and lookup a couple of things and get back to ya later today". He did just that! He said bring the car in, your going to need this, this, and this done..BUT heres the best part(the price for parts and labor was not even half of the cost (the other shop) quoted. Which was awesome!!! I took the car in for repairs and he had us up and running again in two days!! The family was definitely grateful. Thanks John for the great customer services, quick problem soloving technique, and your can do! attitude. You've definitely gain a repeat customer! Now my baby has been running smooth. I am about to purchase my 4th car from Merrimack Auto Sales in North Chelmsford, MA! I won't go any place else to purchase a used car. I have had 2 Fords, a Dodge, and now a Honda from this place and I have no worries about it being a good deal.
